ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

My family always stays at this location when we come to San Antonio because the staff is the best and the price is reasonable. We stayed last night and had problems with the door lock that required us to be moved to another room. The general manager was so friendly and took care of our family, he even recommended a local restaurant for delivery that was fantastic.

Can't wait for them to open the pool and bar again!

My only hotel that we stay at...& were here usually every few months. They've even had a birthday surprise for my 5yo...drinks,a fruit plate, balloon & cookies she was so happy & had a wonderful birthday weekend. We've been Hilton members now for years and anytime we travel it's a must for us to always stay with a Hilton Hotel. You can't go wrong with this Embassy
its been remodeled and we love it.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights for my work trip. Honestly, I do not have one single complaint, and this is coming from someone who is typically pretty critical. The front desk staff is friendly. The bar staff is absolutely amazing! An unlimited free happy hour from 5:30-7:30 with snacks every night?! And the Cabernet was actually decent. Free! The made to order breakfast was phenomenal!! Mark was my absolute favorite part of this stay!! He is so personable, and truly seems to enjoy what he is doing! His omelets are to die for! After one day, he remembered my order the next day. I am not a fan of Hilton, and prefer to not stay at Hilton hotels due to bad experiences in the past, but clearly Embassy Suites has a different level of management. I will not ever stay anywhere else. 10 stars!

It's a great place to stay. I attended an event also at the same time. Breakfast is good and a good selection of food. The room are clean, spacious and really nice. I will recommend and will return to this hotel whenever I'll be in San Antonio.

Once again, my family chose to stay at Embassy Suites for 2 nights and again we were very pleased with the friendly service we received. The room was very clean and stocked with extra pillows. The cook to order omlet station was outstanding. Only thing that caused us a little headache was the limited parking spaces during the weekend., had difficult time trying to park after a long day with the kids at Sea World.

I stayed 3 days at this embassy suites, it is a nice place. The staff was nice, the house keeping was terrible. It wasn’t even close to what I expected for what it cost to stay there. It has the standards u would expect from a motel 6 when it comes to cleanliness, I will never waste my money staying at a embassy suites again. I was trying to take my family to a top of the line hotel for vacation. When u find pubic hair in ur bathroom from someone that stayed there before u,an I wouldn’t be surprised if it isn’t still there, I find that unacceptable. I told them about it 3 times an it was still there when I left!

I love staying at Embassy Suites! I would have given this 5 stars, but the free breakfast was a mess! The line for ready to make omelets was crazy! It was nice that they provided a guide to tell you how long lines would be, but those were wrong! There were people that were letting their younger children get food and they were taking enough food for at least 4 people. Younger kids were also getting coffee and spilling cream and sugar all over the place. I think if they were to rethink the layout of breakfast, it would be more successful.

At the time of my visit one of the elevators wasn't working. There was a note saying they hoped it would be fully operational by June 28, 2018. Well, it was July 13 when I stayed there and it was still not working.

The room and everything was great. They do a nice job of making sure the rooms are clean. The staff was very friendly!

This hotel was being renovated last time I stayed here so it has been a while. It was very full/crowded. The digital key did not work and they never recognized my as an Honors member. The digital key 🔑 s super slick and I was disappointed it did not work as I stay in Hilton’s a lot
and love this feature.
The manager’s reception was kind of lame compared to other Embassy Suites. Some chips that I found stale and some salsa and refried beans with paper boats that you usually see at kids baseball games instead of plates.
The elevators are insufficient for the number of guests this Hilton can hold and I found myself waiting for quite a while for the elevators several times.
I did eat dinner at the hotel. The prices were not too bad and the waitress was very good. (See menu pics). Took a long time for my dinner to arrive. Could have driven somewhere and back which is why I ate at the hotel, thought it would be faster. My food tasted good but my steak was definitely over cooked. Medium well not medium rare. My waitress actually came by noticed it was wrong and took it back for me. As I said the waitress was very good. The manager came by and offered me a free dessert. :)
Complimentary breakfast was very good and staff was friendly just very crowded. Workout room was also good and all machines were modern and in good working order.

