It beautiful nice and clean. Excellent breakfast. Everyone was very professional and treated you like family. Great place to stay a little pricey with all the taxes. The price it wasn't that bad but after all those taxes it adds up to as much as you pay for the room itself.

Great stay. Nice and clean facility. Love the rooms with the living areas. The only problem was the noise from next door. Sounded like they were having a party, no joke.

We just completed one of our semi-annual business meetings at this great hotel. They took very good care of us. Their food offerings were terrific and very creative.I would highly recommend this hotel for your meetings and other types of gatherings. They know what they are doing. You can’t go wrong. They arranged a dinner for us in a private room at the California Grill in Disney's Contemporary Resort Hotel. It is on the fifteenth floor overlooking the Magic Kingdom where we were able to view the 8:00 pm fireworks show. It was awesome.

The hotel is beautiful and easy to get too. The service is amazing. I have gotten everything that I needed and more. Free breakfast and dinner included in our stay. The bed is soft and big enough for three. We got shuttle service to Disney, not free but affordable. All around very satisfied with the service.

What sets this hotel apart is not the amenities but the excellent service from the entire staff. Their courteous and helpful attitudes is impressive. Watching what I believe to have been the SeaWorld fireworks way off in the distance was a pleasant surprise. It is not the most luxurious of Embassy Suites however it is the most comfortable one I have visited. The hotel was the best part of our theme park vacation.

Standard room is nice. More like a 1 bedroom with microwave, fridge and 3 sinks. On site restaurant and bar. Full service breakfast bar every weekday morning at 6:30 am. Which is great when here on business. Rooms are clean. Front desk reception was tolerable. I would stay again and recommend as well.

I went to Embassy Suites by Hilton in Orlando because my brother in law had his wedding at Medieval Times and it was really convenient for family to go to and from the hotel to the venue. I didn't stay overnight at the hotel but a large group of friends and family gathered here after the wedding to hangout by the bar and main lobby. I was surprised how clean and pretty it was inside. The staff was super nice and friendly too.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent, especially considering the number of people being served. Staff were quick to refill breakfast items such as food items and juice dispenser, tables were clean or quickly cleared and cleaned for the next guest. The breakfast staff did a geat job keeping everything running smoothly. The only thing better than great service is great service with a smile. I would definitely stay here again.

Daniel and staff were awesome! Daniel was very helpful and very nice. We were able to get Magic Kingdom discount tickets easily through the very knowledgeable concierge. My husband and I enjoyed our omelets cooked to order by TC and the other chefs.

I give this place five stars for excellent customer service. Wonderful staff, clean rooms and very good breakfast with lots of choices. Including healthy choices. I want to thank all the staff for the birthday wishes and delicious cupcake left in my room when I was out. You all made this vacation memorable. I'm definitely recommending this hotel to friends and family

Very nice staff. Alyssa, Daniela, Ed and Suzanne were amazing. Tons to do with the kids. Clean pool, bar and jacuzzi area. Daily movies, face painting, WII, spacious rooms, free hot breakfast. Valet guys were very nice. Food was a bit pricey but loved being "off" site to relax in the evenings..tickets to Universal are cheaper online than at the concierge but she was helpful too. Free shuttle!

This hotel offered the friendliest staff and best service I have experienced worldwide. The facility was clean and family friendly. We had the housekeeping supervisor stop by to ensure the room was hypoallergenic for our family. The breakfast is great too. This place is worth the money.

Nice comfortable suites. Restaurant downstairs offers room service until 11pm. There is a Seven Eleven across the street, so I would recommend to go there instead of hotel's convenience store. They were not able to give us a late checkout even though it's offered for Hilton Honors members. Terrible, but TERRIBLE WiFi, it's offered free for a reason... it doesn't work! Which would definitely influence my decision of coming or not back. Very few TV channels and the TV froze for almost an hour when it was raining. Would not recommend as a first option.

The restaurant has a " treasure" on its wait staff, Fatima. Fatima complements the excellent food with her desire to be sure that each guest is served with the ultimate of courtesy, congeniality and care. Fatima is knowledgeable about the menu and made our dining experience superb. The steak and the steak tips are a must. Be sure to try the shrimp appetizer..

Here for our FOP convention and the hotel and the staff are both truly wonderful in every aspect. Meeting rooms are large and so are the rooms, food in the restaurant is wonderful too. Special Thanks to Ron who has taken great care of us over the last couple of years, moved the managers reception line like a real trooper, 5 STAR !

