Very convenient location especially if your flight is getting in late. It's cheaper to stay here for the night vs going straight into downtown. Rooms are a bit dated but very spacious. The entire hotel is enclosed and the included breakfast is excellent it includes an omelet station and bacon!

This place can get real busy on the weekends. They just remodeled the inside court area and it looks great. They should hire more bartenders on the weekend for happy hour. Who wants to wait in a long line for one drink? It seems like everybody. Lol. Cause they are free. The swimming pool is warm, the hot tub gets crowded quickly, they do need to put fresh towels out more frequently. They breakfast is better than any fast food restaurant and there room service is awesome. Prices are cool for a 2 room suite. We have a great time whenever we go no matter what.

Stayed here for one night and it wasn’t what I expected. At check in was told they charge $26 for all day parking especially for us Hilton Honors users. Appreciate very much the lady (who’s name I do not remember) at the front desk who told us where we can park for free. Stayed in room 318 and the room had a weird smell. While my boyfriend and I were in the middle of our sleep the fire alarm to our room goes on around 6 something in the morning. Issue gets taken care of until a few minutes later when the alarm goes on again. Contacted front desk right away and issue got fixed. Didn’t get the chance to eat breakfast at hotel since we slept in. Since we had a small issue I appreciate the front desk very much for letting us check out late. Rating 2 stars since the front desk was very kind & helpful plus they also took very well care of our issues.

One of the best hotel to stay in this locality. It was going renovation for a very long period of time. Assuming it is completed, am sure the charm of this place must have been increased. I had a normal king bed room booked here but it was as spacious as a suite. Had a separate seating/dining area within room. Offers good breakfast. One of the best part is every day from 530 to 730pm, they offer happy hours which includes all standard drinks and appetizers on the hourse.

The venue was good overall. The meeting room was awesome with great refreshments provided. Lunch was another perk as I didn't expect it would be at the atrium with buffet style, with 5 different Asian style entrees to choose from as well as good quality dessert. Service was good too. Only issue is for parking: when exiting the parking lot with complimentary parking, we were told the gate would have been opened when our cars would arrive the gate. However, the gate was locked when our cars were there, and we needed to have one of the passengers to physically walk out from the first car lining up to ask the front desk for exactly how to get the gate opened (by simply pressing "get help" button which the venue could have told us before the event ended).

So the hotel was very nice. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean, and service was friendly and great at their job. Probably would have given it five stars, except that they were under construction. It's not a detriment to the hotel technically, but it was to my stay. I NEVER get to stay in hotels that fancy, and I was looking forward to eating breakfast next to a koi pond. But no, they're redoing the whole thing.

Place is showing its age. Had to change rooms due to ac not working, front desk was not surprised by my request. So fix the AC. Rooms dated with rose color tile in bathroom. Faucets leak, fridge door cabinet does not stay closed. Bedding not typical Hilton quality, hard not comfortable. They did have renovation main lobby. I asked about rooms and was told that is beginning in November (2018) will loose a 100 rooms to give more space and go from double to queen beds. Unfortunately probably going to be a year or two before you see benefits.

Newly remodeled atrium is very nice, a great place to hangout and relax. The morning buffet with the cooked to order breakfast was great. Comfortable bed in a nice spacious suite. Rooms are dated but I was told they are next to be remodeled.

Very nice two room set up (feels like home) with sinks in each room not including the bathroom. Rooms are spacious. Beautiful atrium. Can't speak to paid-for amenities because I don't usually purchase those.

The hotel itself is excellent. Very clean and classy rooms. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Everything you expect from an Embassy Suites! Be careful with the shuttles, though. The airport shuttle looks just like the downtown shuttle. The only reason I didn't end up downtown by mistake was because the desk clerk noticed I got on the wrong bus and told the driver. No one was able to explain how a customer was supposed to know the difference. So if a hotel or shuttle employee reads this, please consider signage for the shuttles. Thanks!

Great for airport access with a shuttle that's right on time. It's undergoing renovations, so you can also sore a great deal. There are three shuttles. An airport shuttle. A trolley to San Mateo and a weekend bus to downtown. The staff was very helpful and the rooms are large. Looks dated, but I am not a fan of those modern looking places anyway. After the renovation, it might get a 5.

Great location if you need to be near the airport. They have a very reliable shuttle to and from SFO. Currently under renovation but they still have all the amenities you expect. Stayed here a few times and will definitely use again. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about local information.

