ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Great breakfast nice room! This hotel is conveniently located and has a really nice staff and the only thing that could be better is if the TV connections were smart TVs in the hotels so you wouldn’t have to worry about wires. And that’s more of a side note to every place.

Like the large 2 room suites. Breakfast is wonderful. Evening reception is good. People are outstanding. Mr Oliver Jollie is such a friendly person he seems to really connect with the guest. Thank you for the birthday greetings and gift. It seems like everyone there are helpful and friendly. We will stay again.

Great Hotel. Great Staff who helped adjust our stay as needed without hesitation. Good nightly drinks and finger foods. My only complaint is the lack of television channels but they did have the movies you could purchase maybe they have the 30 tv channels so youre more likely to rent a movie or two. Clever, Hilton.

I could stay anywhere in the city or catch a flight to any where. But at least 2 weekend's a month or more I come to the Embassy Suite Energy Corridor. The customer service is haves down second to none the manager Yolanda is always present and make each time more special than the last. If you are looking for a quick getaway for you and your spouse or family this ishe place for Houston. Strawberries and a bottle of wine before we check out I love it.

Love this hotel. Love the views. Love the staff. Everyone at the front desk is exceptionally nice and welcoming. Parking is very convenient. (Garage parking) If you ever visit Houston, consider this property. It’s right off I-10/Katy Freeway which means it won’t take you long to get to wherever you’re going in town.

This is the hotel that my family loves, especially the kids. They love swimming in the indoor pool. Breakfast is so good. Only complaint is that since its Winter, the carpet smells like its not dried up.

Room 1206 is a non-smoking room. But it smells cigarette there. Eventually, we and all our stuffs smells bad. So sad.

Nice clean hotel with great amenities. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. They also have a complimentary happy hour with alchoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as snacks.

Wife and I wanted a weekend wet away! The staff was AMAZING ! At 3 am I came down to the store for a water and aleve even the girl at 3 am was friendly helpful and courteous. The room was great! The food was top notch. We don’t drink but the drinks are free for happy hour. It was crazy down there . My wife and I had a good time mingling with those that were drinking. The price was more than fair. Again I can’t say enough about the staff.

I stayed here for a field trip, and it was one of the nicest hotels I have every stayed at. As soon as you enter, you'll be amazed with how everything is designed. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The breakfast at the dinning area is fantastic! It feels more like home food than a buffet! If I could, I would definitely check in here some other time.

First impression was great. Got to the room and was a bit disappointed :/

This was my first visit to the Embassy. With it being a branch of the Hilton I️ had high expectations.

Pros:
Free parking, breakfast offered, great initial presentation as you walk in to the lobby, complimentary happy hour 5:30pm-7:30pm, spacious room, clean bathroom, indoor pool, hot tub, fitness area.

Cons:
For the price paid, these little details should not have been an issue:

The tv remote did not have a cover over the batteries, the remote did not function as the batteries were oxidized.

The mini fridge was not working and it it did not get cold.

When you look closely at the bed sheets, there are many lint balls. That makes it very obvious that the sheets have been used many times and are old. The embassy should think about using a different fabric.

The location of the AC vent pointed directly to the bed and was very uncomfortable to sleep at night with cold air constantly blowing at my head.

And last but not least, the host was not very welcoming at check in. I️ was coming from a massage and was dressed down in comfortable clothes. It seemed that the host judged my appearance since I️ was not dressed in my usually blazer and he was not very hospitable. That’s a shame.

Overall, I’m not impressed probably will not be staying here again.

It is not as grand as the Embassy Suites we are use to. The room was nice, but there were holes in the sheets of the couch bed. Breakfast options were great, especially for vegan/vegetarian, and my husband enjoyed the happy hour.

You know it's great to stay at a hotel where the staff are willing to go the extra mile to ensure you're happiness. Well to make a long story short...we had an issue with our door lock and it took a while to fix the situation BUT THANKS to Ms. Yolanda (Manager) everything was rectified. It seems that lady is everywhere at the hotel. Now the Housekeeping manager is a funny sweet lady. Basically people if you don't stay here you'll regret the love that you'll miss.

I used to stay at embassy suites a lot...then stopped for a number of years. (For perspective, I'm a lot at Hilton person.). But I gotta say the last 2 times I've stayed with Embassy (not just this one), it's just not like it used to be. Obviously, the rooms are similar, but honestly, for their happy hour, I'd rather they state they don't off munchies...chips and salsa...really. .just advertise the drinks .

Breakfast, downhill...

The rooms and amenities are just as good...just the knit picking stuff.

Room was clean, very affordable, and complimentary breakfast was awesome considering it was free and had a large variety, very plentiful. Staff was pleasant, greeted us as we came and went and smiles were on all of their faces. Thanks for the pleasant stay and we will return as well as recommend in the future.

I attended a friends wedding event at the Embassy suites. They rented a room on the second floor. What stood out the most as far as services go is the fact that the Embassy offered halal meats, and a variety of them, at that. Employees came by often to relieve guests of their used plates (which, by the way, was all glassware and silverware, not plastic). The women's bathrooms were very clean. From my experience, it seemed as though the Embassy Suites wants their guests to have a luxurious experience.

