Everytime I come to Oklahoma City for work I always stay at the Embassy Suites on South Meridian. The staff here absolutely wonderful they always take care of my needs. Every morning when I go down for breakfast the people who are helping with the breakfast are absolutely fabulous warm and courteous. My room is always clean towels are always replaced. They also have A5 reception for their hotel guess which include drinks and finger foods.

We stayed there to be near downtown. Good location. Nice size room. Disappointed the bathroom was not what one would expect at the Embassy- outdated, chopped paint. Great breakfast bar. Decent happy hour but the apps and drinks were complimentary. Didn't see a pool, exercise room, or business center like other Embassy Suites. Good value for money.

I was there for my high school reunion. We used meeting rooms A-C. Upon entering the hotel, I was impressed about how it looked. There was a atmosphere they made you think this was no ordinary hotel. A video display on a wide screen tv showed me the direction to my reunion which was very helpful. The rooms we were in were very spacious.

Staff were incredibly busy yet found the time to acknowledge my arrival. I were treated like a guest before it is I told them I were not directly so. The entire establishment from the circle drive down to the absence of water spotting upon the facilities faucet were immaculate and worthy of detail. Is where apparent the employees cared about the quality of their works. Other local businesses could benefit a walk through of the Embassy as it is clear Oklahoma could use the influence of an outside entity.

We stayed on the 6th and I wondered if there is a room 666... So I looked and sure enough, there was!! Everything was perfect. The inside pool was great! The food is great and so is the view!!! The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I think we have found the place to keep coming to!!

My best had her mother's birthday party in one of the ballrooms. Mary Ellen was the person she worked with in coordinating the event. She was very helpful and reliable from my view point. The staff who did the food was also very good. The food was good as well but the cheesecake provided had many complaints of not tasting well.... more like Walmart box cake. But overall I still give a good rating. She also got a room for her mom for an overnight stay. Her mom complained of how hard the bed was and I slept on the pullout couch which was hard and you could feel the rods holding the bed up ( I didn't expect much from a pull out couch in a hotel though). She was able to get a room on the first floor last minute which helped due to her mom's age and she's used a wheelchair. My only complaint was the beds but I didn't check to see if her bed was a sleep number or not. Great stay! Great happy hour but the breakfast buffet was a treat although my omelette was not good and my godson didn't like his pancake.

I stayed here for a week and also attended a conference here for that time. The staff was incredible the entire stay. The front desk was helpful when I had questions and the restaurant staff was top notch. The food was very good. I had almost everything on the menu and loved it all. I am really impressed with the service we got during my conference. The rooms were very nice and the bed and pillows are amazing. I will definitely be choosing this hotel as the place to stay while I am in OKC from here on out.

We have been to this hotel twice for a karate tournament and have stayed in two other local hotels as well. This hotel is by far the best! Free snacks and drinks in the evening, awesome indoor swimming pool for the kids, and comfy beds. I thought for sure when walking down the hall and hearing our noisy neighbors that we'd be up all night but you couldn't hear anything between the rooms. Larry was the most amazing host in the breakfast area and my kids look forward to seeing him each year because of the particular interest he shows to each and every person in that room.

Nice hotel, but the old Embassy suites is gone. Two rooms, but no kitchen. The living room is pretty small compared to Embassy suites I've stay at in the past. The breakfast and social hour still rocks though. This Embassy suites seems to not want you if you are staying less than a week. I've never found that at other Embassy suites. If you are looking for two separate rooms, modern furnishings, and good food, this is the place. But you better be committed to staying for a couple of weeks.

The best place to stay. Quiet, clean, and relaxing. Lots of selection on their breakfast. The staff was professional and friendly. We felt very welcome. Amenities are excellent. The only thing we did not like was the long wait before the wait-staff showed up, so we end up leaving. Luckily, the front desk staff helped us getting meals. But other than that, everything was an amazing experience. We will definitely come back and this will always be our new and forever hotel. BTW, they have happy hours at the bar, we did not go because we had to go somewhere, but we will definitely try it next time.

