Beautiful hotel that is conveniently located. The amazing staff upgraded us to a corner executive suite that was beyond description. Or new favorite hotel in Los Angeles and we will be back again and again.

Good: The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable. On site ($21/night) parking available. Free breakfast including omelet base. Bad: Fitness center closed. They ran out of coffee at breakfast. Room was older.

I am rating this hotel 4.5 stars. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The mattresses and pillows were firm and lofty. The location was pretty central too with good restaurants within a short driving distance. This hotel had a very good breakfast buffet for travelers and professionals. Our breakfast included, made to order omelets, eggs, sausage, bacon, country potatoes, French toast, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, juice, and coffee. Lots to choose from. It is also within 15 minutes from Universal Studios. The only negative was the pool. It is small and gave me the impression that the pool was an after thought, to have so the hotel description can include a pool. All in all, I recommend this hotel as the location, price, and convenience was all top notch.

Parking is $21/night but you get free breakfast buffet with lots to choose from. They also have happy hour with free drinks and refreshments. I also liked that the room was separate from the rest of the room. The only things I didn't like were that the bed sunk in the middle and it needs to be cleaner. The free breakfast and free drinks made it worth it.

Hotel is nice and in a good area. Staff is nice. Outdoor pool is in good shape. Gym needs a little work to update and fix, but it got the job done. Good managers reception and breakfast.

Initially looked like a really nice hotel however once entering room it definitely could have been cleaner. I went to pull out the sofa bed and all I did was remove the pillows and there was a pair of shorts. I continued to pull out the bed and the sheets where completely undone and looked messy. If they had changed the sheets there is no way they wouldn’t have spotted the shorts and the sheets wouldn’t have looked that messy. I had to request clean sheets and change them. Also spilled some orange juice during breakfast my daughter went to get napkins to clean it i didn’t ask anyone to clean it and I had a rude employee come and tell me, “that’s why you don’t fill up the glass all the way.” Definitely won’t be going back paid way to much for what we got.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Universal Studios. Complimentary breakfast included. Suites are clean and modern. Parking is underground and hotel charges $21/day. We've stayed here twice now on both our Universal Studios trips. Will likely stay here again next time unless the Hilton at Universal has a better rate.

The views from alot of these rooms are breathtaking!!! The rooms are nicely decorated the service is great. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful including an indoor pond. The food is good and they have a carrot cake that is absolutely delicious!!!!

Clean well-kept rooms and hotel. Received a room-upgrade to the corner suite and it was very spacious. Complimentary breakfast was good, coffee was hot and they offered milk alternatives. Gym is small, has a few treadmills and weights, but not much else. 10-15 minute walk to Porto's and other restaurants.

The hotel is very clean. The beds are amazing. We went with a group of eighth graders. We were all treated very nicely. The free breakfast was awesome. You can get an omelet any way you could possibly want it.

Great experience here. We landed early and they expedited the room availability so that we could get ours earlier and checked in around noon. Nice staff. The people at the (free) breakfast buffet were so friendly and so were the kitchen staff and bartender/hostess during the evening reception. Rooms were solid. I'd say at Embassy each time I went anywhere if it wasn't for the price, but it certainly was worth it for our anniversary this time.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was huge and clean. Breakfast was great. The only drawback was parking. Overnight parking on the weekend was way overpriced. If that was reasonable they would great 5 stars.

I stay here often when I travel for business and it is always pleasant. Staff is always helpful and courteous as well, especially the bar, wait staff and housekeeping. My only complaint this time was on some food that I ordered from the hotel restaurant. Wasn't horrible, but I've had better quality here before....perhaps is was just an off night.

Old outdated hotel rooms! The foyer is misleading because it is really nice with koi pond, but the rooms are disgusting and the setup of the rooms was terrible!

I was really disappointed! Embassy Suites has always been a hotel I've loved, but this one is the exception.

The breakfasts are good and the location is good for Universal Studios, but those are the only good things I got from it.

