• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Attended a birthday party at one of the suites, and the building is much more grand than it seems on the outside. It's nice, neat, and clean, and some of the suites have a balcony view of the beauty water fountain. The staff are very helpful and the elevators have self-cleaning buttons! A very classy place.

Made Reservation via phone/general reservation line to Embassy suites
Chris assured us of what our bottom line charges would be and that breakfast was replaced with grab and go bags along w/coffee in lobby.
Upon check in we were charged $8.00 for parking and NO Cameras on the lot~ Surprise!
Told NO grab and go & No coffee in lobby~ Surprise again!
Very disappointed at the misinformation.
Alonso (?)Woman ~Front desk agent was very kind & professional.
Room was nice, clean etc.
Found a Starbucks very close by that opened @ 5:30a

Very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the evening reception was a very nice amenity. All employees were professional and pleasant. Our only complaint was the parking ... $8 to park your own car? Hopefully that will be resolved soon because that simply doesn't make sense.

Typical...

Stayed here for more than a week... nothing special to call out except for the nice staff. It is a typical Embassy suite hotel, 2 bedroom with made to order breakfast.

This hotel is always busy, high traffic high occupancy rate hotel.

Value for money is okay.

The rooms are clean, and the facilities are very nice. Continental breakfast and the omelet bar have awesome food, and the service staff are very helpful and attentive. That said, the only reason this review didn't get five stars is due to the beds and pillows. The bed we stayed on was a Serta, but was very uncomfortable. Also, the pillows feel like small (16" x 16") bags filled with foam beads. They don't hold a shape and always end up on the floor in the middle of the night. Bring your pillow from home.

Check in was easy and simple. Room service was always on point, came back to a clean room every evening. They have complimentary breakfast every morning, just make sure you know what time it ends if you plan to sleep in (9:30 on weekdays, 10:30 on weekends). Breakfast buffet is great, offering good choices for many health diets. Omelette bar is terrific. Workout room has adequate space. Vending located on the first floor. Great experience

I was here for a conference and thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the hotel. I have stayed in many Embassy Suites and this one was in the top 3. Friendly and professional staff that were very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were immaculate as well as the rest of the hotel grounds. When I return to Murfreesboro I will definitely stay at Embassy Suites. Kudos to the staff, management and owners!

Our American Legion Auxiliary group stayed here for three nights. When we got the reservation, I thought it was a little high but when I saw the suites I figured it was worth every penny. The junior members enjoyed the pool...the complimentary breakfast was over the top...Happy Hour was accompanied by cheese and crackers and veggies and dip. There was a driver to take our group to a nearby shopping center. 5 stars to this chain...at least in Murfreesboro, TN.

Beautiful courtyard with nice greenery and an artistic fountain. The rooms are very high quality and ultra clean. Breakfast is wonderful, especially due to the cook-to-order omlettes. All around a wonderful experience.

I usually have a great experience at Embassy Suites, but this time I really didn’t. The pull-out bed was one of the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on. At midnight I had to get the sofa cushions and sleep on them instead (it was more comfortable). Before that, though, the people next door were giggling and screaming. We called the front desk 3 times before they sent security to ask them to quiet down. The breakfast was still good, though

A wonderful facility. I was here for a conference and did not have the pleasure of staying. The staff was very attentive and did a wonderful job of handling refreshments and keeping the conference space clean. The facility was very clean and in great repair.

Defenetely the best hotel I've been to in Murfreesboro. Great service. I barely even had to see the housekeeping! The inside was stunning, I loved the glass elevator, and the pool was huge. I loved the breakfast and room service. No stains or anything in our room. Overall 5 stars!

The service has been great and very accommodating. Was able to get an early check-in. The room was very clean. Checking out the breakfast in the morning, but most Embassy Suites have great breakfast so I am expecting the same.

We stayed here for the weekend in a 2 queen bed suite. The staff here was probably some of the least friendly I've ever encountered in my life. They all seemed very unhappy. The only exception was the lone bartender serving the drinks for the evening reception on Friday and Saturday evening; she was the most pleasant person in the whole building. We were there with a large group that had reserved a block of rooms months before. Not only were our rooms not actually "blocked" together, they weren't even near each other; we were all over the building on multiple different floors. This made organizing as a team even more difficult. We gathered together in the lobby/reception area on Saturday evening to eat and have drinks. We ordered in pizza. The restaurant manager came out and very rudely kicked us out of the lobby/reception area claiming it was part if the restaurant and that we couldn't eat there, even though there were no signs to indicate such, she made us move to the breakfast area. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and hard. Breakfast was ample and large in selection, but lacked in quality with runny eggs and hard, over cooked pancakes. The only thing that made our stay tolerable was the fact that the place was clean and drinks were free for the 2 hours if the evening reception.

Can't beat a hotel with a good breakfast and free happy hour for the adults. The kids had fun in the big pool. The staff was great and you are in a great location close to several places to eat and not too far from downtown.