Traveled for college baseball games and stayed at this hotel. Great clean hotel, very nice rooms, and very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The breakfast buffet is a great idea!!. Overall great hotel just wished the pool area didn’t smell so much like bleach/chlorine and had a hot tub area. Great location with many surrounding walking distant restaurants to choose from. We will be staying at this hotel again in the future!

I had a mixed experience here.

Positives:
1) My room was very clean and the accomodations were spacious
2) The breakfast was really good. One of the better free breakfasts I've had a hotel with this general price point.
3) The atrium is pretty dated (clear that it's an older hotel) but I thought it was pretty cool

Negatives:
1) I found the hotel to be dirty in some kind of odd ways. The elevators in particular smelled like piss.

Exceptional hotel and staff. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff went out of their way to accommodate guests. Like to give a shout out to Kendra ,Kylie and Crystal. They all went above and beyond to leave a lasting impression. Will definitely be staying there whenever I visit their great city!

Great Hotel, comfy rooms and professional staff! Especially Terrance and Alex! They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience! The staff make all the difference! Love this hotel! Only cons, they removed the hot tub! If I hadn't stayed here before I almost wouldn't have been able to tell but they tried to remove any trace of ever having one. Not a deal breaker by any means!

We stayed here for a weekend away from home. I was sad to see the hot tub was gone but we had a great time regardless. I've always enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites for the perks. They have the manager's reception in the evening and an amazing free breakfast. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. All of the front desk staff were amazing. I'd really love to brag on two employees. Terrance is the egg guy, he makes a killer omelet and was super polite while also being personable. It was like we were old friends. Then there's Alex. I saw him running around helping everyone, honestly working circles around most of the other staff. He even made my daughter a glass of chocolate milk and brought me coffee while we settled in at a table. He went above and beyond. He truly deserves so much praise. He was an absolute joy and you could tell he loved his job and helping people. When I asked him if he was a manager or something he simply replied with a smile "No ma'am, I just work here." He's the kind of man you wish all of your employees could be. Keep up the great work gentleman!

Great Experience. We stay at Embassey Suites often. This location has the happiest employees we've ever seen. The Employees working during the evening reception and during the breakfast were amazing! They were always smiling and so helpful. I am assuming the management here must be really good to their employees to motivate and hire such great people. The employees all went above and beyond what we've ever experienced at any hotel. Definitely staying here next time.

Such a great hotel!!!! Would definitely stay here again. Loved the free drinks during happy hour. And the staff are so friendly and helpful. Also loved the made to order breakfast. Only thing was the beds weren't super comfortable. But to be fair, me and my family like really hard mattresses! Such a great hotel with the best staff!!!

An awesome place to stay thanks to 2 people who really went above and beyond. First I will mention Patsy, who works at the bar and grill. She is a class act who is friendly and still has the old customer mind set. I will also mention Marquis, who works the front desk on the late shift, although this is a young man he was very respectful and offered his help when he saw I was having trouble. The staff here in general, is a very customer oriented staff, but the two people I mentioned above set the bar higher than their peers. I will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this Embassy. The bar tender was very friendly avg the room was great. Tell small issues that keeps this from a 5 star review. First the kitchen sink in the suite did not run any water. Not a huge deal because the bathroom was fine. Secondly the breakfast situation was MIT ideal. It was messy and confusing. The food was mediocre.

I fully intend to be back!

Stayed here for one night. The suites is not really two bedrooms, it's only one bedroom and one living room. The hotel is kind of outdated and bathroom is too small. The tiled backslash looks dirty. The bathtub and shower head are really dated. The counter in the bathroom is really low, like less than 30 inches but the counter for the wet bar is really high, like 4 feet high. Hard to say what people have in mind when they designed them. They offer a lot of food choice in the morning, that's a plus. The parking is kind of tight. It's hard to wheel your luggage through.

