ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Recently used this Embassy Suites location for a couple conferences, and it worked out well. Service was excellent, the hotel and conference areas were updated, fresh, and nicely decorated, and the views out the windows were nice as well. Some of the conference rooms do have doors that are a little thin, so depending on your needs you might want to inquire about quieter areas (or what else is booked for your dates), but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel or use it again. The location is great as well; freeway access is easy from any part of Phoenix and there are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

Great hotel! Clean, quiet, and a great pool/spa. Included made to order breakfast. Laundry room, very nice golf course back drop, and close to shops and food. I will definitely be booking this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice, rooms were very nice, the complementary breakfast was good(I don't like breakfast so I can't accurately judge), the heated pool was ok, nothing special, People here were very friendly and it was easy to get directions. The price was crazy, 150$ I think it was, just outrageous, in my opinion. Nothing particularly Amazing about this place.

This hotel is great. It’s so clean, it seems brand new. The rooms are huge and nicely designed. Lovely pool area backing on to a golf course and free cooked breakfasts and happy hour drinks. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that they continue to use plastic straws (and plastic cups for water at the bar-WHY is that even necessary), polystyrene cups at breakfast. The wastage I saw was enough to put me off my food. I really hope they do something about this soon!

Loyalty of going to Hilton property hasn't been fun and exciting for long time. Poor reception and greeting is mirror relection of management's attitude toward highest tier membership. I have earned a lifetime diamond status for several years but it doesn't matter. Hilton property as this one has poor attitude and attention to the most loyal customer. I had experienced most regrettable moment as elite member was when I could not even exchange sweet item to different brand as it was not authorized by him nor management. It is not what it used to be. The property has clean rooms and at ideal location for business and/or pleasure. But the staff needs comprehensive training on people skills as they are clueless on how to handle most elite members. It is the mindset of staff that will bring back the customers over again and again.

It's our 3rd day of stay here. So far everything is very good. We are staying at 2 bedroom suite and our room is spacious, quiet, and most of all very clean. Loved the big tvs, bed are comfy and nice, furnitures are modern. Well done on the update of the room. We are loving and enjoying everything so far. I am very happy and well satisfied with every single aspect of our stay here so far. I'm so glad we chose to stay here for 5 days and nowhere else. The staff from the front desk are great every time. The staff from the bar and the restaurant are great as well and outwardly friendly. Because of the great service you choose to provide everyday for your customers. You make our vacation stay more fun and enjoyable! Thank you very much! Mrs. Adams

We enjoyed the large room, great view of the golf course. The complimentary breakfast was very surprising, made to order omelettes with a lot of choices from the buffet to the bakery, beverage and cereal bar. Very nice people. It was great walking next door to the Golf Shop. Great time.

Had the potential to be really nice, the location is easy to get to, it's right on a golf course and most of the front desk staff has been outstanding. But the property itself is lacking that bit of love from management. The pool is pretty old and is in need of a deep cleaning and they really should power wash the pool deck on a regular basis. It's pretty disgusting. But the views are great and we had a nice time during our stay.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights during the first annual "helping parents heal" conference from April 13 to 15. I found the staff to be unconditionally kind and helpful throughout my stay there. I am still hoping that somebody has found my earring that got lost while I was hurriedly packing to catch my flight!
If at all possible, I would love to have it sent to me in Canada, if it turned up anywhere!

The place itself is beautiful. Some things are outdated but still well kept. The staff was very responsive. The only real downside for me personally was the fact that they have only one wheelchair for the entire 400+ room hotel. Naturally, someone else needed it for the weekend so it was necessary for me to rent another mobility device in order to get around the facility.

Our room (2020) was cold & the heater didn't work. We were there only two days (weekend) so they didn't get around to fixing it. The automatic fan with the heater actually made the room temp go down to 69°F, so I just kept the fan off & the temp didn't get lower than 72°F.
Room service was great & breakfast service was good. Otherwise, good accommodations.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was a nice and clean and it appeared to be recently renovated. Continental breakfast was included along with made to order pancakes and omelets. The food was decent, and comparable to other free hotel breakfasts I've had.