Comfortable and spacious suite with breakfast included, coffee served is Starbucks. I didn't think I would appreciate the free breakfast as I did. It freed me from having to decide and take time to get to breakfast places, so we were able to start our excursions earlier in the morning.

The suites are really comfortable and some of them have great view. I prefer ones with Burbank sunset.
Breakfasts are nice, even if crowded on weekend. Made to order omelettes are very good, especially if you add some homemade salsa.
Evening happy hour with complementary drink is simply a win.
Service was always good.
The only thing I ever missed is a bigger pool, unfortunatelly there's no space for that.

The room was amazing, as was the complimentary breakfast and the service during check-in, breakfast, and check-out. Unfortunately, during the late night to early morning, there was a large party next door (and into the hallway) that partied till just after 5am. My wife called the front desk several times at regular intervals and though the night receptionist assured us that security was being contacted each time, nothing was done. Despite that, the amenities did not disappoint.

This is really an 'embassy sweet'. I'm point with customer service, clean environment, nice breakfast (free), happy hour 5.30pm - 7.30 (free). You only need to tip. Overall, a great experience .

The room has a couple of tissues like a leaking toilet and slow draining sink but the issues were taken care of right away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast as usual was great and the cocktail hour was very nice. Staff was very accommodating to my dietary needs. Love our stay at embassy

A nice and pleasant stay at the Embassy suites with family. The property has a pool and a full bar. Most stays include a complimentary breakfast. Rooms are equipped with safes - hairdryers - ironing board and refrigerators. A nice place to stay!!! Very close to the Glendale and Americana malls and there is a Beeline shuttle service every 20mins on the hour.

Loved the stay here. Very nice lobby and room with a comfortable king bed as well as the best sofa bed I've ever used in a hotel. Only complaint is the power outlet situation. In a time when everyone has a million devices to charge, there did not seem to be enough outlets. And the outlets that do exist were not in convenient locations.

Spacious room and a quiet night. Couple of odd design items like how the shower door opened which covered where the towels hang. Very attractive property, near shopping and some restaurants. Good breakfast choices at the hotel. Has parking garage with good space and headroom. Writing this review as I am booking my next stay there. My coworkers also pick this hotel when in the area. For sure a solid choice and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

I've been traveling to LA a couple weeks a month for work for about half a year. I really like this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms and general areas are always cleaned and well maintained. Gym is decent. It also has a pool and a hot tube out side which is kinda neat. I really like the complimentary happy hour ever night from 530 to 730 and from what I have heard, from coworkers, it is one of the best embassy suites happy hours in LA. I also really like the room. When you are on the road for 2 weeks it is really great to have a couple rooms and a couch instead of just 2/1 beds. It is a little more pricey but I think it is worth the price.
Only con is that it is kinda far away from most things. Which is annoying in LA traffic.
Final piece of advice. If you like to have 2 queens forgo that at this hotel. The double rooms do not have window facing the outdoors just the Courtyard.

Typical solid Embassy Suites. Nice complementary happy hour and breakfast but don't lose the tiny piece of scrap paper they give you to keep track of you taking advantage of those. About a mile from countless restaurants. Would be happy to stay here again.

Nice enough stay for a few nights. Nothing particularly stood out as excellent but I have no real complaints. The breakfast was good and the managers reception is about the same as all other embassy suites, certainly appreciated. There’s a nice little quiet work spot on 12 across from the elevators. My bathroom vent from 7-9am was incredibly loud, guessing it’s a backup alarm clock for us late sleepers.

I attended a professional event here and did not stay overnight, if you're looking for a review of the room this is not it. The lobby and open areas were kept very clean. The furnishings are simple but functional. The food was box lunches and honestly pathetic, like on par with something you would purchase at a gas station. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt here and blame it on the company who put together the event ordering off the super ultra value menu. Whether that's true, I doubt know. I was very impressed with the staff though, this is the reason this place gets a 4 star and not a 3. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, present.

