ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Great location. Rooms were larger than expected and very clean. Lobby was very nice. Eat at the Irish pub a few doors down but skip Friday's which is attached to the hotel. Have to mention, the way the elevators work is pretty interesting too.

Great rooms, beautiful some have a beautiful view. The hotel is in a great location with a nice lobby. The elevator system they have though is quite inefficient, sometimes waiting 5-10 minutes for one elevator only to find it’s full, have seen reviews of worse times. Breakfast isn’t anything too great but nothing terrible. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons, with an overall good experience.

Great clean place. No complaints at all about the suites but the elevators. Worse elevators o have ever seen. People are walking up and down 10,15,18,25,27 flights of stairs bc they're confused about elevators and it takes so long to call one. Other then this issue. Really great place. Super comfy king beds. We will definitely go again.

Very nice hotel! Convenient and clean!! Rooms were big and accommodating, the size of the TVs were awesome. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was fresh and filling. Was a little upset that I had to leave the hotel in the early morning hours due to an emergency, I totally understand safety first, but it was really cold. I would definitely return.

Loved this hotel. I only stay in Hilton properties. The size of the suites are very large and spacious! Yes the bathrooms are a little small and the tubs could use some TLC however they are clean. The interiors of the bedrooms and living space were in very good shape and new and maintained. The lobby area was nice and maintained as well. Could use a newer coffee machine in the bedrooms. Otherwise no issues with the room. It is in a great location and that is key and important to me. Only a couple minute walk to city hall. The price was great and much cheaper than I expected it would be, especially the week leading up to Christmas. Very pleased. My brother lives a block away so I will stay here again that’s for sure.

Great Hotel. Great room. Free breakfast is fantastic. The elevators are horrible. You can't tell whether they're coming and at checkout time you could wait up to 30 minutes for a ride down stairs. Waiting for the elevators so much as actually made me want to stay in a different hotel next time. It's a shame everything else was great.

My room with a view from the balcony would have been awesome except that the sliding glass door was screwed shut & the outside of the glass was filthy. No go good pictures of my 15th floor view! Also, of the 2 out of 3 elevators which were in operation, there is a very confusing, "technologically advanced" system installed. It was horrible; while waiting for the elevator to come, there is no indication that it will come soon or at all! I got tired of waiting once and walked down the 15 floors to the lobby.... The rest of my stay was very pleasant. The free complimentary breakfast was phenomenal and the breakfast staff worked exceptionally well together to provide a wonderful experience!! The valet staff worked hard and were extremely professional as well. The room was great and the A/C was nice and cold. Fix the elevator problem and it was a great stay.

Only 1 of 3 elevators was working when we arrived. Fortunately we were able to get a room on the 10th floor but ended up carrying our bags up the stairs to our room. Looks like this building used to be studio apartments as the bedroom section was pretty small. Hallways were claustrophobic. Called for more towels but had to catch housekeeping on our floor before we finally got some the next day. On the plus side, the beds were fairly comfortable.

This place reminded me of a one bedroom apt!!! Soooooo much space it was unbelievable. The perfect place to relax, study, sight see, eat, etc. It is in the heart of downtown so there is literally nothing you cannot see or do. I was later informed of the "Rocky Steps" being a short walk away but did not have time to see. I will say that there is a small intersection across that can get a little tricky when crossing so be sure to look at all signs and directions. Between the parks, statues, and ample amounts of food near by I can assure this is a great place to stay while in the area. Would for sure recommend!

Over all the hotel wasn't bad is had a good concept. But they weren't organized and they had a lot of people waiting for rooms. Also on of the elevator was down and according to some of the stuff is was like that since November. And I feel like that is unnecessary if a hotel is making at least 1,000 a day they should have thing up and running. Secondly there connect to a Friday that delivers before 11pm but they dont listen and never made our order then when I called for the 3rd time they forgot one of the items. I would like to go bad but they would need to be more organized as a establishment.

My family recently stayed at this hotel and we were all extremely pleased with how courteous and helpful everyone was. From our check in experience with Sharon to our exit with the bell station. Absolutely wonderful!
The rooms were immaculate and fresh smelling. The only slight inconvenience were the elevators which were being refurbished. We were warned of this in advance of our reservation so no issue.
Perfect location.

Very nice with large suites. Only wish it was closer to center city. It’s close but not close enough for me. But definitely 5 Star. Don’t eat at the breakfast at the connected TGIF restaurant though. Staff is extremely friendly but I didn’t care for the selection of foods at the buffet and it wasn’t very clean. Although the MTO omelettes were good

Spent a night here last month. I was very nervous about the elevator situation but we never waited longer than 5 minutes. The breakfast buffet was a little weird (literally in the tgifridays) but the managers reception was excellent.
The room itself is huge. The location is perfect for sight seeing. Next time I'm in Philly this hotel is at the top of the list.

