This was my 2nd time in this hotel, I had to come back with this unexpected circumstances, but let me tell ya, I can see ya very employee with a mask, the desk has sings that it has been sanitized and covered for the next guest, I didn’t get the chance to see some of the workers like the young girl at the bar, Steve is always great greeting Us and making sure we our night is great, jonas is great as always, my daughter was reading in French and he come and start talking to her in French too, he helped us at the desk and the bar as well, anyways the room very clean and the sanitary standards are taking place like the covers for the remote etc..
Loved the breakfast as always, can’t wait to come back here again with a better circumstances.
Thanks again Lori

My husband and I booked a room here because it was in the heart of downtown Orlando and within close walking distance of The Social music club. Although the hotel was undergoing some renovations to their atrium at the time, they didn't have any impact on the comfort of our stay. The staff were immediately warm and welcoming upon arrival and were sure to tell us about the upcoming happy hour at 5:30, which included light snacks and complementary house wine, beer and well liquor drinks at the hotel bar. The included buffet breakfast the following morning was outstanding - we both made a beeline to the omelettes cooked to order, fresh cut fruit, and oatmeal with loads of toppings, but all of the usual breakfast fare was there and the supply never seemed to run low. Our room felt spacious and modern and was spotlessly clean. I've stayed in many three star hotels, but the staff here made it feel like a four star experience. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Typical of an Embassy Suites, the rooms are large and accommodating, with a separate living room and bedroom area. Bath is spacious and well appointed. This particular hotel is under construction for the breakfast area, so one of the conference spaces is being used. It's not up to the standard that I'm used to from an Embassy Suites though - things often run out and take longer to replenish, lines are long, etc. The restroom near the bar was completely out of paper and I had to tell the desk. Requests for things for the room sometimes had to be made multiple times. Things like that were disappointing and make me leave the review at 3 stars. Hopefully when the renovations are finished, they can get this property back on track.

Stood here for the Forth of July just to be in Downtown for the fireworks. It was so worth it!! My room was very clean and crisp. Visited the bar and received good customer service. I have to mention the over priced pizza from room service. It was not worth the money. They didn't give us an plates, napkins or utensils with the pizza. But everything else was great. Friendly staff

Outstanding experience. This hotel is walking distance to downtown. Valet attendant was great. You can valet or self park across the street. Front desk was friendly. Room was easy to find and was nice and clean. I had a view of downtown. Complimentary happy hour 530pm to 730pm was well needed. Bar tenders were very attentive. Complimentary morning breakfast was good. Cereal, breads, waffles, eggs or omelets made to order, breakfast potatoes, bacon, fruits, milk and juices etc.

I can't give it more starts even if I tried. The best experience ever at an Embassy. Checked in a d heard magic to my ears. Complimentary drinks for 2 hours...and the real drinks. I had sangria which OMG, left me trying to see if I can do this every weekend. The rooms the food and the location.

Stayed at this Embassy for an event this weekend. I would say the hotel is awesome, some staff is nice and some are just eh, rooms are HUGE, and the toiletries are on point. There’s come breakfast - which is very huge variety. And there is complimentary beverage happy hour everyday from a certain period of time. Besides the elevator being super slow, I would say this was a very pleasant stay!!

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

We were in one of the recently updated rooms which was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and we had a number of good choices including omelettes made to order; and the food was tasty. It would be nice if they had a few more fresh fruit options and better bread options. The parking and valet experience could have been better; cramped driveway didn't give them much room to work with.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite. Overall it was average. The size was big enough but the beds were small. The lobby is nice, all rooms overlook a central indoor courtyard. Breakfast is included the only cost being you can't sleep in due to the noise. We stayed on the 2nd floor and breakfast is extremely loud. I don't know if that is a problem on higher floors. Self parking is 15 dollars while valet is 23. I would self park just because the parking lot is across the street so it takes longer to valet.