Embassy suites have always been consistent as it comes to service and quality for me. This visit was not different with only minor exceptions. While we were there a large (huge) group had taken up residence in the pool area, complete with a cooler and snacks, etc. Seemed to be an all-day affair. When they left that night it also appeared that more than half of them left from the parking lot to. It would be nice for the hotel to police that a bit. Still a very minor issue. I would still stay in another embassy suites without hesitation.

A great location to host and attend behavioral health seminars. The staff are amazingly courteous and accommodating, especially during lunch and breaks. The restaurant always aims to please with custom daily menus that offer a variety of plates and salads that are appealing to everyone.

I feel that the staff is wonderful and accommodating coordinators for seminars that I host once a month. They're very professional and friendly , the kitchen staff because they print lunch menus for the attendees and always have everything ready at the lunch times and are more than willing to accommodate specific dietary request as well as keep us fully stocked on coffee and tea during our seminars.

By far the best hotel I have stayed at in San Antonio. Staff are friendly, the breakfast is a fantastic variety. The complementary happy hour is well received, Levi is phenomenal, remembers the regulars drink orders. Food at dinner is a good price for the quality, would suggest adding more options

This Ebassy was remodeled but it took away the old beauty it had not just the same. It seems smaller than how spacious the happy hour and dinning areas were. The grey tile looks very dirty. Two elevators were not working. In fact while we were there the San Antonio fireman came to rescue guests stuck in the elevator. Hopefully the will do better in the future.

Great Hotel!

Embassy Suites never seems to fail!

Being able to mobile check in and have all the items I requested ready in my room to go, is amazing!

Having a made to order omelet for breakfast is definitely one of the big reasons I choose embassy suites every time!

Let's not forget from 5-7 they have free drinks and snacks for all their guests!

Great choice for business travel that needs to stay overnight. Good breakfast options (complimentary) as well as complimentary evening reception with good selection of drinks. Families will enjoy two room set up, but you will need a car to go elsewhere to explore. Overall, good, nice hotel.

The hotel provides a very nice breakfast and a great happy hour with free beer and mixed drinks. The hotel rooms are very pricey but the breakfast and happy hour make up for it. The hotel is older and was probably very nice about thirty years ago. It shows age but is still high quality. There are small blemishes on the walls and shower. Nothing terrible. But I feel with minimal effort they could make it shine

When you walk in the entrance door you can see the dinning/breakfast lounge. The food is very good. Then they have clear elevators. And where I was staying, I was on the 8th floor. Which is the last floor. And it was beautiful. Room service, A couch can be turned in to a bed, A kitchen sink. Everything.💙

Fantastic Staff, very nice rooms, great pool and hot tub, great restaurant and very good breakfast.

We love Embassy Suites and will stay here again during future San Antonio trips.

We had an issue with our room on night one but Tarsem, at the front desk, went above and beyond to make it right.

Because of this, we look forward to staying here again!

This hotel is extraordinary! Rooms are beautiful and always clean. The beds are very comfortable. Denise, Front Desk Associate, answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. The sales managers, Jorge and Stephanie, are awesome! They handled all our agency's needs during our conferences. The breakfast is amazing. It's always hot and delicious.

Nice, sleek designed hotel in a good location. Easy to get to right off the freeway. Clean rooms. The only thing I didn't like was there was no bath tub in our room. Great breakfast in the morning. And this time I used their digital key on my phone, so I bypassed the front desk by checking in on my phone and having my phone as the key to the room. I always stay at an Embassy Suites when we travel, and I always go to this location in San Antonio.

