Personally I love coming to embassy suites. This one was OKAY. I honestly feel like renovations need to be done. The rooms were kind of clean it definitely was done quickly. The bed was very comfortable. The elevators were very small compared to other embassy suites I've been to. Overall not a bad place to stay but if you've been to other Embassy Suites you will see what I mean.

What a nice place to stay! The lobby was nice and clean. The breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items and I really admire that. all of the staves were also very helpful and professional. I am very happy, so I decided to make a review for you. I should highly recommend your Hotel to everyone!

This place is usually great, but we were there this weekend, and it wasn't. The dine in breakfast was gone, but the price of the room was still the same. The air was not working which made the stay really uncomfortable. Pool was still open though. They did provide 2 fans for us, which helped a little. Staff was on point as usual......the room just wasn't this time around

This review is for Hannah, daytime manager. She turned a mechanical breakdown to a nice stay. We will definitely be back. The made to order breakfast is one of the best of all the embassy suites.

Quiet. Great room. Cute pool. Shuttle to airport was great. Due to early flight, I missed breakfast but coffee was good. Danish offering, however, was very sad! Staff was friendly & helpful.

Convenient for going to a show at Comercia. Free drinks and a shuttle to the show. Big comfortable room and nice staff. I'm not fond of outdoor corridors in hotels, but it was fine.

Although some of the hotels around the Phoenix airport seemed dated, Embassy Suites was a real gem. The rooms were ginormous and the service was excellent, from reception, to house keeping, to staff. As a true three star hotel, this one was pretty fabulous. Appreciated the courtesy of the shuttle to the airport.

Older hotel but suites are decent sized. A bit run down. Shower only had very hot water. Toilet barely flushed. The cook to order breakfast was amazing and one of the best. It kind of made up for the other things. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Probably not in the best location because as we were leaving with our kids there was a man pooping behind the dumpster.

Entire facility is a bit dated, but the rooms was very nice and clean. Wasn't a fan of the motel (outdoor) style, but everything about the stay was great. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel went above and beyond to accommodate the multiple volleyball teams staying at the hotel. They offer breakfast a half hour earlier then usual for the teams that had early morning games. They also opened the breakfast area in the afternoon/evening to allow teams to wind down together in a cool location. For the adults, the hotel provided complimentary drinks in their Cafe during the afternoon and evening hours.

The room was not comfortable. The air conditioning could not effectively lower the temperature. The room was missing the TV remote. Outside noises easily entered the room as though a window had been left open. The morning breakfast was enjoyable. The made-to-order chef was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel served the purpose we needed it for; just staying the night, the room was put together well, and breakfast was exceptional. Check out was also easy to fit in to the morning before leaving

Many suites have adjoining doors, but they found me one without and those accommodations tempted me to extend. The prompt room service, hot eggs-made-to-order breakfast and Happy Hour with drinks and snacks plus table service for a full menu in the 5th floor restaurant pleased greatly. Though the house was full, customer service was helpful and efficient. The WiFi worked well as did all my suite's appliances and features and the living area, bedroom and bathroom all were clean as can be.

I usually prefer Embassy Suites because of the nice suites and made to order breakfast included. Most hotels with free breakfast have the same rubber eggs and Belgian Waffle station and call it a hot breakfast. This particular Embassy Suites, I was told by the front desk attendant, was one of the originals and is an open air with almost a motel feel to it. To be honest, I thought it was too old on the outside and the made to order omlettes were much smaller than I get at other locations. The room met what I expect for a Embassy Suites and was very good.

Went in to have appetizers and the food was amazing. Compliments to the chef. The blackened chicken was great. Turned out dinner was the best choice an Chef Enrique was wonderful and the best chef in Phoenix. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was fast. Restaurant was very clean. Will go there anytime Chef Enrique is preparing the food.

Based on some of the reviews I'd read, I was expecting a mediocre hotel. It was very nice, clean, staff were friendly, breakfast fresh. Ample free parking and just minutes from the airport without the airport noise.

Really excellent staff that works really hard to make your stay enjoyable, and they do. Fun managers reception with food and drinks in a great space every night. Problem is that it is a really old property. They take good care of it, but the plumbing leads to problems. I would stay there again due to staff, but there are better options.

When looking for a hotel when traveling, i always look at embassy first. Their prices are always great and the fact that they include breakfast and happy hour drinks is a big plus. My family is big, so the free breakfast is important. I'm never disappointed after my stay with embassy! Staff are and were very friendly. They also made it easy to extra supplies when needed. Thanks embassy!

Older property reminiscent of Dorthy Z and the gals decorative style. Well maintained and interesting Bar/ Restaurant. I found this place to be odd and the suites not up to the usual Embassy Suites experiences that I've had in the past.

I stayed here while I was in town for an event at the Convention Center downtown. While this isn't the closest hotel to the Convention Center, I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and even more important the staff was friendly and great to work with. Don't forgot the breakfast as well which was great. I would recommend this place whole-heartedly.

The suites are large. The furnishings were a bit dated and the parking in the back is kind of shady. That said, the amenities are set up nicely. The front desk staff was super friendly.

The cleaning staff hasseled me three times before checkout time; once the lady just burst through the door without knocking.

