• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

This is a long overdue well deserved 5 star review. On my wedding night I showed up here to find out my travel agent had dropped the ball and had not booked us a room. We were standing there in full wedding attire with no room. The staff immediately got us into the nicest room available, champagne, chocolate, the works. They didn’t miss a beat and made sure we were happy! I can’t thank the staff enough!

I don't know where to start. Absolutely wonderful. A few dislikes/disappointments. You have to put a card on file you can't pay cash before checkout. They put an additional almost $100 for "just in case"and it takes 3-5 days before they put it back and they don't tell you this a head of time and their pool only goes up to 3 1/2 feet (preference) and the fountain in the pool wasn't working. Everything else was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional and customer service was above and beyond. Most attentive staff I've ever encountered in my life. Great job. We're definitely coming back. I wish I could've stayed longer.

Nice clean hotel near a big shopping district with many good restaurants. Breakfast is good and custom omelettes that are available. The rooms are nice with conference area. The fitness room and pool are near the lobby. There is an airport shuttle.

If you are flying out of RDU, perfect place to stay overnight especially if you have an early fight the next morning. Staff very helpful. They have shuttle service to & from the airport. We were able to leave our car there while we travelled out of town.

My flight was cancelled and the Uber driver recommend them. I couldn't be happier! All the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was nice and clean, the food was good, and there was even a TV in the mirror! My short stay there was wonderful.

Extremely modern rooms, the pool was excellent, the bartender and waiter were awesome. I've never been to an Embassy that had drink tickets for the social hour, but either way its still free drinks and snacks. Can't beat it!

A little pricey for a room. However, amenities, service, location, bar and breakfast were all stellar. Need a better description of room variances with Executive King Suites. They are not all equal depending if it is a connector or not. This is important for working room meetings. Conference area looked great as well but I did not use it on this trip. Pleased overall. I would recommend but Hampton next door is cheaper. But as a Hilton Honors member it was as expected. Fax machine was broken. That was the only down point. I used FedEx for $9 1 mine away. Great shuttle service.

My dad was staying the night but I joined him at the bar. The place looked extremely nice. Almost had a 5 star feel. I didn't get much but I saw someone break a drink glass and the bartender stayed calm and helped him out. Seemed like a nice place.

I stayed at this hotel while I was waiting for my husband's plane to arrive after he had surgery. It was very conveniently located to the airport and grocery stores and restaurants. The price per night was more then I prefer to pay but for all that was included, and the wonderful staff and great large room I will definitely book again when I need to stay in Raleigh.

I have never stayed there until now, but it was amazing. I know that the next time I will have to experience the pool, jacuzzi and waterfall. The breakfast was good and I did not make it to the evening reception, but it is definitely on the list to do for the next time around. I recommend this hotel for getaways.

This hotel is nice with kind staff. The gentleman that checked me in was kind enough to provide all the amenities of the hotel since it was our first time staying there. It is close to a shopping center and an exit away from the RDU airport. There is a nice complimentary breakfast with many options and made to order food. There is also an observation deck because it's by the airport. The room we were in had a sleeping area with a tv and then the living area with a nice business desk. It was useful when I needed to get work done. Bathroom was pretty fancy and had two entryways from the bedroom and from the living area. My daughter loved the fountain in the lobby and a way to look down into the lobby from the upper floors. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Our stay here was wonderful! Customer service is excellent and they treated us like a priority. When we got to the hotel our room wasn’t ready so they gave us early access to the complimentary cocktail hour with extra cocktails. Then we were waiting on our food and they felt our wait was too long and gave us complimentary beverages. The staff is friendly and nice. The suite we stayed in was clean. The decor is modern and up to date. I would definitely stay here again!

Really great hotel, especially if staying multiple nights. The furnishings are super comfortable and we'll maintained. I loved how well appointed the suite was, with an office area, full living room, and master bedroom. Close to shopping areas and local attractions. The staff, especially the shuttle drivers, were so friendly and gave us rides to restaurants and shopping centers in the area.

