- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and

Rated 5 stars because there is no 6 stars option.
Super clean and neat.
Breakfast includes full buffet, I mean Made to Order omelets, warm pancakes with strawberries and cream. From the counter you could also get cereal, yogurt, fruits, backed potatoes, sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs.
Happy hour is also great and generous!!! It includes complimentary wine, drinks, cocktails, snacks, chips and soft drinks.
I'll definitely come back.
Please hit LIKE.

Very nice hotel. I love the main lobby area. We'll decorated, spacious, and even has a large pond with live geese! Our room was very accommodating and we'll laid out. It was spacious, is a 2 room layout with a couch, ottoman, large desk with 3 chairs, wet bar, etc. The bathroom even has 2 sinks with one separated by a door in the toilet and shower room. We had a view of the pool in both rooms. There is complimentary breakfast in the morning but nothing to write home about. The big perk is the complimentary evening reception with snacks and drinks by the bar! The only real negative that I have to mention is that when we came to check in there was only one person at the desk. A second person came to help after a few minutes but that still resulted in us having to wait longer than we expected. Otherwise, we love our experience here.

Room was clean and ready upon our arrival. Stayed 2 nights for the Dave Matthews Concerts at Coral Sky Amphitheater. About a 15 to 20 minute drive down the turnpike. Hotel location is literally off the pike. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The lobby also houses 2 royal swans named Bach and Beethoven. Pretty cool

This place is amazing. Ready? They have two beautiful swans in the lobby. So many places to take amazing photos. They rooms comfy and impeccable. Absolutely no complaints. I am a bit claustrophobic so the open view elevate really helped. I would definitely stay again and again.

Good rate, good location, and the room was good size. However, the plumbing in this place is off. We had two rooms,, my brothers room only had cold water in the shower, he couldn't get any warm water at all. My shower only had extremely hot water, to hot to take a shower in. In addition, the bathtub was constantly running water the entire time and no one would fix it. I'm not talking about a drip, a steady stream of water running from the bath tub faucet and it could not be turned off.

The rooms were presentable, but I did find a roach or two hiding under the TV and whatnot. The view from the rooms were actually quite nice, and so was the offered breakfast. Would go there again if I had another social event, but it wouldn't be my first choice if I didn't.

This is a very nice hotel. My suite was very nice! I had to stay here for about a week 2 years ago while my place was getting ready. I was very comfortable and had a fridge, microwave, tv in my room area and tv in the sitting area. I gave four stars because parking wasn’t the best. I did not like the parking garage so I ended up parking in the back which is available to guests and employees.

Beautiful place! Jen Garrett in management is great along with the front desk. Levi was also just an all around great person! The evening spinach dip & veggies were amazing & the bartenders were great with the boys ordering soda's. Breakfast couldn't be any better. Kenny makes the best breakfast in town with a great attitude! The rooms are large, clean & very comfortable! Any & all issues are taken care of immediately!

I have never stayed in an embassy suites so I figured I would try one. The only reason that I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because the staff, although not on the same page communication wise, is very friendly. The hotel must be older as there were several buckets around the lobby catching water from leaks as it's been raining.
This is where my problems begin.
1)Ceiling tile above bedroom sink is water stained from a leak.
2)The ceiling in the same area has a large water stain.
3)The tub is rusted through above the downspout.
4)The water faucet in the shower takes an engineering degree to get any cold water to come out and turn off fully once your done being scalded.
5)Mold around the grab handle in shower.

So I go to the front desk and show them pictures around 9pm on 5/17. Front desk employee apologizes and insist on comping the room, I told her that's not my intention just want to make sure the next person doesn't deal with this. She says NO we are going to comp you. Okay with me.

Next morning I get a message asking about my situation and what would it take to make this right.
Well, whatever you determin is right for your guest, although this was resolved last night as far as I knew.

Next message please stop by the front desk before checking out.

They asked about the stay, my daughter and I explained about the shower having no cold water assuming they knew about the rest of the room. They apologized and said "I see your an honors member,I'm going to give you 5000 points. Here is your receipt for the over $200 dollar a night room. No comp.

Now not that's what I wanted, but the night employee insisted, that's what would be done.

At the end of the day it's about doing what you said for your guest, not making your guest tell you what is right to do.

Be cautious of this hotel! First and last Embassy Suites stay for me.

Inside the lobby is a large pond with a bridge over the water to see the swans. There's a self-serve small grocery store, free WiFi, a business center and a bar & restaurant. They offer a free breakfast buffet and a small Mgr's reception in the evening. There's free parking outside and there's a covered garage. The pool & hot tub is outside. se

Average hotel. Unfortunately the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. As a graduate student my cooking isn't the best, but I could definitely made a better breakfast. Hotel rooms in need of renovation as walls and ceiling is starting to fall apart. Showering experience not the best if you're taller than 6 feet. Big plus for the swans in the lobby. Staff was nice and service minded.

