Loved the hotel and our stay was great! Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and our room was clean, as expected. Unfortunately things turned for the worst immediately after checking out. A guest hit my car in the hotel parking deck (between 6/20-6/21) and left. I approached the staff and they stated that there were NO cameras in the deck, therefore there was nothing that they could do. On the morning of 6/24, I called to speak with a manager and was greeted by a guest service associate, Ann, who surprisingly stated that someone saw the incident and sent an email with a description. She ensured that she’d review the statement to confirm that it was my car and someone would get back with me. I called back later that evening for an update and left a voicemail with the District Manager, Cindy, I believe. The next day I called once more and was directed to the voicemail of the General Manager. Neither have returned my call. I am a Hilton member and love this hotel, however, I’m hesitant to return due to the lack of urgency. If you’re planning to stay here and park in the deck, do so away from other cars, if possible!

The hotel was great! We did have an issue when it was pouring down rain and they had locked the entrance from the parking garage so we had to walk through the rain to get in.

The room was cleaned when I checked in, but was never cleaned over my three day stay.

When I arrived I was happy and thought this going going to be a nice stay. It was so quiet in my bedroom. Around 9:30 my neighbor started to entertain. She talk yelled, laughed, and played music till 1:30am. She also smoked which came into my room from the adjoining door. I called the front desk at 9:30 to tell them that she was smoking. They said they’d send someone up but I don’t think they did.

The following morning I was grouchy from getting no sleep, meanwhile she was still sleeping at 11. I went to the front desk and told them if she wasn’t leaving I wanted a new room. They said she was leaving. They seemed to have zero record I called.

Also they charged me almost $100 extra and I had to ask why.

Tonight in the parking garage I was getting things out of my hatch while this guy flew up and down the garage . It’s very tight so if someone suddenly came from the other direction he’d probably hit them. These two twenty somethings ran in the elevator as I was going down and huddled in the corner saying they were hiding. I think they were drunk. When I got off I turned around and they were still huddled.

When I was walking back to my room three guys were entering their room just as I passed and a woof of smoke smacked me in the face.

Also when I was waiting for my ride the front desk lady was talking to someone on the phone in a snotty tone.

I get the vibe that his hotel is for young hoodlums, that stay here to party. Because that’s pretty much what I saw. I would never stay here again.

Good:
- The bedroom was separate from the main room, making it block hallway and lobby noise.
- Location
- Free breakfast
- Nice bed

The staff was great! Our food that was provided by the hotel was so delicious I wanted to take more home. The event seats were very comfortable and so was the temperature in the room. I've attended this event for last couple of years and I now understand why it's held here every year. Looking forward to next year!

Its been a while since I stayed at an Embassy Suites and now I only want to stay here and nowhere else! From minute 1 of check-in to the last minute of check-out, the staff has been supurb and the hotel vibe has been relaxing, spacious and upscale. I love the room, shower, bed. The breakfast is to die for. The coffee is actual proper coffee - at a hotel!! The nightly reception is just icing on the cake. A++ all the way around. In the middle of a stressful move, this place is heaven sent.

The Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree has a new updated look. All of the staff was very nice and friendly. They went out of their way to see to your every need. They sent a complimentary cheese and fruit tray with a bottle of wine for my wife's birthday. Thank you. We will stay there again and would recommend this property to everyone.

My stay here was exceptional every time I am in the area I frequent this location and have never been disappointed. The breakfast buffet is the highlight of every trip. This morning I was greeted by Beulah who made sure to continuously check on us throughout the time that we were enjoying our breakfast. She was friendly, compassionate and very hospitable. Thanks Embassy and thanks Beulah!!

This is our go-to hotel for emergencies. Back in the day, this spot was a magical place where they had gardens, vegetation, a waterfall, etc... I even had a birthday party sleepover there! It's not even close to that now. But that's okay.

Our first time here was during an ice storm where we lost all power and heat. My parents set us up here and it was a blast. The last time, our house flooded and I took my family here for the night until we could get things cleaned. Decent breakfast and a fine stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at this location. I was not disappointed from check-in to check-out. I called several times to the front desk for different services and was always accommodated. That means a lot when I travel. Thank you for a great experience during our family reunion stay!

I went to the Embassy Suites for a work event. They had a very clean conference room set up with any beverage that we could want. Lunch was served buffet style with healthy and delicious options (soup, salad, grilled chicken and salmon). Overall I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend hosting a professional event there.