When I went to use a washcloth and it had yellow stains. When I went to use a pillow from the closet and it had splotchy brown stains on the pillowcase. On the plus side, the pull-out sofa bed was pretty comfortable. The shower hardly worked, most of the water still came out of the tub spout. In a room booked with 4 adults we never got more than 3 towels and 2 washcloths... Just doesn't add up! The lower level's halls, bathrooms, and the ballroom were not well air conditioned and very hot. In the same lower level women's bathroom, one or more toilets were leaking on the floor... We were here with a conference of nearly 200 people. At our scheduled buffet Friday evening, the staff told us they were out of food when 1/3 of our group hadn't had anything to eat yet. And yet, they kept serving the same appetizers to the happy hour group on the opposite end of the atrium for 2 hours. On our second night we had a banquet scheduled for 6pm. They did not serve until 7pm. Not a good business practice. Overall, not as great of a stay as when I was here two years ago.

I love the breakfast buffet. Eggs to order. And they used to have a Friday night buffet that was to die for. The atrium space is just so nice with all the natural light and open space. Nicely appointed. Kind and attentive staff. Worth the bucks. A bargain at these prices. Convenient to the Fairgrounds and minutes from downtown. Airport a couple of miles down the road.

Great front desk staff, breakfast and happy hour included in price, the hotel layout was different than other hotels in that it had all rooms open to the center of the hotel where you can look over a balcony into the eating area below. The rooms had frosted looking windows but you couldn't see in or out it was purely decorative. Bathroom was spacious with our 2 full size/ fold out sofa couch room. The breakfast options were fantastic. We also utilized the indoor pool. Very convenient. Several restaurants along the same strip as the hotel. Right off the Interstate 40. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem we had was the sink was very clogged, we called for assistance, which we got pretty promptly, he unclogged it for the most part but it still allowed water than settle in the sink, kind of gross when you're brushing your teeth.

Quiet room, comfy bed and amenities. Everything was great. The only negatives were that the room hovered around 67 degrees no matter what I set the 2 thermostats to. The other issue was the random septic smell once or twice an hour. I stayed for more than a week and it was always the same. I didn't complain, but most likely will not return.

The shower head in our room was a disaster. It was crusted over with rust and calcium buildup. Only half the holes were working. The pool was disgusting. When we went the floor was covered with wet squished food. The pool water is so cloudy you can't see the floor and part of the ceiling is caving in. The atrium was nice and the free breakfast was very large and good. Could be a great hotel with some extra maintenance and attention to detail.

Beautiful courtyard and lovely rooms. The doors to the rooms automatically banged closed quite loudly, though, and the open courtyard echoed. I felt like I was disturbing other visitors with such noise. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. The bed was harder than other Hilton hotels I have visited, though.

The hotel has some positives. Nice front desk staff, great breakfast and happy hour. Hotel could be cleaner and updates would be good. Couldn't get a hot shower on a day I had to wake up early so that certainly didn't make me happy. Location is very convenient.

Would have gotten 5 stars however, first night I arrived late (I called earlier in the day and notified them) I was told all rooms were filled and the only room left was a smoking room. I had no choice but to take it. Room was clean, but good Lord, smelled like I was sleeping in an ashtray. They did book me into a non-smoking room the next day, but the damage was done (sore throat, headache, etc). Four stars cause the place was clean, staff was great and breakfast was delicious).

Gosh, pool was freezing cold and not heated. Surprised for how nice of a hotel. No pool towels but someone from the front brought some when I called. Pool area smelled like a sewer probably because their were two bathrooms in close proximity. Room is clean, but I just noticed a booger on the wall by the headboard? Gross.