Before I start, my wife and I are partial to the Embassy Suites. We have never come across one we didn't like. This one is no exception, service was great, the Happy hour rocks (free booze), the breakfast is great. For this particular stay this was one of the best nightly rates and we got all of that! Rooms are very nice, we had a 2 room suite. The only 2 things I wouldn't rave about, no bathtub in King Bed suites (shower only) and the bed was shockingly soft.

Nice rooms, although the building feels dated. Breakfast was good. Manager reception was nice. But our toilet handle was broken, and the bathroom had no fan. So hot showers made for a steamy room. And don't let anyone stink it up or it will linger in the room, since the windows didn't open.

Enjoyed our stay so far, the free breakfasts are well worth checking out as they have great omelettes and scrambled eggs. The evening manager's reception is also nice if you happen to be around during that time. Local area is mainly businesses. There is a restaurant across the street but the in hotel restaurant is probably the better option and is open later. The gas station is better than the convenience store in the lobby for prices. The lobby has a great atmosphere and the rooms are nice.

Embassy is easy to get to, just off the 134 freeway and is just a mile from the Glendale Galleria, so plenty to do in the surrounding area. The room and hotel grounds were pretty clean. The pool is postage stamp sized and the jacuzzi smelled, I don't know if it was a mineral bath or just the smell of previous people. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous, but VERY quiet and could have provided information a little clearer. A decent place to stay but don't expect it to wow you.

Location is great, right off 134, 15 min from Universal Studios. Unfortunately we didn't get a room that looks outside, and instead got one is looking into the lobby, but the room itself is nice and clean. The service so far is great, nice and friendly staff working here(from my experience).

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was a great size and clean. Breakfast was delicious - the omelettes and potatoes were very flavorful. The gym was well equipped and had an updated feel to it. We had to pay for parking each night, but most hotels do that here so it really isn't a drawback. There was ample parking each night we stayed. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely return if we came back to the area.

The rooms were moderately clean. We got complimentary bottled water which was nice considering how other hotels have water that has to be bought. The walls between the bedroom and the living room seem to be very thin because even at a low level, the TV is easily heard. The front desk and other employees were very kind and were able to assist whenever. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with different types of food for everyone. I genuinly enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is in a great location if you go sightseeing in the Los Angeles area. Embassy Suites is one of the best hotels you can ever stay without breaking your bank. Beautiful modern edition of Embassy Suites. The rooms are laid out a little differently than typical ES. I like this one because the rooms don't open onto a balcony overlooking the atrium. Rather, some bedrooms overlook the atrium from a glass wall. This is the nicest ES I've visited. The breakfast and happy hour area is nicely decorated. The free full breakfast was good and well organized. The pool and gym are up on the second floor. Parking is the weak spot of the property. The garage is conveniently located in the basement, but space is tight and the price is $18 each night.

The rooms are smaller than other embassy I stated at. But still have plenty of room. Front desk was very helpful. I had to check out a day early. And they were super sweet with doing that for me. I was able to check out at 2pm that day with no extra charges

Great hotel, great location, excellent service!! We stayed here to be between Hollywood/Burbank and Pasadena. It all works as expected, nice views and a good option if Glendale is where you need to stay. Breakfast options are lacking and I've stayed at a few embassy suites across the US and it's probably middle of the road. My agent booked my number of stay wrong and the hotel was able to extend my stay without any problems. On top of that, I needed a late checkout due to work issues and they agreed without a second's hesitation. The breakfast coffee is also provided free from Starbucks so that was pretty good. It was actually coffee that was good tasting and not your standard hotel lobby coffee.

Very nice facilities and desk staff. The fitness room leaves a bit too be desired. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean and well-provisioned and the couch beds in suites with pull-out beds are quite comfortable. The biggest shortcoming is that there's no shuttle to/from LAX. Expect to pay $85 for a one-way cab ride or $25+ for a shuttle. Don't bother with the city bus. I give this hotel 4 stars.
