I had a great experience staying in your hotel a week ago. Your place was so nice and relaxing. I love the ambiance because it was so peaceful. I thanked your staves for treating me nicely during my stay in your place. You are the best among the rest, guys! I should strongly recommend you to everyone here in our region!

We truly enjoy our stay at this hotel! The staff are very friendly, the room is exceptional, and the spa is amazing! I was beyond surprised at the hotel. We had a wonderful time, and it was nice to escape the madness into a smoke-free, casino-free environment. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

I really enjoyed my stay. Only reason not a 5 is because of some renovations happening through the hotel. Free breakfast and complimentary happy hour evening reception. The breakfast was was awesome, not like basic free hotel breakfast. The rooms are great and beds are very comfortable. The TV's cable channel service could use an upgrade to satellite or something with quicker operation. The indoor pool was the main reason I chose this hotel and it didn't disappoint.

I think the hotel was amazing. All rooms are suites. They have like a living/dining room with a tv and dinner table. They have a small fridge and a microwave. The room has a door between it and the bedroom. The bedroom has like its own sink inside, I don't know how to explain it, like why it's there. But the room is nice and spacious. They offer complimentary drinks every night between 530pm and 730pm. Breakfast is I think 630 to 1030. Hotel is nice. It's right downtown pretty much just north of seaport. Not even a 10 min walk to the Midway. Definitely worth staying in. Only downside is $50 valet parking only.

Despite the fact the hotel has many wonderful amenities and it’s well located. I have been highly disappointed with the personnel. The employees at the breakfast buffet where careless about our needs. We showed up literally ten minutes after closing explaining that our 3 year old woke up late. We asked for small plate with eggs for our daughter, nothing else. The lady gave us a big “no, i cannot help you” having the eggs in front of her. The personnel from the valet parking gave us a horrible service as well. If you are looking for a place to feel at home this is not

I stayed here for a 3-day educational conference. The breakfast provided was drlicious , and the complimentary happy hour was an added pleasant surprise. Rooms are large, comfortable, and well appointed. My greatest compliment however, is to the front desk and their incredible customer service. One of my bags was inadvertently left in the lobby and the front desk went out of their way to help me locate it. As it turns out it had been taken to the unclaimed luggage room and stored safely for me. I cannot thank the front desk staff enough for their attention to detail and customer care.

The price is a little high but yo get so much free full hot breakfast in the morning, free snacks in the evening. Indoor pool and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only valet so there is a 50 dollar a night charge which is a little high but it's San Diego so parking is a premium, especially downtown. It's right next to seaport village and all the boat museums do is a great location.

My husband and I love staying at Embassy Suites Hotels. This one-night stay was for Comic Con and was nothing short of wonderful. The staff was great and the room spacious and clean. The evening reception and breakfast were only the cherries on top. They even had a "luggage check" for guests to use once you checked out and went to the Convention for the day. The parking situation was a bit cumbersome though, since $50 valet was the only option. All in all, great place and I recommend this hotel!

The staff here are very nice. Last year during our stay, they were able to give our group rooms next to each other during the busiest time of the year, Sam Diego Comic Con. The location is close to the convention center, a nice 10 minute walk. Breakfast is delicious, I like the eggs, bacon, and sausage. The rooms are spacious with a small living area for TV and desk for laptop. the empty fridge is also convenient.

Embassy Suites gives a lot of extra value to their guest. Breakfast in the morning with happy hour drinks and snacks in the evening. Everyone gets a spacious 2-room suite. My 2 complaints with this recent stay was shower would not get very hot. Warm enough but not enough to fog up the mirror:-( Also the beds and pillows were underwhelming. Would I stay here again? Yes. But not my first pick.

The hotel is located just beside the bay area. The behaviour of the staffs were so awesome.I will miss the breakfast of embassy suites. They always tried to give a great breakfast! The rooms are big enough and beds are comfortable. The only things i dislike -they will provide Mineral water which is not complementary! and cost $2 for 500ml!

Great location, close to most attractions on waterfront. Housekeeping staff very good. Front desk staff not so much. Slow, confused and probably worst check out experience I've had in long time. Valet parking is only option and is a disaster. Long waits, traffic jams in driveway. A real gong show. Hotel is older but well maintained. Rooms ok but a bit small for a suite hotel and showing their age.

Amazing staff and hotel. Wish the valets would refrain from changing my presets on the radio, seat, and mirrors (not just adjusting them, but actually changing the stored positions). Breakfast was superb!! Room was super clean!

The location is great very close walking distance to the Midway and across from shopping at the seaport village. Very close to downtown. The hotel itself is similar to what you would expect from other embassy suites.

This hotel is awesome! The veiw from our room is amazing as you can see from the pictures. Great breakfast and free Happy Hour! It's close to everything downtown. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. The only negative I have is the $50 a day parking fee. But I think that may just be a California thing. There is no free parking here!