Clean room, very pleased with the amenities although I wish there was a hot tub... The kickback was great but breakfast lines was crazy... They may need to extend the breakfast area because this is a large hotel accommodating alot of guest. The breakfast food could've been a little better.

I cannot even explain in words how incredible the staff at the Crabtree Embassy Suites is! We were traveling with our elderly mother and had an issue and needed to change her to a handicapped accessible room about 30 minutes after we had just checked in. Jinee went over and above to accommodate our needs and was very professional and compassionate during our entire exchange. We have family in the area and this is were we will stay from now on! Well done!

The rooms were big and clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The hotel's decor is modern and sleek but not cold. My girls loved the water feature just the other side of the lobby. The only down side was the fire alarm went off at 11:45pm and we had to evacuate, which meant walking down 9flights of stairs with two toddlers who were trying to sleep. In talking with other guests, this wasn't the first time that week the fire alarm had gone off in the middle of the night. It was a great overnight stop for us on way from FL to MD.

Just an amazing hotel to stay . We were so pleased with all the services offered . The staff went above and beyond on making sure that we were taken care of . From the front office, housekeeping team, restaurant , sales managers everyone we encountered was always willing and eager to please. This hotel is newly renovated . The rooms are big , love the open atrium and the pergola. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast offered . Indoor pool and a big fitness facility . Everything was top notch . Worth the money we spent .

My family and I stayed at this Embassy Suites for the entire week of spring break (Monday, April 2 - Sunday, April 8, 2018). Our experience began great, but by Wednesday night at around 10:30pm, it quickly became the WORST experience that we have EVER had at ANY Embassy Suites! While my husband and I were relaxing in the 2nd floor lounge area (which is open to everyone and had been since we arrived on Monday), a female staff member started closing the curtains, approached us, and said, "I'm gonna have to ask you to leave". When questioned as to "why" we had to leave, she gave us a BS excuse that they "had to keep the area clean for an "event the next morning, and that they'd had problems in the past." (Side note: By the way, we checked the next morning and this "event" never even happened.) That same night (Wednesday), we immediately went to the front desk to get clarification from another staff member. This male staff member told us that "a high school group had checked into the hotel that evening, and they didn't want the kids in the lounge, so that's probably why we were told to leave". At this point, my husband and I were very upset! We asked him what does that have to do with the other guests? He told us that we could speak to the supervisor on duty, so after being ignored by this lady (whom we were told was the "supervisor on duty" for approximately 15 minutes, we we're finally able to speak with her. She then rudely told us that the "area is NOT a common area and it is usually supposed to be closed all day", then a male staff member rudely added, "my security guy will be here at midnight, so..." His comment had absolutely NOTHING to do with our complaint. We feel as though he was trying to intimidate us, which didn't work. At this point, I decided to file a complaint with Hilton due to how we were treated by this staff. Hilton forwarded our complaint to Eric Radkin, the "front desk manager". The following day (Thursday) he reached out to us to see what had happened. We informed him in detail of how the staff had treated my family, and that we were highly dissatisfied! He told us that we should not have been kicked out of the lounge area because it is, in fact, a common area to be enjoyed by ALL guests! This confirmed to us that the other staff had lied to us simply because they didn't want us to be in the lounge area for whatever reason (I'm hoping it wasn't a race thing because the high school group that was there were all Black students). He then apologized and told us that he would address this problem with the staff and that he'd use it as a "training opportunity". The remainder of our hotel stay was truly dampened by this negative experience! My family and I have been faithful patrons of Embassy Suites hotels for years, however, we will NOT be staying at THIS Embassy Suites EVER AGAIN!!

Since the renovation completion in 2016 the hotel looks fabulous!!! Very clean all through out the hotel. Evenings there is a reception with adult beverages and hot breakfast with all the fixings, made to order omelettes or eggs.

There is a work out room and small pool. But no hot tub.

The staff is very accommodating and will assist you in any way they can.

This place was great. The registration staff was prompt, courteous, and welcoming. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-stocked. Beds were comfy! Even the pull-out sofa bed was surprisingly plush. Made to order breakfast was hot, staff helpful and friendly. We made use of both the pool and gym during our stay and enjoyed both very much. The parking garage with elevator into the hotel was a great feature with the cold temps. Crabtree mall is riight across the street with lots of great meal options. No complaints here.