Hotel was an older hotel that was under going renovations but these make the best Embassy stays because they are larger. The bartender during Happy Hour was the greatest. I am planning another visit soon and will definitely stay there again.

Recent renovations to this site made my kids and I week long stay good.
Due to recent renovations, doors were not able to close correctly, sink faucet when turned on water sprayed around the bar sink area and wet the bar. The microwave was a bit in the small side to heat anything bigger than two pizza slices.
Due to the location of the hotel parking was charged to the room and was paid at our departure avoiding a seamless check out.
A pool was available but due to outbid the norm cold front the pool was not enjoyed. Perhaps running warm water may have helped guests put the pool to use.
Breakfast was great every morning! Between eggs, cereal, waffles, several daily fruit and yogurt, waking up was the easiest meal to plan for.

Clean room, great location lake eola is the best, Amway center is a few blocks away, Buhda has a secret haunted bar with specials before and after games on your way. Another club blocks away has no cover and two roof top bars! Best place to stay and great breakfast!

Great location located downtown Orlando. I stayed in one of the newly renovated presidential suites on the 6th floor. Room is very spacious and well appointed there are two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi. Big T in the living room , about 50 inches. We ate at the hotel restaurant, generous portions and food was very good. Lots of outlets and a mini kitchen, no stove but there is a fridge and microwave. We will definitely consider this hotel for future stays.

Decent. Hot shower with good water pressure. Pillows, soap, decor is all dated. Hot breakfast not bad; good selection. WiFi is stable. Staff is helpful, which is good. Key cards are awful and easy to get demagnetized. Overall, this hotel is not bad, but needs to get with the times

The location is fantastic with its proximity to Lake Eola and easy walkability to The Performing Arts Center. It is a great place to start for visiting the actual City part of Orlando as opposed to the tourist areas. The staff was attentive and very personable. The rooms are ready for an upgrade but that is in progress now as the floor above us was completely being redone. The lobby area was also undergoing extensive renovation. The place looked as good as it possible could considering the amount of construction taking place.

Great rooms and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, as well. The only thing that could use an improvement is the availability of snacks and drinks for those of us working late into the night. The sundries shop closes at a certain point, leaving only the option of a limited-selection beverage vending machine (and the one on my floor was broken). Overall, though, it's a nice hotel in a great location convenient to downtown events.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Convenient location right on Lake Eola, and just 5 minutes from I-4. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are some communication issues... I was there for a conference, but the front desk staff was unaware of it, and somehow the cleaning crew didn't know about my late check-out, and came into my room to clean. Otherwise, a lovely hotel with a beautiful layout, fun interior bar, and nice breakfast buffet.

Good experience. Quick stay, but had a good swim at the pool (which was a little cold), excellent restaurant suggestion from the front desk, and tasty breakfast the next morning. Parking is confusing choosing between valet and self-park. Embassy suites feels like an older hotel property that isn't modernizing as fast as some other chains, but otherwise a good stay.

I absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had a horrible time getting down to the hotel and they made the trip well worth the aggravation. The majority of the staff did an absolute wonderful job of making sure I had all that I needed and gave me peace about my 5 teenagers being out downtown. I had to go to the store pretty late at night and security walked over with me just to make me feel safe. Front desk, bartender, valet, housekeeping, all did such a fantastic job. One of the members of front desk even comped me 2 free drinks just because I had such a rough ride down! I read on the reviews that parking is pricey and yes it is but it is downtown Orlando. I can't wait to go back under better circumstances. Thank you to all the staff. I sincerely appreciate all the effort you went though for us.

I love this hotel. The staff is kind and accommodating. I've never received a text from a hotel before but it's happened twice since I've stayed here. I had a wonderful experience booking and staying at this hotel. All the staff members were sweet and very accommodating. My room was clean and spacious and a quick walk to Church street or Amway Center. If it wasn't raining hard, I probably would of parked my car somewhere else as the valet fee is $23 (which is the average price for most valet parking in this area).

