ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

I always enjoy my stays at Embassy Suites. This one was better when they were serving their traditional breakfast, but that will hopefully return someday. Great views!

Nice hotel. One TV didn't work and the tub needed an update, but fine otherwise fine. The trail outside was great for a late night stroll.

we stayed at this hotel on may 23rd 2020.location is great right by the bay.room was nice with a great view of the bay.nice size room with a fridge and microwave oven.that's the plus, now the negatives.hopefully the manager will read this review and try to fix the problems as they are real easy to fix.the problem was with the guests.seems like on the weekends most of the guests are local party goers.well there is nothing wrong with local party goers except the type of local party goers.let me elaborate.the minute we parked in our spot right in the front there were people trowing stuff from the 4th floor balcony on the cars and other guests, some type of liquid and they were not trying to hide it,instead they were laughing real out loud when they were doing it.a lady hotel worker who saw it started warning them but i think they were too drunk to listen, you think any nice hotel would send security up to the room but not here because when we got in our car in the morning there were broken glass bottles right in the front, seems like they were thrown from the same room and bunch of other garbage right in the front of the hotel but nobody seemed to bother cleaning.and for the rest of the guests?don't ask,it was bad looking crowd.we had to keep our window facing the bay close all night because of the noise and smoke, around seven am we woke up and opened the window,oh no,from next door smell of pot was coming in.so we closed it again.it was party all night long, seems like a hang out for kids to rent a room, whole bunch of them in one room and party all night.honestely you wouldn't expect that in a motel 6.let alone a nice hotel.when checking out i asked lady at the front desk if they housed homeless people at the hotel and she explained about weekend locals just renting rooms.too bad we wont be going there again although the hotel is nice otherwise.

Amazing hotel. Aida in front desk was beyond helpful and kind. She really cared about us and went above and beyond in helping us feel comfortable. Shawn in front desk was amazing as well, very kind and funny. This hotel was gorgeous in itself, great location.

The hotel is very good, rooms very nice, location nice (on the water) Happy hour and breakfast are excellent. However the restaurant is a big disappointment. If you want dinner, take the Broadway shuttle to downtown Burlingame for a decent meal

Unbelievable hotel!...the atmosphere was in credible...melting pot of different cultures and travelers worldwide.... this hotel is a destination in itself.. breakfast is off the hook!....the room and view is incredible.....the shore line walking path is very relaxing... .the gym and pool were exceptional as well....our kids had a blast...we did too!....I could not help myself from writing but keep this place a secret!

We loved the inside of the hotel and the staff we encountered were friendly. Our bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. My only disappointment was that breakfast closed early on Thursday and we also didn't see the green hang tag for our door until our second morning, so we missed out on 1,000 Hilton points by not having them clean our rooms. I would have gladly hung that, had it been placed in an area that's visible when you first enter the room.

The facilities and location were lovely. No airport noise at all. Our room, however, was apparently once a smoking room and had an off-putting musty smell. The pool area was too small for the size of the hotel and my younger kids didnt even attempt to use it because of the shear volume of older teenagers camped out there. The breakfast buffet was a nice addition but I was underwhelmed by the taste of what was offered. Overall, it was a good value for the price and it was convenient to the airport, and that would be the only reason I would stay there again.

Neat hotel! Awesome views of the bay and sf airport! Cool to watch the planes come in especially in the evening! Great complimentary breakfast! Really good. They even will make fresh food to order! Cute sitting area inside but you feel like your outside! Pool as well!

Great views of the bay outside, and right next to a walking path that goes along the bay. Fun to watch the planes take off and land on the other side of the water. Nice rooms, recently renovated. FYI, they do not have rollaway beds, so the sofa beds are the only non-bed option. Unfortunately, the courtyard in the middle of the hotel was made a little worse in the renovation. Perhaps more seating, but certainly less water and fewer trees 🌲 and fish. As with all Embassy Suites, the happy hour drinks and snacks are an excellent free benefit.

Pretty good stay. Nice up to date rooms. Spacious. Quiet even though close to the airport. Court yard area pleasantly decorated. Good breakfast. Fresh yogurt but packaged honey. Good service. Pretty quick check in. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again when flying out of SF airport.

