ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Stayed 3 days. Check-in was easy, given breakfast and drink vouchers. Breakfast was grab n go style but had containers of cereal, individual rolls, muffins, croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice, coffee & milk! Outside swimming pool open daily. A/C inside was cool but not freezing cold but I guess when the outside temp is 115 then I'm guessing it was working hard to cool us. Recommend for the price! 🏊 ☕

Great rooms, good prices and exceptional standards on this cvid 19 era. The location is conveniently located right off of the US 60 and across the street from a 24hr Denny's and a bowling alley. There is also shopping near by and with ASU being so close too, bars are within traveling distance, without being stuck in college town.

My partner and I were flabbergasted!!! Not only did we meet our room with a cool breeze of AC where the temperature outside was in the 100's, the room was so spacious and gave of an Aurora of peace and tranquility. There were 2 rooms!!! There was a livingroom and a bedroom. Even a kitchenette area. I had never seen a hotel with all of this space!!! The soaps and lotion smelled good and was a known brand. So was the shampoo, and conditioner was a famous name brand also.

Great place for families. Clean updated rooms. Close to freeways, shopping, and attractions. Second time staying will definitely make it a third.

Convenient location near ASU but out of the traffic. Nice breakfast with higher quality and more variety than most free buffets. Free cocktail hour is nice but the bar is depressing. Older property. Rooms are dark yet spacious. Gym often hot and humid. Often bargain priced.

It shouldn't have to be mentioned that this hotel is in Tempe, AZ and the temperature is generally either hot or blazing at any given point during the year. To counter this, their room air conditioning works very well and seems week maintained. A design feature of this embassy suites is that the iconic "inner balcony" design is not enclosed, so as one steps out of their rooms, they meet the wrath of a sun that seems constantly trying to kill you. This makes the pool in the middle courtyard an inviting thing to use during a stay. Their social hour is as should be expected with light food alongside complimentary beverages. Room service was passively pleasant during my stay, picking up my blazer from the couch and placing it on the chair as well as providing laundry bag for dirty clothes in case one decides to use their services. The stay was definitely great and the location was adequate for dining and entertainment possibilities.

Fantastic Breakfast, lots of people but plenty of seats and food. Big area. Happy hour beverage wonderful for afternoon. The room comfortable and pleasant, plenty cool. Ac working great! Having a great time with my family. Wish that they had a way to cool the pool water on 117 degree day. Pleasant staff. Access to the pool wonderful.

Good location and suite is nice, but the hotel is a bit dingy now. Our sofa was worn and the carpet was very dirty. It needs deep cleaning. The maids are keeping it as nice as they can but the building needs some repaint, recarpet and refurnishing. I have noticed this with a lot of Hilton hotels. There are other hotels in this price range that are spiffier, esp in the summer in AZ

The rooms are old (really old and dated) and they "all" have distinct odor. They moved me to 3 different rooms and all have the same issue (the room on first floor was the worst).

On the other hand, the staff are nice and accommodating. Breakfast (hot) is free and very good quality/options. The space is great (Standard Embassy Suite). Location is good. If it was not the odor in the 3 different rooms they had me try i would have stayed for the whole 8 days.

My advice for the Hotel management team is: Consider changing the carpets in all rooms and have a good ventilation system to prevent this problem from reoccurring soon.

Stayed here for a work conference and really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff are all excellent. The food is high quality and the pool area is very nice. They even have a complimentary cocktail at happy hour.

I've been here several times over the years and have enjoyed my stays. This time was fine except that it seems they are understaffed or have stopped caring as much. The location is good and near enough to the highways to get anywhere. The rooms are big but ageing, they are not bad in any way just ageing. The a/c tries its best but there's only so much it can do in the heat of June. The breakfast is great and the manager's reception is well done except the gold fish crackers which are for children. My only complaint would be that house keeping seemed to forget about my room, no big deal but it makes you feel like they are understaffed or have stopped caring as much.

I'd usually give this 4 stars, but the very limited thermostat control takes this down. You can't go below 68 (which wouldn't kick on until 70) and I don't sleep well unless it's more like 65 at night. Also, it's got some sort of motion sensor so the room heated up to nealy 80 while I was out during the day and took hours to get back to low 70s.

Otherwise no real issues. A bit older and shows in some places, but not bad. Breakfast is good. A bit of an atypical arrangement for an Embassy Suites, but it worked.

great staff. friendly people. although rooms could better. rooms felt out dated and my remote didn't work so I had to use the tv to adjust channels and sound, fridge was too small, and couch was out dated as well. but breakfast is free and delicious. It's the only reason I give it stars.

Amazing. This place is huge and the staff is amazing. They have a happy hour in the restaurant, it isn't free, before the free managers reception. The menu looks great. The pool and numerous amounts of outdoor seating areas is amazing. The bar tender at the managers reception was friendly and entertaining. I will for sure stay here again.