Was here for a conference. Nice hotel. Plenty of parking in the garage behind the hotel.

One of my co-workers spent the night there. She says she was woken up by the cars driving on the highway. Make sure to ask for a room furthest from the highway!

I spent 8 weeks at this hotel. The staff is amazing they make you feel like you are at home. The food is very good for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel lobby and breakfast room are nice. I didn't get a chance to use the amenities, but the shuttle van appeared to run on a regular basis. Breakfast was fine, perhaps not as nice as other embassy suites I've been in, but more than adequate. The parking garage access door didn't have an automatic opener, so bringing in my bags from that direction didn't really work. There are bag carts if you go in through the main entrance. The room was nice and the bed had a couple different densities of pillows to choose from so I was very comfortable.

The rooms are huge and have a separate living room and bedroom. The made-to-order omelets are good and the happy hour is awesome. The pool has way too much chlorine and the hot tub was more like a warm tub. All in all, I would recommend to anyone.

The location is easy to get to, and was confident as I was visiting the energy towers. The rooms are nice and well kept. The breakfast buffet is very nice including a build your own omelete area. Rooms are nice and spacious. Our room this time had a damp towel smell when you first walked in but after a minute I didn't notice and I've stayed before and all was fine. Probably could have moved rooms but it didn't bother me much. Bathroom was clean; we had a walk-in shower which I prefer. The living room space was comfortable and spacious. Pillows were super soft so if you like any kind of support then you probably need to bring your own. Breakfast was very good, normal eggs, bacon, oatmeal etc and an omelette bar which was great. Overall it's a great hotel, I've stayed in the past and I'll stay again.

My daughter and I stayed here 07/28-07-29 for her birthday and it was the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff is friendly, the room was spacious and perfect, comfortable beds, they even delivered Chocolate covered strawberries in honor of her birthday to the room. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in any hotel. We will be making this our permanent hotel when we come to Houston. Thank you for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Nice, newer hotel. A lot of attentive staff in common areas. However the regular rates are rather high and there's a cheap feel to the hotel - small towels, no night light in the bathroom, and was surprised that there were no USB chargers on desk or night stand, pretty common these days. Same room layout Embassy Suites has used forever.

Was there for a social event in one of the ballrooms, and hung out by the bar getting drinks with coworkers before the event started . Average buffet food. Made-to-order pasta and quesadillas are nice. Not a huge selection but enough if you aren't picky. Good value at $10 for lunch. They tacked on a steep 18% tip for our party of 7 without telling us or having a line item on the receipt - hoping for double tip eh?

Mrs. Yolanda Johnson " We miss you and want to come back home"
It has been over a year that we stayed at the hotel for the first time and keep coming back ever since. This is by far... the best place to stay with or without the family. Mrs. Yolanda and the rest of her staff have always gone above and beyond to make us feel special and right at home from beginning to end. I could write a book about all the good things about this place. I can't wait to go back.

I have been staying at this hotel during multiple business trips and some of the stays were as long as a month. This is the best a hotel could be with this price! They got pretty friendly staff, every single employee I delt with. They are helpful and they will reach beyond normal duties to be supportive. In addition, general hotel facilities are as good as they are advertised. Moreover, the lobby area has nice atmosphere and it feels pretty cool during happy hours. One side of rooms face Interstate Highway I-10; nice sight from height. I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel was really clean with a lot of room for someone that is solo.

The living room area that you walked straight into for the room I had was cool and fairly spacious with coffee table and like a table to eat on attached to the wall. There was 2 couches and decent sized TV in the living room as well. I got to say the chairs were pretty comfortable.

Dividing the rooms was the mini kitchen area and the bathroom. You won't be cooking a gourmet meal in this kitchen but you could definitely made something quick enough to eat in the morning or keep snacks there for throughout the day.

The bathroom I thought was nice with a big mirror spanning the wall and counter to follow, the shower was pleasurable too with nice water pressure and clean!

If I needed to be in this area, I would consider staying at this hotel because they got a lot right and were clean!

Great hotel. I have stayed here multiple times over the years and I've never had an issue and service from all the associates and attendants is excellent. Free delicious hot buffet breakfast with an omelet bar. The food is really good. And presentation is nice. Also, they have HH everyday. The rooms are great and bathrooms are nice. Some even have walk in showers. Most of the time it's quiet, but it is a family friendly hotel so there will be kids from time to time.

I'm planning my family reunion here. Everyone has been so nice. I liked the rooms and food. Erica is awesome. I know we'll have a great time here next year.

We got a great deal on groupon for a wonderful hotel with an excellent breakfast, we loved the exercise area also!

The parking in front of the hotel "ONLY" was for Valet. Everyone else had to park in the Garage. The walkway to the hotel from the Garage was under construction and smelled horrible. The rooms were okay. The Breakfast had a lot of food, but people did come down in their Pajamas, so no dress code. The hotel staff, I guess was new to the hotel and new to the area.

Best place and best staff in Houston no doubt. Need a very nice hotel to stay in for a great price? Look no further! Definitely coming back.