Good location for downtown Philadelphia. Otherwise a standard Embassy Suites room. The balconies are a nice touch. A/C thermostat worked, staff was pleasant. Bathrooms are older and dated but functional. I'd stay there again.

I was very surprised by this hotel. Every single room is a mini-suite. It's a great location within the city and has a very unique architectural design. The room includes a buffet breakfast which included both hot and cold breakfast options. The made-to-order omelettes were an awesome option. The ladies at the front desk had no problem giving us a room on a higher floor after initially being giving a room on a lower level. The view from high up was spectacular. The room offered a great sizeable television and had a sturdy work desk in it also. Had to travel a bit threw the hotel to find ice, but that wasn't much of an issue. Valet service was amazing. Didn't have To wait long at all for our car. Overall excellent hotel, clean and great service.

Room was very big and bed very comfortable. I'm 5"7' and the shower was a bit low (not a big deal) Very slow elevators. But other than that. The views were great. The breakfast was very good. And the valet and staff was very kind.

The rooms here are quite unique. Very stylish and roomy. You do have valet parking for a price. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let me do anything early check in and overall I enjoyed my visit. The breakfast buffet which was included was right in line with buffets at other embassy suites. My only complaint was the spoon handles on the buffet were sticky from use and dirty so it made dishing up food a less than desirable experience. Other than that, yes I would recommend this hotel.

Do not stay here until the elevator renovations have been completed. 27 stories, 2 "working" elevators, and it's a disaster. Good luck getting to breakfast in the morning if you're not close enough to take the stairs. Our last day there, we finally gave up after over 20 + minutes of waiting for an elevator that wasn't already packed with guests that were desperately Riding the elevator up to the top floor just so they could get down. We toted our luggage down 27 stories of stairs. The rooms were nice and the staff was great, but the hassle was NOT worth it.

This is our second stay at this location. All in all as a family of four we were very happy the room has to be about 1200 square feet the headboard is a good 40 feet from the front door and the elevator common area. There is an adequate kitchenette with good counter space. The breakfast the plentiful and Hardy can seem like a free-for-all at times. At busy times the elevators can be a hassle. Street parking is available but you have to pay hourly. Oh no it's a good deal in a good location especially if you have little ones that have to have an area to play in

The busiest week of the year - After the Eagles won the super bowl, and they're operating with 1 elevator! Which might not have been so bad, if there was also a service elevator for the staff and luggage porters, but with staff, porters and guests waiting for 1 elevator, it was a living nightmare! The rooms are nice, with 2 different pillow firmness options, microwave and small fridge (which looks like a safe at first glance) and rooms are clean, but don't get excited by the balconies...they only open them for the Thanksgiving parade. Overall a decent hotel, but poorly timed maintenance and disappointing lack of access to balconies. You really are just paying for a view.

My daughter and I stayed there two weeks ago. Lovely big suite, very clean but freezing. The floor in the bedroom was like ice. The heater in the lounge area made no difference to the cold. Breakfast lovely, staff very accomodating. No kettle in the kitchen. We are not coffee drinkers so that was disappointing. Great location. If we ever travel to America again, would stay there.

Stayed here for one night in January 2018 on business. Large spacious appointed rooms. Modern feel and decor/furniture. Friendly front desk. Reception service (including alcohol) and breakfast daily. Would stay again.

It was clean, centrally located, generously sized suites, nice little kitchenette , well equipped rooms, great staff (both helpful and friendly), free happy hour, and after all that, still the cheapest rooms I could find in down Philly. See pictures for views from my balcony. The outside needs a face lift but the inside had been nicely updated.

Update January 2018: subsequent visits have proved disappointing. The elevators have had lots of problems. On my last visit only one was working for the three days I was there. I have stayed there many times in 2017 and the rooms I had were not consistently in the same good condition (some were quite shabby) and the cleaning also lacked consistency- not that it was terrible. In spite of the disappointments it is still far better than Best Western but next week I'm heading to Philadelphia again and will try a different hotel.

After staying at the nearby Sheraton for a week, by comparison, Embassy Suites is superior.

Love this hotel. Best spot in the city. Close to all the septa lines, and museums. Excellent views + great suites. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful as well. Prices are also reasonable most of the time as long as nothing major is happening in the area.

A great location for working at Comcast Center. Only a 1 block walk away! Rooms are very spacious and the view (in some rooms) are amazing! Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint is that the elevators are so busy in the peak traffic morning hours that lower floors could take a VERY long time to get to the lobby.