The lobby and public spaces have been upgraded to have a very modern and chick look. The color scheme and furn are very unique for an Embassy Suites facility. The rooms however are still dated. Other than 2hite wall paint not is different in them. The bar area is nicely done.

I love Embassy Suites! This particular Embassy is definitely worth the money. The staff is friendly and decor is modern and chic. Only downer, my room needed a few maintenance repairs (bathroom door handle- still works but noticeably worn and the tub floor had a SMALL spot of rust) but nothing major. Major plus, the mall is right across the street... seriously. If you didn't mind playing frogger, you could walk. Of course there's always Uber. I'm slightly considering moving to Raleigh from my weekend trip alone. Great job Embassy!!

My husband and I have stayed here many times. Normally, I would give 5 stars here because it's usually very nice. However, we went on our anniversary last month and a friend of mine sent me a dozen white roses to be delivered to the room before we arrived. I never saw the flowers. They were delivered to the front desk, but never to our room. I didn't even know about it until she asked me several days later how I liked the roses. The hotel had no explanation, not much of an apology and expected my friend to jump through hoops to get a $125 refund. Very disappointing.

The hotel was very nice with top of the line amenities. All requests made were fulfilled in a timely manner. Every employee was smiling and very helpful. The only reason for a 4 star was because the air and water went out through out the entire hotel which caused for a sleepless night due to the heat.

This is the perfect location. Everything is close. The breakfast is amazing. And the staff is friendly and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable. They also give you an array of pillows. This hotel was recently renovated and it is excellent. The rooms have amazing art from wall to wall and there are large open spaces in the lobby to eat, socialize, entertain, etc. The gym is nice as well. I will say that the pool could be bigger. This hotel has a lot of guest because it's super awesome. Book while you can. The staff is extremely accommodating and there is an extremely nice mall right across the street. Great quality stores and great eats. I didn't expect any of this traveling to North Carolina. But now when I return I definitely want to stay longer than a couple nights. Maybe a week next time.

Great hot breakfast in morning . Happy hour from 5:30pm to 7pm serving free drinks/alcohol and lite snacks. Nice Swimming pool open until 11pm. Fitness Room. Free fruit infused water served at all times. Big clean building with event rooms available. I did not give this place a 5 star because there is no longer a hot room nor a Jacuzzi any more.

This weekend my wife and I visited just for one night only just to get away, and enjoy each other, getting in some shopping etc. The room rate was awesome for one night, couldn't have gotten a better rate I think. The room was clean as usual, no complaints. The shuttle ride to and from was great the driver was very polite and seam to enjoy doing the task. I just have one complaint when we went into the room and turned on the TV it didn't work, we call the front desk and they assured us that it would be taken care of, but when we return later that night the TV issue was not taking care of. We call the front desk again and they sent a repairman up imadiately and he did Ed the problem. He stated it was some kind of installation issue with a plug. Other than that the overall stay was as good as usual.

Stayed Memorial day weekend. One of the elevators was out of service the entire weekend. We were on the 8th floor so each ride up and down was a long waiting period. It basically stop at each floor and no one was even waiting to get on or off. On Sunday which was our check out day the only working elevator went out and we had to use the service elevator. The hallways were hot and stuffy. Although they remodeled the bathrooms the shower door closest to the shower head didn't slide open. You had to use the other sliding door in which turning on the shower you felt the cold water on your body before being able to adjust the temperature. It would've been nice to have the kitchen staff prepared for the amount of guests they had to service this weekend. They constantly ran out of food and people had to wait for them to bring out hot food. It was not brought out in a timely manner.

I am sorry to read so many people had a bad time at this place. I came here for a conference and we were treated quite well. The reception was friendly and the hotel looked nice and modern. I came post construction and it looks really nice. The food offered at my conference was very good and their breakfast was ok. We were offered juices, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, grits, oatmeal, and assortment of baked goods and cereal, with a number of other things. The fresh omelette and eggs took forever to make but they were good. They had a happy hour, which had an assortment of snacks, which was nice. Staff were very polite and accommodating. I will say this, that their alcoholic drinks were NYC prices, just a little too much. But other than that the rooms were standard size for a suite, but modern. The hotel is not huge, but a good size as it has 8 or 9 floors. This place is like 20 minutes from the airport and close the the mall.

