Unfortunately, my daughter and I didn’t love the room but we LOVED the customer service! Zakee was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Overall, I give the room 2 stars as it just didn’t meet or expectations however, the front desk team gets 5 stars!

I love this hotel. I typically stay at Embassy. They have all been really nice in every state I visit. Customer service is bar none and super nice. Although they're not doing buffet breakfast due to covid....they are giving guest a "power snack" bag to go...pretty much all day long. Its quieter than normal...because there's not as many guest. I do miss the lively at home atmosphere. It still feels like being in the comfort of your own home....and, that's why its a five. Clean...food...peaceful...clean pool...welcoming staff...I 💘 it.

The rooms were clean. It's a nice place everyone is friendly. This place did not have a heater and we paid a high rate for being cold throughout the night. Would not reccomend if you tend to get cold easily.

This hotel is wonderful with friendly staff. I did not face any problems at check in or check out. Rooms was a bit tired needing in updates. Upon check out, I was asked how my stay was and Nick at the front desk was helpful with all my needs really easy to talk to. I would recommend people traveling for business or leisure to stay here in a positive friendly environment.

Great customer service and beautiful lobby. Free cocktail hour is great. I had to deal with a personal matter after checking in and the front desk staff absolutely took care of the. The room was clean, clean smell, and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend to business partners and family.

The decor is most impressive, bringing the look of the desert and mountains indoor. It works. The suites are nicely divided with a living area that is separate and can be cut off from the sleeping area. Breakfast options are exceptional, not that microwaveable rubbery stuff. And, the staff is most courteous and helpful. Because of this experience, I will consider lodging more with this brand.

Hotel is easy to get to, and complimentary breakfast/happy hour are always welcome. Front desk was helpful with directions in the wee hours of the morning for finding a convenience store. Not far from the hotel either. Parking is also free and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again if staying in Phoenix.

My husband and I love Embassy Suites, but they went above and beyond this time! We stayed the night for my husband's birthday and they delivered a small gift, offered to make our stay memorable and of course happy hour! Highly recommend!

Good service. Clean rooms. Small, but functional gym with clean equipment. If you want to sleep at a reasonable time make sure to not get a pool view room. Pool open 6-10. Totally recommend.

The room was nice, but not as big as a Home 2 suite we had stayed at. The refrigerator was small with no real freezer which made it hard to keep ice packs cold on our road trip. The breakfast was above and beyond better than other comparable hotels with made to order omelettes, pancakes and french toast.

Really wonderful hotel!! The Koi fish pond all along the lobby was so beautiful and relaxing! I could watch the fish all day! You can feed them too! We really enjoyed our breakfast both mornings. The ladies cooking our omelets were amazing! Great breakfast choices! The rooms were big and clean. Beds were super comfy. The pool was gorgeous and had a handicap ramp (very impressive). Every single employee we came in contact with was friendly, professional and made us feel so welcome! Thank-you for making our visit so lovely!!

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. They are very accommodating! They held my luggage in a secure room because I arrived hours before our check in time and stayed hours after check out time, and they allowed me to continue to use their amenities. They also have a free breakfast bar that is delicious and happy hour in the afternoon. The rooms were spacious and nice. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms- very spacious and a lot of furntiture and amenities. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and very filling. We had a handicap accessible room on the FIRST floor which is incredibly smart and reasonable. Bathroom was large, however, no railing. Also bathtub was not handicap accessible (for wheelchair bound individuals). There were bars to hold onto but nowhere for an individual to sit and shower. We enjoyed our stay! The staff was wonderful. So kind and accommodating. Thank you!

I was there for the Memorial of the death of Jesus Christ. This was the third year the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses has had it there. There is a reason we keep coming back. Very beautiful lobby and extremely friendly staff. There is an atrium, steak house, nice bar. Very nice hotel that is next to a shopping complex that boast a lot of high end stores restaurants and across the street from the best AMC dine in theater with a serious bar in the lobby. I like this theater. Cushy recliner seats, good food and spirits what a way to watch a movie away from home

Overall I am very happy with the room & price. We booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed. So we comfortably slept 4 Adults and 2 children. Favorite part of my stay was the breakfast. It was the best hotel breakfast I have ever received. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located by the mall. I plan on staying here again, next time I am in the phenix area.

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and a wonderful environment to stay in. During the day, I'd work from my laptop at one of the community areas. The rooms are very spacious. This was my second trip, which ended up being less enjoyable than the first time. None of the AC worked in the rooms and I found myself having bad sleep because or it being humid and warm in my room. Also, the tub wouldn't shut off completely.

