• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

We stay at Embassy Suites pretty much every time we travel. It is perfect for parents with kids because it is a suite. It is nice that breakfast and wifi are included and the kids can swim after being in the car. That being said this was the worst one we have stayed in. The hallways were so dark and the ceilings are so low. The bathroom tiny! The chair in the room was full of stains. The coach cushion torn. The staff was not friendly with the exception of the omelet making guy. I will choose a different hotel next time I'm in Jacksonville

Staff was nice! And breakfast was good. But the pool was down our whole stay. Water cut out on me in the middle of my shower. Water came back on 10 minutes later looking orange. Plates and glasses everywhere on the floors hallway. Room was hot all night even after having it at 65 (its lowest). Wall outlet didn’t work by my bed, and it was literally pulled out of the wall. And had no TV remote in our room. So all together I was a little disappointed.

FREE elaborate breakfast AND FREE happy hour drinks and snacks. This place is a palace too!! The inside seating area in the main lobby is huge and beautiful, its like being seated in a Mediterranean marketplace rather than somewhere along Baymeadows. I cant get over the fact that they serve free drinks during their happy hour as well as a nice selection of snack foods. The rooms are top notch too.

Just an amazing hotel. Great breakfast, comfortable beds and staff if very friendly. I suggest not forgetting anything in the room. They claim they can't find anything as important as a medical bag. Not, happy about that. Still a great spot.

Place was very clean BUT needs lots of upgrades and time to update those rooms. Let's bring that Elegance back into Embassy!
Staff is very helpful and friendly.... Their complementary breakfast and social cocktails are still fantastic.

Clean room, great options for breakfast, courteous staff. Ice cold a/c & a quiet place to rest your head. Only downside is they pack creamer options for coffee!! Bring your own creamer.

Finally a hotel that feels like it's worth the money. I enjoyed the balcony and the their were even balcony options. The best part is the plenty of INCLUDED amenities! Indoor pool and jacuzzi, breakfast buffet and the best of all... Manager's reception!! Which is like a complimentary happy hour!!! Yep! You heard me... Free Drinks! And these drinks are actually delicious! And not watered down at all! They serve the best sangria I have ever tasted! They even offer snacks to go along with these bangin drinks! My boyfriend enjoyed his birthday here! I will definitely be staying here again!!

This place doesn't disappoint. The breakfast in the morning is large, the manager's thing in the evening has free drinks and snacks. The staff is helpful and nice. The rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a party city love the atmosphere and openness in the lounge and restaurants area. The pool was really Salty like being at the beach, but nice water temperature. The elevator didn't seem great and the rooms are quite small if trying to have more than 3 people in it.

This location caters to groups, especially youth groups. During a one week stay there were two nights that dozens of children were running throughout the building, playing in the glass elevators, and the enclosed atrium amplifies the sound. Continental breakfast is mayhem. My peers had stayed at this location the week prior, and said it was the same. Talking to management does not help. The rooms are dated, but clean and in good shape. Only positive about this location is the children are not allowed in Chelsea's Bar and Grill, which is quiet and serves a decent meal.

Was not very impressed with my stay at this Embassy. I normally love staying at Embassy Suites, but the breakfast was terrible, there were fights in the bar area, and the room was out dated. I hope they can improve these things if I decide to stay at this property again.

Nice hotel. Can't give them 5 (which is my standard for Embasdy Hotels) because my room is way too cold (set at 65 degrees!) And even increasing to 72 is keeping the room a bit cold. Lighting levels are low. Food great, lobby great overall room great.

Pros:
Room: Clean and HUGE! We stayed in a Double Queen Suite, so it had a separate living room.

Food/Drinks: Fantastic free hot breakfast! They offered anything from freshly made omelets to a yogurt bar. They even have a free Happy Hour where you get free drinks and snacks. (And yes, when I say free drinks, I'm referring to alcoholic ones. Crazy, right?!) We were quite impressed.

Waiting Service: On top of it and polite!