Nice meeting spot. We used one of the conference rooms for an off-site meeting. The room had everything we needed for a meeting with 12 people and a presentation. The hotel staff was very accommodating and kept us stocked with drinks. The only downside was we were forced to use their bistro instead of being able to bring in outside food.

Chose this hotel after reading all the great reviews. The hotel is clean, the staff is nice and the breakfast is good, but overall I hated staying here. The theromstat in our room never reached the desired temperature. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool because it was full of children- actually ended up taking my own child out because the other kids were so rude. Sauna was child filled. Guests were rude and loud well into the night- and someone was blasting music late into the night that hotel staff did nothing about. If you're looking for a quiet, nice place to stay- this isn't it.

The staff were beyond the standard hotel professional. The room was beautiful while still being comfortable. The shower was exactly what was needed after a busy holiday. The freshly made omelet was delicious with a funny and engaging staff at 6am. The shuttle driver was helpful without being too helpful. It was a great experience staying here that I hope to experience again.

I can say so many things about this great hotel, love the suites and its like staying overnight in a fashionable museum. I love the bathrooms with its huge tubs and so much room and the beds are so very comfortable and its so hard to get up the next morning, its like you want to stay in bed all day!The breakfast is so much more than other hotels in what they call a free breakfast! Love the quite and peaceful hotel, where you can really get some good rest and be productive the next day.
The staff are great!!

It's a bit tricky to get to this hotel but what a gem it is!!! The fountains, the plants, the ambiance in great and it's a well decorated well maintained hotel. The rooms aren't huge but very well appointed and the amenities are nice as well to include a hotel bar and restaurant as well as pool and fitness center. Not a luxury resort by any means but a great substitute for being right near the airport and in the middle of a busy city. Great place for an overnight or weekend getaway.

Stayed here for about a week. The staff was great. Front desk staff was very helpful. Manager was wonderful. Chef even remembered my order daily. Met people from all over. Loved the location. Its close to the airport and in between Durham and Raleigh. There is a nice shopping center across the street and in the same area as the hotel. Would stay here again anytime.

Second time I'm staying here. Staff is always friendly, the rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is well located next to various shops and eateries. Great if you're looking for something near the airport, but it takes a 20-30min drive to get to downtown. Unfortunately the walls let through a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms (depending on your neighbours of course).

What a hidden gem of a hotel!! The decor is very modern featuring lovely dark shades of purple and burgundy. Hotel lobby is nicely decorated for a hotel Embassy Suites. The room was very nice and most of the staff was surprisingly friendly and happy to interact with us. Bring your swimsuit; the indoor pool is perfect for relaxing! The evening happy hour and breakfast were nice.

This place was really nice. The room was super clean and big. Very modern furnishings. The breakfast was really good lots of selection and had two guys making omelettes for a line of people that went very quickly. I didn't go in the pool but it looked very nice and pretty big and I'm pretty sure that I had a deep end to it. The gym was decent with modern equipment. My only comment is that they need to turn the music down in the lobby and the gym.

Stayed here over this past Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful experience! Got there and we were told our room had been upgraded. Also received complimentary drinks at the bar downstairs and an awesome buffet breakfast. Very close to Crabtree mall, downtown Raleigh, and a little avenue in which we ate at. Finally, I wanted to thank them for their amazing service. After I had gotten home, I realized I had left my brand new Amazon Alexa speaker in the hotel room. I called them and the housekeeper had found it and put it in their lost and found, and they were able to mail it back to me! I was extremely grateful. Definitely recommend them to anyone going to this area!

Convenient location. Very clean hotel. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Lots of food choices located walking or very short drive, or with the free shuttle. Both full service resturants and quick bites. And we.shops. Easy to get to the airport from hotel. Tip: get rid of the rental car the night before your flight and take the free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Saves time and a bit of money on your rental.