This hotel is an older hotel that's been renovated. It, as always, had a great breakfast and the staff was decently helpful. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool and the need was comfy. On the downside, a blanket and the shower still had hair on it (yuck), and the bathroom, which has a shower and toilet, was tiny. We, unfortunately, heard a lot of noise in our room as well, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. All in all, not a horrible stay, but for the money, we will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Lobby was outstanding with great interior design. Everything was very well-kept. Room was excellent, with a nice living room and work area, and the bedroom was perfectly dark at night, so I slept like a rock. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Location is awesome, common area is upgraded, elevators and rooms need upgrading along with be reconfiguring. Bathroom sink in bedroom, and for to bathroom is only inside the bedroom. The staff is nice, and the rooms are clean. The fitness room is mostly cardio, the indoor swimming pool is small and it's uncomfortably warm in there. My biggest issue was the bathroom layout, you have your shower and toilet right next to it, there's no walking space and because it's so small your sink is in the master bedroom. Also the light in the bathroom was very dim and the bathroom fan barely worked. The free breakfast was nice but I would suggest to stay away from the eggs. The best thing they offer free snacks and drinks from 5pm to 7:30pm. Overall not a bad hotel to stay at.

We enjoy staying at Embassy suites, but have been mildly disappointed by this particular hotel. The pool was either overfilled or lacked proper drainage, because the sides were puddles in places. The TV in our room did not work. Several of the doors to the outside did not actually lock. The guest laundry washer was quite small and required me to do two loads where I would normally do one. The breakfast was good, and the staff seemed helpful, although I was unable to get quarters for the laundry from the front desk. We also had a problem with the safe and got help rather quickly to get it fixed. Overall the cleanliness and the maintenance of this Embassy Suites was below what we have experienced in other Embassy Suites where we have stayed.

The renovations look great! It's been over a year since I last stayed here and I have a new favorite Embassy Suites in SA. The restaurant is good for a hotel restaurant and there's options within driving distance but not walking distance. It has easy access to 410 and 10. The staff are super friendly and helpful, checking in was as painless as it gets.

Edit: changing to 2 stars from 5. Roughly five hours after posting this review the lounge/restaurant dropped the ball. My room service order was incorrectly entered resulting in an hour plus wait for food that never showed up. The staff taking my order failed to enter my correct room# or even verify the order details including my room. With a lack of food options nearby, I get the privilege to attempt sleep with hunger pangs. No resolution was offered by the two staff I spoke with.

I'll continue to avoid this Embassy Suites and stay at the Embassy by the airport where three digit room numbers and basic tenets of customer service are not a challenge for staff.

The have continental breakfast and a free drinks happy hour everyday. Large rooms and clean enough. My shower clearly wasn't cleaned since I had a lot of hair on my wall from the previous visitor, and stains on the sheets that never were changed out. The view is not great, but I don't care for that anyways.

Would come again for the made to order omelettes.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

This is the third time I have stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio in the last year. The last 2 times it was under renovation and not the most comfortable place. Now, the renovation is complete and I am very pleased I came back. This review is after 2 days of a 4 day stay. The renovation has a bit of a Lloyd Wright touch. The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds are amongst the most comfortable I have slept in, especially in a hotel. The daily 2 hour Manager reception is very, very generous. Breakfast is excellent - eggs cooked to order. The downside: the evening meals have room for improvement. The fish & chips should be re-named batter & chips. The garden salad is generous but lacking in variety. Overall: 8.5 out of 10 for the renovation, 8 for food & service.

Courteous staff. Good breakfast. Hotel with clean and well-maintained. Nothing that made me go well, but it was exactly what you would expect from this brand. Check out the trippy carpets on the top floor. Don't walk on them if you're drunk or nauseous.

I attended for an interior design convention. The customer service, especially by an employee named Eloisa, was impressive and well organized. We were in two convention halls, the classroom felt too cold and the lighting was very low, but access to the projector, plenty of seating, and microphone allowed easy viewing and learning. The vendor hall was well organized with great lighting and traffic flow. Overall a great event!