The hotel was very clean, including the rooms. The large rooms (all suites) make for a very comfortable stay. It is also kid friendly.
My only disappointment was with the general unattentiveness of the housekeeping team. They could have done a much better job with regard to how soon they make up the room as well as meeting our specific requests.

This place was so nice. We actually visited to specifically go the restaurant Kyng's Grille... it was very good. The food tasted great and our waitress Sarah was LITERALLY AMAZING!! She is sweet and kind. They even special made us some tartar sauce!! And btw... it was delicious. The corkscrew shrimp was great, the salmon and the steak were also great. It was a relaxing atmosphere and the low lighting was very endearing. The hostess was also very sweet I didn't get her name but she had her hair dyed blond and was petite. I love the entire experience and I will definitely be back for dinner over and over again. Thank you.

I stayed for a conference. Lovely hotel. My only problem was that the glasses were not swapped out and facial tissue not replaced for two of my days. Otherwise, friendly staff. Clean. Breakfast includes made to order omelettes. Conference area was a nice size and all in one easy to find section.

Very nice hotel near Disney and Universal. We love Hilton brand and this hotel doesn't dissapoint. Nice clean rooms. Great breakfast included with room. Made to order eggs a great perk and other breakfast offerings great to. Hotel is quiet for as large as it is and it was full when we were there last week for spring break. Lots of parking and felt secure. Pool is nice. We used the laundry room to do a couple loads and they have a room on each of the 10 floors. Great hotel for price, location and staff. Highly recommend.

This is a convenient hotel to my office but also lots of area attractions, dining and shopping. It’s also not too long of a drive from the airport. The staff is nice, I’ve had delayed flights and called in a dinner order from the airport and had it waiting for me after the restaurant closed. The bartenders make good strong drinks. Parking can suck if they are busy and you have to pay so sometimes I just opt for valet which is a little bit more than self parking. I like the presidential suite better than the regular rooms, but the corner rooms are really nice too. Breakfast in the morning can be busy and hard to find a table, but you can always sit in the bar/restaurant area if it is too crowded.

Adjectives that describe our experience, fun, happy, and very satisfied. The hotel couldn't have been any better. Great rooms with a view of the Disney fireworks, clean pool, and friendly staff. Ron at the managers reception was phenomenal, he sent us to a great Italian restaurant in Celebration. We didn't get a chance to tell him how much we appreciated his advice. So maybe he will see this review. 5 stars !!!!

Stayed at this hotel for a business meeting and found it to exceptional to say the least. Meeting spaces were some of the nicest I've seen. The rooms were well decorated and kept clean on a daily basis. Ron at the Oasis bar was gracious enough to guide us to a great local restaurant and I would like to thank him for his hospitality.

*WORTH THE PRICE* For the past couple years, my entire family come to this hotel for when we attend the Disney’s Very Merry Christmas Party and we will be coming again this year! The rooms are very spacious and fit so many people which makes it great for the amount of people we come with every year. The staff are super friendly and never have a bad attitude. And the buffet is the cherry on top. Especially when you’ve been at Disney for 8 hours until after 2am, you sleep in and wake up to a delicious buffet.

Nice hotel with great perks like delicious breakfast with incredible omelets made to order. They also had happy hour every day with margaritas and sangria and light snacks. The hotel restaurant also had very reasonable prices and friendly service. The salmon soup was particularly good. Rooms were very clean and fairly spacious. Definitely would recommend!

My family and I have visited this Hotel several times and are very pleased with the entire hotel. Would like to give a special Thank You to David the Bellman... WOW! He truly defines the definition of what Outstanding Customer Service... Front desk staff were wonderful, very helpful d available for questions at any time. The restaurant was delicious as well and rather affordable for a hotel restaurant! The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, the buffet and made to order omelets were really great! Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed for one night to go to Disney Springs. We mentioned to the front desk that we're celebrating our anniversary. We went to out and when we got back, Bnana, Becca, Torey and Jerri had a signed card for us and chocolates left in the room. That was so unexpected, thoughtful and kind. True example of customer service, of going above and beyond! Thanks so much, we'll be back!

I was extremely impressed by this hotel. The service was amazing. I loved the cooked-to-order breakfast that was included. The $10 parking so worth it. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food at the Kings restaurant was reasonably priced and quite tasty. I'd stay here again for SURE!

The rooms are very comfortable, all with a view of the surrounding area. While it is a little out of the way, the staff was great and the food was quite a bit better than you'll find at most hotels. The service during our conference was exceptional, a large snack bar was offered that included coffee, soft drinks, snacks, and tea. Their catered lunch was offered outside, was very high quality, and staffed.