The location is great. Hotel is walkable to all of the major downtown areas including Little Italy and the Gaslamp area. There are also a good night of restaurants within a couple blocks. The needs are comfortable as is to be expected from a Hilton property. The one negative factor of these rooms is that the a/c is loud and comes on frequently throughout the night. Plus the placement of the fan blows directly at the second bed. This makes me glad I don't have a King bed, but the double beds feel a little smaller than usual. The daily breakfast and daily happy hour included is great, but the cost of parking (valet only and $50 at time of writing) is absolutely absurd. The staff has been very friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone willing to pay the parking fee it without a car.

This place was great. Our room was was the biggest hotel room I have ever seen, no joke. We had a great view also. The problem was the food. Although it was not to bad, it was one of the worst Embassy Suites food experience I have had, given that they are usually great in terms of food. But the veggies in the omelets were not packed in, so it was impossible to eat it. Overall though, it was GREAT

Room was not ready when we tried to check in at 3:15 PM. Valet parking of $50 is NOT optional as stated on website. First day we were there we did not get any maid service. Second day, it wasn't complete when we got back to the room, after spending the day at Sea World. The pool had things floating in it and was in a severe need to be cleaned. The hotel does have an excellent breakfast and evening snacks. The location is unbelievable.

Excellent service from the moment of arrival up to the moment of departure. They truly are about their customer service & go above & beyond to accommodate just about any requests. The room was spacious with pleanty of room & everything a person would need on a daily basis. The view was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of both downtown as well as SD Bay area. Personally, the hotels location couldn't have been better. Definitely have found my "go to" hotel for any future San Diego trips.

This was a great place to stay, quiet and just off the promenade. Stayed at the conference center. Pool and hot tub outside were nice, and theres a more family friendly option at the main hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay there, only thing that didn't thrill me, in hotel Starbucks wasn't as good as what I'm used to.

Close to the harbor. Beautiful place. Best part was the Dunkin donuts downstairs! Downside: no parking :( street parking is impossible. You might get lucky and park near cheesecake factory and pay a few quarters for parking. My friend usually drops me off in front of DD then I walk around the corner where he parks on the street.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... On arrival this place was awesome valet was amazing it cost $50 But so worth it. Check in was really quick considering I have toddlers and they get easily bored. Walking into the open lay out was exciting. Our room was very comfortable for 2 adults and 3 kids we used the 2 queen beds and the pull out mattress. The mattresses were comfortable they have extra pillows available in the dresser if needed. They have the evening reception every night which included beverages (and yes adult beverages) and light snacks such as chips, crackers, and pretzel mix with 3 different dips. Breakfast had a good spread and my indecisive made it harder pick what I wanted. As for the pool and spa the area was clean and very busy. The gym was small dumbbells only went up to 50 so if u work with heavier weights I suggest more reps. They had 3 treadmills that are well used (bring your headphones they are noisy) also had 2 elipticals they worked just fine. a sit down bike that works great. I Highly recommend you sanitize the equipment before u use most people didn't wipe down the equipment after using it. They have a gift shop and bar and grill on the lower deck. I recommend staying here.

A great experience again, clean room, friendly staff and just nice place to stay. I really like their way to welcome your with a complimentary happy hour with light snacks, cold and hot drinks. Great hotel ! But had the very worst experience with the FD supervisor Brian or so I was told he was... I got the strangest feeling from this disrespectful sounding person already Leary when he called from a blocked number walking on his sell phone just being rude. But it was a business hotel issues and between ranting on I could hear another conversation he kept carrying on with while not caring to hear, ask or attempt to help. No customer service classes there for sure as he loudly spoke about nothing I understood. My concerns never mattered because he say he knows all but clue less and had a loose relationship with honesty. I'm so sad i allowed my feeling to be hurt by a person like this ... I just always expect at least some respectful people smiling and being helpful. Yes Stay at this great place but good luck with any accidental acourance that needs manager anything. Unfortunately i would never go back there again just because I stay away from low budget sounding staff with Poor decision-making skills not even at work while he calls. Today I will sadly think twice before I ever pick the embassy hotel again. poor ratings no credibility for the brand name. I love being a Hilton Honors Diamond members but have to be honest.

Great rooms but back to dark ages with their Internet connections. Decent breakfast but if you love coffee, bring your own. Their coffee is horrible, cheap stuff. No parking. You must pay $50 bucks a night to have valet parking no other options. If you don't mind walking, go around the block to find a decent street parking. The valet people seem agressive and push for you to get valet parking!

Great family hotel. Breakfast is better than most other hotels I've been to. Recommend getting the premium suite which comes with snacks and drinks. Be aware parking is 50.00 a day! Some noises from other rooms may be notably present.

The Embassy Suites is a nice hotel that is centrally located to seaport village and the boardwalk. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. They offer a really good cook to order breakfast. The hotel is also within walking distance (about a mile) to the gaslamp quarter. They only have valet parking, which is $50/night. They do not offer self parking.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Nice rooms with separate bedroom allowed for basically a two bedroom room; the couch folded out into a bed. The house cleaning changed the sheets for the fold out bed and bedroom bed every day. We were never low on towels, and amenities never ran out. Breakfast was good enough, and there's reception every night; can't complain there. Parking is valet only, and expensive per downtown pricing, so plan accordingly. Overall a good experience.

