• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Clean rooms, spacious rooms, and a great breakfast. The pillows were very flat though, so bring your own for sure. Not a bad hotel by any stretch of the imagination though

Beautiful job Embassy Suites. Any complaints would be just nitpicking. Everything was exactly what a stay away from home should be. You just sealed the deal. Embassy Suites or nothing when i travel.

Always stay @ this hotel when I’m in town. The staff is great & the breakfast every morning is hard to beat. I always end up eating to much but I’m not hungry till later that evening just in time for dinner.

Good room size and layout. When first built it was likely top notch, but it appears to be in need of renovation. Our shower sprayed up and out of the shower on to the bathtoom floor from the top of the shower head. Loose fixtures, sticking doors or doors that don't latch without excess force. Restaurant was pretty good for dinner as was breakfast.

This is a nice hotel with excellent amenities. Mangers reception in the evening with an open bar, and an excellent complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Rooms are nice, and mostly updated and feel fresh. For a luxurious stay at an affordable price this is the place to go!

The place was dirty. Elevator (only one working) needed to be vacuumed. We were using the pool and there were no towels. I and another guest asked for towels and they didn't bring any. When we asked why, the answer was they were in the middle of a shift change and there wasn't anyone available to bring towels to the pool. Finally, our room was hot. The AC didn't work. They had a fan in the room as a solution.

Late night check in staff was good but the room was a little.... run down. I mean this in the since that the other embassies that I have been to were a little nicer. Old scuffed up furniture, Water stains on the "wood" floor, and a broken closet door were a few of the things I saw. I expect better for the money i spent

Really nice. Slept like a log and enjoyed all the options at breakfast. My only complaint was that there was a sticky puddle under the dining room table, hair on the bathroom floor and I found chapstick under the bed. I'm pretty sure the bedroom wasn't vacuumed at all. Other than that, our stay was great.

Our room was lovely. Very comfy bed & pillows. Shower was great. Little more water pressure needed though. I thought the breakfast was excellent, great variety of what you would want. Everything was nice & hot.
Sandra was free spirited, polite, friendly & had a great personality. Loved the way she kept things cleared from the table & floor. Overall we had a great time at the Embassy Suites in Ridgeland.

I love this place! I got so many complimentary stuff. I came in to find a shelf full of my favorite candy! I called the front desk to ask if I had to pay. Not only did they I didn’t have to, but they also said that it was complimentary! I also got a two hours free snack at the lobby. My premium room also looks very luxurious and lovely! The staff are also very friendly and enthusiastic! Please book this hotel when you come to Jackson! You will absolutely not regret it!

Evening reception was excellent. Bartender was fast and friendly. Staff kept food selections stocked. Unfortunately, it seemed they had never served breakfast before...ran out of freshly brewed coffee, plates, forks. It was unbelievable. Room was warm during the night, even after turning the thermostat down to 61. Room was nice and big, bathroom too.

Pricey but all the amenities make it well worth it especially during fall, winter and spring with the spacious indoor pool. The staff go above and beyond to see that your customer service needs are met. The free breakfast is fantastic with wide selection of foods, fruits, yogurt, and custom made to order omelettes. Our 2 queens and sleeper sofa were separated by a door, and there was Jack and Jill entry to bathroom. 2 seater dining room table. Furnishings, beds, even sleeper sofa was comfortable. Hotel was close to be convenient but not so crowded immediate vicinity. Only negative were loud bathroom locks and little soundproofing there.

Update: they have fixed these issues now after me communicating extensively with management. Although it did take them too long in my opinion, at least they are responsive & open to feedback! Upgrading from 2 stars to 3 stars

First of all I have to say the food staff is amazing, the food is good, and the free drinks and apps are great. The restaurant & bar in general are impressive. The hotel side is unfortunately worse. Maintenance is slow, front desk staff unhelpful, rooms are just average, and workout area is badly maintained. For example, during my previous stay almost a month ago one of the elevators was out and the exercise bike, one treadmill, and the TV in the workout center was broken. After reporting these issues to the front desk, I expected they would be fixed promptly. They were not. One month later, they are all still broken, but now the pool is closed too. Pretty bad. To add insult to injury at one point I asked if they had recycling and the front desk staff said "re-what?". Then they proceed to tell me, "nah, we don't do that here". Not only do they not fix things promptly, they also don't engage in basic environment responsibility. Hope the owners choose to invest the same amount of effort in the hotel & ammentities as they do to the bar & restaurant or I will not be returning.

