• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Super fast pick up at the delta terminal. Rooms are quite large and clean with nice comfy beds. A choice of soft and firm pillows would be nice. Can't beat a free breakfast.

We have had amazing service from the front desk through our room service all the way down to the cleaning staff when we headed to work. Everyone was lively and friendly. Room service is offered all day. Room smelled a bit like water damage but they clean very thoroughly at this point. Even the doors!

Booked on the Hilton app for $165. taxes brought it into the 190's a bit much but it's Philly. I asked about parking and was told it was it was $20 extra not valet just open parking. Nowhere on the app did it say $20 for parking but it does on the website. Guess I don't need to use the app then do I? The staff was indifferent to my situation and even delighted in telling me it was on the website. But I used the app to book!! The evening reception was several bags of nachos and crackers put in a bowl along with cheese and salsa, certainly less than other places I've stayed. The kicker was that parking was actually $20+ $4.50 tax which they told me about when I asked at checkout. So from the app price of $165 it ended up being 224$. Ridiculous! Won't stay at another E Suites again and will check long and hard before I book with Hilton again.

Visit did not start well. Waited 45min at airport for pickup, even though I called and was told 20 min or less. The staff at the reservation desk were wonderful and they provided soda & snacks to the rooms. On my second night I ordered room service which never came. I finally called after an hour and they claimed they came to my room and tried calling me, I never left the room and was sitting about 3 ft from door and inches from phone. I felt the person was disrespectful to me, like this was my fault and they would probably need to remake the food so want did I want. I canceled and went without. Sad that a hotel could have great people and those that do not care at all.

Below standards for Embassy Suites. These hotels are a favorite for our family's frequent travel for sports-related matters. This particular location, however, could take some lessons from other Embassy Suites on food/room service, and the 5:30 PM reception. We stayed two nights and could never get anyone to answer the room service telephone. We also experienced the same lack of response/attentiveness in the restaurant. Unlike other locations, the evening reception served only chex mix, salsa, chips, and hummus. You will also pay to park - - - $24.50 per night, even though the signs at the entrance state $20.00 per night.

Very spacious and clean room standard two double bed room comes with fold out couch so it can fit six adults comfortable. There is an indoor pool and gym. They have a complimentary happy hour every nigh 530 to 730pm. Free breakfast buffet 7 to 1030am everyday. Free shuttle to airport and train station. Only issue is they charge customers $20 per day to park their vehicle.

Attended a sales conference here. Beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast spread! Made to order omelets, French toast, pancakes, ect. The chef interacted extremely friendly with the customers and was very like-able. The hotel staff was also very accommodating. Had dinner at the restaurant and I wasn’t overly impressed with the small amount of options, the slow service, or the quality and taste of the food. They did cater lunch for our meeting and that was significantly better. 2 out of 3 meals isn’t bad! My only pain points with this place was that the elevator closest to my room was broken and I couldn’t get the parking gate to let me out with my valet card. I had to send my passenger in and get them to manually open the gate. Overall, i would return... mainly because of the breakfast :)

The room was great. We got a package deal with apple vacations for transportation to the airport. When we checked in the man at the front desk was very rude when he didn't understand what we were talking about. He got help and proceeded to talk to his coworker about how our deal was making them lose money right in front of us. For a front desk manager you would think he would have a little more respect for guests. A+ for hotel though :)

Breakfast and happy hour was great. Bed was good. Internet sucked- have to pay for high speed which is b's in this day and age. There were also some box elder bugs in my room. Harmless bugs that try to get into buildings in winter but still. I didn t care that much so I didn't tell management, I am sure they would have moved me if I complained.

The room we stayed in was very nice and clean, though two of the lamps in the bedroom didn't work. The breakfast and lunch services they provided were good as well, and having outlets and USB ports at the tables were very convenient for charging your phone while you ate. I give the place 4/5 stars, and I'd definitely stay here if I'm ever in town again.