The desk clerks gave a cheerful greeting each time I entered. The front lobby was warm and inviting.
Unfortunately, a climate control problem was experienced in the meeting rooms throughout the 3 days of the conference. I enjoy the comfort of air conditioning in my home and In public venues in warm weather. The air was so cold in the meeting rooms, however, that attendees were shivering and those who had them were wearing heavy sweaters, jackets, scarves, etc.
I live locally and was able to drive home and return with a blanket to wrap around me on as I sat in Ballroom B, but my hands were still very cold. Prior to bringing the blanket, I had missed most of the keynote presentation as the cold became unbearable and I had to leave and go to the parking lot to turn on my car heater and get warm. I had looked forward to this conference for a year, but I had to skip two sessions on Friday due to the extreme cold in the meeting rooms.

On Saturday I was prepared by wearing heavy clothing including two sweaters. This helped somewhat.

Many made requests for temperature adjustment, but we were told that the hotel maintenance staff had tried but was unable to correct the problem.

We stayed in a room with two double beds. There was a separate room with a couch, chair and desk. Two tv's o e in bedroom and one in sitting area. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was great, build your own omelet and hot line. Loved this hotel, we will be back!!

We stayed for 3 nights recently and I would rate the staff with 5/5 stars. The hotel and amenities 1/5 based on conditions and the cost per night. The room's clock was broken, the bar sink was clogged and couldn't be fixed. Their hot tub was not working, but there were maintenance workers standing in it messing around every day for 3 days. I think you could build a hot tub in 3 days lol! Again, staff members made our stay great, the rooms and costs not so great. I felt like I was paying for the Hilton name.

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The free breakfast, and enjoying it by the fire pit near the pool, spoiled me! The rooms, lobby, grounds were immaculate. The staff, especially Shelby, Noah, and Dan Devary were the best. The location is perfect for anywhere you want to go, plus no noise from traffic. I highly recommend this hotel

Great place... Going through some remodels. Our room was over some sort of AC / venting system that was just fine until night time. Something about the system turned on only at night that was soooo loud, even with all windows and patio doors closed, it was uncomfortable. (Forget about sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful evening... Deafening)
Other than that, the place was very recommendable. (Stay away from the chicken options on the bar/restaurant menu... The salmon, however, very good!!)

We recently had our wedding reception at this hotel and it was stunning. All of the staff did an amazing job and made sure the night went perfect. Food is amazing and had no complaints from guests. You also get a free night on your 1 year anniversary! The hotel rooms are very comfortable and cozy with an amazing view (if you can get one of the golf course). Serves free continental breakfast also!

It was nice. The food was good and rooms very large and nice! I didn't feel the beds were all that comfortable, and the pillows are very flat once you lay on them, gave me some neck trouble. But otherwise good experience

Not a bad value for the price, the free breakfast is pretty sweet, they do have Pancakes if you ask. They do have free beer and wine during Happy hour which is also pretty dope. The place is poppin during that time. The pool is open till 11pm which is also magical. Its an older hotel but like i stated before not bad.

Great hotel with newly updated two room suites throughout, I believe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent with a omelet bar. Beds are a little soft for my taste with what seemed to be a feather top, but the room was extremely quiet. With a microwave, refrigerator, and desk along with two televisions and lots of USB ports, I had a very comfortable stay.

The facilities seem nice and are right off the golf course. They had a free open Bar happy hour for hotel guests at 5. The staff were friendly and attentive. We liked being able to take a large group out via their shuttle van as well. I would stay here if I wanted to golf or travel for business.

Nice place! Room was clean and comfortable, location was perfect for us. Service was terrific - staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a couple glitches, however. For example, we specified hypoallergenic bedding, and the pillows were feather. They sent up new pillows after 15 minutes or so. Also, according to the website the pool was supposed to be heated, but the water was chilly. Nonetheless, the experience was great overall and we would stay here again.