I was here a week ago and also a year ago. Last year I would have rated it a 4, this year there were changes, all for the worse hence the low rating.
The overall look was dingy, there was food on the floor in the hallways and in the elevators. There was little attention to detail. The rooms had grunge in the corners and things like the toilet tissue holder literally falling off the wall. I suspect that these guys are 'cost saving'. I was very disappointed and doubt that I would stay there again.

Hotel is clean, friendly and we'll managed. I did not get a chance to use the gym but I did visit the area. The pool was not accessible during my stay but it is an indoor pool. Evening reception is nice but the liquor are unknown well drinks. They do have beer on tap and wine. If you want to pay for top shelf liquor you can. Food includes cheese, chips, salsa, carrots and celery with ranch. Continental breakfast is the usual but like all Embassy Suites there is an omelet station. The room are updated. Overall a very nice hotel.

We always stay at embassy suites when traveling. This particular one is Great for a single stay over for long trips but this one has no hot tub at the pool and 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. Great outside fireplace area though. Kept us warm and it's 30 something outside tonight.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, and friendly staff. However, our room was never cleaned during our stay, which was 5 days. The lady would just hand us towels and toilet paper, then she would leave. (Ha-ha!)

Water is soft so the soap never rinsed off. Not sure if there was construction going on but I woke this morning to what sounded like an air compressor or a power generator starting at around 7am. The breakfast Buffett was good and the Hotel is very clean. Just not sure about the water and the early sounds of construction....

UPDATE 2: Received recovered items back. Very impressed with service.

UPDATE: After the below incident, the manager did continue to follow up with me, and has since made efforts to replace my lost or stolen goods. The fact that he stuck with following up on this was impressive, and certainly left me more satisfied.
___

The hotel overall is quite nice. Nice rooms, good location, good breakfast and fantastic staff at the breakfast.

Unfortunately on my second day, a pair of headphones went missing from my room between the morning and when I returned in the evening. I contacted the front desk, and the manager followed up the next day. However, at no point did I feel that he was wiling to accept that it was the hotel's fault this had happened, nor did he offer any form of compensation.

As it turns out, the hotel had used temporary workers on the day my headphones went missing, and another guest's iPad also went missing. It seems pretty clear to me that the cleaners were stealing from some rooms, but again - no acknowledgement of this fact from management, and no form of compensation. Overall, a very disappointing experience at what is otherwise a really nice hotel.

This hotel is undergoing some renovations I guess. The first room we were put in was next to a falling ceiling and what appeared to be a construction area. The front doors are duct taped and the fire pit/water fall is being revamped. I would likely not stay here again or recommend to a friend. That first room we were put in was dirty. The hotel maid service as a whole needs some serious hands on training! Our second room was better but not great. The mirrors, doors, etc must get wiped with dirty rags or something. The headboards, side tables, pictures, shelves and lamps aren't dusted. I ran my finger across and dust literally fell onto the floor. There were spots on the floor that would come off with a small amount of pressure. There was even a big, dirty handprint on our bathroom door. I requested sheets for the pull out (and was willing to go get them) but they never came. The next day I got some from housekeeping. All that being said, there were a few good things: the pool area was clean and nice, and the towels smelled fresh, the hotel staff were all very nice especially Priscilla and Tiffany, and the breakfast and snack time options were better than the average hotel. I brought my sister to the area to have a birthday getaway...we were both a little disappointed with the hotel portion of our trip.

This hotel is located in an up and coming, quiet area. Dining options are plentiful, the area and is quiet and secure. The hotel staff is gracious and accommodating. We arrived in the midst of a family reunion that we were not part of. The front desk staff treated us as if we were honor guests. Our room was wonderful, housekeeping was efficient in bringing extra towels and a pillow. Our room was very quiet. Happy hour was wonderful. The food was constantly refreshed and above expectations, the fresh veggies made it possible for all in our party to enjoy. Breakfast was equally as impressive. The hotel was hosting a large family reunion and handles the volume perfectly. The only thing I would have liked would be plain yogurt and more fresh fruit options. Everyone in my travel group enjoyed the made to order omlettes very much. The staff was constantly refreshing food and coffee to keep pace with demand. Kudos to all for a job well done. Everyone was friendly and gracious. The manager, I wish I would have noted her name(from Springfield, IL) was professional and friendly and engaging. She was helpful to both guests and staff. It was refreshing to see a manager dive in and help where needed. What an asset! I hope she goes far, her passion is evident! When traveling in this direction we will definitely stay here again!