Was a good location, lots of good places to grab some food or drinks nearby. Had a little trouble at check in as our room wasn't ready and had to wait an hour to check in. Reception was very good, bartender was very friendly. Breakfast was great as well, both the food and staff were top notch (Have been in a different hotel almost every night for past 30 days and this was by far the best breakfast) Room location could have been better, was tucked away in a corner on the second floor away from elevator, and didn't have a balcony or a decent view. Asked in the morning for a late check out, and was told it would be fine - housekeeping was never told of my request though. As a whole, was a good stay and I would stay here again but be more cautious with the issues I did have. Great staff was what made the stay 4/5.

Nice meeting area. We were provided coffee in the morning and ice water in the afternoon. There is no external entrance leading directly to the conference area which was a little inconvenient. You must walk through the main lobby and down about half a dozen stairs to reach the conference rooms. Temperature was comfortable and the hotel lobby and meeting rooms were clean and well maintained.

This is an older property and it's age is showing. Our room was on the first floor and didn't she'll fresh. The bathroom was poorly lit, the tub was stained and overall, the bathroom is too small by current standards. The "free" food is what you'd expect for free, not very good. The breakfast omelette station uses "eggs" from a milk-type carton and the ingredients were several days old. We took one bite and decided that was enough. The staff works hard but can only do so much with the limited facility. I had high expectations because Hilton has an excellent reputation. This property does not live up to the Hilton standard.

We had a great experience! The 2 room suites are great. We reserved 2 double beds. Mattresses were comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom was well stocked. The atrium is really cool. All of the staff that we interacted with was super nice, no one was rude at all. Apparently when you book you get made to order breakfast. It was great! The service was excellent. We ordered omelettes and they were excellent.

Friendly staff and a nice happy hour for guests make this a great place to stay. There's a very happy group at the front desk. Firstly, I want to note the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a good experience, the guy at the front desk was nice end even joked around a little, despite our room being incorrect at first(we asked for two beds and had gotten one) not only did he correct it he even came to our room a little later and gave us complimentary snacks(which there was a lot of). There was not a single employee that was rude or mean. Everyone was so nice, which is a hard consistency to find in a hotel.
The breakfast was also perfect, the omelette was 👌🏻
The room was wonderful and clean, I can't say a bad thing about this place. Grade A, five star, will definitely keep Embassy Suites on my list of hotels I'll use again.

Great location to work, nice banquet rooms, the afternoon social was a nice treat. The overall age of the hotel is starting to show its age as opposed to the newer competitors within sight distance. I always enjoy staying at the embassy suites, as they generally have a grand courtyard area that is visible from the glass backed elevators. This location had a nice restaurant, bar, small snack shop, pool, and hot tub. Unfortunately It did not have an outdoor seating area with fireplace that many of the newer Hilton's have.

Room was fine. The lounge was packed during the free drinks hour. Seemed pretty rowdy at one point. Also, there was a kid running around in the room above us. Just kind of irritating when I was trying to get my own kid to sleep. The restaurant was not worth the price. It took over 45 min to get our food. And it wasn't even that great.

We had my daughter's sweet 16 party here at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Oklahoma City. She had such a great time having a slumber party. I could not have asked for better service and a beautiful suite and indoor pool downstairs. Thank you so much for making my daughter's 16th birthday such a success.

Attended a conference here. Staff was attentive. Site was clean, well lit, and sound was working appropriately. Walkable dining options for lunch.

The rooms were clean and laid out to make the best of the space. The complementary breakfast was excellent with the exception of the scrambled eggs (flavorless). Large selection of breads and pastries, donuts, juices, cereals, and bacon, sausage, and eggs. Plus an omelette bar. Great location for short business trips. Would defenately stay here again.

Stefan at the make to order omelet bar makes coming to the Embassy suites something to look forward to. Not only is his cooking amazing, but the omelets are always delicious.

If you are fortunate enough to have Chef Steffon Lewis prepare your breakfast, you are in for a real treat.

This was a wonderful establishment. The front desk ladies Erika, Branid, and Teia made the stay even better. The rooms look just like the pictures on the site no surprises very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, this is just an all-out place to stay if it’s for business or pleasure. Me and the wife will be returning.