While dated in appearance, we could not fault this hotel. Spotlessly clean & comfortable in every way. Lovely free breakfast with views of the golf driving range to die for. Loved the free happy hour for 2 hrs (drinks were so strong only needed a couple). Excellent pool & spacious well thought out rooms for families. So many great shops & restaurants nearby - in such a beautiful area of Phoenix - we loved every bit of our 5 night stay. Would come back again in a heartbeat - views of the golf course are beautiful. Highly recommend - don't judge a book by its cover. All staff were fabulous. With so many inclusions you really cannot beat this place for value.

We have been traveling for a week. I depend on trip advisor. Seeing the reviews and competitive pricing this was st the top of the list. Cleanliness and New design & Competitive pricing are important to us. This gets 5 ⭐️ on all three.
The rooms are well appointed fresh new design and unique decorating. I love it.
Lobby , rooms and services are hard to beat and don't compare to other hotels. This is clearly a cut above the rest. One request ~ airport shuttle Svs ~ we took a taxi

Our daughters wedding was here. Roxanne did a great job organizing all and setting things up. Can't say anything about the rooms ( no one stayed there) except the bride and groom had the presidential suite which was very nice. Food was good. They have a golf course if your interested. Nice place.

My friend was in from out of town and was staying here. It is such a beautiful hotel inside and out. She got a room on the 6th floor and the view was amazing. The room was huge and had lots of space. The lobby is also beautiful and so is the pool I seriously recommend staying here. You will be very comfy! It's like a small apartment! A home away from home

Excellent Hotel and Staff!
My wife and I recently stayed for about a week.

We have stayed in many hotels ranging from Amelia Island, FL(Ritz) to Santa Monica, CA and have never experienced a better place than this place!

The entire staff is very generous and welcoming. We started with the (cook to order) breakfast each and every morning, played a few rounds of golf during the day, and enjoyed happy hour each evening.

We will be staying here each time we come to the Phoenix

The Embassy Suites had to be one of my favorite hotels as a business traveler. From the wonderful breakfasts (not just measly 'continental' breakfasts at some places) to the Manager's reception at the end of the day.
However, a warning to travelers unaware; This is largely a golf resort hotel during golf season. If you receive a fantastic view across the green (immediately behind the hotel) you may not like it the next morning at 5am when people en masse begin teeing off if you're still asleep.

Embassy is my absolute favorite hotel to go to whenever I am in Phoenix. Their breakfast is amazing, always hot, always full. Hotel rooms are comfortable even if you don't have pool view. We stayed there from when we checked in until checking out the next day.

Breakfast on the weekends is about 7-10am, checkout is 12pm. I'd recommend it if you have extra cash for a hotel.

Clean- rooms, hallways, dining area and lobby looked and smelled clean
Comfortable- bed was great. Couch and chairs in room could be better.
Quiet- hotel was busy but I never heard others
Convenient- great workout facility, pool, walking trails, golf course. Restaurants, mall, and big box stores close by.
Cost- competitive price to nearby hotels, but Embassy gives you free drinks!

Great breakfast and evening reception with free drinks was great. I have stayed at residents inn that provide the same with actual small meals not just snacks but it was still nice. The location is close to several shopping and eateries. The views are nice and serene. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are definitely out dated and in need of some sprucing. Bed not very comfortable but sheets were very soft. WiFi is free for Hilton Honors members, but if I had to pay $15 a day that's rediculous. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

we were pleasently surprised at how nice this hotel was at the price! and for those who were concerned at how bad the internet was, they were reinstalling new cables to all the rooms as we were checking out. so that shpuld be resolved now. the breakfast was amazing, the pool was nice with the views of the golf coarse, and the room was really nice and big for a family of four. we just pulled the mattress out of the sofa sleeper and put it on the floor. no biggie.