Great location. Right downtown. Priced at $200 it's about right. If you pull up to the hotel they charge you $23 for "mandatory " valet. You can park in the same lot on your own for about $10. Furnishings in my room were definitely showing their age. Pretty good overall

My husband William and I stayed there last weekend 3/10-3/12. We needed an early check in and Emily at the front desk was able to take care of us. We had a issue with the room once we got checked in, but the staff quickly corrected things. We had a fantastic time at the jazz festival on friday and saturday. The breakfast was amazing, it had a wide number of options. Throughout the stay Emily keep in contact with us, making sure we were having a good stay and seeing if we needed anything. If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

am a native resident of Central Florida who travels approximately 100 to 200 miles daily for work. Friday January 13th, 2017 , I valet parked my vehicle there as I sometimes do for safety. After socializing , I decided to attempt to get a room so I could avoid driving at such late night hour. At 2:45, the front desk ran my credit card twice, claiming that both times had been declined. The first charge was for $212, and the second for over $230, which again the lady at the front desk claimed was declined. In total she scanned my Chase card three times (even though I'm an AAA member and requested a walk-in rate). Since I was rejected I paid the valet staff and drove home. Turns out the hotel DID charge my credit card even though I left without a room. The possibility of someone having stayed in a room with my card information is overwhelming and I feel a bit betrayed. Kindly process situations like this with more finesse. The funds were there and I should have been safely in my room by 3 am. Mind you also those earnings may have been my only day's earnings, since I am a Massage Therapist and don't earn very much. Thank you for awakening me to all of the frivolous possibilities that happen at this Embassy Suites Hotel.

We stayed here for our short Honeymoon trip this past weekend. When we checked in, we promptly received a gift bag from the hotel celebrating our nuptials. We thought that this was going to the start to a perfect stay. While our stay wasn't terrible, it was certainly unsatisfactory.

Our room's thermostat was set to 65 when we arrived, but the suite was warm. We waited for a bit but the air was not working. I phoned the front desk and was told an engineer would come up and have a look. After dinner, I stopped by the desk to get a report and was told that the engineer found nothing wrong. I walked away hoping the problem had resolved itself. It hadn't. Our room was stuffy and warm the whole visit. The air in the hallways and lobby were drastically cooler than our suite.

We were gone the whole day for Saturday. When we returned, I found bloody napkins on the floor on the way to the elevator. I notified the desk and a gentleman walked over, grabbed a clean napkin, and picked them up and threw them in the trash. Unfortunately, no cleaning materials were used to disinfect the area.

On Sunday morning, the breakfast buffet was under stocked and none of the hotel staff seemed interested in refilling the food. We ate early around 9 am.

I am unhappy because we paid more money to stay there for our honeymoon in a suite. This was supposed to be a treat for us. I feel the opposite.

This location of the ES is absolutely wonderful! We used their suite to get ready for our wedding and had our rehearsal dinner and morning after brunch hosted by them. The only downside is the slow elevators.

We stayed here as part of a wedding block. The staff at the desk and the valet were all very friendly. The hotel was packed, but my room was noise free. The inside courtyard has a nice bar serving food and drinks. In the morning they serve a great buffet style breakfast that was part of the room price.

great hotel at great location downtown at the small lake and not far from the cinema. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. I would prefer a thinner pillow but that's probably me but would be good to have choice of a thinner and thicker pillow since anyway two were provided. breakfast is good - not super rich but enough.

If you're trying to find a really great deal on this amazing hotel I'd highly suggest booking it through the website HotelRaven. Com They have great deals for it on there! Such a perfect place don't have enough great things to say really!!!!

The room was clean and spacious. It was a little noisy due to the atrium-styled architecture, but that is kind of typical for a lot of Embassy Suites. The breakfast was top notch - omelettes, waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits, fresh fruit, and a yogurt/cereal bar. Also of note is the nightly manager's reception with free well cocktails and wine/beer. Good value for the price. REALLY SLOW ELEVATORS; take the stairs if you are in a hurry.