Great center city location, very roomy, clean and comfortable, safe and most helpful hotel staff we have encountered in the United States. The reason for 4, rather than 5 stars is the hotel "desk" - only one representative and always a line to check in, often there was no one at the desk and the phone was never answered - but this could be fixed with attention by management. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites for the weekend (2 nights). Overall, it was a good experience- the room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was decent. There were some negatives- the sink in the kitchenette wasn't working, the drinking glasses provided, after removing the lids, still had a dried liquid at the bottom. Little things that, overall, did not take too much away from my overall experience. I would stay at the Embassy Suites again when travelling to Philadelphia...I just hope they learn to pay a bit more attention to detail.

This hotel is laid out very oddly, but the room was a nice size, and everything was clean and comfortable.

Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Complimentary breakfasts were not amazing, but were good, with a fair number of choices.

Only real negative was that the air conditioner is very noisy, which is good if you want white noise, but was a little much for me.

This is a neat old round hotel close to everything. There are only 12 rooms on each floor. They are quite large, have a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a small kitchen. The rooms were recently remodeled and are very clean. The free breakfast and the manager's reception are always welcome. I am here on business, but plan to come back with my wife and check out some of the area's history.

So so cleanliness. Lamp doesn't work. Phone doesn't work. Shower is loud and about 5.5 feet tall. On plus side, it's a very large suite with balcony in a great location. I paid $85 and the star rating reflects that.

The view from our hotel room was absolutely amazing! They were nice and friendly, the beds were super comfy. The only problem was that our shower curtain wasn't up when we got to the room but they sent someone up right away to take care of that. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Elevators are an issue during high traffic times (breakfast, check-in, check-out, dinner). Rooms are nice, renovated , clean and large. Staff is friendly. Free snack shop with candy, chips, drinks, etc. Free breakfast is a plus, however the staff could do a better job instructing guests on how to efficiently maneuver the food lines (line in the front is confusing because of omelet station and buffet, so it would be helpful to help guests understand the difference). Overall the positives and negatives counteract each other and I would give this a neutral rating.

Room was okay. A little underpar for the cost. We arrived and went to relax in the bedroom to realize that there was no remote for the television. After scouring the room for 5 minutes we decided to try and call the front desk and ask for someone to bring a remote. We first tried the phone in the main area to find that it was not functioning. We then tried the one in the bathroom to the same result. After finding that neither of our phones work we went down to the front desk and requested that we have someone bring a remote up to the remote, as well as an extra pillow for the pullout couch. After about 20 minutes an employee arrived at our door and gave us the remote. After waiting for another hour for the extra pillow we gave up and went to bed for the night. No real complaints after that. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful but there were just enough issues to make me wish we had stayed at another hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Pretty central to some popular locations like the Liberty Bell and Benjamin Franklin's resting place. Independence Hall is walking distance. Rooms are updated and really nice. I didn't give five stars because it isn't the Waldorf but my stay was nice and the front desk folks are very courteous. No complaints!

Close to Philadelphia Museum of Art - so great for Barnes Foundation and things near there, but far away from Historic District.

Basic issues: WEIRD room configurations, but livable. Friday's restaurant as in room dining is NOT a good choice. Really loved the free bar from 530-730PM. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

Problems: 1 TV was broken and couldn't get it fixed for several days. Often didn't have enough towels, coffee, or coffee condiments due to poor restocking.

Interesting layout. Good location. Acceptable service. BROKEN AIR CONDITIONER. Let me repeat that: BROKEN AIR CONDITIONER. THE ROOM WAS 85°. If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

Modern feel overall - architecture, art, furniture - that fit well. Staff was courteous and helpful. Price was very reasonable. The happy hour option was a nice compliment to the experience. Lots of families with small children which is not to my taste for vacationing, but that isn't the hotel's fault. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. I did NOT enjoy my experience at the Friday's that was attached to the hotel. The service was slow, our waiter practically forgot about our party. Waited for a manger and that took forever as well. The hotel stay was great would definitely stay there again but would never go to that Friday's ever again.

Loved the decor of the spacious suite. Great room and facilities. Nice location. The 3 elevators are terribly slow and I heard several other guests complain. Terrific breakfast buffet with omlette station, etc. The feature to use your cell phone as your key is neat, but gimmicky. You're better off just using the plastic key (if it works! Ours didn't, so gimmicky phone app saved the day!) The front desk staff is courteous and efficient, but seems overwhelmed. There always seems to be a long line at the desk. Overall a nice place and I would come back.

Too bad I only stayed in for one night. It was a nice experience. Friendly and professional front desk staff. Room was big and clean. I even had some welcome drinks for free!

I would not mark 5 stars though. Simple things that make the difference: 1) slow elevators. Although there are three, it seems that only one of them was working; 2) poor signaling. The hotel has a confusing arhitecture and I struggled to find my room and the breakfast lounge; 3) breakfast logistics. There was a terrible mess trying to understand whether you had to do a line, or if you had open-seating and serving. I lost ten minutes on a line thinking it was the only way to get you breakfast served.

The room was extremely nice. It very spacious, clean and very well appointed. There is a generous guest reception with complementary drinks. Free breakfast was generous and had a good selection.

