ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Lots of rooms. The staff are helpful and great. Make sure you take advantage of the happy hour (5:30-7:30). The bartenders are friendly and take care of you. The finishings in the rooms are dated, but comfortable. Will come back here when business brings me back.

We did not stay here, as we live locally but have worked a few events here and this weekend assisted with an AMTA event on Sunday and Monday.

The hotel staff on every occasion has been very helpful and attentive. This event was able to be booked on fairly short notice and no issues were noticed which to me shows their professionalism and hard work at make sure clients are taken care of.

I have not stayed the night here, so I cannot right a review on comfort etc but can say my kids are wanting to stay a weekend.

Great experience. Staff was very helpful. Pool was clean. They have a huge outside deck the eat on. The fountain in the lobby gives the place an expensive feel and the breakfast was pretty tasty. Check in and out was very easy. Pretty much has all the standard amenities of a hotel like this and I believe they had a really nice spa too. We will be sure to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Great place to stay! We were there for the Daisy BB Gun National Match which was held in the attached convention center. The hotel was very clean, modern, GREAT BREAKFAST, and lots of sitting areas for gatherings outside of the room along with a nice pool. There were probably 700 people at the hotel for this event and the accommodations were superb.

I was attending a concert at the AMP and did not want to mess with traffic and driving back home in the dark. This hotel was great! The room was big, and frankly, much nicer than I had expected. The manager's reception was a nice way to get a few snacks in before heading over. The room seemed fairly soundproof, but I came back a little early and could still hear music from the AMP, because it's just that loud, but it didn't really bother me. Breakfast was delicious, too. I may have to make the concert/Embassy mini vacation a more regular thing.

The hotel was very clean. Our room had a sitting area with TV separate from bedroom. Beds comfortable. They have free happy hour from like 7 to 9:30. Beer, wine and a few different mixed drinks. Free breakfast, custom made omelet, pancakes, waffles. Food was good, no complaints.

I rate this as a 3.5 star. First off it is a very nice place as far as the rooms and Bar. We stayed in the Frisco suite which is basically the Presidential suite, we book for a early check in, romance package, snack tray and extra pillows. We received an email letting us know that the room was ready, well when we got there to check in. It wasn't ready we actually had to wait an hour and a half time it was ready. Then when got to the room everything we ordered (romance package, ect..) wasn't there so we called down to ask where it was and they said it was on it's way up.. 2 hours later we received it. We never got our extra pillows (not the biggest deal) then when we tried to get into the pool the keys didn't work. After them making us 4 different sets they all didn't work. Place is nice, just needs better time management.

Rooms are pretty clean and up to date. Nice happy hour with free snacks, and unlimited drinks, decent beer on tap. I missed breakfast since it ran 6:00 to 9:00 and I came down late. Staff was mixed, the guy who checked me in was not helpful or friendly. The lady who checked me out was super nice and got me a banana since I missed breakfast. Value was pretty good at $140/night

Embassy Suites one of my favorite hotels. The one hotel that perfected the hotel concept for travelers. Pretty much anywhere you go, you're going to get the same reliable top drawer quality of service. Love getting up knowing there will be a nice hot custom made breakfast waiting for me when I go downstairs. In fact I'm about to head down now. Seeya!!!

I was not an overnight guest at this hotel. My daughter was testing for school, and they had reserved some of the conference rooms. However, the hotel itself is spacious and very clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The Lobby was well decorated and the breakfast smelled amazing. My daughter and I roamed the hotel during her lunch break and checked out the pool. It was clean and a decent size, though I thought it a bit small in comparison to the size of the hotel. It's also quite easy to get lost in the hallways.

I'm most impressed with the quality of service. The night clerk went above and beyond in attempting to fulfill a unique request of mine. He did absolutely everything he could before apologizing and letting me know he couldn't find what I needed. He was very friendly and it stood out to me as outstanding service.

Great crew! Stayed at this location on two different occasions, and both times the rooms were exceptional. VERY good complimentary breakfast which includes chefs fixing custom omelettes. Clean pool. Nice ambiance as soon as u walk in with the big fountain and sculpture right at the front door. Did i mention the breakfast? Oh ok. Had a great time. WILL stay here next time we're in the area.

The visit was excellent. The meal we had at the inside bar, OUTSTANDING. However, our run didn't drain well and the thermostat didn't seam to regulate the rooms temperature. The night staff wasn't excited to take care of the issues at midnight. HOWEVER, the morning staff at check out, NOTEWORTHY!!!! The young lady wanted to do all she could to care for us and expressed her genuine concern for our issues. All in all, a great experience. We would stay and do stay at other Embassy Suites! GREAT COMPANY!!!

My favorite place to stay while in the capitol city. It's convenient to all of great places close by. However the last time I stayed there my room wasn't quite as clean as normal. I'm still giving it a 5 🌟 rating because this is the only time I have ever experienced a problem with my room.

Our stay at the hotel itself was good - the rooms are nice and breakfast was great. But a month later we found on our bank statement that they had charged us an extra $6 without notifying us. When I called to ask what it was, the woman who answered the phone asked me what I need and then put me on hold in the middle of my answer. After that she put me on hold again while I was speaking, and interrupted me several times while I was attempting to answer her questions. First, she claimed we paid in cash (which we did not), then she changed her story and claimed that the government had raised the tax rate, which was what the $6 charge was. In addition, when we were attempting to work out our reservation and payment in the first place (which was through their group reservations department) we were never able to speak to a live person when we called. They always sent our calls to voicemail, and would then call us back at the most inopportune times. For such a beautiful hotel, I'd expect much better customer service than this!