Suites here feel like home and gave everything you need. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and will always go above and beyond. Their breakfast is TRULY a continental buffet with everything from bagels, cereals, sweets, made-to-order eggs, pancakes, french toast, fruits, coffee, tea, hot potatoes and more! The kids love the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Staying here for business (got in at midnight) and upon looking at the bed, found makeup on the comforter. I called guest services and the gentleman who answered the phone seemed puzzled as to why I would only like the comforter replaced. I explained to him that if the comforter wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest, how should I believe these sheets and pillows are fresh? He said someone would be up shortly to “give me new linens”. I suppose I’m expected to put them on myself. I called down 45 minutes later as no one arrived. Another person answered the phone, a woman, and informed me that there’s no one here to change the sheets and when they tried to access the linen room, it was locked. No one communicated to me that this was the issue nor did she offer to move me. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels due to the nature of my job and after hours of working all day/night, I’ve never been so disappointed in the poor service I’ve received tonight. I was told to wait and someone would be up shortly (I’ve heard that one before). It was another half hour before someone came up as I did call back to tell them not to come because I’m exhausted and just wanted to sleep. She said she’d send someone up with a key and hung up the phone. Moved to a new room, where there were pieces of that straight hair all over the comforter. There was a second bed, and again I’m exhausted, so I gave up. I didn’t catch either employee’s names but I will say the gentleman was really apologetic and tried to accommodate me the best way he could with helping me move to a new room.

Very busy hotel. Great airport shuttle service. Small Restaurant. Included breakfast. Free cocktail hour. Didn't like that they hit our card for $50 and will take 10 days to give it back if unused. Have park and fly rates. Never did get the $50 back.

The workers in front desk were great. The place was amazing. High food prices on site but good restaurants in the area to deliver. Evening social was nice left you feeling fantastic. What I am sure was once a nice facility, needs lots of work. The rooms exhibit noticeable wear and tear, strike 1. Front desk staff are friendly enough, but disgusting, hungover post party- loud profane spewing guests for the entire atrium to hear at breakfast were too much. Breakfast staff not only did not stop it, seemed to encourage it. I felt sorry for the children; strike 2. I left vs confronting due to concerns for my safety. Last straw were the hidden fees, with a $13 ransom to leave the parking lot. For $195, You're (I'm) out.

We stayed 2 nights and attended a conference at the hotel. All of the staff from the front desk to the bartenders to security to the shuttle drivers were exceptional. The room was nice. If you like hard beds, you'll like the bed. If you like flat pillows, you'll like the pillows. Shower was great. The breakfast in the morning was great. Do not have catered lunch and dinner. The soup at lunch was okay. Croutons in the salad were spongy. The catered dinner we had was less than mediocre. The dessert part of the meal was good. The meeting facilities were nice. Good luck finding a trash can in any of the public areas of the hotel. Since there are no trash cans, a lot of garbage is around including cigarette butts in the smoking area as there is no ash tray or garbage can even outside.

The hotel is very nice and the staff for the most part was very nice. I booked the hotel for a night for my son's birthday. The hotel wouldn't allow us to have a cake or balloons on the room. It was prohibited the security gaurd said. If i wanted to bring those things in I would need to book the event room. The pool was a little crowded which wasn't a problem but when my son and his friends went down to the pool the security gaurd said we needed pool passes for all the people in the room. The room a was a nice size but the bathroom needs to be clean. Rust and mildew/ scrum was disgusting. Never will i be booking there again.

The hotel was clean and well appointed. The odd layout in the bathroom led to us slightly flooding the floor, but it was easy enough to clean up. We had a good stay overall. The food was only ok, both for dinner and for breakfast. Staff service was spectacular, though!

I had a great experience. The common area was gorgeous, the staff was very friendly and professional, and my room was clean and comfortable. I made the mistake of accidentally booking an executive suite room, which essentially just has a conference room attached to the bedroom instead of the normal sitting after, which was really weird and strangely not as nicely decorated as everything else. However overall I was satisfied with my room and would love to come back. There were several perks that I didn't have a chance to take advantage of due to travel schedules like the open bar for two hours in the evening or the made to order hot breakfast, which I will definitely try to experience next time because they looked/sounded awesome. Do note that you have to pay extra to park there overnight although I think it's pretty reasonably priced (maybe around $12?).

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around... I stayed here one night. The rooms were clean, but I was initially given a room on the first floor which had white, transparent curtains and there was no other curtain. I realized that guests in the lounge area and parking lot could see into my room. I requested another room and management complied. Other than that, my stay was great. The staff in the restaurant are accommodating and friendly. I would stay again.

Great place to stay before an early flight out of PHL. The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful, the rooms are spacious and have everything you need, including irons and ironing boards. There's a very nice and clean gym if you want to squeeze in some cardio before your flight. The airport shuttle is fast and efficient. Also, good variety at the breakfast! Housekeeping is kind of slow and they missed some things in our room but overall a good stay.