Very short on help. I pulled up and it took over a half hour to valet park! They asked me to move my car twice instead of taking my keys and parking it! It appeared they only had 2 valets and nobody was there to help with anything. I waited in line for the lone behind the desk to check in. My room wasn't ready and they took my credit card twice.

All the employees were very polite, but were constantly making apologies for their delay in servicing customers. Either they need to better plan staffing or they simply need more staff.

Called at 10:42 pm 2/7 and spoke with Gloria, asking if the property had two bedroom suites. She answered my question but hung up on me without me finishing my statement. Guest services is the face of the hotel and the phone call I will remember about Embassy Suites will be the one with Gloria hanging up on me. I hope this feedback reaches her to elevate her knowledge on answering the phone and giving a excellent guest experience.

I have been here annually for many years for various occasions. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the renovations occurring in January/February of 2017 To be detailed...The rooms now have more space for guests as the furniture is upgraded to maximize use but minimize space. The changes are impeccable. 6 out of 5 stars The valet and front desk are friendly and willing to allow you to park to unload without a rush.

I don't know how anyone could give this place less than 5 stars. Me and my husband came here after our Wedding and it was beautiful! The most beautiful view of Philadelphia you will ever see. Plus they upgraded our suite and gave us a free bottle of champagne. It was like a dream😊. Love!

Large suites with kitchenette dining area plus separate bedroom, great location, very good free breakfast, my kids liked it. Efficient but expensive valet parking. Other than that, meh. Typically suspect, but clean enough carpets. Lots of wind noise in the bedroom, and a little drafty. Hallway noise too, but you cant hear it from the bedroom.

Stayed one night for the Eagles vs Packers game. Spacious rooms were enough to house the four of us comfortably. There was a small electrical fire that occurred in the room below us which caused smoke to come into our room, but they were prompt in clearing the room of smoke and credited us the points/our parking fee back for the stay.

A very uniquely shaped hotel tower meant an interesting shaped room. The rooms were very spacious suites and the hotel was conveniently located downtown. It was very close to the Comcast center. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The breakfast was great, even offering custom made to order omelets!

A very affordable choice if major luxury hotels are full. I got a suite with a king bed and I felt just like a king! Service is excellent, staff very helpful and friendly. Room service is quick. There is no restaurant on the premises, but TGI Friday is close by. Check in at 4 PM and check out at 4 PM.

I was pleasantly surprised with the location, accommodations and excellent front desk service of this Embassy Suites. You can't beat the location if you are planning to visit both the museum district and the historical area. Both are an easy walk from this hotel. The price of $150 per night (and it was the July 4th weekend) was, IMO, a great rate for the huge suite you get. Yes, this hotel has seen better days and needs a remodel, but considering that the other hotels surrounding it are twice (or more) the price, it's a great deal Free breakfast is nice, but it's a buffet so..... That being said, treat yourself to breakfast over at on of the restaurants at Reading Terminal Market on of the mornings you are there. Ask for a high floor facing Logan Square for a killer view and a great sunset. Oh, and free happy hr booze / snacks in the lobby.

The location is GREAT. It's close to a lot of historical sites, shops, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are nice enough. They aren't amazing but are definitely clean and comfortable. All of the staff that we interfaced with was very friendly and courteous. Overall, I'm pleased with the hotel and would certainly stay here again.

The beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were clean, the hotel has got amazing views, the breakfast bar was incredible, the staff was extremely friendly, the location was perfect and in the Heart of the City, and overall Hilton has the best group of hotels in the world! What an amazing experience.

The room was great, very spacious and allowed for the four of us to have enough room to deal with one another. The only problem has to be with the WiFi and how it isn't complimentary! With a balcony view and nice, soft pillows. This place couldn't go wrong.

Great place to stay, hotel is a bit old and roons are not renovated. The service is very good and staff is very helpful. For the price the value is outstanding.

A bit dated, huge rooms, clean bathroom. The TVS are newer and the view is pretty good from the balcony. Great free breakfast and managers special that comes with the hotel reservation. Not sure I would stay here again. Great location and close to almost everything. Very appreciative staff around the hotel.

I wound up staying here for 4 visits this summer, as my father was ill, and I needed to spend quite a bit of time in Philadelphia. It was very convient to where he lived, and I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. I loved this hotel. The room was wonderful, clean, spacious and had great views. The staff was awesome, especially Matt who went out of his way every time I was there and helped me whenever I needed anything. Matt (and Chris) made me feel welcomed and always helped with any questions or problems. The happy hour was wonderful as well and everyone was efficent and friendly. It is a very busy hotel and I never witnessed anyone being burned out or uncaring. The only negative is that sometimes it is a long wait for the elevator, but I was never in a crazy hurry, so it was ok. You will absolutely love it here! I'll be back!
