This Embassy Hotel in Loveland is awesome. Complimentary cook to order breakfast is great. The hotel is near alot of auto dealerships , shopping etc. High quality hotel. Excellent staff. Massive parking lot, if you have a big truck, bus etc...Top notch place!

Love this hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast is always great! One and only complaint is that the “mountain view” rooms are quite noisy with the interstate traffic, especially if you’re not used to noise at night.

Oh my gosh STAY HERE! I chose this hotel for both the night before our wedding and the night of our wedding and we were thrilled! Their team was incredibly helpful, responsive and professional! They helped me get our block of rooms for out of town guests set up and afterward they were ALWAYS incredibly prompt and helpful if I had questions. We loved the suite we stayed in - there was so much room for everyone to hang out and get ready and plenty of outlets and mirrors as well. Our family loved that everyone could have free (and DELICIOUS) breakfast in the morning together! Honestly it was perfect and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

Typical conference center hotel. Very business-like. The desk staff were personable, informative and reliable. The rooms were a little dark. The buffet was typical and while not elegant, serviceable. The little bistro was much better. The quality of the food was much better and the service was very good. The waitstaff were professional, pleasant, personable but not intrusive - and even though the seating area was small, the table settings were elegant, clean, and well-placed, with fresh flowers on the tables.

I’ve have been both a guest and an employee and the Loveland Embassy Hotel. I worked in the hotel restaurant and kitchen and it was one of my favorite jobs I’ve ever had. I can’t give enough love and praise to the management and GM for being the hardest working and most dedicated staff I’ve ever worked for; they will do anything to make your stay the most comfortable and relaxing that it can be. I also utilized the spa, and would definitely recommend any of the pampering treatments they offer. The Embassy will always feel like home and have a special place in my heart!

Would have been a perfect embassy suites stay had it not started off on the wrong foot. I don't blame the staff since I'm certain management was telling them to do so (another staff member said this same thing to my coworker who checked in separately).

First thing I'm asked when checking in was my last name. Second thing out of the staff person's mouth "we don't allow outside beverages". I'm sorry, but this is a hotel is it not?! How do you expect your customers to not bring beer to their room? I didn't even plan to drink it, and told the person this, but it didn't matter. I was here on business and this is what I was taking home. And your hotel would normally turn me away for having beer? Give me a break!

The rest of the stay was great. Friendly staff during the delicious breakfast buffet. But this alone will ensure that I never stay here again. I usually don't care for the "thank you for being a diamond member" talk and all that when checking in, but when that's replaced instead with "you're not supposed to have beer but we'll make an exception this time" then it really puts a sour taste in my mouth to start.

Management: keep in mind that many of your guests want to enjoy a drink or two in their suite before going to bed or heading out for the evening. Your free happy hour evenings are much appreciated but for those who want more, just let em have it for Pete's sake! Also, I arrived after 10pm so your free drinks were neither an option or a competitor to my drinks. Instead, you succeeded at annoying myself and my coworker and confirmed we'd never stay here again if we happened to be in Loveland.

In our way home from vacation we had car trouble and ended up waiting out the weekend here! The hotel had a room to accommodate our family of 6, good breakfast, great snacks and drinks at the evening reception, free x-box in the lobby and a great pool! We relaxed and had fun in spite of being stranded! When Monday rolled around they received the part that we ordered and gave us a late check out so that we could get the car repaired and then load up. Wonderful uneunexpected experience.

Front desk not well with members of chain. This is a friendly way of being a member. As, I am with all chains. This Embassy Suites is a relaxing atmosphere. Premium Rooms deliver snacks at 400 pm. Check in is at 4 pm. Pic of son, loving snacks! No water at check in. Parent friendly with own television at Embassy. X2

I thought the indoor trees and and plants were a cool idea. It's really spacious and would be a nice place to stay for vacation or anytime really. I came here for a job doing room service and was impressed by the look and quality here and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was clean. Food staff were nice and helpful. There was a group for a softball? tournament who were horrible with the staff doing little to control. All underage kids in the pool without supervision playing with the rescue equipment, horseplaying, etc. Staff asked them to not play with rescue equipment but did little to address other issues. I understand not wanting to upset a large group, but would have liked to see some consideration for other guests.

Lovely hotel, we enjoyed every bit of our quick stay. Positives were the managers reception, pool and made to order breakfast. Negatives were the uncomfortable beds, the freeway noise and the response I got when I mentioned noise machines might be a good addition to freeway side rooms. But despite this, the hotel was a great getaway for the night.