It's being renovated and that's good. I'd give it some time before going. My first room, the a/c didn't work. My second room was better but the out side a/c fan ran ALL night. It was a work trip so it's not like spent all day there, but it would've been nice to get a GOOD night's sleep.

Spent the weekend here for my nephew's birthday. Had our family and some of his school friends over and used the facilities which included an indoor swimming pool. The next morning we ate breakfast in the main dining area where everything was served fresh and hit. The rooms were excellent. Staff were friendly, highly recommended.

The call center for Embassy Suites really understated the severity of construction. The service was not what we expected having stayed at Embassy in the past. We were very dissapointed and expressed that to the front desk. That being said, hotel staff did do everything they could do to accommodate us and make our stay more enjoyable.

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was great. We were greated every morning and at night when we came back to the hotel. The shuttle service was on time. They were remodeling the hotel but they made it clear before booking. Regardless of the workers being in site it was always quiet and they accommodated every one in another room for breakfast and dinner.

5

While under construction very poor quality effort to make my stay enjoyable. The temporary front lobby was ok but not intuitive where to go. The front desk employees were hit or miss on being nice or helpful. Had to go up one elevator set and down another to navigate to the cafe. Little to no signs to explain that. Very poor effort during a difficult time. Also should not be full price during a time of such disrepute.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this hotel is under construction. Not a small amount of construction where a portion of the hotel is being rebuilt, but enough construction that I feel a little deceived by looking at the pictures on the site. The parking is astronomical for some reason. I paid $29 for one night. The lobby is setup through an outdoor tent. The entire atrium of the hotel is covered by a tarp. I arrived at 5:30 pm after checking in on the app several hours earlier and selecting an arrival time of 4 pm or so. When I went to check-in, the room I selected wasn't cleaned yet. I'm not sure how that happened. The lock to my room was nearly broken and flashed green then almost instantly red. I spent a few minutes trying to appropriately time the key/lever in order to enter. The room service was mediocre and the items pictured on the menu, we're not listed for sale. However, when I asked if they had what was on the picture they said oh yeah, we can bring that up no problems. Weird, why isn't it on the menu then?? The door to my patio was left like 4 inches open when I went into the room and it was rather cold out that day. I can't really explain to you, how much I think you should avoid this hotel at this time. I'm sure they're great when not in such a large construction phase but they seem to have taken on too many projects at once to continue to stay open effectively.

Everybody and their “renovation” reviews! Crazy! My wife and I have enjoyed our 4 day long stay two weeks ago. Came in the middle of the night and the front desk person gave us a diamond upgrade. We were grateful for the heads up about renovations, and were even told to let them know if we had trouble with it. Well.. we sort of did (very minor issue) but I went to the front desk anyways. In the morning, I went down to let the front desk know what happened, only to find a rude lady literally complaining about every little thing she could point out. Literally EVERYTHING. I overheard and I felt bad so just left. these poor hotel employees look like they get beaten up quite a bit with the construction going on. It’s not their fault, so my wife and I agreed not to bother them one bit during our stay. We enjoyed our overall stay. We don’t drink, but appreciated the snacks during the reception. Breakfast was great. Kudos to the hotel for trying so hard to live up to Hilton brand standards during this time of chaos. Everyone needs a raise here!

This is an older hotel that is currently going under renovations. It didn't bother us while we stayed, but it can be an eye sore. Happy hour was nice for the drinks, but the snacks weren't anything more than some form of chips/pretzels and celery. That being said, I would stay again if I scored another good nightly rate.

Dude free upgrade too top floor suit. Free room plane broke down so I complained for vouchers. I lost my wallet though and I was not happy about the staff's efforts to find it. They could have! They did not. BIG BLACK DUDE WALKING THE HALLS, works their as security or somthing. He stole it. Great sleep that night though! Its easy to find right off the freeway. There are stores next to it. And the best part is its very affordable. We booked a room on New Years Eve for only a couple hundred bucks. The staff is great and they have free breakfast from 7-10 am.