I always have a good experience when I stay at Embassy Suites. The rooms are spacious and nicely apportioned, and the free happy hour included is a nice touch as well. This stay was no exception, the room was clean and the staff was professional.

Great location and very nice accommodations inside. The hotel also has a great breakfast and one of the few around that doesn't gorge you with resort fees and a ridiculous few for parking. Will definitely recommend to guests coming into Orlando looking for a reasonable place in a great location.

Hotel was great. Very nice and clean. Staff was incredibly nice. The complimentary drinks and snacks for happy hour was a nice touch. Continental breakfast was filling and pretty good. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed here for 10 days! Such a GREAT place. The customer service was completely amazing from beginning to end. I have never stayed at a hotel with such an amazing breakfast (and complimentary) . The chefs were very personable and made a great start to each morning. We didn't get an opportunity to take advantage of the evening reception but no worries we will definitely return in the future!!! For now we are concerned about the safety of all the lovely people we met at that hotel, be safe!!! This family is definitely keeping you all (and Florida) in our prayers!!!

Top of the line hotel. Firm beds, free hot breakfast with omelet station. Nice outdoor pool with hot tub.

While I was here, I had a sleepless night due to a medical condition. Chatted with the hotel manager about it at 3 AM. Just chit chat passing my sleepless time. Next morning, both the Hotel Manager AND chef checked with me during breakfast. Very polished customer service.

My stay here was beyond amazing. The inside of the hotel was very elegant and the room was beyond the size from what I expected definitely got what I was paying for. The breakfast was variety and hot so that was a plus. I like how the parking was organize and the service from every person that worked there was very friendly and customer friendly. This hotel has to be the most nicest I been to and will be coming back in the near future.

loved it very pleasant great service workers are friendly. Drinks dining was very nice we enjoyed the pool as well as the gym. The view from our room was very nice will stay here again. The bad thing was the sofa bed the sheets had blood stain but we did bring it to there attention and apologized for that. Besides that everything was great.

It's not Disneyfied at all, which is fine by my. One of the nicer Embassy Suites I have been to. Great room, food, facility. Gym could use nicer weights, but still 5 stars for such a good value. No resort fee but $10 day to park.

This is a great hotel. The room started nice and child all night even though it is the middle of the summer. Plenty of channels on the 2 TVs in my room. Hot shower in the morning, plenty of parking. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is fabulous. We booked this hotel online, not knowing what to expect, but once we got there we were amazed. The staff is great, the pool is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and they have an additional sofa with a bed. We had a nice view, (would of liked a view to the pool, but no rooms were available)...Omg.!! The breakfast is amazing, you only have to serve yourself and when your done eating they cone and pick up the plates. The menu items are inexpensive. We dont have no negative feedback on this amazing stay we had in the hotel.
We forgot to say as advice, the parking should not be charged at all for customer staying. I will understand for visitors.

Beautiful hotel with large suites, friendly service and wonderful amenities. Complementary breakfast included made-to-order omelets, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and much more. Excellent selection! Complementary happy hour in the evenings is also included. Great views of the attractions from the north side of the hotel. From my room on the 10th floor, I could enjoy fireworks shows every evening from 5 of the attractions! In total they lasted almost an hour! Rooms have large sitting area, large bathroom, fridge, microwave, and large, comfortable beds. Can't say enough great things about my stay.

UPDATE- 6/2017 - I just spent a week here again, third week in the past year. They have a great breakfast buffet until 9:30am. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. They have a restaurant that is pretty decent and priced low for a hotel eatery. Full bar happy hour from 530pm to 730pm, where they serve a good poor of mid grade booze.

Within walking distance are several restaurants, with the Red Dog Pub being my favorite.

We love this hotel! Stay in it several times a year. Usually great! But had one of the rudest employees tonight and when brought to the front desk management they were not to concerned about how rudely we were treated. I understand that some customers look for complaints etc but when your a regular and there is an issue I would hope the management would listen to those who are always there! Very disappointed! Overall hotel was fabulous! Will I stay here again ?most likely will I trust that the customers mean something? Not likely

Attended a conference at the hotel. Didn't really think much about it figuring it would just be the normal hotel experience. Was nicely surprised. The staff at this hotel from maids to management couldn't have been nicer and would go out of their way to do things for us. Didn't eat lunch at the hotel but the snack buffet was excellent. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Awesome hotel! Great staff, always accommodating. Very clean and spacious rooms. The food in the restaurant is excellent. I recommend the NY Strip, it's hand cut in the kitchen and prepared just how you like it.

