Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

We had a great stay at the Embassy suites. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up.The breakfast was made to order. The cook was awesome! ! There was a line of people and he made everyone's orders quickly with little wait. The cost was a little expensive but it was totally worth it!

The hotel provides a secluded atmosphere, with the rooms circling a pool area with hot tub, and a lovely garden. Breakfast was a step above the usual continental fare, with custom prepared omelettes. The room was cozy, with a miniature couch and tv viewing area split off from the bedroom. The shower was hot, with good water pressure. Overall, a great place to spend the week!

Overall, the staff was decent and the hotel seemed to be somewhat recently renovated but just felt a little shoddy anyways. The grounds seemed a little unkept. Our room air conditioner didn't work. The furniture was pretty fresh but the fridge was unplugged in the room in its bar area. The bathroom was cramped and the ceiling panels poorly painted and rusting. The breakfast area was somewhat dirty though the cook making breakfast to order was doing a stellar job cranking the orders out by himself. Overall, not a great representative of the Embassy Suites chain but you could do much worse in Lompoc.

Rooms were nice but older; food and social hour were great. 3 stars because they wouldn't take a tax waiver even though I am government on a business trip. It will force me to eat the tax charge because the government wont refund it.

Not the most luxurious hotel but for the price it was reasonable. Overall, customer service was good, room was clean, ac worked "okay". Checking in and out was super quick and easy. Free drinks during happy hour every night but their "snack bar" was not inviting at all (hot dogs, salty potato chips, dry stale cracker/pretzel mix) breakfast was made to order with a decent "menu" of options to choose from. Bad lighting in bathroom and bathroom is very small. Room had a stale, old smell and ac worked but the room was very stuffy and muggy. Bed was average comfortable.

First time me hubby got the executive suite, for are class reunion this weekend, are key didn't work the first time, then when we did got the first room, it smelled so bad like marjuana gave me headache, they did accommodate us to different room, but only one key worked still, and for local resident what up with a charge of hundred holding deposit, I don't think me and hubby are staying again. But kudos to the guy who makes awesome breakfast. He very good.

Air conditioning did not work and we were put in a room right above a very large party room. The floor was shaking! Felt more like a motel than a hotel. (Doors open to the outside and the parking lot has lots of public traffic)

The breakfast cook was amazing. Great memory and very polite. Rooms have been remodeled and are very clean. Not worth the price paid.

Friendly staff. Complimentary evening reception and cooked to order breakfast. Needs improvement on cleaning, especially for new guests. Our room had some coffee stains in the kitchenette sink. Overall, it is one of the nicer hotels in Lompoc.

This place is pretty nice! The rooms are clean, the breakfast and happy hour is amazing. But the standout is Sonny, the breakfast chef and happy hour bartender. He is such a treat and makes the stay feel very welcoming. You're the man Sonny!

Embassy Suites is great! The breakfast is awesome. They have an amazing complimentary breakfast. Made to order omelettes, pancakes, French toast, potatoes, bacon, and sausage. They also have bagels and toast, hot oatmeal and a large variety of drinks to choose from. 5:30pm-7:30pm, they have a happy hour with free snacks and free drink. The patio area and pool area are very nice and scenic. Would come again!

All the rooms are suites, they have a separate bedroom, a small kitchen area (no stove) but it has everything else the dining area is also the office, and the living room has a sofa bed a comfy chair and a nice TV. The pool area is beautifully landscaped. And children are welcomed. The staff are cheerful and friendly. They have "happy hour" where adult guests may order wine or wine mixers, or beer. The breakfast is awesome they cook to order. I love staying here. I'm local and I occasionally spend a night here just to relax.

This hotel is small. It is your typical Embassy Suites. The room was comfortable and clean. The evening reception was great but the breakfast had some opportunities. Good value for the price.

This hotel looks like it was from the Eagle's Hotel California album. A beautiful entrance and nice big rooms. The room was clean and I had a nice quiet night there. The cooked to order breakfast was just right before heading out to work.

The room looked nice but the bathroom was really dark and the wall was as thin as I've ever experienced at a hotel. Also the pillows were as flat as I've ever seen. All that said it was otherwise very nice. I didn't get the free breakfast but my retired parents said it was decent

It was not the best hotel it was not oustanding it was ok it was not bad it was ok. The pool was freezing and the breakfast is ok. They make egg right in front if you and they have bacon and potatos. It was not the best hotel I have stayed in it was fine not standing out good. It had a nice size suite and it was liveable.