Jack hammering in lobby between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Remodeling desperately needed. We stayed on the "Premier" level and it was clean, but very worn. Mattresses we're fine. Chairs and couch we're quite worn. Popcorn ceilings. Customer service was consistently positive or I would have assigned two stars. I'm optimistic it will be better when the construction is finished, but that is not likely to be soon. Be warned when you book. I feel for the employees who have to work in that environment.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION - Stayed here because it was close to the airport and I'm a HHonours member and like to stay at a Hilton property as often as I can. The "beautiful courtyard" was completely covered with a huge tarp, with discarded water bottles and fruit on it. The lobby was moved to a conference room that was stifling hot, with very little signage outside on how to find it. The staff looked like they were run ragged. Some sort of party going on above my room. The carpet in my room was so dirty I was afraid to remove my shoes. Impossible to find a parking space in the $27/day lot. The staff at breakfast was nice and helpful and the food options were large and varied. Construction started at 8 am Sunday morning.

An amazing hotel. Roomy suites, outstanding decor, great service. Huge breakfast buffet. The four of us stopped here on the way up to Oregon. it's not in San Francisco itself, which probably helped on the price, but close enough that you can get in and out of the city fairly well if you choose to stay here.

Nice hotel. Lots of greenery in the set up. Service wasn't bad, but could use an extra staff member. I had to wait for one employee to check in, but a few came by and didn't bother asking me if I needed help. Make sure to close your door though. It doesn't shut by itself.

We did not stay in this hotel, but ate at the restaurant TwoFifty, I think is the name. I had steak frite with substitute steamed broccoli for waffle fries in order to be gluten free. It was very tasty. My husband ordered the crisp salmon, which he said was very good but only one piece of fish, not overly big. I ended up sharing my meal with him. The waitress was helpful in looking into what was gluten free and making substitution suggestions.

I always love staying at the Embassy Suites no matter where I am. Nice, spacious rooms and friendly staff. I was there solo with my toddler girls and wanted to order something from the restaurant and take it up to the room myself versus spending the extra cost on room service, but had a hard time finding service. Asked the bartender who was a bit rude and told me I couldn't order from the bar with my girls in a short snap. I had no intention of sitting at the bar, but was tired of waiting for service and figured I'd ask. Decided to leave and found other means of eating outside the hotel. Indoor pool was not heated. I'm not a big fan of indoor pools because the ventilation never seems good enough, but still a nice pool. The breakfast was delicious. I've been on a diet at was able to keep to it with the made-to-order complimentary breakfast. There's also an evening reception for drinks (not sure if the alcoholic ones were free or not, but I don't drink so didn't apply to me anyway) and snacks. There was some kind of crunchy snack mix, soft pretzel bites, and celery and carrots with ranch and mustard dips.

Very much a fan of the courtyard design and overall aesthetic choices in the lobby, but my room was where much of the problems were. Bathroom door pushed right open when locked, and the balcony door would not lock at all (safety hazard). In addition, multiple outlets in the room were too loose to hold a plug. A simple mistake could arc electricity across the plug's prongs, potentially causing electric shock and/or a fire. Otherwise the room was comfortable, despite some large stains on the carpet, which was understandable, considering it was a pet-friendly suite. The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard for similarly priced hotels, although one morning my sausages, along with all of my family's sausages, were all undercooked and completely pink in the middle. The bacon was also slimy and undercooked that morning too. Overall, my experience wasn't particularly bad, and the hotel's location is placed at a reasonable spot between the airport and downtown SF, but these small problems do add up. Just a little more care for the rooms would go a long way here.

Nice hotel, front desk staff is not very helpful, however the evening reception staff is quite freindly. Breakfast - made to order in the morning, evening reception including limited snack food and adult beverages is free however not top shelf. More attention should be given the wiping down of the tables in the Breakfast / evening reception area. The bald guy working the desk overnights on Friday night is very arrogant, and pays more attention to completing his paperwork than what your needs may be. The pool area is fairly clean but could use more attention towards making sure there are towels for the guests after they exit the pool.

Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is in need of some updating as it is an older property. I would have ranked 4 stars, but the on site restaurant was extremely slow. Our order took about 40 minutes to come out after we waited 15 to place it. Seemed like they needed more staff.

Location was easy to find and convenient for the airport and a short drive to San Francisco. Parking was easy and close to the hotel. Check in was efficient. The room was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. The down side to the room is that the shower control handle kept falling causing the water to get hotter on its own and the net curtains were badly ripped in many places letting down the appearance of the room. Breakfast was as expected and pleasant however the only available highchair had no straps meaning we could not strap in our youngest and she keep climbing out. Checkout was quick and easy.

Clean. Convenient to the airport. People in the room above us were loud, walking the floor and in general it sounded like there were a lot of people up there. This makes me wonder about the soundproofing. Nevertheless I did not hear anyone on our floor. The room slept 5 comfortably.