I've been planning my wedding for quite some time now, and decided to lock in the Embassy Suites as our hotel block for our wedding weekend. I've spent an incredible amount of time speaking with Klara in the sales department over the last several months, and she has honestly made this experience such a breeze for me. It's slightly embarrassing how many questions I've had, and how indecisive i've been, but Klara was there to help me through it all. Even now, leading up to our event, she has been so helpful updating me with guest lists, and finalizing the last of the hotel block details. She's been one of the people who have really been the most helpful throughout this entire process, and I'm so grateful she was so patient and great at her job. Totally recommend for any big groups! You go, Klara!

I am big on housekeeping. Nothing is perfect but there were few things that made me give this beautiful place 4 star. Stained towels, stain on curtains and shower curtains and don't get me started on toilet. I literally watched them vacuum like my 6 year old. They didn't even bother moving the ottoman in the middle. They were just cleaning what is seen. The room we were in had stains on the wall that you cannot miss when you're fixing the bed. I wish they would invest on hand brooms for rooms. It's handy when you have kids and tradh liners. I dont get why 1 ply toilet paper. This isnt a gas station bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed our visit. Will still come back when in town. Don't get me wrong it is an amazing place. Definitely felt home. Breakfast is amazing. So many selections and a chef that will make you omelettes per your request. The complimentary happy hour is awesome. Drinks were great for the adults and snacks and cakes was pretty much inhaled by kids. The staff I came across with was super nice. The 2 gentlemen during breakfast and happy hour and the front desk.

Absolutely terrific. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lounge and entry way is spacious, clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast might be the best I've had. But the staff is especially awesome. Erica, the Front Office Manager, went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. ... Not sure if I'll be back in this area again soon, but if I am I'll stay here.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable! The hotel lobby is gorgeous and features a lagoon with live swans. The pool is a good size, clean and is in a great location for sun bathing. The only amenity that I would improve is the gym. It features 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and a set of dumbells up to 50lb. It's enough to get a good workout but there is plenty of room to add a Smith machine or power rack for compound lifting.

Great hotel at a great price. Amazed at the room sizes and amenities in room. If you're a businesses traveler in West Palm this is the hotel in my opinion.

Couple downsides... Geese in the lobby is a little ridiculous, I think the entrance and parking are strange and a little difficult to get to, the breakfast was of pretty poor quality, the front desk was okay, but not particularly helpful on the day/time I was there.

But other than that, amazing suites, great location, great value.

We stayed here last weekend and the customer service was far above excellent. We arrived and they had a cute check in bag for us. The front desk agent check us in quickly and was very polite. Our room was really nice, the decode was modern and very clean, the floor to ceiling Windows gave us a great view from the living and bedroom. There was tons of storage and everything was super clean. We had an issue with our room service one night, but upon check out they handled it unbelievably well. I was impressed that even though we were in a sold out hotel they remembered our names as we entered several times and went out of their way to not only smile but say hello to us each and every time. We are honors members and service like this is the reason. My hats off the customer service at this hotel!

Oh my goodness, this hotel is amazing and it sooo rocks!!! The lobby is heavenly with the natural foliage and the live royal swans Bach and Beethoven. The staff was stellar and so polite!! Every room is a beautiful suite and we had a two bedroom suite which was amazing!!! Shout outs to the entire front desk staff (Mariah especially) and also John Comeu, bartender extraordinaire at the Verdea wine bar.
Klara, the rsvp manager was imperative to make our wedding home base happen and be so flawless. Thanks again so much for everything that you and your staff did to make our weekend and special day so wonderful!!!
Always love, Mrs. & Mrs. Kontos

The buffet here was AMAZING! And the rooms were very clean and beautiful. The ambience of the hotel is really great. The only downside was waiting forever for the elevator! But other than that, it was a great hotel experience!

Our church group had a Womens Retreat here and there were no noise complaints, the rooms for the sessions are pretty air tight so we didn't disturb anyone and everyone had a really great time!

The hotel is a little bit older (evident in some rooms more than others) but its nice, the staff are helpful, rooms can be big and most importantly quiet. Complimentary drink service every night is very nice, breakfast is good as well. The hotel restaurant is not amazing by any means but its cheaper and adequate. Been coming here for quite some time now for business travel & will continue to do so!

The rooms were clean though a little dated. The manager's reception is a definite plus. One of the complaints I have about a recent stay is that housekeeping left me no shampoo but two bottles of conditioner. No problem. Next day, I got two bottles of lotion and still no shampoo.

We just had our wedding at the Embassy Suites this past weekend. Every single part of our weekend was absolutely perfect and more than exceeded our expectations. Bruce Mangual, the Director of Catering, was the most professional, most considerate, most hospitable & most kind person imaginable. He went above and beyond to make sure our weekend was perfect. His attention to detail was beyond exceptional. My husband drinks diet mountain dew, a beverage they dont even have at the Embassy Suites, and Bruce made sure that there was plenty of it for our weekend stay. This is just one of many examples of how he, and the rest of the staff, went above and beyond for us. Every single person who worked our wedding was attentive, considerate and accommodating. We had the best weekend of our lives and would recommend this venue to anyone considering an event of any kind there.