Wonderful experience! Wish we could come here more often with my children for a fun getaway! Salt water pool is always a hit and the afternoon snack time for the managers reception.
Wish i had a Tesla to park in the tremendous charging area but they were kind enough to let me charge my Bolt in a regular plug.
We are looking forward to breakfast.
Keep up the good work with friendly, thoughtful, and a big range of good service. ♡☆♡

I stayed here to attend a 3 day convention, the rooms to the convention center were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately there was a faint smell of sewage in the lobby area, it was contained to that area so it wasn't a major concern to me.

Everything you would expect from an Embassy Suites and more. A run down of what we enjoyed about this place:
Free parking.
Managers reception.
Free breakfast (tasty and filling).
Adult only swimming from 10pm to midnight.
Very active and friendly staff.
Very good rates for what you get here.

This was a really nice place to stay. I liked the restaurant in the lobby, good food and a variety from hamburgers to salads to pasta. Managers happy hour had free drinks in the lobby, but I didn't have time to check that out as I was attending a conference. My room was on the top floor, the premium floor. It was a suite which had a front living room type area. I liked that. Room service was what the restaurant had, but it was good. I had a BBQ chicken flatbread. I definitely recommend the upgrade for snacks, especially if you're here for a conference like I was. I think it was about $10 and you got a lot of snacks and some pops. I don't think you could purchase it all separately for $10 and it saved me from fighting for the free refreshments the conference had or waiting in line at the Starbucks.

Nice hotel and was convenient for a business trip the suite concept makes for a quiet bedroom which is nice. I though the breakfast was particularly good. I had an omelette which they cooked up very well. Only negative is with the convention set up there parking was a bit tough with a long walk.

I wanted to share our experience there and commend the crew for the outstanding service. Several employees stood out to me- Chelsea (or Kelsey?) who worked in the Bar/Restaurant and Wendy as well as Unique in the spa.

Chelsea took care of my wife and daughter before I was able to arrive on Friday the 20th. I was able to arrive during the managers reception where she was serving the complimentary drinks. Even though she was very busy, she took the time to remember the type of wine my wife liked and made us feel as though we were not an inconvenience but a welcomed guest. You also had buss boys whom I was unable to remember their names. They took time to get my 6 year old daughter her own chocolate milk. Never once- even with the amount of guests- did we feel unimportant.

The next day we decided to have lunch at the restaurant where Chelsea was once again working. There was a meeting or conference of sorts going on and she had almost every table full. Despite this she still welcomed us with a warm smile and STILL remembered our individual preferences. It was an enjoyable meal in which our family never felt rushed or as a burden on her.

Both Wendy and Unique in the Spa went above and beyond for my wife. The appointments were completely full and they did all they could to get her in for at least a facial. Wendy found us personally in the pool area several times to work around getting my wife scheduled. Unique had such an impact and kind personality that my 6 year old daughter ran up and gave her a hug when she saw her again.

Kudos to the staff and well run establishment. We live in Denver and will frequent this location.

Somewhat disappointed this time around. We were told no late check out time because of another conference. We left parked car, came back later early evening and there were minimal cars parked. We were served some slices of white bacon and extremely large chunks of pork in green chili. The room was great however. Very clean and well maintained. Customer service not quite what I use to see. We may try other hotels in the surrounding area next time.

I was a vendor at a conference here a couple years in a row now. The hotel is always clean and decorated beautifully. The hotel staff is always very nice and polite and professional. I would recommend this conference center for many events. It is close to a lot of restaurants and a big event center. Great place to stay I hear as well.

We arrived very late. The Embassy was a welcome sight after driving for many hours. The front desk agent was friendly, kind and helped us with suggestions to make our stay more comfortable.
Our room was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the check out was quick and painless. After a good night's sleep, it was back on the road.

It was just okay the room smelled musty... Bed sheets had little stains on them.... They changed our room... Failed to return my $40 face wash that I left behind when changing rooms🤷🏾‍♂️.... The staff all looked really sloppy and unpolished. Like the uniforms were just simply too big.... I think we'll try another place the next time we go. They did comp the room for one night and apologized...

Friendly staff but all young and inexperienced. They wanted to charge us for the Internet, I thought that’s as cheap. We signed up for honours and got it free though. Food needs to improve. Menus dated. Rooms are great but windows don’t open for fresh air. Decent B F. But with small inexpensive changes BF can be great.