Hotel was very nice. Love the breakfast. Nice variety with the option to have omelets cook on site by a chef. Staff was friendly however the printer wouldn't print out my boarding pass. When you're away from home you need to be able to print of necessary. I would think the hotel would be on top of that since so many business guests tend to lodge there.

Great place to stay. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Staff is always accommodating, friendly and efficient. Rooms are always pristine. Nice place to stay and/or work!

I really wanted to love this hotel, but I booked it for one reason only and that was their very nice indoor pool with hot tub. While getting dressed to work out I called down to ask about the pool and was told it was open and where it could be located. I then went to the Gym and and saw the pool. I was so excited to know that after I worked out I was going to be able to take a few laps in the pool and then go relax my sore muscles in the hot tube but sure enough in the half hour it took me to work out they closed both the hot tube and the pool. I understand things happen, but then give your guest standing there in her swim suit with the sweat dripping off of her some $$$ off of the very expensive room she booked for no other reason then the swimming pool. I could have stayed at a number of other comparable hotels for about $50 less with no pool!

The area was perfect because it was in walking distance of a ton of restaurants. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The only problem was the WiFi. I couldn't get it to work very well at all. The lobby was huge with lots of room to talk to other guests. The were extremely helpful getting the conference I attended ready.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms and the hotel as a whole were very clean. A full breakfast was provided. The staff were very polite. The only thing was that they ran out of clean towels on the last night. That could've just been I was attending a large conference hosted at the hotel, but it was annoying nonetheless.

Nice as most Embassy Suites are. This one has a particularly nice lobby area. The only drawback I find with Embassy Suites is that the guests tend to be rude and inconsiderate - usually at breakfast or happy hour. I'm not sure why that is. The room was very nice and views from the upper floors are pretty good. The area is being built up with more hotel chains too.

Stayed here recently for the Flex Lewis Classic and was blown away! The staff was fast and helpful and friendly. The venue itself was gorgeous and the room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely hoping to have another event here soon!

Our suite provided the perfect respite at the end of some days of doing some heavy work. The facility is very pretty. The breakfast area was bright and clean. The staff was friendly. Stayed at the Murfreesboro location on Aug. 19, 2017. We always stay at Hampton Inn and have always been pleased. Decided to change and try Embassy Suites for the first time. Great choice, loved everything about this hotel. The check in was wonderful, easy, very friendly employees. 5 stars for the front desk. Couple of things that have me booking again on Sept 10, 2017. First loved the fact that on check in the young man at the front offered his service with a shuttle to anywhere in Murfreesboro for free. VERY NICE!!! Thought I would have to Uber. Also loved the welcome reception. The room was over the top, clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

One of the best experiences I have had at a hotel ever. People at the front desk are really nice, breakfast is awesome, there are complimentary drinks served in the evening and guests just hang out at the bar between 530 and 730. My favorite part was the note on the bed, the "traveler's prayer". I have never been in a hotel that had a prayer on the bed, beautiful words. Hotel is really nice and clean. I would definitely recommend.

Embassy Suite terrific as usual. Added benefit of a recent remodel, and some terrific staff. Pool is indoors only, but there is a nice outdoor patio. Restaurant was delicious, you have to try tge brisket sandwich! Bartenders were great, but the evening reception line was super long. Breakfast was very good, but the omelet line was also very long. Not gonna complain about free drinks or free omelets though, just get there early.

The view sucked. It was a big metal vent and the roof surrounded by walls. Nothing to look at, plus a bright light. We were in room 314. Other than that, we had a good stay! The hotel is open in the middle and has a glass ceiling. There was a nice bar and restaurant to eat at and breakfast comes with a stay at the hotel. Made to order omelets, etc. The coffee wasn't that good, but they do have a coffee shop in the hotel that does have good coffee. The kids liked the 10 story glass elevators!

The hotel is lovely and we had great accomodations. However, as a Hilton Honors Gold member, I checked in online and got my digital key. When we arrived at the hotel, there was someone else in our room!! We walked right in on them. The hotel moved my family to another room. I did not get my extra pillows as requested and they offered nothing for my inconvenience. NOT what I expected from a Hilton Hotel and as an Honors Member!!!

Nice location, close to Nashville, and off of interstate 24. The rooms are very nice. The bedroom has a door, bathroom, and then a living room with lots of seating. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a sink in the kitchen area. Room service was fast and the food was really good. Bed and pillows were very nice as well. Breakfast is included, and there are plenty of options at the breakfast bar, including omelets. Our only complaint was the main doors seem to slam and people were slamming them at all hours.