Con:
Front Desk: I'm not referring to all of them. (Chip was wonderful!) But long story ...not so short, we booked our stay through the hotel (not a 3rd party) so we could specify the exact room we were interested in. We even called ahead of time to make sure we could check in at 2 pm instead of 3 pm, which they assured us was just fine. When we arrived, we were told the room wasn't ready and that we would need to come back at 3. A little irritated, I said "Well, what was the point of calling first?" And a different front desk woman asked "Do you want a clean room?". We were shocked that that's how she treats customers. But since we needed to eat lunch, we headed back out. When we came back at 3, we were then told that the room was still not ready and that it would be another 45 min. (Not one apology for the inconveniences yet) Now we're beyond irritated, so we told them we would look elsewhere for a room. A few minutes later they apologized and found us a similar room ready. So we weren't 100% pleased with how things started but everything ended up fine.

Location is great and centrally located to many restaurants and nit far from Jacksonville beach. Rooms are spacious and well kept. The service and staff are top notch, especially Jim in the bar/restaurant. Great breakfasts and you can't beat free drinks/snacks for happy hour service. Couldnt have asked for a better experience for the 3 nights I stayed.

Free breakfast was excellent. Perfect place to stop right off of 95 on our road trip. Drinks at the bar aren't priced crazy like most hotels also which is a plus. They have a free happy hour, but we got there too late for it.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Embassy Suites is a favorite place of ours to stay. It's not to close to the beach. Conveniently-located to restaurants and shopping at the Town Center. Great breakfast offered with fresh cook to order omelet bar. The rooms are very spacious with a living room dividing door my bedroom. Embassy Suites is a partner with Jacksonville Juniors Volleyball and a lot of families stay here because it's closed free parking and a short walk to the gym.

I was here as a guest of a conference. The rooms are generic in a good way. They do not distract from the matter of the presentation.

The fit and finish of the atrium and the restrooms is very high end. The environment is consistent with more expensive brands.

The luncheon buffet was adequate but not stellar. Minus one star for that.

Great rooms.. Breakfast buffet has made to order omelets. They juices are really good. The only problem is the juice cups are too small. Making multiple trips can be a hassle when you have plates of food, juices, and muffins. I had a king room but it only had a shower. I would have preferred a shower/tub.

Beautiful lobby and nice staff. Hotel rooms are nice and well maintained. The one drawback is the complete ineffectiveness of the AC in the rooms, since when my and friends put the room to 60 degrees the room was hovering at around 75. All in all a pleasant stay other than the AC

Fantastic service and the breakfast bar is like nothing I've seen at any other hotel. The breakfast alone can save you some money if you have two or three people in your room. They have something for everyone and the food was delicious. One of the most pleasant hotel stays I've had in a long time. The rooms are like small apartments with the bedroom in the back and it can be separated for easy privacy.

Second star for the hotel having some updates and nice size rooms. But the breakfast is a joke, especially when the hotel is packed. Also there was supposed to be evening gatherings with drinks and snacks, and that did not happen. Bathroom is tiny, and pillows were yellow, sheets were not even soft. Once sheets have to be that bleached, it's time to purchase new ones. There was no blanket in the room for the sofa bed. Having the large open center area makes it loud. You can even hear all the dishes and people gathering for breakfast in the morning in your room with the heavy door closed. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and other embassy suites. This one is not one we would return to.

Four of us booked the hotel to stay for 2 nights. The hotel is quite large and 2 out of the 3 elevators didn't work. The staff was a little rude at the front desk asking me for a FL license because the address I made the reservation with didn't match my NY ID. She grilled me and looked at me like I was trying to pull a fast one. I simply asked if my NY drivers license was acceptable. I was then told "there is more than one Rob Snyder in the world, how do I know it's you". I handed her the credit card that the reservation was booked with and she didn't say a word after that, not thank you, or OUR ELEVATORS DON't work. The best part was the hot breakfast! Right off 95, convenient location.

We love Embassy Suites. Great size room. Two double beds and a sofa bed. One blanket smelled bad but they replaced it right away. The breakfast wasn't as good as some ESs but solid. The people were friendly and helpful. Not a five star location but worked well for our big family.