Room was clean as well as the facilities. Breakfast is chaotic at the made to order. The cooks don't keep track of who ordered what. They dont know what is in the omelets they make. This causes mass confusion making some wait an excessive amount of time. Otherwise experience was good. But I choose the embassy because of the better breakfast options and so a 3 star is appropriate in this case.

We visit this hotel often. It has become or little weekend get away for ourselves as a couple and as a family. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and makes you feel comfortable art at home. The open bar and appetizers during the evening and the amazing breakfast buffet make it affordable for our family of six to get away and relax guilt free. My family had a wonderful experience at the Embassy Suites Loveland where we celebrated Christmas this year. we had a complimentary breakfast that would have cost us $60 over the weekend...The breakfast had Gingerbread pancakes! Our room was a nice brown and orange color scheme, we called it our " Chocolate Orange Christmas." The salt water hot tub was perfect. They have board games and books for the kids. The reindeer decorations were delightful. Thanks.

The Embassy suites is our stomping grounds when we go to see the Colorado Eagles. I enjoy this hotel, though we end up paying a bit more than I want. The staff, they know their business, there is a small amount of food that is served at night and a breakfast in the morning.

I visited the embassy suites for an event recently. The hotel is quite lovely and the rooms are large and very comfortable. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was nice and quiet. The beds are rather firm but clean. We stayed on the 7th floor, I think the view would have been great except for the fog. Breakfast is great and it's a huge spread. This is one of our favorite Hilton properties. The rooms are spacious and the pool is nice and well ventilated. We got a premium suite that provides snacks and water. This place is awesome! So beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. The beds are super comfy, the rooms were very modern and spicy, and the complimentary food and drinks were amazing. Beautiful hotel, wonderful manager's reception and made-to-order breakfast in the morning. Wonderful staff, clean rooms. The bed leave a little to be desired, the traffic noise from I-25 on a Mountain View was a little much. And I was not impressed with their pillows as well. Overall a very good stay though.

We live nearby and went to the restaurant for dinner. Service was fantastic. Food was really good. Menu could use some additions. We had a vegetarian in our party and there were only two things on the menu (a black bean veggie burger and a very plain pasta). He doesn't like eating veggie burgers everytime he goes out, so he ordered the pasta. It was pretty bland. The rest of us enjoyed our meals. Prices were comproable to restaurants in the area.

Room was very spacious and very comfortable. The lobby and dining area are huge and very clean. The managers reception was great. They served wine, beer and cocktails. Absolutely fantastic! Beds were great, room worth the money. Only thing is that wheelchair bound guests should design the rooms. They should be better. Food from the restaurant was exceptional. Portions were humongous for the price. Would recommend even though some might consider it a bit pricey. Pretty convenient for the Rockies, not so much Denver proper.

Bonus ***STARS*** I highly recommend to stay here and here is why.

The rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable (I want one) and the Free breakfast is the best. Eggs over easy cooked to order, omelette cooked to order, bacon, sausage, rolls, fruit, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, all included in your nights stay.
For once it was not that hard boiled egg, apple and cereal other places serve.
Oh ya... My favorite... Starbucks coffee.

Happy hour 5:30 to 7:30... Free drinks...What? Yup free Drinks. Wow!!!

A Tesla charging station. What? That is cool.

The staff is outstanding, they would smile and ask if you need anything and make you feel important. Great job management... keep up the fantastic work.

I would conclude that this is one of the best experience I have ever had at any hotel. I will stay here again. Well worth the money. I see why the Embassy Suites by Hilton has won so many awards.

Thank you for a good night's sleep and a fantastic breakfast.

Like most Hilton properties I have stayed at, Embassy Suites in Loveland offers modern accommodations and a casual atmosphere. The hotel itself is still fairly new. First, I never write reviews. I know it's cliche to start a review like this, but it had to be done. I spend a lot of time traveling and frequent this hotel for an extended period of time. The accommodations are great, but more importantly, the staff take great care of you. I have come to know the restaurant /bar staff pretty well and they never disappoint. Sarah, Emily and Colby take great care of you and are personable.

I will be moving out here permanently and expect that I will visit from time to time for dinner and drinks. Keep up the great work. I will see you again in a day or so!

We went here for a cheerleader competition at the Budweiser center. It was perfect because we could just walk over. The staff at check in were great even though they were inundated with kids and families checking in. The rooms were clean and modern. Pool was a fun time for the kids. All in all a very nice weekend.

My wife and I were looking at hotels for a block of rooms for our son's wedding. Very nice hotel with all of the amenities. Wonderful and helpful staff.