The location isn't bad but it's not somewhere where you think "wow this is beautiful!" But it is in a great place because there is so much food nearby. The hotel itself is 10/5 stars. Great rooms, awesome staff, nice pool and hot tub. Very good breakfast. Also we had a company meeting in the hotel and the room for it was phenomenal. Would recommend.

The room is very nice with conformable couches and a very clean bed. The layout works and feels good. I wish there was a complementary bottle of water... And the shower heads need to be updated. The breakfast is great! The omelet station is wonderful!

I loved everything about this hotel from start to finish. The location is convenient to a lot of things, there's **no resort fee**, and the parking is only $10/day.

The room was very clean and well-attended, obviously spacious. Having the two-room suite is a huge plus with a kid in tow. Breakfast and the social hour was great as always (social hour 7 days a week, not just Tuesday like some places).

Even as busy as the place was, there was never a wait for the desk or the breakfast or anything. Great place all around!

Attending a professional summit for work at this location was fantastic. The staff was courteous and parking was super easy. The hotel event area is lovely with a clean, comfortable atmosphere.

It's an interesting cross between a motel and a hotel. The rooms are quite acceptable and clean. The staff very helpful. They do have food. My wife found breakfast quite acceptable, and friends found the bar food service good. There are too many restaurants within walking distance for us to have sampled the food further.

Immaculate rooms with a beautiful view! Had a four day conference and took Uber everywhere. Complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever had in all my travels with personalized omelettes, fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, grits, yogurt, etc. Whenever I came back to my room, it felt like home away from home.

The room was great and clean. We had a "fireworks" view on the 9th floor. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. TC at the omelet station was courteous and very quick about his work.

The rooms: spacious. The elevators: gorgeous. The staff: all of the above. There's a Publix across the street and a gas station with an actual reasonable price (50 cents less than the tourist price!)

I have been to this location a couple of times just to attend meetings. Very convenient location off of Interstate 4 and 535. This hotel has always been very clean, and very nice and orderly.

Because I have been here for meetings, when we break for meals, we hit the restaurant all at once. We kind of overwhelm the staff. At least this year they were smart, and had a buffet waiting for us.

I always enjoy going to an Embassy Suites. You always know what to expect, and there are never any surprises. I especially like their free happy hour.

Great place! Wonderful amenities and staff so friendly and helpful. Room was outstanding plenty of room for a disability scooter to move about freely. We felt completely at home and even had guest come and visit us, felt like home. Evening refreshments are a nice touch and the free hot breakfast was delicious. Planning our next Orlando vacation around staying here.

I love when front desk clerks and supervisors tell a breastfeeding mother to pump in the bathroom instead of offering a private area. I do want to thank the management staff for going above and beyond to make this experience more accommodating for me and resolving the mishap. Thank you again for understanding this situation and creating a memorable day for me.

Great rooms even compared to an average embassy suites. Pool was very nice with a great hot tub. Lots of good food nearby. Managers social was also very good but light on the snacks heavy on booze. Breakfast was right on

Wonderful hotel for family visiting Disney and Universal. We stayed for New Year's Eve in a room with fire work view. Perfect fire works from Disney, Universal, and many other places.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was an end unit so it was quite spacious. Our stay was made complete with a complimentary breakfast that out shined any other hotel I have eaten at. A wide variety of choices of both food and beverages. Overall, fantastic hotel.

Happy hour was busy. Only one bartender but the line moved at a moderate pace. I wanted a coke, too and the machines had no syrup in any of the offerings so families with kids, etc. could not get soft drinks. Shame.

I stayed here a few times with my family. They offer valet parking, which is great when you are with your family and it's raining. There is a very nice pool and splash park area as well as screen where they show movies by the pool most evenings. Their cooked to order breakfast is a great start to the day. The staff has always been excellent. This is the closest Embassy Suites to the Disney theme parks.

Awesome Hotel. My husband and I browsed hotel sites for days and finally for hours when we were driving to Orlando. Many hotels seemed nice at first but then we started reading reviews and decided not to go with the hotels in the Orlando area. At 1 am we finally decided to come to this hotel not sure if we would finish our trip out at this hotel. We were given a better price over the phone than on the hotel sites, and we were happy because they didnt charge resort fees, parking fees, breakfast etc. This hotel was clean and for 109 we were given a room with a separate living area!!!! The hottub and pool was nice. Breakfast was a huge buffet selection of almost anything you could ever need. Staff were all very helpful. We even had a lady named Melissa who worked front desk give our two daughters a flower each! She came to find us at our room but we were at the gift shop. That is where she found us and said that she saw my daughters wanted a flower so she got it for them. Also very comfortable beds. It has a more business feel vs family because it doesnt have the kiddy pools with splash pads etc but it was fine for us. No troubles with parking. Also they offered some type of happy hour between 5:30-7:30 I believe where you can come down to lobby restaurant area and have free drinks and snacks almost like appetizers and drinks. I meant to check it out but didnt have a chance. This hotel goes above and beyond.