Loud! We were on the second floor above one of the ball rooms. There was a party until 11:00 with loud music, which we heard clearly. There was an intermittent mechanical noise and lots for strange bump throughout the night. We were in a wheelchair accessible room. Oddly there was no sink in the bathroom. The only sink was a small bar sink in the seating area and it was not wheelchair accessible. Otherwise the room was spacious and clean.

This is one of the best Embassy Suite hotels I've stayed in. My family went down for a quick get a way to celebrate our anniversary and do some Christmas shopping. This is our second stay at this embassy suites. It's better than most of the others were been to in Florida. Rooms are clean, service is good, food is meh. Everyone gets you and is friendly. I don't have any complaints other than we needed to change rooms because the first one smelled bad. Glad we did because the second one was also a little cleaner. Nothing crazy just the little touches that show someone cares about how they clean.

A hotel that is really great in a number of key areas. The check in was fast and efficient. The parking was easy to get to the lobby. The room is in fantastic shape and clean. Nice hotel. One of our favorites in the area. Great rooms/suites w/ more space than most hotel rooms. Prefer cleaner rooms but no hotel really meets my cleanliness expectations. This one is pretty good. Great breakfast but typically takes time to grab everything you need when you have the kids with you because there's so much to choose from. Often the tables are too far to leave the kids unattended when travelling solo trying to get everything needed for breakfast. Appreciate that they have Disney Jr. Many hotels only have the main channels which often don't offer cartoons for the 5 and under crowd. Overall, great place to stay and one we'll continue to use when coming through the area.

The staff here are all very nice and helpful. But, the hotel is a bit dated. And I took off an entire star because I couldn't get the Internet to work properly in either of my suites. In fact, I sat in the lobby (where the Internet works a little) each night for about 3-4 hours, that's where I am right now.

Rooms were not ready at 3:00. We arrived at 1:00, knowing we would not be able probably to check in, but was told to check back in a hour and they would be ready. Went to lunch and came back at 2:15 and was told still working on it come back at 3:00. Came back and rooms were being cleaned, waited 20.minutes. finally got in room, but my daughter went to her room and found it was never cleaned at all. Had to move her. When I made reservation told person wanted to rooms together because daughter is caregiver for us. On same floor but 5 rooms down. Happy hour was terrible, not a good sele tion of food. Been to many Embassy Suites and they were not this bad. Hoping breakfast is better. Clerk at front desk was not the best, started helping someone else when she was helping me. Told other gentlemen to finish me be a use she had to help other person. Not very professional. Don't think I will stay here again and would not recommend. The server in the bar/restaurant was very, very nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel! Walls are very sound proof, everything was quite even though there was a big crowd staying at the hotel. Friendly staff and clean accommodations. This is our second stay and the location is great for activities on Southside. We went to Dave n Busters and it was only 5 mins away.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The hotel staff went above and beyond making sure that my fiance and I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The perks offered by the hotel are great and the atmosphere was cozy and pleasant. The rooms were Immaculate and extremely comfortable. The management was wonderful and very professional. Any problems that we had were immediately addressed and handled perfectly. The hotel was not in the greatest of locations so there wasn't much to do around there but it was such a nice place that I didn't mind just hanging out in the hotel all day. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had our family reunion here. Great, modern, new, very large, spacious suites. The only issue was parking. There were about 3 or 4 different large groups staying there and parking was not evenly distributed to the number of rooms or guests either staying overnight or attending an event there.

Upon entering the lobby, I was taken back by how bright and open it was. It felt almost like a food court at a large mall. Then I went into my event's reserved space. It was small, drab, and hidden. There was a cash bar with four standard beer choices and a few well spirits. I went out into the lobby to the main bar to order a drink. The bartender was out and the assistant F&B director was filling in. She didn't know what vermouth was. She said she wasn't mixing drinks, she's just filling in. I asked for a craft beer in a can and it took her literally 15 minutes to find it in the system and ring me up. I won't be attending any social events here in the future.