Just a quick overnight stay on our way to the beach. The room was great with one exception, the pull out sofa. The mattress was well used and really thin. The manager introduced herself during the evening open bar and the front desk was attentive. The only negative was the quality of the breakfast foods. Even with the cook to order option, the quality was just institutional. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel based on the room, location and Management.

My favorite property in Ridgeland hands down!!! Sooooo bombed that stupid people got the jacuzzi shut down😭😭😭!!!
Otherwise everything about this property is awesome. This property actually began my love affair with the Embassy brand!!

The rooms, the breakfast, the mangers reception, the food from the grill restaurant, the service and atmosphere are so peaceful. The waterfall is beautiful. Great way to bring in new year's. Check out my snack prepared by the sweetest lady to go with my drinks from the reception.... She worked the holiday... thanks again ☺☺☺!!

Good hotel for a business trip. A/C never reaches set point. Set to 60 but room still stays at 74. Maintenance took a look but apparently that's all I get. They do provide a fan but it's still to warm at night for me.

Shower curtain could be changed, has mold on it.

Internet speed is pretty good

The rooms were updated, comfortable and the air purifier was a wonderful touch especially since I like the white noise to sleep. Not charging for happy hour and the full breakfast, simply wow! I actually sat outside in the parking lot while playing Pokémon GO. It's a gym, and I was attempting to take it. However, the gym kept glitching, leaving me quite miffed. It isn't their fault, and this isn't really a review of the hotel, but I did visit recently. It's a pretty hotel in a nice location. I've been before multiple times. The pool is spacious and well kept, the weight room is well stocked, rooms are spacious, modern, and nice. Complimentary treats are served at a snack bar in the lobby, sometimes. Didn't have much interaction with staff, but they were all kind and helpful.

Embassy Suites Jackson-North/Ridgeland was easy to find. There are restaurants and a very nice shopping mall nearby (good spots for Pokemon Go players in the area). The breakfast was fantastic. Omelettes made to order. The buffet was fresh and there was something each of my 6 kids liked to eat. The coffee was drinkable and much better than I expect from hotel coffee. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was nice to have a sitting room/office separated from the main bed room by a door. The friendly staff and quality of the hotelafe me wish that we had stayed more than one night.

I had a great stay. For six people in one room, and still getting my own bed, bow that is upscale all the way. Also, whenever I asked for help, it was given with a happy attitude as it should be. Embacy Suites, keep up the good work. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a place to stay around here.

The bed and room was comfortable. The drinks and appetizers in the evening were very nice and substantial enough fir a light dinner. Breakfast was a very nice selection with a chef who would make omelets to order. Much better than a typical hot bar or continental breakfast. However the hotel was renovating. Only one elevator was working and the hot tub was out of order. There were fans in our room making me worry the ac wasn't working but the temperature was fine all night. I wish they had told me before I booked that the hotel was under construction. These were minor nuisances though.

Great location. Bizarre room layout. Bring a flashlight with you to find all the knobs and buttons on the lamps to illuminate this awkward layout. You walk in and are greeted by the toilet. You search for a light switch on the wall to turn on an odd light over an even more odd wet bar. There's a desk in the middle of the living room where one would normally find actual living space. Spend the next 3 minutes playing a game of scary hide and seek switching on lights during an untimely game of jet lag hide and seek.
The bed takes up the entire bedroom. This is nice unless you actually want to unpack your clothes.
All in, a complete and total miss by Hilton. The whole concept tries to be hip and trendy but ultimately millennials don't have jobs where they travel yet. And if they do, they want to stay at a hotel and not something that tries to look like their college quad.
Let's get back to hotels with a concierge desk and an actual bar that doesn't try to incorporate awkward work spaces. Let's try to cater to tired travellers who want a simple, well appointed room that doesn't require a tower fan in the bedroom to cool.

I absolutely love this Hotel. Everything is nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of groups here, but the free breakfast was first class all the way. I won't stay anywhere else. I have stayed at the Marriott and have been treated like crap, so the staff here won me over big time. Even the cleaning crew was very friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious.