Also housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room when we were out one day. They did more than we expected
Also we had a situation where our toddler had a blow out with her diaper early in the morning resulting in a messy bed. We cleaned up as much as we could and were going to wash the sheets when we decided to call the front desk to see if housekeeping could do a better job with their laundry facilities. They came quickly with new sheets blankets etc, and were willing to take the messy sheets straight away!!! I was worried the hotel would charge us so I was considering washing the sheets ourself to see how well it would come out, but the manager said it wouldnt be a problem and they would handle it all.
Clean rooms, great food, great prices, nice staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent hotel. Staff were courteous and friendly. The suite was huge and had 3 separate sinks! One in the bathroom, one at a bar area, and one in the bedroom! Great amenities. The free evening reception with drinks and snacks was nice. The free breakfast buffet with made-to-order inlets was awesome. The pool and hot tub were great, as well as the poolside fireplace and bar.

The property is great. Staff is attentive, rooms are spacious and spotless. What make the property unusable for me, is the slow internet connectivity. Mobile data on AT&T was slow in the area and didn't penetrate into the rooms. Internet in the hotel was was even slower. Unable to watch a YouTube video or connect to work via VPN. Some websites work, others timed out, all due to speed. Spent most of my time with my mobile phone next to the window tethering for marginal access.

When you make a reservation and your visit approaches, you will be prompted to select a room. Please note, even though the selection appears very specific, it is merely a request. The frontdesk was helpful in clarifying this and got me the next best room to match my request.
The amenities of the hotel and convention space were excellent.
The hot tub and pool were fun to swim and relax in, and the drinks from the 5:30pm to 7:30pm evening reception were excellent.

Great breakfast, which is included with your stay as well as complimentary drinks (beer, sangria, margaritas, and soda) and snacks between 5:30 - 7: 30 every night. The restaurant on site was reasonably priced with good food. Security was visible at all times. I will 100% book here again!

Everything! All the staff were super friendly and helpful! Everything from check in/out to the many complimentary services including breakfast, happy hour free drinks to the cleanliness of the whole hotel. Every detail was thought of including clean kept greens, the interior lobby, and the rooms. Housekeeping did a great job freshening our room and keeping us in clean towels and toiletries. Also the restaurant located at the hotel had great service and food. Our waitress was more than helpful and offered good food selection choices.Everything was very reasonable but the quality of the hotel went above and beyond. My standards are set high now! Also internet service is free if you stay 4-5 days. We did not have to pay $10 internet access fee so really not bad. Oh and even when there was a gas leak and no hot water or breakfast the staff went above and beyond and worked quickly to get things running again

Just got back from this place today. It would have been five star but.. I will say the rooms are nice and the atmosphere is great. The complimentary breakfast is amazing and the staff are awesome. I only had a couple of issues which I think should be addressed. #1 the charge $10 per day for internet. Suggestion (bump up prices $10) and include free internet. The prices staying here are low for the value. Your hotel is worth it enough to raise it $10 trust me. #2 no airport shuttle service. Not a complete deal breaker but it doesn't hurt to have an airport shuttle. If your booking here plan on spending $118 round trip for a taxi. Thats about the price I paid for a 1 day park pass at universal and its not nearly as much fun either. #3 no bus or shuttle to any of disney parks. They will get you a taxi but plan on spending another $100 for getting too and from the parks round trip. Other than that this hotel was okay. If you want a hotel with everything included then this is not it. If your looking to impress a significant other this place is classy and luxurious.

This hotel was great. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel with premium amenities this is the one. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the free breakfast was wonderful. The only suggested improvement would be beds in the hideaway couch in the living room. The beds in the bedroom were clean and comfortable. Thank you for such a fabulous vacation!

Great place to stay. Excellent service. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and happy hour left little to be desired. My only complaint was that after paying $150.00 per night, they want.$9.95 a night for internet access. I couldn't even use my 4G phone inside. I'm not sure if it was the phone, or I was just in a bad location. Other than that, It was very good overall.