Hotel itself is really nice. No complaints about the hotel or staff at all. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lobby is very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty much just like every other embassy suites I've stayed at. They've all been nice. I am, unfortunately, really disappointed in my home state though with all the trash around the surrounding roadways. Disappointed in the people for throwing the trash on the ground to begin with. And disappointed that nobody is cleaning any of it up. Makes the surrounding area look like a trash dump.

Stayed here last minute as our flight got cancelled. Best decision we made on the entire trip--I am not someone who can easily spend the night on an airport floor! Front desk staff was so pleasant and accommodating. Free shuttle to and from the hotel. Suite we stayed on was bigger than our actual home, I am pretty sure. We got there late so ordered delivery from this sub, wing, and pizza place(recommended by front desk staff)--not sure if I was just famished but it felt like the best food we'd ever had. Also the bed? Don't get me started. I slept so good. Complimentary breakfast in the AM topped off our stay, and can I just say the guy making to-order breakfast behind the counter was the best? His French toast alone practically deserved 5 stars. If you need a place to stay before a flight or when your airline is being crap and keeps rescheduling ypur flight home and you can't bear the thought of a night on the nasty airport floor, definitely opt for Embassy.

Upon entry, the employee at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. They paid for our overnight parking, which normally costs $13. The interior was beautiful, with indoor lakes. One night down, one night to go. Arrived before midnight. Had a smooth check in, and the room appeared nice and clean. In the front part of the suite, noise from the common area easily comes under the door. The strange music and sounds of the elevator are quite noticeable. Those noises don't make it to the sleeping area, thankfully. Was unpleasantly awakened at 3:30 AM with a scheduled wake up call. Thought it was a prank, as I haven't requested a wake up call in decades. Got back to sleep after a bit. The occupant in the room above then found it to be acceptable behavior to crank up the volume on the news in the sleeping room about 530. There are two televisions in the suite, for Pete's sake. Still here the strange music in the front room. Great breakfast, includes the option of made to order.

The rooms were clean and very roomy. The shower was very large and good water pressure on the 4th floor. The breakfast was hot and good for hotel food. The breakfast area was not as clean as I would have hoped for, but we stayed on a very busy night, and there was a very large wedding the night before, so i think this was not a regular occurrence.

The potential was probably there when it opened. It's very clear that this hotel has an extremely high foot traffic and one can tell. The rooms are alright but nothing fancy. The pillows area so plush that we actual used the sofa seats as backend.. Breakfast was meh. Better than Hampton's but below Garden Inn and Homewood suites.

The facility was pretty nice, and was conveniently close to the Philadelphia International Airport. Service from all of the employees there was responsive and professional. Dinner was disappointing though--we had a large group that had set up a reservation a few nights before. Our server was doing her best, but was overwhelmed and by herself, and the kitchen clearly was unable to get all of the entrees prepared on time. There was a good 30 minute gap between the first entree coming out and the last for our group of 20. If they had properly staffed the kitchen, or provided a limited menu they could have managed, the outcome would have been much better.

We stayed here as a part of a hotel package for the Rock Allegiance concert that took place on 10/10/15...it was also our 5 year wedding anniversary. We had the BEST time ever at the concert and everything about our stay here was perfect and sweet. It was truly like a mini-honeymoon for us. We were very well taken care of by the very friendly staff. They even sent a complimentary bottle of wine to our room when they found out it was our anniversary! :) Our room was perfect, the pool was so relaxing, the restaurant in the atrium had a great atmosphere and the food was delish! There was even fancy flavored water for everyone to enjoy in the lobby - great touch, it's all about the little details. :) It truly was such a great place to stay that we are already looking forward to spending our 6 year anniversary there! Thank you Embassy Suites!

So. The Pros: - The front desk staff is amazing. So friendly, attentive, and they truly care about their guests enjoying their stay. - The food at the restaurant (Breakfast/Dinner) is pretty decent; nothing amazing. The managers reception bar is well stocked and well presented. - GREAT shower water pressure! (I stayed in 410) - Larger than normal TVs The Cons: The hotel is outdated and you notice it when you first walk in. The fountains are barely running, and the elevators are slow and old. - The room was OK. Normal bedding for embassy. Nothing special. - Parking is $7 per night and the gate system is quite confusing. Im not sure why they don't just use a pure card swipe system. They use a combo of tickets and card swipes... i cant figure it out. Overall Impression: - I would only stay here again if there wasn't any other Hilton option; which near the airport, there isnt. I would much prefer to stay at a hotel with an actual restaurant with the bar instead of an order window as I eat dinner at the hotels. I hope this review was helpful!!