The people were nice, great location and beds were comfortable. The hotel has great bones but is badly in need of a freshing up. The AC unit was loud and needed to be repaired. It was only 70 degrees in Phoenix and it couldn't keep up. The toilet required at least two flushes to get rid of the contents.

The rooms are a bit tired. We could still smell smoke in our room and I'm sure they have not allowed smoking there in quite some time. I was there with a group and many of my issues were brought up by others. I hope Hilton renovates soon. When they do we will have our clients stay there again.

Nice atmosphere and spacious rooms. Great evening reception and complementary breakfast. The rooms have been updated, but some details have been left out. The bathroom fixtures are not the greatest, especially the shower configuration. They have also not removed the dated popcorn ceilings. The hotel also charges for parking, which considering it's location, is a little over the top.

Went for the steakhouse located inside but the wife and I were both instantly regretting not getting a room there. Super nice landscaping and atmosphere inside with koi pond and running water. Would give it 5 stars if I stayed but I can't comment on the rooms

Atrium was beautiful and a great atmosphere. The managers reception each evening was very nice with a variety of snacks. The made to order breakfast was the best part. The room was satisfactory. It's a hotel room. If you're looking to spend majority of the time in your room this is not the place but the bed was comfy and the room was clean. I woke recommend this hotel to others who are looking to stay in the area.

Super nice chain hotel tucked oddly away in the parking lot of an outdoor mall, this hotel feels both comfortable and elegant at once. You might dismiss it does the outside, but inside the atrium hotels seems friendly during the day, with a brilliant complementary made to order hot breakfast. After dark, the hotel feel more elegant and romantic with the on-site steak house serving delicious and not too expensive fare. The rooms are typical Embassy Suites, which means large and comfortable and well decorated. Not the cheapest joint in town, but with its prime location if you can afford it you can't go wrong.

Room 137. Never stay in this room.

I very rarely write negative reviews. Why I’m doing this is because I was told numerous times things would be addressed and they were never taken care of. Several of our friends had issues with their rooms as well. This hotel is older and in need of updating but is priced as a newer hotel.

We had issues with our room from the moment we came in the room with the shower having a consistent stream of water. Not a trickle, a stream. Several gallons a day. Was told it would be taken care of and it never was. I talked with maintenance and the front desk numerous times.

The fan on the ac/heat unit was noisy. Told maintenance about that and he said he would check in on it. That never happened.

After night one, I asked to be moved because we were right by the parking lot and where people would come out and talk on their phones and smoke right outside our patio. So we were not able to use what little of a patio we had. Also didn’t sleep well at all this week because of the noise.

Every morning close to 5 or 6 am depending on the day was woke up from either a truck with a backup beeper or the sound of people closing their drawers in other rooms.

We were told that as soon as a room was available we would be moved, that never happened. I checked in and asked 3 times about this over day one and two.

Internet never worked for us I wasn’t about to pay the upgrade fee so I used my own internet feathered from my phone.

I asked for a fan to help drowned out the noise while they tried to find us another room, and that was given to us. I was given a $50 gift card for the Omaha steaks for our troubles, Which I greatly appreciated. The restaurant had great food and the manager there was very friendly.

For us a total bill of $1200 for a five night stay, it was a let down of a stay. That’s our monthly mortgage payment.

Was looking forward to a great week with my spouse, sleeping well (which i averaged 4 hours a night), hanging out on a balcony or patio (which we typically do a lot) and enjoying a swim (which the pool was chilly every time we checked on it).

Needless to say, when we come back to this area, I would not stay here again.

I gave up by Thursday on this hotel. If it wasn’t for our conference that was here, I would’ve found another place to stay.

Wish our experience had been better. I sent this to the hotel management as well. I will update this review if there is a response.

Stayed here with my husband when he attended a business conference at the hotel. The Biltmore Fashion Mall is across the street with several restaurants and stores. They have a shuttle that takes you within a small radius of the hotel. Nice pool. Rooms are clean, Huge tv's, easy ride to Scottsdale via Uber. Beautiful view of Camelback Mt and in close proximity. I'd stay here again if husband had a business conference at this hotel.

First room stunk of cigarettes. Second room was pretty run down. 3rd room was OK. Most Embassy Suites are of a high standard. This location did not meet that standard. Seems overdue for a makeover. Southern California locations are awesome. Was surprised by dated and disappointing conditions here. On the plus side, staff was very friendly and professional. Too many odd orders. Mostly cleaning products I assume.

