• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Love embassy suites. They have the airport schedule up for all flights. They are literally around the block from the airport. They offer happy hour from 5:30-7:30 with beer, wine and ginger food. Besides regular breakfast they have an omelette station where they can make it with egg whites if you want

Cleanest airport hotel I've ever been in with amazing customer service. Front desk gave me a bag with bottle water and chips for a snack. The hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable. Feels more like a high end Waldorf.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast includes a cook to order egg station and many other options. Nightly free drinks and snacks in the lobby including alcohol. Shuttle to Old Port and airport is a plus. Great choice for a hotel in the area.

Decent Lodging Near Portland's Jetport

We had a pleasant evening at Portland, ME's, Embassy Suites. The staff was very helpful provided the information we needed to be comfortable. The room was technically a suite, but it seems that the bathroom was reduced to the bare minimum. My wife and I called it the closet. Otherwise, the furnishings and decoration was quite satisfactory. While we would rather have stayed downtown, the ease of access made the hotel a good option. In addition, the room rate was considerably less than downtown.

One more lament. Breakfast was not particularly good. This seems to be the level of quality across the hospitality industry. I would rather pay for a good restaurant than partake of the factory offerings on the buffet.

One of the best Hilton Properties (or any hotel) I have stayed at in years. The service here is top notch. The suites are great. The pool is perfect. Free hot breakfast with omelette station is what makes this place extraordinary. They also have free drinks/wine at managers reception. Honestly, I wish I could move into this place. As far as location is concerned that is mitigated by taking the complimentary shuttle (you have to schedule it) or a $12-15 Uber. This was our second time staying here and definitely not our last. GREAT FIND!!!!!!

This is a hidden gem at the airport. Very clean, great service, well appointed and appears recently remodeled. I travel frequently, tend to frequent Hilton chains, and can say this was an excellent hotel, and nice than many Embassy Suites I have stayed in. Great beds too.

We arrived here on Memorial Day weekend and it was busy. The service right from the start was top notch. The pool had the jacuzzi which was just the right temp and quite relaxing. They had a quick snack with drinks in the eve. The rooms were comfy with decent beds, clean and spacious. Restaurant was great if you plan to dine in. Breakfast was amazing too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton’s and would def recommend

This hotel was very clean, offered complimentary drinks for two hours and free breakfast. Very nice hotel and can not wait to come again. Amazing that it is pet friendly. This hotel deserves nothing but five stars however I was disappointed at how loud it was the whole weekend. There were kids running around making tons of noise. I called and complained multiple times about the noise because it happened all day and all night. I will absolutely be returning but I will make sure it is not a family filled weekend of a school of kids going because it was not relaxing to say the least and it was very expensive to stay to hear kids running/screaming all weekend.

Great facility, wonderful staff, and a fairly decent breakfast. None of that matters if the beds are as hard as a piece of Plywood, and the pillows provide absolutely no support. I probably got a total of 4 hours sleep over the two evenings I was there. It's a shame, because the rooms were spacious (though oddly laid out), and the amenities fair for the price point.

Embassy has a well established reputation for quality rooms, but embassy Portland goes the extra mile with the best staff in the world. Friendly, personal service, willingness to go above and beyond to fulfill special requests and a feeling of family, even in a corporate chain. Highly recommend.

It was a nice visit as I enjoyed the beverages, complimentary breakfast, and dinners. However, there were some out of control children continuing to run around the halls disrupting the experience a little in spite of the staff trying to make them stop. The Hotel staff were really nice but I wish they had stairs that didn't just lead to the outside as it was cold and the elevators needed updating as they would reach a floor drop two feet readjust to the level of the floor and then do it again which was super scary. Other than that I relatively enjoyed my visit the hot tub was nice.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton is practically a minute from the Portland Airport. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was quite courteous. It is around a ten minute drive from the Portland nightlife, so there is no problem with stuff to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again in my travels.

We loved the suite with one king and two queen beds. Surprised to find two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Also a living room/kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and sink with a pull out sofa bed. Yes, three rooms, each with privacy. Great evening snacks included in the lobby. An awesome free breakfast! First time at Embassy Suites, but not the last.

Stayed for more than a week in June. Turn down service was excellent and the rooms were well maintained. They have a nice bar and freshly prepared food in the main lobby area. It is close to the airport but quiet, although access is a little hidden. It is a very short drive from many landmarks and great dining places. If you are there, look up the Maine Military Museum. You would never see it otherwise. The museum was started and is operated by one man, who can walk you through the displays of memorabilia from the Civil War to present. You would never otherwise believe the items they have could possibly be outside the Smithsonian.

I would recommend this hotel over and over and I would recommend anyone staying here to stop in at the bar/dining area to see if Chris is working and talk with him. He is super knowledgeable about the area but more importantly he is an incredibly nice human being. We stayed at this hotel on a Monday and than checked out and came back on wed, he remembered our name, he remembered that my husband was here on business and he remembered what he had recommended for us to do. He has incredible customer service skills and that is a rare find now days. It was a pleasure meeting him. The hotel is nice as and the rest of the staff was sweet also. We just had more interaction with Chris.

Amazing!!!