Location is about 10 minutes via rideshare service to the convention center. However the shuttle service was quite excellent, they ran additional rides to accommodateore people. Hotel room was nice and clean. When our toilet randomly starting to overflow they sent someone in right away to fix it. I was very impressed that the service tech also made sure we got fresh towels immediately following his fix. Free continental breakfast was the thing that put this hotel over the top. While it had all the traditional foods there was also a custom order bar for eggs, pancakes, french toast, potatoes, bacon, and sausage.

Read a review that said it had a weird vibe...so true. My room was decent, but really expected more from an Embassy Suites. Toilet handle was broken and had to take tank lid off to flush. No TV channel listing except when you first turn TV on...take good notes! Not much sound insulation and heard music played in the courtyard a bit. BFast was really good and complementary. Desk staff didn't sound too interested in room issues. Not sure I'd pay what I payed again.

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Downsides were air conditioner in original room did not work. We were moved immediately which was great. While the air worked in the second room it struggled to keep it cool. Also, the breakfast area is small and crowded. Encountered a 30 minute wait for our food. Otherwise we enjoyed our extended weekend.

My room was muggy and the a/c didn't work so well. So why 5 stars? Well, they allowed us to check in super early and the service was outstanding. Decor of hotel is dated, for sure, but staff is incredibly pleasant and this is a fairly central location without having to stay downtown.

Clean hotel. Looks old and has the feel of a motel...BUT! They make it work. The rooms are spacious and again clean. The bartender is great and makes the free happy hour fun. Parking in the back is a bit confusing at first...park in the back and then having to walk to the front to check in was a little unusual. Overall, I would come back.

Rooms are excellent. Night manager is a scam artist. He called at 11pm to try to get the bill settled. Said we owed $350 and our card declined. We had plenty in the account. He was rude and asked why we couldn't get the cash. He was trying to scam us. He threatened to throw is out and refused to give us an itemized statement of charges.

Nice, clean hotel with a gorgeous courtyard full palm trees, a pool, hot tub, and lots of amenities. Shuttle service and staff are super accomdating. They really know what they're doing. Complimentary drinks and cook-to-order breakfast are great. Not your typical "airport hotel." Quite nice.

The Embassy Suites Phoenix Airport is conveniently located close to the airport and the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There have been great strides made in improving the property over the past few years however the rooms still show their age. All in all it's a satisfactory place to stay.

This hotel located near i51 freeway and 23St street. It is nice location because you can find everything near by like KFC , Walmart, gas stations everything. You can find everything here but you miss the beautiful natural screen near hotel. This hotel good for business and professionals people who like more work than natural beauty. This hotel is best for short visit in town.

Stayed for a few nights for a business trip. Room is large. There is a little traffic noise even on the 4th floor. You can also hear birds chirping in the morning. Rooms appear to be a bit dated with furniture. The center is open with a large swimming pool that I didn't use. They have airport shuttle service that travels every half hour. Breakfast is your standard good Embassy Suites buffet with omelet options. Overall a good place to stay in the Hilton chain for a reasonable rate.

There are better hotels than this place. Rooms are worn, updating looks like it was attempted and sourced at the local KMART. Bathroom doors are weak, door knob loose, holes in floors covered up with carpeting.
And it's smack dab in the middle of the cities ghetto. For the $425.00 for two nights... and you get that crap. Seriously, there are better rooms at the Motel 6.

There are better hotels. This place is smack dab in the low rent , high crime district. Locals caution against walking around at night. Rooms - beds ok . Decor looks like it's been updated . Carpets are clean , but the vanity, and closets are old and tired. Someone tried to improve them with paint and did a terrible job. Meeting room is modern looking, but doesn't have a ceiling mounted overhead. And no sound .
Breakfast included with room is adequate with the normal fare of eggs , meat , cold and hot cereals. Coffee is decent and isn't watery.

This place is not what you'd expect for a Hilton or Embassy Suites property. It's a dump. Ok, maybe not a dump. Rooms are big, bed was bigger, and much more comfortable than I thought (I had already written it off since the place was such a dump). Good breakfast, but the place is really dated.

Not bad of a hotel location, great breakfast. Rooms are quite large if you've stayed in a Embassy Suites before. Hot water lasted only a very sort while (10-15 min max). Only issue we had during our two day stay was the noise. Noise from above and on the side. When someone uses the sink or bathroom the pipes make a loud pressure noise, and the neighbors on the side you can hear them speaking or their TV.

Another issue we had was our room was located right above the back gate in which everyone was going back and forth in. There's a loud slam from the gate which is easily heard.

We coulden't switch rooms that night, but we could the second night. Unfortunately the rooms were fully booked so we didn't have much or any selection, and the room we moved to still had noise protruding from the back of the hotel.

Hotel staff seemed understaffed due to the influx of many guests, so getting transferred into another room took more than an hour. Leaving us only 5 hours of sleep until our Grand Canyon tour next day at 7am (which we almost missed).

The room is great.Front desk is amazingly friendly. Price is better than the Radisson to which I thought they were good. But this place beats everything so far . It was nice. The room was perfect. Location was good. Breakfast was great. The only thing was they tell you they have "dinner" and drinks at 530pm. But its only just drinks and fruit. And they do ask for extra money on your card. And the lady didnt tell us we needed a parking permit but i did find a note on the car saying we need 1 or we will get towed. Lucky we only stayed 1 night. So prepare for that.