I stayed at the hotel for a convention. It is quite nice, and I have reviewed it on several sites, however I do not want to overlook the outstanding service at the lobby bar. The hotel is nice. The facilities are lovely and the room was clean and well equipped. The staff have all been friendly and professional. I'm not sure if the hotel was equipped to deal with a large convention that was here this week. We arrived at noon and could not check into our rooms until 5:30. We were offered free drinks and free breakfast to make up for that and then we found out that everyone gets that.

Nice hotel with indoor pool and free breakfast that's actually good. Good customer service. We ended up here for a month while our home was being renovated. My only gripe was the front desk wouldn't tell us when the insurance's credit card authorization failed, so we got locked out of our room numerous times. Free alcoholic drinks between 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Room was nice, clean and reasonably priced for Nashville metro area. The manager's reception was a little disappointing... Just cracker mix and fruit. Would be nice to have a couple got apps there. Exactly what you would expect from this national chain. Big atrium in the center of the building where bar and public gathering space were located. On the weekend I was there, we had trouble with maid service. Didn't show up first day (had to call down for towels), on second day, cleaned room later in the day, but didnt clear out trash or used towels, on the third day, they were there at the stroke of checkout time to clean. Prices in the bar were on the high side. Were very strict about outside food and drink in the lobby--continually patrolled. Near lots of chain restaurants and mall.

I didn't pull up in an Escalade and I didn't walk in wearing a suit so the manager must have thought I was looking for a job instead of staying the night he was very rude and looked at me like a was a peasant if he looked at me at all when we were conversing. Everyone else seemed to be nice and professional. The manager needs to be working in back or as a room cleaner where he doesn't have to be bothered by people.

Very elegant, fancy look. The people are nice. They have a great breakfast bar, the restraunt is very reasonably priced and the food is good. It has a spa, pool and hot tub that are all very nice. We had no problem checking in. When we got to the room, there were stains on the sheets, the door handle fell off in my hand, the blanket was stained, there was what looked like blood on the wall behind the sofa, there were used sugar packets in the coffee container, the bedroom door looked like someone tried to kick it in, and on top of all this we were double charged for a one night stay. The head of housekeeping was a man by the name of Leroy. He was great. He cleaned the room and made the bed himself. He honestly was the only good of our visit. My fiance and I both smoke and we went outside to smoke. Even though the rooms are non smoking, the sofa had a burn hole in the cushion. Not to mention when we stepped out the pool area to the patio we were locked out. I will never return to Embassy Suites. I have always heard nothing but good reviews from my friends who have stayed here, but they did not experience all the issues we had. The hotel itself is very beautiful on the inside. We were given $50 off our stay but then double charged so in all honesty, it seems to me the stay was far from good.

Hotel seems very new. Room was clean and comfortable. We had two adults and two kids and we're comfortable. Breakfast was great and free.

Parking was close to every entrance. Easy access from interstate. Good floor plan for smaller conventions.

Friend was staying overnight. Went for dinner and a swim. Her suite was roomy and had a nice layout. The atrium style was beautiful from the lobby. The waiting staff was incredibly courteous and attentive.
The pool was a heated saltwater and had plenty of clean towels in stock.
The only small issue was that they were serving dinner in a separate area and it wasn't very clear where even though there was a sign. Someone came by and saw us looking around and helped us, though.

Room was clearly little used. Beds and sofa bed were good. Breakfast was delicious, though there needed to be one more omelette chef. Kitchenette sink faucet was floppy-loose. Hair dryer had been put away with broken off switch and housekeeping had clearly not checked. But in all good stay.

Went for a wedding. Was not let down. It was a beautiful wedding with awesome food and drinks and a very helpful staff. And the cheesy Mac and cheese was amazing.

I typically love Embassy Suites, but this one was really cool. Loved the open lobby with natural light. We spent our 9th anniversary here. It was a struggle to order the romance package, so I gave up on it. Was so surprised when they called with a package to be delivered.

The lobby itself is beautiful, very clean, and well organized. Staying at the hotel is always a positive experience as I stay here every time I'm in Murfreesboro; the staff is nice, guest services are very easily accessible and efficient, and housekeeping is very good at what they do.

I have yet to stay at a better hotel. Great hotel, great staff that pays attention to details and your comfort, great rooms, and the nearby restaurants are diverse and fantastic....and on top of it all...the hotel still has that new hotel feel.

The rooms were wonderful and extremely big. The customer service was outstanding aside from one female bartender that had a bit of an attitude. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely come again.

Great location close to necessities and downtown. I prefer down pillows though. But overall the room was spacious and clean

I loved being at the Embassy. I did not completely experience the hotel due the fact I was only there one day for a conference. However, I still enjoyed the time I spent there. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was great.

Super nice hotel and wonderful staff. The rooms are 5 star. Dinning was disappointing, service was very slow. Waited 25 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then nearly an hour before food arrived - at each meal. Also the "silver Status" 5th night free is a joke. For 4 nights $189 each night. 5 nights the total is $1,371.80. Don't know where they learned to add.
Over all, it is a very nice hotel.