Myself and my 3 mommy friends went for a weekend away from Nova Scotia, Canada and decided to stay at the Embassy Suites, Portland Maine. We were greeted with nothing but courteous smiling employees who went out of their way to make our stay the best possible.

The hotel was clean and up to date as well as the room we stayed in was impressive as it had a separate living area and bedroom area which made it even more enjoyable.

The pool, hot tub and sauna were very clean and well kept.

The continental breakfast is by far one of the best I have ever encountered. To the hot breakfasts right down to the awesome omelette maker with the excellent personality to go with it...always smiling!

After shopping all day Saturday, we went back to the hotel to take advantage of the free social with drinks and had the best time ever! Kathy was amazing as she took great care of us and made sure we were happy and we were! The front staff was amazing as well.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and their staff. Made our stay so enjoyable we want to go again!!!

Stayed here three times and can't recommend it highly enough. This year I showed up to drop my kid off at camp, and after a long day of travel, checking in found that I had made the reservation at the Portland Oregon Embassy suites. The women behind the desk not only called up Oregon for us and took care of the switch, making sure we didn't get charged, but found us a room and sent us upstairs with a bag full of treats for my kids (3-4 chocolate bars.). The rooms are huge, with sitting room/pull out couch, effectively two for the price of one, and includes a great breakfast with omelette bar and everything else. Great value and great service, I will stay at Embassy Suites any chance I can get, this one in particular.

Our room was very nice, we love the "all suites" nature of Embassy Suites. Some areas of the room were a bit dingy, could use a coat of paint. The couch was very uncomfortable but the beds were super comfortable. The full made-to-order breakfast was excellent and the cook was extra friendly.

We have stayed here repeatedly. The reception is always amazing, and they have the friendliest hotel staff ever. To top it off, the breakfast is anything but standard, with fresh meat, eggs, omelettes and more. If you are staying in Portland, this is the place to stay, even if you have to take a Lyft into town.

Awesome experience! Very nice, beautiful, and clean hotel! We only heard 1 plane for about 2 minutes. The king size bed is SO comfy. The staff is friendly. We only had one little problem our living room remote batteries were dead and the guy at the front office didn't have a screw driver to take off the back and change batteries. Room was very clean and had a microwave and fridge . Happy hour with comp cocktails was nice with a good variety of liquors. Pool was warm but hot tub was not very hot they are doing pool Maintenance March 17th so hope it gets fixed then. They do need some disposable silverware in rooms kind of silly if you have microwave and no spoon or fork and have to go downstairs to get.

Room was neat and comfortable, bathroom is a bit tight but overall met our expectations. The breakfast was the best my family has experienced for a three star hotel - all the buffet items seemed freshly prepared and arranged appetizingly in the spacious dining room (we've seen some pretty lousy breakfast options with day old offerings and unkempt dining and serving areas). The five stars is for the experience - the courteous and professional waitstaff and Max the extraordinarily pleasant omelette chef made our delicious hotel breakfast feel like a relaxed fine dining experience.

Rooms were nothing special but definitely clean and comfortable. You're right on top of the Jetport, but the planes traffic was infrequent and barely audible (granted, we are used to sleeping in the city, maybe it would be noisy for some).

The staff was the best part of the visit, without a doubt. The bartenders and front of house staff were kind and helpful. Our first night we took advantage of the complimentary drinks during happy hour - we were able to order some food for the room at the bar, and enjoyed a couple beers (on the house) and some good company while we waited. Great way to end a day of traveling. We were able to Uber into Portland downtown about $10 each way.

This hotel was great, the staff and food was unbelievable. They were very nice and helpful with any request that was made. Our suite was alittle bit odd however. The bedroom had no proper door and the sink was outside the bathroom door (which, to me is very unsanitary). The wifi here also had multiple problems which none of the staff seemed able to fix even after two separate attempts. But the beds were great and the stay was very, very welcoming.

Extremely convenient with an amazing free breakfast and airport shuttle at all hours. Friendly staff, clean and nice pool and hot tub. The room was clean but a bit dated and small, and the room rates were pretty high, so you are paying for what you get. Very convenient and comfy for when you want to be close to the airport, however.

Location is by the airport but since Portland is not very big the 10 min drive into town is not a big deal. We are on a family vacation and booked a 2bed 2 bath suite with a sleeper sofa which was perfect for us. We upgraded to a premium room which came with drinks and snacks which is good for an additional $10. Always love the breakfast and the managers reception. Can't beat those two perks. The rooms are a little dated but not a big deal for me. Beds and pillows were comfy.

Clean but small suites with strange layout. Convenient to the jet port. Disappointed - Made plans to stay here and eat breakfast before my 7am flight. Breakfast doesn't begin until 6:30 am? Great bang for your buck. The staff is by far the best part of this place. Everyone from the manager at the front desk, desk people, bartender and omelet guy were so eager to help with smiles. The reception snacks/drinks are nice little touch not over the top. Our floor did smell a little like it used to be okay to smoke there. Our actual room DID NOT smell this way and was very nice suite.

Great location, comfortable rooms. Hot tub and pool area was very nice, but the hot tub was not warm enough. Notified management and they sent someone out, but it never really warmed up to an acceptable temperature in a 3 hour period. Decent manager's reception snacks. Would definitely stay there again.