Only reason for a 4 and not a 5 was that we discovered our sliding glass door was unlocked which made us a bit nervous. Especially with us being on the bottom floor. Everything else was amazing! Stayed during Thanksgiving weekend and were treated like royalty. Huge kudos to the cook who cranked out fantastic made to order breakfasts!
Rooms were very pleasant and clean.

Walls are very thin. Can hear snoring and tv from rooms next door. Cook to order omelette and eggs breakfast and manager reception at night are good. Can be loud if you are a light sleeper and want a quiet night.

I've stayed at this Embassy over a dozen times. It's clean - rooms are typical of others Embassy Suites. Staff is great, especially hospitality staff. Sonny is the breakfast chef and Happy Hour bartender. He calls everybody by name and remembers his regulars. He is a large part of what sets this hotel apart from the rest. Free breakfast and 2hr HH is great for business travelers.

We spent the night there for a Wedding and we loved it! The only issue we had was trying to open the door at night when we got there but a helpful worker seen us and told us to pull the door handle up after we scanned the key card. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. We ate breakfast there innthe morning and the food was great! The chef makes the eggs and stuff right in front of you while you wait in line and there are tons of things to choose from!

Better than expected. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at any Embassy. The good thing about Lompoc is that it is very close to a few other towns that have things to do. Located less than 15 minutes away from: the beach, the casino, a cute little Dutch town called Solvang, and a waterfall.

I stay here usually every year for an event that rolls into town in June. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms are even more comfortable and clean. They have two big TVs, a nice pool and spa and great breakfast in the mornings. Location is fantastic and the staff is always very friendly.

This is an outdoor patio courtyard embassy suites. Breakfast staff was fantastically engaged and maniacal about getting omlettes out quickly. It was great. I happened to be in the room when house keeping was working. I wandered past the bathroom to see an attendant scrubbing the floor on her hands and knees. Attention to detail. Great stay.

Clean room with contemporary furnishings, clean, and quiet. Room temperature controls work efficiently to keep you comfortable. I stayed on the top floor and never heard the family filled with toddlers next door until we met in the hallway. Small hotel compared to other ES. Small breakfast room, but great egg chef who moved through the line in military precision with smiles. All of the expected ES amenities were here. Nice towels, nice products. Smaller suites than other ES.

Great suite with comfortable beds & black out curtains. Open atrium for sitting is nice since it is located on busy street. Lots of restaurants nearby including an amazing spot for fish and chips. Staff was nice. We stayed for one night in a suite room. The room had everything it said it would: mini fridge, microwave, large soft bed, and even a pull out bed from the couch. There was complimentary snacks from 5:30 to 7:30 that served an assortment of wines and alcoholic beverages with nachos and your choice of salsa. The bartender/cook "Sunny" went above expectations and was a genuinely nice person who made our stay delightful. Salamat po. They also serve complimentary breakfast from about 6-9 and have a choice of servings from bagels to toast, or Sunny could cook you up a customized omelette with your morning coffee! Our stay was nice, clean and quick. Thank you ES, we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was busy for memorial day. Front desk said 100% occupancy. We got a recently renovated room. The hotel reminded me of other older embassy suite properties we have stayed at with a central outdoor pool and dining area, similar to the property that was taken over by Radisson in Buena park. Only issues were that the a.c. was underpowered (it never got under 78 even though it worked all night). Breakfast was packed but that was to be expected and the staff worked very efficiently.

Hotel was nice and service was great. Don't expect to watch tv during your stay. Cable/dish not working half the time. Ask if weird/gay car clubs are booked during your stay, as parking is limited. Miata car club?? Is this a real thing? It must be an all girl car club. This must be a poor womans Ferrari club. Haha!!

When we checked in Maria was on the phone with het friend Michael and hurried our check in. She forgot to activate my key cards. She failed to give me proper directions to our room. She did not greet me in a friendly manner. I asked questions about the room, the sites to see, etc. But she had nothing for me, because Michael was on the phone holding for Maria. Its not the type of service that you expect from this name brand hotel

Excellent Hotel!! The complimentary breakfast in the morning is terrific and you can't beat free evening cocktails either. They also have free internet as well. The staff is very friendly and always willing to point you in the right direction. When I travel to Lompoc, this is the only place I'll stay!