Stayed for a week for my wife's work event and had mixed feelings about the place. They first put us (myself, wife and nearly 2 year old son) in a smoking room, that not only reeked, but still had an industrial carpet driver running when we entered the room. They then moved us to a better, non-smoking room. Neither room had a pack and play as we had requested prior to check in. When we called down, they brought us a pack n play that had a large hole in it and was extremely wobbly. We called again and they brought us another one that had vomit in it..... we had them come get the vomit one, and they placed it at the end of the hall where it sat for more than 24 hours. We opted to keep the one with the hole as they said they only had those 2. That being said, we did not let our son sleep in it at all that week.

Another than that and them cleaning the room very late on the first day, the room was big and comfortable. Breakfast is pretty decent and the staff is accommodating.

The rooms are a tad lackluster but quite spacious. That said, the shining points are in the morning and evening, when you have access to the breakfast area and the bar. Both of which serve up great and delectable items to really make you want to stay more than venture out around the town.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and nice pool area - multicolored lights at night was fun for our kids :) Why I really give them 5 stars is the effort the staff and General manager went to return and mail a (very) expensive Gymnastics Leotard for my daughter that she left on accident. Visiting from Oregon, once home we realized it was missing the staff worked to find it past looking around just in the room. They went through all the bedspreads in the laundry room and found it! They were very helpful in a stressful and time sensitive item being the middle of her competition season we could have not ordered another one in time. Thanks Embassy Suites Tempe we will be back!!

I had a good experience with the maintenance staff here. I had an issue with the heat as the weather had turned cold. I called the front desk, and the maintenance staff arrived within a minute of my call. He fixed the issue in a short period of time, and the heat worked well after he left. All around, a nice place to stay. Pool looks nice, good hotel bar and restaurant, and the rooms are clean.

Very non-typical Embassy Suites. Small and cramped room. Poor breakfast (they ran out of coffee two of the four mornings!) and Manager's Reception. Housekeeping left trays in the walkways for days. First room was supposed to be non-smoking, but reeked and was extremely messy. Second room had a huge water stain on the ceiling. Not likely to return to this location.

Visited this location for a training seminar. Breakfast was provided by Embassy Suites which was a very nice breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, fruit, and refreshments. The conference room was large with plenty of seating at nicely decorated tables.

Nice to have a separate bedroom and sleeper sofa. There is a small refrigerator and microwave and bar sink. The bathroom has a tub and shower, single sink, hair dryer and Neutrogena products. Bedroom has king size bed, TV, safe, double closet, dresser and minimal lighting. Living area has sleeper sofa, TV with storage under the stand and again minimal lighting. There is cook to order breakfast that is very good. Lots of choices. Omelette and french toast are good choices. Lots of fruit, bagels, cereals, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, muffins, and oatmeal. Something for everyone. Pool is nice, but wasn't working two days during our stay and that was a big disappointment. Evening reception was cocktails and snacks like pretzels, popcorn, and goldfish. One night there were vegetables. They should offer more than just salty snacks. Would stay again. Comfortable and safe.

The rooms were quite nice. The local cotton tail bunnies living on the premise were extremely cute. The breakfast buffet had lots of delicious options. THE HOME MADE SALSA WAS AMAZING! Special thanks to the chef for giving me the recipe.

My only minor complaint would be the 9 PM Macro Polo competition in swimming pool under my room.

Lovely extended stay!! The courtyard areas are beautiful, rabbits on the grounds, the rabbits know how to activate the motion sensor doors and can be seen in the lobby area!!! There are lime trees that are loaded with fruit. The pool is very clean, and in the heat of the day is very refreshing!!! And for anyone interested they have smoking rooms that are available!!

The room was a good size and the hotel pool was larger than most I have stayed at. The beds were fairly comfortable and the breakfast area was very nice for selection and their inlet bar was very nice. My only complaints would be the air conditioner in my room was probably in need of some maintenance as it never felt as cold as we set it. Normally I sleep in 75/76 degrees comfortably but I had to set the unit down to 68 in order to get a comfortable temperature in the room. The other complaint would be the bathroom arrangement due to the toilet placement. For a single occupant it is not a problem but the door to the bathroom passed within a foot of the front of the toilet so the space was a bit cramped getting around with showering and valuations. On the whole though the experience was good.

Old building, moldy smell, ask for 3rd floor if you are planing to stay here. 3rd floor little better than 1st floor as far as noise level, cleaner room, less moldy smelled. All in all Service was a 5 star. Thanks to Kayla for her exceptional service. Even tho we has to move twice during our stay, due to room was not clean and toilet was not flushed. she make our stay pleasant. Staffs are super friendly especially Kayla, she was very helpful.

I've stayed here for business several times a year over many years and it's always a great experience. Great location for easy highway access and just a short trip to sky harbor. If I had to pick out one gripe, it's that their shuttle doesn't start running until 6am.

Really great complimentary breakfast provided with made-to-order omelets, fresh food replenished frequently and a pleasant staff. Comfy beds and pillows and spacious-feeling rooms. Nice pool area and landscaping between buildings. Common areas are bright, clean and "upscale". Again, pro staff! Summer rates can't be beat for the quality. Definitely returning.