I attended a morning conference at the Embassy Suites. It was a very nice hotel and the meeting room was a great size. The breakfast served exceeded my expectations and was delicious. The staff was friendly. The only thing I was say to improve is too have signs in the lobby for conferences and events pointing you in the direction to go. Also, have silverware in another location other than just the place settings on the table. My first plate was taken with the silverware on it and I had to ask for additional utensils because there wasn't anywhere else at the buffet to get them.

Nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The pull out bed was unusable because it was so hard and TVs were old. But on a whole it's a pretty good hotel and the common areas are really well maintained. Not a bad hotel.

Fantastic complimentary breakfast with cooked to order omletts, eggs, pancakes. Also sweet rolls, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, soft drinks. Beautiful atrium, nice pool, and small fitness room. The Embassy Suites Hotel Biltmore in Phoenix is an oasis in the desert. Upon entering the lobby you ate immediately soothes by the sound of rushing water and a very cool atmosphere. I stay Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore in Phoenix an average of four times per year on business trips and thoroughly enjoy it. The staff is very friendly and in the nearly ten years of coming to Phoenix, this is by far my favorite......if there is one thing to change, it would be to add some equipment to the workout room and may relocate it off the 2nd floor. Thank you for the experience.

I went to lounge and have a drink or two for the evening. Its right next to the Biltmore mall, which is okay. There's a koi pond inside the lobby/atrium area, the pool outside was under reconstruction, probably for summer. The restaurant was alright, waiter was attentive. They had Starbucks drinks but not much of a tea menu. Nice to lounge in. There's happy hour weekday evenings.

We called ahead mid afternoon as we were trying to celebrate an important event. We talked to Lupita in the bar and she said we could come, celebrate and have a steak anytime. We will be back soon.

Went here for training in the conference area. The lobby and atrium are beautiful with large koi ponds, live plants, and indoor walk paths. The hotel rooms I saw look out onto this area. I haven't seen many hotels like this. I don't know anything about the rooms or stays, but I know the kitchen staff was willing and able to help me with my several food allergies come lunch time without an issue.

I really like this hotel, and as often as I stay here you'd think I'd give it 5-stars but it is more honestly a solid 4-star hotel (I travel a lot and have stayed in many great places). I lived in the Biltmore area for 7 years and usually put my family members up here when they visited, and now when I visit I tend to stay here myself. The location is perfect in the middle of Phoenix across from Biltmore so can walk to everything or a quick drive to others. The suites are huge 2 rooms but kind of plain without much frills. Comfortable bed/pillows. Nice views from most balconies, and really great atrium / common areas. Great made to order hot breakfast (ask for the fresh eggs omelet, not the egg mix). Free parking and no resort fees. Really nice helpful staff, never rude or arrogant. They seem to always be upgrading something (outdoor pool under construction this most recent visit, but very thoughtful not making any noise too early/late). Some units do not have consistent hot/cold water in the shower which can be aggravating- stay away from unit 549 for this reason). Good price too I think for what you get. So yes, solid 4-star hotel and I will continue to stay here. Obviously, if your in town for a game, there are equally nice (or nicer) hotels closer to downtown or Glendale, and if you want a "resort" with spa stuff then maybe choose another too, but if you just want a decently priced hotel with free breakfast and free amenities in great central location with large spacious rooms then this is a great choice.

This place is awesome. They have gone all out on everything. Its all so interesting you have to look at everything. The work out room is awesome. The staff have a pleasant disposition. The rooms are very nice and set up in a fashion thats productive and has a nice flow. The option to have a balcony goes far in my book since i am a smoker but prefer not to smoke indoors. All in all a great place to stay while on business or a family getaway.

It was quite nice. The water was amazingly cold and tasty. (was there for a business meeting /conference) the restrooms were clean. Parking was acceptable. Only complaint was the AC was not so good. It was stifling hot in the conference room. Keeping in mind there was about 150 of us packed in, but goddam, everyone was sweaty. Apart from that it was great.

Free breakfast and happy hour, great location, comfy beds. I stay here every time I'm in town.

Room was clean and nice. Had problems getting on the wireless Internet. Pool was fun. Loved the morning breakfast, made to order omelets or pancakes or French toast. Dinner at the steak house had good food, but service was slow. Overall a good experience. I would book there again.

Service was great for me! This included me mailing marketing items to the hotel a week early so I didn't have to take them on the flight, and they had them brought to my room when I arrived.

Rooms are very spacious (don't forget that when they say multiple rooms they are referring to bedroom and living room/office area - it's a "suite").

Complimentary breakfast and happy hour.

Across the street from Biltmore shopping and restaurants. About 15 min from the airport. Great location.

Embassy Suites was gorgeous! The interior design is just perfect. I went for my birthday and very much loved it. The made to order breakfast was also amazing and so was the happy hour! I would definitely recommend!