Was very disappointed the bathroom was not clean and hair and dirt on the floor. Breakfast did not start till 7:30 and we had to be at show by 8am so we were unable to eat breakfast. We parked right next to the door and someone broke into our car. We wanted to use the pool but they closed it and it was only 10pm. Very disappointed especially due to the brand. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

Went to a meeting in one of the ballrooms. The building appears to have been renovated not too long ago, with pleasant modern finishes in the public spaces. There is a very large interior atrium six or seven stories high which is surrounded on all sides by open corridors to the guest rooms, a very nice arrangement. The restaurants are located on the ground floor of the atrium but I didn't try the food. The meeting room was comfortable, the chairs were adequately soft for a long (4 hour!) meeting, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Overall, the hotel is amazing, as well as the service. The breakfast and open bar are a few of the great perks of this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This hotel has been here for many years, initially as a Holiday Inn, if I recall correctly. It's under some renovation inside, so bear that in mind. I attended a meeting here, and thet provided refreshments, but no napkins. The meeting room was nice enough, though, and they accomodated our group at the last minute, but it wasn't cheap! I would certainly arrange meeting space again, although hopefully at a much lower rate.

This Embassy Suites was wonderful and had good rates. The people working there were very kind and the free breakfast in the morning was delicious and included tons of options! The rooms were very clean and big. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The only thing that was a small problem was there was a lot of construction going on around and in the hotel. The construction never caused any noise problems or anything like that, the only things it seemed to affect were that there was a little less parking and the elevators seemed to be slower because they were working on one.

I should start by saying that the hotel was undergoing renovations when I stayed there so it will be hard to give a good review. I did get to stay for a much lower price because of the renovations which made the stay a great value! The single king suite was plenty spacious with the bed being separated from the living room. The bed was firm but still comfortable. The only downside was the closet space was just a crowded wardrobe of sorts so if you have a lot of hanging garments that could be tricky.

The lobby seemed like it will be beautiful but with the renovations it was hard to tell.

The breakfast was great! They had a lot of variety, way better than the plain cereal you get at most hotels.

My only complaints were parking and the elevators. There was not enough parking, I know this is likely due to the construction but it's also hard to imagine if the hotel is full that the lot wouldn't be also. We had to park on the street in front of the hotel which isn't too bad but not desireable. The elevators were also very slow. Not a huge complaint but can be an annoyance when you catch it at the wrong time and are left waiting 3-4 minutes just to get on.

Overall a great deal and hope it looks great after the renovations!

The hotel is very nice and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The lunch is also excellent especially the tortilla soup. Unfortunately, the hotel is under construction which makes finding a Lobby restroom a bit difficult yet I'm sure it will be just as beautiful if not more once it's completed.

Excellent breakfast selections including made to order omelets. Room was clean and wonderful. Desk service was great. He was helpful but not annoying like many front counter workers can be. Will definitely be back.

My family and I had a 2 night stay at this hotel and although the place is being renovated, our stay was not impacted. The sounds of power tools were during the morning and afternoon hours and did not impact our sleep. All of the hotel staff members were attentive, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. I would recommend this hotel.

Tbh/ this is the vest hotel ive been in i came here for christmas and i was amazed just lookong at the room compared to the other 2 hotels we stayed that week the embassy was the best it was actually better than all the hotels ive stayed in my life time! just entering the room puts you in a pleasent mood and it was not only the nicest hotel but the best price ive seen in all my years. the breakfest was great i loved how the chef prepared all of our omellets at the same time (5 omelletes). he was nice and i loved the breakfest.the pool was as good too it was a big pool that actually had a deep end unlike other hotels and was indoor. Thank you embassy for making my Christmas the best!

This is my third stay. My daughter is an incoming Freshman at UTSA. No. It is not a new hotel. But it is still Embassy Suites. So I like it. I always do. That's why I always prefer to stay at Embassy Suites when traveling. If you are accustomed to Embassy Suites, this is one of the older ones. If you are not, you can expect a 2 room suite for the price of a single. Bring your kids. They can stay in the front room. You get well drinks in the evening and hot breakfast the following morning.

Some guy complained about bed bugs at this particular location. I've never seen a bed bug after 3 stays here or any other Embassy Suites. But why would anyone with good sense stay 4 nights with bed bugs? I would leave the first night. Duh!! Maybe he was a troll.

Anyway, I was disappointed on my trip this past weekend. I asked for a simple 1 hr. late checkout and was denied. The rationale was that they have more guests coming. Understood. But if checkout is at noon and check in is at 3pm, they should have accommodated me. I know it doesn't take 3 hours to turnover a room.