The hotel and the area is beautiful. We are staying here a week for a conference. The staff has went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. The room we had was very clean and comfortable.

Embassy Suites are probably my favorites in the Hilton family and this is one of the best. I have stayed here several times because it is well run and there is always a good breakfast chef. If one is working the upper front range this is a nice central location.

The location was great because I had an amazing view and the rooms we're great. Also the service outstanding. The breakfast was so fresh and their Rocky River Bar & Grill was great.

It's a very well run hotel, people who work there are helpful, and professional. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens soft. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was good but nothing fancy.

The service for our company's holiday party was amazing! The staff was wonderful. Only small complaint is that no one ever filled out water glasses ever after asking several times

Amazing conference room. Great service at the receptionist. Good parking. Overall a good place to host company events with more than 1000 people in attendance.

Top floor room was quite nice and comfortable.

I've got a question: what is with lighting in hotel bathrooms? There are always 14 different shadows on your face, making it hard to be sure you're doing a decent job shaving, etc.

Breakfast was the usual mediocre fare. "Gourmet" raspberry swirl coconut pancakes, but generic white flour, too sweet, and fake maple syrup. Modern times demand better.

Oh well; it's Colorado after all. The changes that have happened are primarily on the east and west coasts. It takes a while to seep into middle America.

Maybe reviews help?

The very best Embassy Suites I have ever experienced. This hotel is absolutely beautiful with high-quality appointed furnishings in the suites and throughout the building. The complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails are the best I have seen. Friendly, helpful staff add to the great value offered. Would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to futures stays.

The rooms are amazing, and are perfect for a family of 6. The pool had great hours for the kids, and fun Xbox games for them as well. The location is in the middle of the big 3 noco cities and was perfect. Perfect customer service and everybody says hi. Will return any time I can.

The hotel staff were very friendly. It seems to be very family oriented with Xboxes in the lobby for kids to play, a rack of children's books for kids to read and there's several kid friendly decorations. The breakfast was very good and they offer made to order omelettes and pancakes.

Out only problem was there was loud banging, possibly pipes or a water heater every couple minutes the whole night we stayed. However, the hotel did reimburse us for our stay and were very apologetic and pleasant about the issue.

We would stay here again but not in the same room.

We were traveling with our kids and large dog and this hotel was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and video games. It was extremely pet friendly. We had plenty of space for 5 people and the dog in a 2 room suite. The value is incredible. The included made to order breakfast buffet and happy hour are so convenient. We will definitely be looking for Embassy suites during future travels!

Positives: Excellent value for the money. Superb atmosphere. Fabulous breakfast and a very good manager's reception with hors d'oeuvres. Rooms are spacious. Excellent fitness room, pool and jacuzzi. The staff is top notch. Not a bad thing to say about anybody. Stay here whenever you can -- IF you can, which leads to the only few negatives...

Negatives: West-facing rooms have the highway noise. It's really annoying, so to avoid it, you have to ask for one of the east or north-facing rooms, which you may not get. Also, this place is often booked, and you may not be able to get a room or reservation -- because it's so popular.

Summary: Negatives aside, this is the place to stay in Loveland - over and out. Nobody beats this place -- nobody.

We stayed at this hotel Sept. 2-7/15 and were lucky to get a corner suite. All suites are spacious but the corner suites are HUGE! Beds are comfortable, linens are of quality, bathroom spacious with quality towels and bath products. We are frequent travelers and not easily impressed. We were impressed. Room service was fast and the food delicious. Our only complaint was the free wifi was inadequate, difficult to gain access and frequently dropped to the point we gave up after a couple of days. For a hotel of this quality that seemed off. Most hotels these days offer free high speed wifi. Our group had a banquet and the food was abysmal. Despite this we would stay at this hotel the next time we're in the area. Every member of the staff we met was friendly and helpful.

this hotel has everything we look for when traveling, wonderful food, rooms that are clean and quiet, Starbucks in lobby and the nicest desk personnel, on our last visit luke helped me and was so helpful and nice. the spa is one of the best ones we have ever been in, clean, quiet so well appointed and professional. my husband and i have visited the hotel for the past 2 years and will continue to do so. pets are allowed, they have a special floor, but sometimes the elevator has several in it with us, not a pet person but they are no problem here.

Very nice hotel. Can only speak about the premium room, which is the one I occupied. Everything was very clean, access to snacks all day long, really nice breakfast. To top it off, the staff was amazing. Conveniently located near I-25, an hour or so from the Rocky Mountains National Park. Highly recommended!
