• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

I stay here every time I travel for work. It's generally a pretty nice hotel. I love having a suite. The first room is the living room and the back room is the bedroom.

I will say, I think it's a bit in need of renovations, but nothing major. The water pressure in the showers is really low too.

They have complimentary made to order omelettes for breakfast and they also have a complimentary happy hour every day.

This stay I did randomly get kicked out of my room because the battery on the door died, but they were very helpful and got it fixed so I could get back in right away.

They are also very helpful when checking in and suggesting which rooms will be best based on noise levels.

I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

It was clean. The pull out couch was not the greatest, but who would expect it to be. We stayed there for a wedding so we didn’t really interact with the staff that much. They do a complimentary breakfast on the weekend that was good. Overall a good stay. It’s only 9 minutes from King Of Prussia Mall!

Friendly service. Relatively clean. Room furniture, appearance, technology is dated. Breakfast was okay. I liked the fresh fruit. Overall average stay.

Hotel shuttle driver is cool as heck. Picked me & work colleague up from PaoliPA SEPTA train station.. to hotel. Note: Hotel phone system really sucks. Really. So, have patience. More patience than you think is reasonable / healthy. Just saying.

A very nice open floor type hotel. Provided friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was spacious. Hotel did not have power one night and promptly refunded the cost for that night. I appreciated that this was completed in a friendly manner with no hassle. I would recommend staying here.

Older hotel, time has not been on its side. The cleaning staff is working longer hours than normal. We checked in at 530pm room was still not ready. Coming in from exploring Philadelphia around 730pm on Saturday night and cleaning staff just finished with our room. Did not leave everything that needed to be replaced.

Where do I start...
I booked this room for Friday and Saturday just to relax and get in the pool. I live in Philly and I frequently use the Embassy Suites at the airport but decided to try this one out since it was closer to where I was going Sunday. At check in, the front desk girl was friendly. I noticed it was A LOT of kids at the hotel but I was like no biggie since I was getting off work and wanted to chill anyway.
The hotel is EXTREMELY outdated. The rooms are old and furniture was chipped and cracked. I checked in around 7:30and all the rooms on my floor (2nd fl) seemed to not have been cleaned cause it was food and trays outside several of them.
My room was clean but smelled like must (you know how old houses smell)
I went to the pool around 8 and it was FILTHY!! Like dirt just floating at the top. I asked one of the workers if he could clean it. He didn’t seem to pay me any mind so I left and went back to my room. On Saturday the pool was closed all day. According to the maintenance guy, someone was supposed to clean it at 6am and never came. So after several people calling and complaining the pool was finally opened at 7PM. THATS RIGHT OVER 12 hours later. I was extremely annoyed cause that was the reason for me even coming. And of course it was a bunch of kids waiting for the pool to open so by the time it did I was over it. Not to mention the pool area itself was dirty. They didn’t even sweep the floor. So I spent $237 to sleep in a bed in an outdated room to watch law and order all weekend.

The only positive was that the breakfast was good. But that’s what I expect from the Embassy. Overall, it wasn’t worth it and I feel like I wasted my money.

The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful, the room was pleasant and clean, and the bar tender was very friendly. We had an incredible inconvenience at the fault of a third party booking app, for which the man at the front desk handled and defended us, ensuring that we were not at fault and that we were being treated very poorly by the third party. Once everything was finally settled, we were compensated generously. Very much enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The breakfast was alright, as is any hotel mass-produced breakfast.

Would’ve appreciated being warned that the hot tub was out of order, as that was one thing we were most anticipating, but I suppose that was specific to our case.

I have booked a room for one night with my family. The hotel is overall decent. The room is relatively clean and as promised. However I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast as there were limited options and many of the baked goods were stale and old. The sugary baked goods were very bad tasting. Additionally I was very disappointed to find a lack of recycling amenities, as I wanted to recycle some paper I had and couldn't. Making such amenities available is very inmportant to myself and many other potential and existing guests at this hotel. Making this hotel more green and environmentally conscious is something this hotel should consider doing. The furniture is additionally outdated and relatively uncomfortable.

The room was pretty decent but alot went wrong. There was a hotel emergency so we had no warm water for majority of our first night. Cable was unwatchable in the room, pool and jacuzzi were ice cold even after the hot water issue was fixed. The bartender Brenda was amazing. Open bar happy hour from 530 to 730 each night.

We stayed in a suite, size was fine but strange window facing interior hotel hallway. Strange musty smell in room at times and poor ventilation. Windows would open to the outdoors but overlooked highway and was quite noisy. That said, when the windows were closed, you couldn't hear the highway. Room was clean. Comfort wise, bed was fine but pillows were a little lacking. In room phones have some crazy extortion prices reminiscent of the 90s. The front desk staff was very friendly.

This was probably a pretty nice place 15 years ago but now it's only alright, everything was fine just a little dated. Clean enough, quiet enough, not too pricey either. Room service was quick, the front desk was always well staffed, no real complaints to be had. One thing to be aware of though is that this probably is not the hotel for you if you are at all frightened of heights. The open air floors can get a little dizzying.

This is your average hotel catering to those travelling for work. Close proximity to many offices but not very close to restaurants or shopping. There are smoking rooms offered, so if this offends you make sure to specify a non smoking room. Complimentary breakfast is offered with 'made to order' eggs. Buffet style breakfast items like sausage and pancakes are also offered.