Booked this hotel because of the pool, breakfast and 2hrs of free drinks and appetizers. Went down for "drinks" only to find out its only 1 drink free and the "appetizers" were chips, dip and veggies with ranch. Tried using the pool with the kids, the pool was so cold we couldn't tolerate it. Told the front desk and the next day the pool was still too cold to use. Had to spend the weekend in our room only to find disgusting old pubic hair, dirt and dust at the bottom of the bed. Showed pictures to the manager and he sent someone to clean it and asked if he could personally see it, he couldnt even believe it, but failed to appologize. Came from PA to check out the area to see if we wanted to relocate and enjoy a weekend trip. Wish it went better :( because of the reviews we definitely thought it'd be great. Wish it was cleaner, better service and the pool was warm enough to swim. Will never stay there again. That being said, the restaurant staff was super sweet and the breakfast was amazing. My kids wanted cereal before bed and we went downstairs to buy some and the girl working the register brought them both bowls, no charge, wasn't expecting that.

Friendly staff always willing to meet any needs that arise. They handled our large group well and with a smile at all times. I just can't say enough about how awesome the staff was during the entire stay from check in/out, catering, restaurant, room service, bar service, sales, etc. Meeting and event space is well run. Short walk to retail, bars, restaurants. Easy access from I-40, RTP, and the RDU airport.

Seriously amazing stay here a few weeks ago. I was in town with my family for a wedding and my mom and I had the best service. The rooms were spacious, clean and the staff was so accommodating. The front desk had our room ready 4 hours early and asked if we wanted to be moved to the same floor as our other family members. Check in with a room change took all of 3 minutes. Also, the nightly HH with snacks is awesome as well as the breakfast. The omelette bar is amazing too and they even have it everyday. The real stars here though is the cleaning staff during breakfast. Seriously some of the nicest most helpful people I've ever met. When my grandma had a coughing fit one of the ladies ran to get her a tissue and a glass of water. The service here is phenomenal!

The rooms are beautiful, everything is very clean, and the staff is outstanding!

I had my wedding here in December 2016 and everything was perfect. I was concerned there wasn't much outdoor space to take photos, but there's a beautiful little outdoor terrace that was just right. Both the ballroom and ceremony space held our approx. 200 guests fine. We had 17 dinner tables in the reception space and it really didn't feel cramped. There was plenty of room for everybody to eat, drink, dance, and socialize. I would highly recommend the Embassy Suites Brier Creek for anyone looking to host an elegant occasion, meeting, or event.

Also, Ashley (their event coordinator) was wonderful to work with. No request was too big or too small. I recommend hiring a day-of coordinator and/or someone to help with your decorations and early morning setup, but Ashley was always available to answer questions by phone, email or in person leading up to our weekend and she and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The Embassy Suites is so much better than the one in Arcadia- Pasadena, CA, where I stayed last week. The room here is much cleaner. Plus, guests must insert card keys in elevators to activate. So one feel more secure here.

We stayed here for two nights to explore Raleigh and find an apartment prior to moving to the city. Upon arrival, everything was perfect. The suite was immaculate. The staff were all super helpful, accommodating and friendly. We woke up to a hot, made to order free breakfast. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who may visit Raleigh. Could not have hoped for a better experience.

Wedding guests for our daughter's wedding stayed here, and we stayed here the week prior to the wedding as well. The hallmark of our stay was the staff, from housekeeping to sales, who were so courteous and genuine. They went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met and anticipated. They always remembered our names. I watched how they treated other guests and it was the same for everyone. What a wonderful place! I want to retire here!

I'm a hotelier and have a critical eye for detail in the hotels I stay in as a guest. Normally I can find a few things I like but have a list of recommendations that I could make to the management team. (It's easier to critique when it's not yours). This hotel? I can't find anything wrong! In fact, there's a huge list of what is right. This team gets that the devil is in the details, that it truly is the little things that make the difference. Exceptional property and even though I've only been here a few hours, the service matches the quality of the facility. Excellent is an understatement!