The complimentary breakfast was great. The dining room was big and easily accommodated all the guests there. The fold out couch was kind of uncomfortable, but that was expected. The vending machines are over priced and it took 50¢ away from me, so I'm still pretty sad over that.

The rooms are very large and all rooms are suites. The lobby and breakfast area are nice. The rooms themselves are a little dated. I was on the premium 10th floor yet my sink had a crack in it, the tile around the shower was straight out of the 50's, as well as the style of curtains. There are very few outlets so it's hard to find a good place to plug in your phone and still use the phone. The couch was uncomfortable. The breakfast is great, there is a made to order omelet station, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, bacon, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, English muffins, danishes, oatmeal.

A standard hotel in terms of what to expect from an embassy suites. Decor is the same and is generally clean. Free and ample parking , with a pool and fitness center. There isn't much to do immediately around the hotel, as it's located in a commercial zone with pharmaceutical companies everywhere.

No heating in the executive suite we stayed in. My 1 year old slept with us because she was cold. My other daughter slept with her JACKET on. They sent a security guard to give us a small space heater for the big suite, whatever. The dinning room area in the room had the walls peeling. The carpets were disgusting. I'm getting asthma because the space heater is blowing dust! Not a very restful experience. And to think, I reserved two executive suites, not worth the $$$$.

Great Hotel to stay at. Loved the Happy Hour and Continental breakfast in the morning. Parking spots to small for those with big cars. They all say compact on them. Comfortable rooms.

I was at this location for a work event. The conference room was well staffed, and the service was fantastic. I really appreciated the patience the staff had with our company, since I think we were a little on the rambunctious side. In the end, it was a great event! Would highly recommend.

The hotel was nice. I loved the classic wooden dresser and setup. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem was the water was ice cold in my room. It would not heat up for anything.

We were dropping our daughter off at S. F. State and then headed to the hotel. The location is convenient to the college but the best part was the proximity to South San Francisco! A quick walk over the freeway and the quaint and quirky town is at your feet. I'll be back again soon!

The staff rock! The property is nice and inviting. I love the courtyard. The staff rock! I said it twice because no matter how nice a place is if the staff are lousy then the experience will be lousy!

Hotel check in was quick and was able to et to our rooms with easy. The room was clean and nice. The decor of the hotel was a bit dated. The night we arrive they had two events taking place. No one appeared to be directing event guests to the locations they were to park, so the parking lot for guests of the hitel had a difficult time finding parking. Over all a pleasant experience.

The ALL suites hotel is consistent with the Embassy Suites standards we love. The staff was nothing but helpful and did the extra things to create a hospitable atmosphere. The evening reception with complimentary bar and complimentary breakfast in the beautiful garden atrium help to relax you for the day you may have had or prepare you for the one ahead. This experience has led me to now seek out Embassy suites first in my future travels.

Their King 1-bedroom suite is huge. This room comes with a refrigerator and Keurig Coffee maker. Breakfast was m OK but the kitchen didn't have spinach available for the omelets. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

I enjoy reading some of the reviews people leave for hotels, or the lack of. Most people do not take into consideration the author of the review. I do. The first review was from a Daysha Moore. If you were to click on his picture, you would be taken to the google page of the author. To break that down would be as follows. Daysha Moore is a kid who finished high school. Joined the army. And is now stationed in Italy as a 91B (Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic). He is learning to be a Auto mechanic. His review then trashes the hotel for being dirty, as some person left there trash on a table in the hall on the floor he was on. Most likely it was a young person with no respect for anyone's property. His google picture shows a young, green behind the ears army kid flashing GANG SIGNS. Real grown up so far. He is to young to have stayed in many hotels from a customer view. But as every kid, he is all grown up now and wears big boy pants. Enough said. People gripe about this hotel charging for parking. Well guess what! So does every other hotel near San Francisco Airport. Every city you fly into and stay near a airport also charges. Grow up with your whining. This hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport. It has a full breakfast in the morning and a evening managers reception. Free Drinks and snacks for those of you who are to young or to know what that means. Good customer service and a standard two room suite are also the norm. That brings me to the second review that was placed. Akram Hassanien. His one star review was ( Embassy suites have a MISLEADING 2-ROOMS SUITE. It is actually only ONE bedroom and ONE living!!!) Guess what Akram. In his own words he states its only one bedroom and one living room. Wake up Akram. 1+1 = 2. I am still laughing at some of these people for there complaints. I found nothing wrong with the hotel