It's newly renovated (completed Dec2016) with a great staff that's friendly. Decent dinner selection for a hotel. Good selection of alcohol in the bar and ten beers on tap.(many of them are local breweries)

I've stayed here many times. I liked it better before the renovations. The entire hotel is an ugly boring white now, every single interior surface, whereas before it had color and character. The renovation for the most part seems to have been just painting over the old. The food has never been very good, and still isn't. The best part of the place was the fully open atrium in the middle of the hotel, cozy, but they ruined that in the renovation. It is now an ugly business center and a closed off room. The rooms themselves, I can't tell if they were renovated or not. If so, it wasn't done very well and again they just painted and laid carpet....but much of the old is still in the rooms...countertops, faucets, etc. The desk staff are very nice and helpful. This used to be my preferred haunt when in Raleigh on business, probably not anymore. It is not bad, just not good enough for the extended stays I have.

This newly revamped modern hotel was not up to par on their accommodations. Was very disappointed in the restaurant and service at the restaurant. Was also very disappointed that there was not a hot tub.

Fantastic place with good food and drink service. Rooms are maintained very well. Only problem with the suite was that there was a lot of noise from the AC.

Renovations ongoing at the time of the stay. Lots of workers currently around during the day. Room was average. "Upgraded" the room and expected Keuring, etc. Those amenities only available to floors 8&9. Those floors reserved for Honors frequent guests. Poor advertising... Almost a 'bait & switch'. Corner room is worth the upgrade for privacy. Slow Internet and in-room phones not operational.

Great place. The front desk employees were excellent. The rooms were well fashioned and immaculate. Definitely my go to hotel while in Raleigh moving forward.

The recent renovation looks good. Breakfast offered plenty of options and the hotel staff was nice. The main room of the suite picked up noise coming from the open lobby area, but the bedroom was quiet. I'd stay again.

Was sent here when our travel site couldn't get us a room where we wanted to book. Currently, there are massive renovations in the atrium. No permanent restaurant, no hot tub, no TV in the gym, no business center. Rooms were fine, although what looked like a recently renovated room had paint chipping off the bath tub. I can't envision a scenario where I would re-book there.

Oh, and they shut the water off at 10am for 8 hours. Didn't say a word about it at check in. You'd be wise to look elsewhere until they're done. And then maybe still look elsewhere.

Well first of all I like to say that when ever I can I make my stay at the Embassy. I love the rentavation that's going on, and can't wait to see the end results. Just the look of things I can tell it's going to be fabulous. The staff are very curtious everyone is so tentative. Right now if I had to rate a five star it will be a five.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. The hotel is under construction, but it is stated when you book the reservation. I didn't find this to be that big of an inconvenience. The room was clean and very nice. My family was very happy with our stay and would stay here again if back in the area.

I stayed pre-renovation and it was lovely. Currently, I can not say the same. That said you need to really consider if you want to stay here during this renovation. Everything seems very dark and dank. The rooms do need to be renovated- the sofa was obviously dirty but the bedroom linens, etc were clean. I definitely do not think it was worth the 200.00 rate I paid. You look down from the inside into a literal construction zone. It's fairly creepy. They moved breakfast into a dimly lit bar area. The seats are stained and dirty. Nothing about this stay was worth the money, though the service was good and the people working there are so nice- this is certainly beyond their control. I wish I could post a picture with this review so you could see the actual extent of the interior renovation.
Also, I think the email said renovation begins at 9am but they had started at 8 when I went down for breakfast. That probably won't bother most business travelers.

Rooms are ideal for a working visit, large front area with desk and sofa, which is separated from sleeping area. Pool and gym are good, as is the bar area and happy hour snacks/drinks.

Only negatives are the huge building project, which means some areas are inaccessible. This was not made clear at the time of booking. Also the air conditioning system is insanely loud, even with mine switched off, the building constantly hums.

Overall, not perfect, but certainly not bad.

Location was convenient, but construction made navigating the hotel a little difficult. Breakfast staff were very courteous, but front desk made several mistakes in our reservation, including forgetting out crib and extra linens for the children. When apprised of the situation, housekeeping fixed it inside an hour, but it was annoying having to do that again.

Room itself showed why they're doing construction, as most fixtures were very worn and are in desperate need of replacement.

We have stayed here 3 times this year and each time has been an excellent experience!
The staff is wonderful (Mr Jones and Joe) at the front desk are very helpful very informational, very professional and most importantly very KIND!!
The rooms are very nice, very spacious and the made to order breakfast buffet is a great way to start your morning! The Embassy suits in DC was the 1st one we stayed at and we got hooked then and whenever we travel we always look for this hotel chain 1st!!