Amazing management and staff here. Late night arrival with two small kids and they went above and beyond for us. Treats for the kids, got to keep a luggage trolly overnight to make our morning departure easier, complementary waters, and exceptionally friendly treatment. If made all the difference coming from an East coast flight. Excellent breakfast on par with breakfast at European hotels. Nice living room and spacious bedroom overlooking the bay- gorgeous to wake up to. We will definitely come again!

This hotel is nice, but there were a three issues with our room. They replaced our faulty shower curtain after it flooded the bathroom floor, and fixed a broken tv and sink really quickly. Although, that didn’t strike confidence.

With that said, the room was relatively comfortable and very clean. It has a nice free happy hour and neat coy pond.

There’s a nice trail right outside of the hotel that goes around the bay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, overall this is an affordable and nice place to stay, but it probably won’t wow you.

My stay at this Hotel was incredible! The views, the food, happy hour, amenities, everything was very good. Also, I can’t forget about the service that the employees provided! If you get the chance, go ahead and visit the hotel and take advantage of everything they have to offer. In addition to all of this, you can’t forget that it is a waterfront hotel so the views are beautiful through the days and nights!

Great location right on the water. We've stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed ourselves. I was a little worried this time as our room was directly across from the elevator and there was a loud wedding reception going on. We closed the bedroom door and had a quiet night, which was a nice surprise. The free breakfast was good, checkout time is at noon which was great. The only small downside is parking on site is $29/day.

Will not be staying here again or recommend it to anyone. The room air conditioning is controlled by the hotel and not individually in each room. The hotel is under a " two pipe system" which means they control one half of the hotel with AC and the other with heat as they see fit. The room was so stuffy so much so that they had to bring me a box fan to the room and open I had to open the balcony door to get some cool San Francisco air. We paid a pretty penny to stay here, we should at least be able to control our comfort level. The hotel is gorgeous otherwise. Great buffet!

This hotel is beautiful inside and out ans their complementary breakfast is the best around. However, I brought my niece here for her birthday and there were a number of events in the hotel that forced us to park far away and we were still charged for parking (which is a no-no in my book, hotels should not charge you to stay AND park). I had 2 young children with me and luggage so that was not ideal, not to mention there was music BLARING from the banquet rooms until late. I recommend this hotel to everyone, but I would certainly check and make sure there are not too many events going on during your stay.

If you like embassy suites properties, you won't be disappointed by this one.The main perk of any Embassy Suites is the complementary breakfast which is fantastic and the evening reception whuch included free snacks and drinks. Both are a fantastic value! The location of the hotel is nice with a bay view facing the airport. There is a paved walking right next to the hotel. Perhaps the biggest detriment to this hotel is its proximity to downtown San Francisco. This is obviously not the hotels fault and if you aren't going to downtown it won't be a big deal. However if you plan on going downtown be prepared for a complementary shuttle ride to the airport followed by a rather expensive Bart (train) trip. It seems there is an extra charge for starting your trip at the airport. A round-trip ticket to just about any location downtown will run just shy of $20. This isn't a huge expense unless you multiply that by the number of people traveling with you. It adds up quickly. Again this is not the fault of the hotel, but be prepared for this extra expense. If this doesn't bother you, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here because of location close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was neat and comfortable, and I had a great stay. Free breakfast and airport shuttle every 20 mins made the morning super easy. I requested a Bay view room for the view and to see the airplanes taking off/landing, which is great. However, if you are a light sleeper you should try to get a room facing away from the bay to avoid the rumble from the engines.

The breakfast can appear a tad industrial but a wide selection is provided including cooked to order eggs and omelets. And it's free with your room. So much better than flip-it-yourself waffles and day old service station pastries.

The rooms are large and comfortable with a parlor in front and the sleeping room in back. The pool and hot tub are well maintained as is the exercise room.

The restaurant / bar is very pleasant with a reasonable menu. The somewhat higher prices are ameliorated by the manager's reception where a selection of beers, wines and select coctails can be had. Again, for free.

We enjoyed our stay.

I come out to the Bay Area pretty often for business trips. I personally love staying at this hotel it's amazingly convenient due to how close it is to the airport and my offices. The staff is always amazingly helpful and professional. The breakfast selection is second to none and they also have free happy hours through out the week. It also sits right next to an amazing path to have a nice morning walk next to the water. This hotel comes with the highest recommendations.