Went for a one day conference, so I didn't really get to see much of the hotel. The grounds were well kept and the lobby was clean and bright. The few staff I interacted with were nice and helpful. Based on eat I saw, I'd be willing to stay there depending on price.

I like staying in Embassy Suites hotels. I haven't been able to take advantage of their great breakfasts and happy hour because of other conflicts, so I can't rate them. My room had a very cold draft because one of the windows would not shut completely. Someone came and fixed it soon after I called, even though it was getting quite late. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location - not a lot of traffic, but easy access to the highways. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, and they offer the Digital Key through their mobile app (which I absolutely love - I can check in before I leave on my trip, select my room, and when I arrive - I never have to stop by the front desk!) Very nice breakfast buffet included (as well as an omelette bar). Cheaper than other hotels in the area (that don't include the breakfast!), and as "suites", the rooms are larger and comfortable.

Hotel is attractive inside and out and convenient to expressway and shopping. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms with comfortable bed in separate bedroom and pull-out couch in living area with flat panel tv in each room. Excellent hotel for business travellers. Complimentary drinks and snacks at the evening reception is a fantastic perk. Lots of parking. Rooms are standard fare, but certainly good enough. In fact, better than a Courtyard, because you get a living room and separate bedroom, each with a TV. The room service food is honestly quite good. It is my preferred hotel when I visit the area, no doubt.

The staff was super sweet and made us feel right at home. We had a king bed and the separate rooms for the living room and bedroom made it very nice for late night when I would sleep and my husband was working. The location was convenient to everywhere we visited, but with the seclusion for privacy.

Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff. As I checked into my room I noticed there were stains all over the carpet. When I went to get into bed I noticed there was a blood stain on the comforter near where my head would have been. I was exhausted so I took the comforter off went to sleep. When I woke up I started the shower only to find there was no water pressure. The water only made it 2inches from the shower head. I also found out that my mini fridge was broken and had not cooled my water and was then forced to throw away leftovers due to the fact that they were room temperature. I notified the front desk as I left for the day and requested a room change. They apologized but said that the hotel was full but assured me the water pressure and all other issues would be fixed by my return. That night I checked with the front desk and they assured me the fridge was working, the linens had been changed and that the water pressure was fixed, that they had a water emergency earlier. They had indeed swapped the linens and the water pressure was fixed however the fridge did not work and I was too tired to care. They had also given me a small number of "points" and a coupon for a free appetizer and soda for my inconvenience which I that I told them I would not use due to the fact that I would be dining elsewhere. I re-notified the front desk upon my leaving of the continued issues and they comped one night of my two night stay. Although the staff was friendly I never met or saw a manager and definitely would not risk staying there again. I am very unimpressed for a hilton property let alone an Embassy Suites.

It will not blow you away in terms of cleanliness or being up to date. All Embassy Suites are kinda run down and have a patina of being eell-uses. This is no exception. In the plus side, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is nice.

Rooms were large and breakfast was good. Carpets were old and dirty looking. Also found a nose strip on the sofa bed and the pool was so filthy they had to close it so we didn't get to use it.
Receptionist was inexperienced at checkout . Had no idea what she was doing. Desperately needs some good cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay much! The staff were very welcoming, and friendly. The room included a separate living room, which was nice. It has a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and two TVs. The bed was decent, and the room clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. They made our omelets to order, and had plenty of other options as well. It seemed like the carpet was a little worn, but overall we were very impressed with the hotel.

I rented two rooms in July 2015 while attending a Medical Device Validation Workshop in Malvern, PA. The rooms were in excellent condition and the amenities (restaurant, bar, and gym) were great. If I were to return to Malvern for future travel I would rebook with this hotel.

What a joke! When we first got there, there was a woman who was complaining about an incredibly dirty room that she was checked into. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt and just assumed that she was one of "those" people. Then I checked in and went up to my room and turned right around because of the overwhelming smell of smoke. It was a non smoking room. They sent us to a different room. This one was fine minus the constant running toilet. I didn't feel like being another one of "those" people o we just ignored it. However, we did have to request a new extra blanket because the one in the closet was covered in who knows what! Breakfast was good. Then we checked out. Of course, as soon as we got home we realized that we had left some things in the room. We immediately called them. We were transferred to the "lost and found" aka the housekeeping manager. No one answered so I left a message. This was early saturday afternoon. No one called us back. We called back the next day, sunday afternoon, and again were transferred to the "lost and found" where we left another message. Later that evening we called again, and this time spoke with a very nice man who finally seemed like he would get us an answer. He told us that he spoke with the housekeeping manager and she apologized for not returning our phone call and that she did remember finishing something on our floor on saturday so she would check as soon as she had a minute and would call us back. Once again we left a message for her just to make sure she had our correct phone number. Still no call by monday night. Really beginning to get annoyed, we called again... transferred again.. left another message... still no call back by Tuesday afternoon. I called and spoke with Paige, who is also the person I spoke with the first 2 times. When I asked her if there was any way possible that she could possibly just go to the "lost and found" to get me my answer finally of whether or not they have my things so we can work something out to have them sent to me, and she just said "it's not my job. that is the housekeeping's job." So here we are, going on 5 days since we stayed there and not only is my stuff not being sent to me, but I don't even have an answer of if they have it or not!!! My husband worked at a front desk of a hotel for over 5 years and so I personally know that this is unacceptable. He would have gone and found out, right then and there, or at the very least as soon as possible, and found my stuff for me! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME STAYING HERE! Even if you are lucky enough to get a smoke free, clean room, the staff make it not worth it!