The 2-room suites are nice and it's acceptable for a budget hotel. But the whole place is dated and room materials and structure is cheap. Thank god the bedroom is separate because you can see light through the 1/2" gap between the outer door and frame!! Service is fair on average with good situations and bad ones. On the upside, breakfast is very good.

Stayed 1 night in double full bed suite. Although everything was exceptionally clean, age is beginning to show. Broken drain plug in bath tub was worst of it though. Room service was quick and helpful, but for two full bowls of fruit to go untouched do to lack of freshness, I was surely disappointed. My niece was pleased with the portion sizes of the kids chicken, but again the fruit was a problem. I also found it odd to not find a USB outlet in the room. I am so used to this convenience, I never thought to bring my own. Overall, I will continue to keep this facility on my list, but for trips with the family only.

Great location, great rooms, very welcoming staff. These are the key parts of my review. The location is just off the US 60 in Tempe but even still it was a very quiet and safe area. The rooms are like mini apartments with plenty of space. The rooms have a small safe for your use, a fridge, a microwave, and in my case two TVs, one in the front of the room and one in the sleeping area. The bathrooms are large and the showers were easy to use. The pool is located outside and is kept in very good shape. There is a restaurant in the hotel called Urban Craft which is good but pricy. They also have room service which I did not use but people around me seemed pleased. This is a definite stay if you're needing a room in the Tempe area. It's moderately priced per night but with the rooms and the atmosphere you'd think it should be way more expensive but it's not. Highly recommended!

Best stay I've had in a long time! From the clerk that helped us at check in, to the bartender at the cocktail hour, to the shuttle driver, and the breakfast staff, all were friendly and professional! And they are we're awesome at their jobs. The beds were super comfortable! Selection of food at the free breakfast was unheard of. Around a 3.5 . They have fresh clean rooms that smell like lavendar very calm and relaxing with a lot of commentates however they have a big water issue. For drinking water you have 2 options . 1. The metallic tasting tap water or the 4$ water bottle with a label on it saying "if this water is consumed we will charge you 3:99$. Which is quite odd for such a high class motel. Now you're probably saying " big deal, bring your own water" I agree the only irony was that I refused to pay so much for water so instead I melted the ice from the ice machine ''lol" and drank that instead. Later I found out I was charged twice for both water bottles because we had to change rooms twice. So 8$ . I know I'm overreacting but this behavior is so odd for such a high class hotel. Great breakfast though.

My husband and I stayed her for our anniversary. We got the romance package which was great. We went to dinner at the urban cafe which is inside the hotel. We ordered burgers well done and mine wasnt fully cooked, they took it back and brought back the same burger, fries and ranch. Anyone who has done food service knows that is very wrong, we should have gotten a whole new plate and im not normally one of those people who has food taken back. While we were there, there were 3 cockroaches on the window pane that my husband had to kill which is so disgusting. The waiter also didn't even know about the deal that comes with the package we had bought. Our room wasnt the quality we were expecting, kinda had a motel feel to it, not a hotel feel. We are very disappointed in our visit and wont be recommending this to anyone.

Recently visited Embassy Suites Phoenix-Tempe for a conference for work. Everyone there was extremely nice and so helpful. They truly took care of us while we were there and made us feel right at home! Shuttle driver was awesome and so courteous. Rooms were nice and clean. I would recommend staying there if you are in the area for whatever reason. Enjoyed my stay!

There are some small things about the room that seem out of place but the overall quality is good and the staff seems nice so far.

This is a Hilton hotel, so I came with certain expectations. The check-in process was the easiest in the world (check-in by mobile app, and get in the room with digital key). The hotel is strangely laid out like an apartment complex, with all doors outside instead of inside. It was difficult finding my room at first due to how the hotel is laid out. The room is a single bedroom suite, which is spacious, but the bed is not comfortable at all (and I'm not a very picky person when it comes to beds). I tossed and turned all night, waking up with an achy back. Ultimately, it felt like a premium version of Days Inn instead of a Hilton property. I understand they give free breakfast and a free cocktail every day here, but you can't hide what's right in front of you. It's just a dressed up Days Inn.

We just arrived back home to Ohio after an amazing vacation in Tempe, staying at this Embassy Suites location as first time customers, and no doubt that we will continue to be back!! After a reservation confusion (which was NO fault of the hotel), a very helpful Amber behind the desk proceeded to smooth out the situation, in addition to providing us with a better room rate! Thank you again Amber! Also, a thank you to hotel staff employee Tim, who gave us helpful area information and directions! All staff employees were very pleasant...the room was clean with a comfortable bed and surroundings...and, oh yes, the breakfasts and evening receptions are awesome! Thank you Embassy Suites Tempe for playing a big part of such an enjoyable and memorable visit!

Molly (the bar attendant) was OMG fantastic. She is very enlightened on what she does as well as everything in the UNIVERSE. She is a fantastic employee. I love her conversations and her motivation. She is really an inspirational person and is highly accustomed to handling even the most outlandish drinkers. Speaking with her over my drinks was the most remarkable experience I have had in Arizona, SHE'S AH KEEPER!!! TY Molly!!!!! ;@ (Love Her)