Friendly staff when dealing with two separate reservations & complimentary vending that had run out of drinks or was inoperable. Room was big & nice when traveling with a child. (2 tv). Had premium room that had a sliding door opened to a small balcony overlooking the waterfront that had great view to watch sunrise/sunset. Breakfast was good. Made to order omelets & other items. Didn't have evening beverages but there is a nice bar on
site. Bathroom was a bit small but water pressure was good & high shower heads. Good location & offers shuttle service to local downtown. Would stay here again.

Check out time is 12 pm which means you get to sleep in! Definitely coming back here

Great place to stay near by San Francisco. It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown San Francisco. With taxes included I spent about $175 to have a room with two double beds a sofa bed and a separate living room along with two TVs. The lounge area is awesome and it has a nice Pub as well. The gym is not bad but there is a swimming pool. The elevator up to my room had a beautiful view of the lounge area. This hotel was definitely worth the drive because you're not going to get anything as classy and comfortable with a great price in the downtown San Francisco area.

This Embassy Suites is so easy to get to from the airport, it's just two exits away on the 101 and you're there. If you get a room on the bay side you can watch the planes take-off and land all day and night. And while that might sound loud, it really didn't keep anyone from sleeping, but it is nice to look at. The breakfast is one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had at any Hilton-brand hotel. The service is friendly and the property is well maintained. I always enjoy staying in their spacious suites.

The Atrium is a wonderful place to have breakfast. Staff was very nice, room was clean and nicely appointed. Glass elevators gave an entertaining view of the interior, but one was out of order, so waits were a bit long. It was nice and warm that weekend, so the paved trail by the SF Bay was beautiful! I would go there again!

Close proximity to SFO, 10 to 20 minutes during non peak hours, depending on your flight terminal. Waterfront property with excellent views. The excitement of watching planes never gets old and you can do that here all day if you want. There is breakfast, complimentary WiFi and free happy hour! The suites are pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I messed up my reservations, but when I got to check in they were quick to fix it and proactively offer me the best room available despite my error.

Loved staying here! The lobby is like a mini rainforest with many plants. Every morning complimentary breakfast and newspapers. In the evening they have complimentary happy hour. Room was nice and spacious. Unfortunately, sofa bed was very painful and hard to sleep on. The other king bed was nice. Washroom was clean but small. Breakfast was great! If you're looking for dinner and some drinks, go somewhere else. Apparently the menu changed... for the the worst. The food at the tap room restaurant is generic and just meh. The burger tastes like a burger a 12 year old made. Basic and lacking any type of imagination. The Mac and cheese is lacking in the cheese department. And their Cobb salad comes with what we believe to be frozen chicken bought from Costco. On top of that, their cocktails are watered down and unspectacular at best. I'm never going here again.

My experience was amazing upon arrival. Today, I got here 4 hrs early prior to my check-in and asked Ellina to see if I could be checked in early. She went over and beyond to see if they had any rooms available and was very polite and courteous. At the moment, there were no rooms available, but After maybe 45 min, she followed back up with me to let me know that they would be placing me in a room shortly.
I just want to say thank you Ellina for your magnanimity and your gregarious altitude, sometimes the little things can really turn someones day around or make their day. I hope to see you one day running the hospitality industry with your astute awareness.

Nice, clean rooms with plenty of space. I really liked that the balcony was accessible. The free breakfast in the morning and free drinks and snacks in the evenings cocktail hour were surprisingly better than expected. My only complaints are be ready to pay for parking (though they knocked down the price to $15 for us) and the a/c in my room didn't seem to do much. It was in the 80s and even at the lowest temperature, room was still warmer than I was comfortable with

Great breakfast buffet, happy hour for free from 5:30 to 7:30, and very nice view of the SFO & San Francisco Bay Area. The room was nice and the hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the train station. The hotel had a welcome reception at night that really needs to be redone by someone with a better hospitality background. I stayed at both airport embassy suite locations this past week and although both were pleasant overall, the waterfront location was slightly better.

It is a standard Embassy Suites, but the service is FANTASTIC! I don't usually like to stay at Embassy Suites as the room quality is questionable, but I will always stay at this hotel strictly due to the phenomenal customer service.