Beds aren't fantastic like Embassay suites in Hot Springs. But it was very clean. And the breakfast buffet can not be compared to any hotel I've stayed at. Employees seem friend. Pool is great but small considering this hotel is bigger than most in the area. There were 2 birthday parties the weekend we stayed and the pool was full of kiddos. It was fun but made small pool seem even smaller.

Rooms were clean as expected. We always end up staying when there is an event there. There were a plethora of kids this time. Pool had a frosty green tint to it. The floor around The pool was very slippery even when walking carefully. The sauna didnt have any water for the rocks, so it was a dry heat. The spa service was superb.

Nice Embassy Suites. Very large hotel and conference center. There is a nice workout room, pool and got tub, and a full spa. Rooms are located in either the main or the spa tower. Each tower is an open atrium design with rooms around the sides. The breakfast offered in the main courtyard is fantastic. There is a coffee shop, restaurant, and multiple bars around the property. Rooms are pet friendly. Lots of free parking, including for large vehicles. The rooms are nicely appointed suites.

First of all let me start out with how absolutely polite every employee is. This is the best hospitality I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I had one employee (I won't mention names) be rude to me and I had already had one other slight inconvenience (not worth going into detail) and the front desk manager Brandon insisted on comping a night for me. Now that's how you keep a customer! Harrison and Kelsey who also work at the front desk couldn't have been nicer and made me feel more welcome. Our first morning here Jason made the best omelette I've had in years and the ladies keeping the buffet stocked are so polite. The free drinks from 5:30-7:30 served first by Xochi and then the next night we stayed by Jackelyn were delicious and mixed to perfection. They both made my evenings exquisite. Xochi also served my room service from the bistro which was cooked to perfection. Travis one of the bistro managers also made my experience here better. Overall I give the embassy in rogers 5 stars because they know hospitality and they have it down pat. I will most definitely be staying here again as well as recommending it to friends and family.

I had a casual meeting with friends outside the dining area. It was easy to find the hotel and the expansive space inside the lobby was awe-inspiring. There were a ton of people in the lobby and dining area due to a conference, however, it never felt overcrowded or too loud.

Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed it! Rascal Flats was playing at the amphitheater next door, which was fun to listen to and they didn't play too late into the night. However, someone must have forgot to check the volume the next day and at 6 AM when a church group was gearing up for an early morning worship, at the same amphitheater, the bass kicked up like a booming car was right next to the bed. Naturally, I jumped out of bed.

The hotel is located next to a lot of cool shops and restaurants, and an amphitheater. Morning breakfast and nightly drinks just like any other Embassy Suites. The people who run this hotel were generally laid back and fun, not stuffy and stodgy, which I appreciate.

Nice pool area. Clean. Have pool toy box with stuff in it for everyone to loot. Found that to be unique.

Nice room with modern televisions that accept my Roku.

Cannot wait to go back and explore the area more!

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and great amenities. You don't have to leave the hotel at all to enjoy your stay in Rogers, because they have everything you could want - a restaurant, gift shop, spa, pool, etc. However, the restaurant has very mediocre food for the high price. They also charge damage fees ($25 per night) in advance, and did not tell me about it. Given there aren't damages, they refund that cost, but a surprise charge on your credit card is never fun or convenient!!! So, overall I had a pleasant stay, and would come back again, but there were a few things that weren't so pleasant.

As always at Embassy Suites, a great stay! Rooms are, of course, large and well laid out. This particular Embassy is huge with a separate tower of rooms. Close proximity to a musical venue (forget the name) - very convenient if there is a performance. Can't forget the made to order omelettes in the morning along with a large selection of other breakfast items including bacon, sausage, fruit, oatmeal and on and on. Evening managers reception with snacks and free drinks is another bonus.

I only stayed on the lobby and restaurant area. Those areas are what I expect from a Hilton brand. Clean, comfortable and they look good. I am not sure how old this property is but I know I have seen it driving by for many years. You wouldn't know it from the inside; it looks brand new! Everything and everywhere was perfectly clean and all amenities were in perfect working order. We got a great rate through the hhonors website and would certainly return when we are in the area.

The Embassy in NW ARKANSAS has been our home away from home. We stay here because of the free drinks in the evening and the breakfast in the morning. Its is sad that Hilton is so consumed by corporate greed! This IS a VERY Nice property and, MOST of the staff try to be kind and, caring. I'm just SooOooo tired of all the corporate GREED everywhere you go and at everything you do! Where will it end? (I think the answer is; it won't) (EVER)
ALSO; IF You want quiet, DO NOT Allow them to put you on the I-49 side of the building! Unless the LOUD Hum of the highway and copious trucks roaring by actually Helps You Sleep? VERY NOISY ROAD NOISE on the east side of the building! I think they ALWAYS put me over here!
I Have stayed in MANY suites I frequently am upgraded to a suite due to status with other hotel chain. So, they DO NOT get extra consideration because its a suite as so many others apparently do? Overall, I'm NOT Overly impressed. The housekeeping staff are no doubt the most pleasant of the staff here. But, then, I speak Spanish so they seem to appreciate me a little more as I do speak kindly to the staff. The front desk staff even tho I try to be pleasant to them as well do NOT seem to be very pleasant at all!