Stayed here in the last week for 3 nights. The hotel is very pretty. The room was clean and the staff was great. The included breakfast was good. Lots of options. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable to me and i didnt sleep very well. The ac was also super loud clicking on and off. Sounds like the unit is inside the bedroom wall. The valet charge of like $50 a day is kind of ridiculous and annoying. Anytime you want your car you have to text them then wait for them to get the car. I really would rather just park it myself. But overall the hotel is very nice.

I've been utilizing this hotel twice a year for over the past 10 years for groups and very pleased with the overall experience. The staff is friendly and courteous, which is very important as some of the travelers are elderly and need extra time and attention. The cooked-to-order breakfast is great, plus it's included in the room rate, not to mention the Manager's Reception - my guests love it! Overall this is an excellent hotel choice for your San Diego stay that is close to everything and newly renovated too.

We stayed for one night as a family for an event at the convention center. Location was awesome and it was an easy walk to the gas lamp quarter. Room was clean and staff were super responsive when we asked for additional blankets and tea bags. Valet staff were friendly and courteous. Would stay there again.

Great rooms with bay views. Complimentary breakfast buffet and evening reception with cocktails. Only negative is the outrageous $46/day parking fee. You can park on the street if you find a place but you'll have to keep stoking the meter. Overnight parking is very tricky but can be obtained. You may just want to factor in the $46.

The staff was amazing! Extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the perfect area. Great restaurants and attractions very close by. Place was very clean. Will stay here the next time I'm in San Diego. Loved it!

Wonderful hotel in San Diego!

I was invited by my friend who had rented the top suite in the corner to watch the festival of lights show that is held every year at Christmas time in the San Diego bay. That suite had an amazing view and the living area was very spacious for the 10 or so people that were attending. Didn't stay at the hotel but it was clean and seemed like everyone was super nice.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Spacious suite with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa - very comfortable for a larger family like ours. The inner atrium/courtyard/great hall (not sure how to do justice to the interior space of the hotel) is amazing. The glass elevators provide a great view of that space and were a hit with the kids. So was the breakfast (included) - full buffet. We'll definitely be going back as soon as we can.

Great location.. Rooms could use a little help. The couch is very worn. The cabinet in the bathroom is missing hardware. The cleaning staff are doing good even turned my tooth brush and wash clothes into a sailboat. Great hotel but could be better.

The stay was just okay I have stayed in several Hilton hotels as my husband is a Hilton Honors member at least for the last 7 years and have had a much better experience. Let me first by saying that after getting our room within 5 minutes of entering I see a Roach running across the bathroom counter one word Disgusting. Then the day after check out I noticed 2 charges on my account one for 46 which this charge was supposed to be waived for parking so my husband called to get it figured it and Sheila answered the phone and my husband was trying to explain to her that this was supposed to be waived she kept cutting him off and asking him did you park here? He asked her if he could explain why this was supposed to be waived and she asked again if he parked there so he asked for some one that could help she hung up on him not once but twice. Finally he called back the 4th time and got a gentleman that answered and was able to assist as he was willing to listen to my husbands concern. I will never stay at this location again . One last thing why is housekeeping knocking on my door asking me what time is my checkout? I have never had this happen and it's kind of an inconvenience when I am trying to get ready to leave it felt I was being rushed out.

The rooms are decent and the breakfast is average, so overall our stay was pleasant, but the valet is the WORST I have ever experienced, and there is no self-parking. The $46/day mandatory fee means that the valet employees don't have to earn their tips. They are incredibly slow and unresponsive. Twice, our car was ready to go and they didn't let us know although we were standing right out front. Once, we tipped extra to keep the car there while we ran back to the room really quick, and by the time we returned, our car was gone back in the lot, costing us extra time when we were in a hurry. Very long waits even when we were the only ones in line. Terrible service! I would not stay at this hotel again simply because of the awful valet.

Overlooks the most amazing view of the ocean with the USS midway museum right in view. Good staff, at least accommodating enough to help us out. Well kept rooms. I liked the center court a lot. They serve free drinks and snacks each evening. I recommend taking advantage of that. Not the cheapest though probably because of the location. Major con: You must valet park and that costs extra $48ish.

Every single staff member was amazing! The rooms are clean and nice size with the separate living room. Food was great and was nice to have a bar, coffee and ice cream shop, and a general store attached. Prime location to get anywhere. Very impressed. Downside, the 2 bed rooms have small beds so we were cramped. Definitely will be back!

The location is the main attraction for this hotel. Some minor maintance issues. The room was clean and of good size. Good breakfast service. If you are driving to the hotel, be prepared for the $42 per night parking fee. Friendly helpful staff.

I had a tiny mishap happen to one of my guests traveling with me. The front desk moved us to a different room, to which then the manager came and spoke to me. Bottom line, he did what he could to make it right with me. The hotel industry is a brutal one. I was highly upset that I had to move to another room and a different floor after an 8 hour drive however David's composure calmed me down. Amazing. At check out (with David), he and the valet manager were both there to tend to me. I couldn't believe this amazing service. I will be sure to stay there for my next race -San Diego Rock and Roll 2016 Thank you David
