One of my favorite Embassy's to stay at nationwide. Their staff service is amazing, rooms are clean,,,, location is outstanding! You have many midtown options to visit, and they provide free shuttle service to downtown. My go to place to stay Every Time I go to Nashville

I always stay here when I’m in town. They are going through new renovations, so I’m excited to see the new look. They offer a good free breakfast and the social hour bartender is fun and keeps the dining area upbeat. The rooms are always clean. I love the bathroom layout. You have to park at the garage next door, but it’s a short walk to the building. The location is around several restaurants, so you won’t have a problem finding good food. You can also use the hotel shuttle to get you to a few locations nearby.

Even though they were in construction , the staff was friendly and the stay was pleasant. Got a great price as well. $20/day for self parking in the garage.

A pocket sized Embassy suite, this hotel had everything but a pool. GREAT omelettes and killer sangria. A little away from the bustle of down town but a good amount of night life in walking distance. NO matter how old you are bring your picture id...they carded us and we are on error 60!

Good place to stay in Nashville. Happy hour and breakfast are a plus. But they need more staff so guest are not standing in line for 10 to 15 minutes to get a drink. Valet service was inconsistent.

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites Vanderbilt. Nice rooms, except how the water leaked from under the shower door making a mess on these bathroom floor. Most of the staff were friendly, front desk personnel could have been better. Will likely try somewhere else during our next visit to Nashville.

Nice and clean hotel in midtown. We're not big time foodies so the breakfast was a great amenity. Across from Hattie B's so that's something to be said for too.

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week in early May 2018. This was shortly after the hotel completed a remodel. The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. The first few days were were in a regular rooms and we asked to be moved to a handicapped room to accommodate my surgery at Nearby St Thomas hospital. We did not know this during this time frame, Vanderbilt was having their graduation. After speaking with the manager, Justin and his front desk personnel, in spite of a fully booked hotel, accommodated our request. When we arrived at the hotel from the hospital, we were greeted with a wheelchair and assisted to our room. We highly recommend this hotel and will be staying another few days in June.
A wonderful feeling to be treated by caring people.

Staff is great, but can't give 5 stars. Since arrival here last Wednesday all ice machines are out of order, breakfast area are out f egg whites for days. Housekeeping is so so. Other than that the latest cation of s perfect, shuttles are ok if they answer the phone.

5 stars for a great stay at a great location near Vanderbilt campus. Service was excellent, hotel was clean, great breakfast and adult refreshments in the evening.

Parking garage was a little tight.

Would definitely stay here again.

Wish I had known it was under construction. But it was a good place.

This Hotel has a parking terrace and is located close to the strip and the Vanderbuilt University. Its an older Hotel but is being freshened up. My biggest complaint is the lack of a true restaurant; I expect far more than wraps and burgers.

I would stay here again.

Building is being renovated so it was noisy in our room. We liked the breakfast. Every employee was very nice. The access from garage to our floor was weird . We had to carry our luggage up some steps. Shuttle drivers were so nice and helpful.

Typical Embassy Suites. Adequate, older room, but undergoing renovations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and it was kept stocked right up until "closing" (a fresh coffee urn was brought out with less than 5 minutes left)

The room was clean and comfortable and the nightly free cocktails were a plus. There is ongoing construction and the elevators are very slow. Hotel is within walking distance of several very good dining choices and bars.

Room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was fantastic (made to order omlettes available). There was remodeling going on, and was jackhammering from 9am to 5pm, sharp. It wasn't extremely loud, but you could hear it through the vents. One of the elevators was out of commission during the remodel. All of this considered, it was still a great stay.

Lovely hotel. The suites are very clean and spacious, and the staff is kind. Breakfast includes made to order dishes, buffet style foods, and standards such as bagels and pastries. There is also a social with free drinks each evening. The hotel includes a hot tub and fitness room, which I didn't have a chance to use but they looked very clean. There is also a nice rooftop patio to sit on. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but these weren't disruptive other than a nonworking elevator.

Wonderful hotel and staff. We were in town for NFL game, clean, great location and breakfast and happy hour were great. Every person I had contact with was helpful and friendly, including valet. Would have been 5 stars except for the needed updating which was in progress.

Love the neighborhood and the city, 1st visit but not the last. Great time.

Hotel is okay, but has a few issues. First off, one of the two elevators is out of service. One of the guests mentioned that it had been out of service for a long time (they had stayed there multiple times). As we were on the 11th floor, it was a long wait. Service elevator was offered as an alternative. It was dirty as well as the steal leading to it.

Room was decent, but there were paint chips on the ceiling, which was odd.

Ordered room service and the food was decent, but very expensive. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is located right on Broadway and within walking distance to a bunch of stuff. Every interaction I had with the staff, was a pleasant one - the valet guys were also very helpful in guiding people in the direction of places to eat, things to see, etc. The room was immaculate and comfortable and house keeping was very attentive. My favorite things about this hotel are the 6th floor deck area and the happy hour! The breakfast was pretty great too. I have every intention of staying at this hotel the next time I'm in Nashville.

7

Great place to stay, close to all the bars and downtown action! There is an awesome cupcake place across the street and delicious Mexican within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows. All the shuttle drivers were awesome!!
I would have given 5 stars, but I did have two small complaints- we had an issue with our toilet twice, and the maintenance man had to come up. He was very unfriendly....
Also, the morning we left, the woman at the desk was not friendly at all.
My favorite people were the shuttle drivers!