The location is Cricket since it's next to water. The parking could be a little better but pretty spacious. The rooms are great and so is the staff. The breakfast is amazing with unlimited food all you can eat. The pool and the spa are great especially for the adult time after 10 pm. Overall quality of my experience is really well.

I love Embassy Suites, especially the reception hours of free drinks. Breakfast is amazing. The waterfront view at this location is amazing....balcony in your room (non sitting though). If light sleeper airplanes may disturb you...any poor reviews by others, I didn't see such!!

The bathroom walls were covered in mildew and the towels were frayed. The pillow cases had black stains on them. The thermostat was centrally controlled so we couldn't adjust the temperature. We were uncomfortably hot and even opening the sliding glass door didn't give relief since it bacame loud from the airport and the guests in the parking lot. The breakfast was the highlight and was very good. If staying more than one night we would have left the hotel.

Nice comfortable rooms. My room had a big table in the front room of the suite as if it was for a business meeting. Not sure why I got this room. Would have preferred a couch. The free made-to-order breakfast is great but there isn't much room to sit!

Slightly out-dated, staff is incredible, hotel is moderately quiet, great views, comfy beds. We will be back! (hotel shuttle may take a while, but it's a contracted company that goes when they go)

Stayed here for work, enjoyed it. Hotel appears well maintained, beds comfortable and clean. Good breakfast buffet, items seemed fresh, well cared for. Loved the omlette/egg station. Overall, the convenience to the airport and quality made this stay very enjoyable.

Very spacious rooms, great custom breakfast, fast wifi (sign up for Hilton Honors to get it free). Short walk to a nice little town. Short shuttle ride (free) to the airport.

Be careful when telling where you're staying, you mention Waterfront Embassy Suites, as there are two near the airport.

Lovely hotel, great center gardens. Drinks and snacks at night are a nice touch, and the breakfast is superb, especially the fresh made omelets. Rooms were nice, big with office space and 2 tvs.

The price was a little high for being at the airport and listening to flights come in all day and night.

I’m a wedding coordinator who had a wedding here. If you like a natural outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, this is a very affordable place. Plus, the stunning bay view and the catering services are amazing. All of our guests impressed. Highly recommend!!!

Great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, stocked, and spacious, and the beef was comfortable. Wi-Fi was good in the room, there was plenty of room for work and rest, and the bathroom was clean and big enough. I'd definitely stay again.

Great hotel to stay in around San Francisco. The rooms that have water views are the best, you can watch planes land at SFO all day and night. That being said, there is quite a bit of airport noise. Breakfast was good, but nothing special.

The SFO Embassy Suites, located about 10 minutes away from the airport, is a nice hotel with some nice amenities but some drawbacks as well.

The location is quite convenient being so close to the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle that runs frequently if you don't have a car. If you are driving though, it doesn't take long to get to the hotel. The building is right in the water; you can watch planes come in and walk along a nice path outside to get some fresh air. Fortunately you needn't worry much about airplane noise from what I have experienced.

The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk team does a great job of assisting you quickly and efficiently and provide excellent service. Kapi, the event coordinator, is quite professional and very good at what she does. Should you have an event here, she and the entire event team while provide you with top notch service.

The facility itself is nice as well, with a large open area in the center filled with grenery and water features. The rooms are a nice size as well and are quite comfortable. The building is where the drawbacks of this hotel are, however. The room had an odd smell in it at first that has either since passed or I've become accostumed to it. The other downside is the lack of internal stairwell access to the upper floors. The only way to get off the first floor is the elevator. While this has its benefits in terms of security, it would still be nice if there were stairs.

Overall though my stay here has been enjoyable and comfortable. If you are looking for a nicer hotel south of San Francisco and don't mind paying a little more, you should be happy with the SFO Airport Embassy Suites.

We truly enjoyed ourselves! The hotel was perfect, we had a bay view of the ocean even though it was cold at night it was still very romantic. Their cocktail hour (complementary drinks & food) was a nice perk. Parking was $22. Breakfast was very good for what I expected. I enjoyed the adult swim hours from 10pm-12am. No complaints at all.

I stayed in this hotel summer 2014. I've had a great experience there. Breakfast was super, amazing seafront and airport views. There's a nice running track right in front of the hotel. Only disadvantage is that u need a car/bus to go to Burlingame. There's a free shuttle that goes to Burlingame town center. Really I will stay there again if I ever travel to SFO