Great clean rooms. Wonderful Staff. Especially Casey at the front desk, Wyatt clearing tables, Rebecca and other gentleman making omelets, Stanley for answering questions. Updated embassy suites, stayed in room past pool on the first floor. Good price/value exchange. Room was clean, would have preferred at least 2nd floor. Staff was professional at front desk. Rooms were beautiful. Lobby was beautiful. Great breakfast. Nightly cocktails were a nice touch but if cheap rail booze doesn't agree with you stay away. My room must have been very far from a hot water heater because I take almost 3 full minutes of the water blasting to get lukewarm for either of the sinks or shower.

The bed was really comfortable. I think my room might have originally been a long bed suite as there are now 2 beds but the closet is blocked by a bed. It's a little dated but is easy to be overlooked because of the awesome staff. There is a strange, damp, moldy, kind of smell in the center lobby. Reminds me of an earthen basement. Over watered plants? Smell from the elevator shafts? Still a really great place.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

We have stayed at many Embassy Suites previously. Always enjoyed our stay. Now for this stay. The worst managers reception i have ever experienced. You have to go to a cubbyhole to get your drinks, not allowed to get them in the "real bar". After going to dinner we decide to go back to the hotel and let the children swim for a bit. Nope can't do that as they have closed the pool for a private party (no notification). I thought when I selected this hotel for all these amenities i would get

Very accommodating. Issues with Internet, they took care of it right away. Breakfast was great as usual with embassy. The evening social was nice too. Attending a conference in the hotel. Meeting rooms very nice.

Omg I live in jax and I come here often to vacation. Yes, you definitely read it right! This is one of the most amazing hotels I have stayed in! Comfortable, affordable, excellent customer service, great room service and the BREAKFAST is to die for! I witness the change before and after the renovations. Its beautiful, elegant and up to date. But I will say I miss the old look! It was tropical, warm and beyond inviting! Definitely a #1 recommendation!

We stayed there Christmas night. We choose this hotel due to heated in door pool and hot tub. When we called to confirm it was working they said it was and from 10PM-11PM it was 21 and over.

We stayed on the 7th floor and the room was nice but the bathroom and middle of the room the ceiling was only 7 ft tall and this felt odd since I'm 6'4. The bathroom was small.

We hit the pool and was happy it was a saltwater pool and it was warm. The hot tub was great temp too. When 10 PM came no one came in to ask the kids to leave. I should not be the one that needs to call the front desk to ask them to enforce their policy that they state on the phone and on the signs in the pool area.

The next morning the TV didn't work due to it was raining.

Over all the hotel was nice but excepted more for a hotel that offers all suites

Me my bf stayed one night and for the price i definitely think it was worth it! I couldn't complain about anything! They made our stay so amazing that we are definitely using this hotel whenever we need one. The room was perfect. We had free drinks for 2 hrs and breakfast was more than what i expected. Staff was also very nice and friendly. Keep up the good work!

I have never been to a Embassy Suites, and was super impressed with this hotel. I have stayed at the high end brand name hotels and they don't come close to the Embassy Suites. They will my first choice from here on out whenever I need a room. Very, Very clean. Super nice rooms. Bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Cozy lounge areas. All Around great experience!!

Beautiful decor and very clean throughout. Accommodating, friendly, and helpful staff. We have found our new home away from home when we visit our family in the Jacksonville area during the few times a year that we come over.

I stayed here for a wedding. This was my first time ever staying here. I usually stay at another hotel when I vistied Jacksonville, so I was pretty hesitant about booking because I never stayed here before. The staff is great! The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was a full breakfast of choice. I loved the omelets and sausage. This will now be my place of stay after 2 years of coming to Jacksonville, I'm finally switching my stay to this place.

I visited the Embassy Suites for their bar and restaurant, primarily to access the PokeStops. The prices were fair and the food and service were excellent. I didn't stay overnight, but the hotel looks very clean and is well decorated from what I could tell from the lobby. We will very likely go back!

The service here is amazing. We have visited the hotel in three different cities and this one was great.
The renovations that they have done, have definitely lifted the curb appeal.
They have a way of making sure that everyone who comes down to eat breakfast is a guest of the hotel.
The only problem is that they are in the middle of their renovations on the outside, but everything else was GREAT!