The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is good quality and worth sticking around for. The early evening reception with free drinks (beer, liquor, wine, sangria) and snacks foods is a win to just relax and chill out before heading out to dinner.

The cons: One elevator is down and appears to have been down for months. The other elevator is kinda slow. The parking in the garage is very tight so be patient and carful.

Complimentary drinks. Awesome breakfast. Beautiful rooms. Great bar and restaurant. Need I say more? This was our first stop on my husband and I's cross country road trip for our honeymoon and the staff were above and beyond. If we ever go back to Nashville, we know where we are staying.

The location and condition of the hotel and its rooms was great. Vallet and shuttle servicemen were extremely nice and helpful getting us where we needed to go, and giving directions. Several of the front desk staff were rude, but others were extremely helpful. One spoke to me in a demeaning manner when I asked a question about my room charge. Breakfast in the morning had a lot of different food options, and tasted good. I would not recommend the hotel restaurant, as the food was overpriced and not very tasty. There was a fly in my plate of food, and though the 6 people in our party all got different things to eat, we all felt sick several hours later. Service was also slow and subpar. I had requested extra towels to be delivered prior to check-in, which we did not have, but upon calling housekeeping they were delivered very quickly. All-in-all, it was a fair experience.

Great place to stay. Stayed here before and will again. This time though the room was not inspected good after cleaning, found contact lens in bathroom and an open large safety pin in bedroom. We could have stepped on it and had a real issue. It was 1 of those thick safety pins not the wimpy usual kind. Reported to front desk at check out and they were very apologetic and glad I told them. By the way they acted they will get this addressed.

Hotel is downtown, right in the thick of things. Parking ramp is sketchy, definitely do valet to avoid the headache. Had a king room. Was very clean and spacious. Excellent service and correct crew. Rooms ok. Parking just in the next building with direct access to the hotel.
The breakfast is included. They have a free shuttle going to the downtown from 7am to 12am, in a trendy area of Nashville at 5 minutes of all the city hot spots.

Definitely not as nice as other Embassy Suites I've stayed at. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel and the weekend I stayed only one of those were working. Unfortunately I was on the 9th floor so I had to wait for up to 15 minutes for an elevator that had way too many people inside. When checking out I paid for my parking with cash but when I got home realized that the hotel charged my card for it too. When I called about it they were rude, didn't believe me that I paid it in cash and said I needed the receipt to prove it. I was also promised some Hilton Honors points for the elevator inconvenience but never received them. On a positive note, location and shuttle service were nice.

Stayed here a couple of times. Rooms are spacious and clean. And you get a free USA Today newspaper everyday. The breakfast is generous and has a lot of choices. And if you don't want their breakfast, you could just walk around the area and you'd find plenty of other restaurants to choose from.

Stayed for a weekend in Nashville. The common area and breakfast area is beautiful but the rooms are average. The stay wasn't bad until I scratched my vehicle in the parking garage against one of the unnecessary concrete columns that are inconveniently placed. The parking garage layout is the absolute worst I've ever seen. There is not room to make turns in the garage. The proof is seen on the white walls that are covered in the paint of other vehicles. It needs to be destroyed and remodeled because it is a hazard to all vehicles that enter.

The same ongoing problem with all hotels, motels, inn etcetera etc... very few dedicated hard workers. Everyone else goes for a paycheck. Very sad to see this behavior, people who doesn't engage in a conversation, a good morning a bit more to make the customer have nothing but good things to say. They feel like they do the job they deserve the special treatment. Which they will get when they plant the seed and start paying forward all those desires of their hearts. Nothing is free, neither comes easy or not one say it was going to be an easy life...therefore just a bit more here and there to make it unique and we promise you that good and better things are i store for those or them... in 2017. Gracias!

The hotel, location, room and valet staff our great. The front desk and speed of housekeeping leave some to be desired. We are in town for a wedding and our room wasn't avaliable at checking time, 4 o'clock, when we had to make it to the rehersal by 5. Worst of all the front desk staff said this was a normal occurrence. That being said once we got into our room this is a great place to stay and we really enjoyed the proximity to all the great food and bars.

Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was excellent because you get continental plus hot foods like bacon, sausage, and eggs. Good location, the hotel shuttle was overbooked, but we were not told this before leaving (and expecting it to bring us back to the hotel later), front desk was friendly enough. Everything about this hotel was just OK. Nothing stands out. Although they do have a nicely stocked gym. That was a pleasant surprise. The room was only stocked with decaffeinated coffee. I had to call down to the desk 2 different days for them to bring me regular coffee. It's the small things that annoy you and make the stay not entirely enjoyable

Very beautiful, clean and conformable. Staff always ready to help. Many unexpected amenities, including a fantastic restaurant/bar on site in the lobby area and a sauna/hot tub on the 2nd floor that had keycard access until very late into the evening (and into the next morning!). Wonderful location, we were able to walk to other restaurants nearby - recommend The Tavern... downtown is within walking distance too if you're up for the walk - about a half hour down Broadway (2ish miles one way). Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

The rooms were very noisy (meaning you could hear conversations from rooms next door, outside the room and heard doors slamming all night long. The staff were very accomodating, breakfast excellent. Parking however to say it sucks would be to insult other things that suck. They charge for it as well which is why I will not stay at this hotel again. The Valet staff though was always helpful.
