I love this hotel! It was clean, the staff was friendly! The parking is convenient. I can’t wait until this COVID crisis is over because I love Embassy’s breakfast!

The room is spacious but everything in room is dated. Engineering had to come twice to fix a lamp and replace a TV. It gets as many stars only because of the space and the promptness in resolving the issues. The walk to Riverwalk and City Market about 15 mins. The Indigo and some other hotels were much more convenient to my needs. I will not stay here again.

Love this hotel. Easy attached parking garage, location is central to beautiful Savannah historic district, nice fitness area. The architecture is breathtaking! Friendly staff, accomodating amenities. My company flies me to Savannah 3-4 times annually. I ALWAYS stay here

Suites were very nice. Staff was Amazing!! Everyone went out of their way to make our stay excellent! For example, a maintenance worker saw me walking toward the elevator with a tray of breakfast. He called the elevator, held it for me, and pushed the floor I needed. 10 stars!!

The only place I'll stay on my many trips to Savannah. Big, comfy rooms and great service. Blue at the door always makes us feel like family. We look forward to having him greet us every time we visit. Love the big buffet breakfast every morning and the great happy hour every evening, both complimentary!

We have an awesome stay, from the time we arrive hotel staff greeted us and very friendly. Very luxurious lobby and the evening reception was nice too. This is a beautiful hotel with a staff that is courteous and knowledgeable about the area around the hotel. I had a brief conversation with one of the maintenance staff and he was polite, knowledgeable, and answered my question without hesitation. I don’t think I have a bad word to say about any part of my stay.

I love the location of this hotel! But what makes this hotel is the concierge Bobbie Jo! She loves her job and the guest and it truely shows. We stay there a few times a year and she always gives me a big hug and remembers I love healthy foods so she always keeps me in the loop of newest healthy options..she has become a friend and adds to our Savannah trips!!!!!!

Embassy Suites is just.. amazing. The rooms are a nice size for a family of six. The location of the hotel is nice, because there are many other shops/food joints around such as a waffle house, and a Firestone tire place. The service there is amazing. The staff and workers care about you like you're apart of their family. Such as when I went out for dinner, our waitress for the night went out of her usual way to speak with us, and give us compliments and thanks, because of my mother's recent graduation. She graduated with a Master's Degree in nursing, and the hotel was a nice place to relax/celebrate afterwards. It was just.. phenomenal.

This hotel was all around exceptional. Everyone at the hotel welcomed our family as if we were part of theirs. Kelly, the bartender, really did a fantastic job keeping up with service during happy hour when things tend to be busiest.

Wonderful hotel!! The lobby is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We got in town a couple hours early and because our room was clean we were allowed to go ahead and check in. The young lady at the desk was so helpful. The room was nice and clean and better than what we expected. The complimentary breakfast isn’t your typical breakfast. The my have a chef who makes you omlettes to order and they’re so good. The complimentary cocktails were also a plus 😉. We will definitely stay here when we visit Savannah again.

great hotel. stopped and picked this hotel for stay enroute from a Navy reunion in Jacksonville back to Boston. we wanted to spend a night to see Savannah in the morning. we had dinner in their French restaurant and both food and staff were excellent. suite is roomy and clean. A very relaxing, enjoyable stay that has us debating to book an extra night to take in Savannah and extend our travel home!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Everyone We ran into was super nice and friendly. We stayed over mothers day weekend. Jared from valet was super friendly. The breakfast hostess Barbra is an absolute treat. And Patrice was fantastic. She was super quick to take our dishes. Only down side is the managers reception wasn't filled past 7oclock on Saturday. The girl with the white dreads who cleared the managers reception at 7:25pm was on her phone the entire time and there were quite a few guests still sitting. We saw several walk up very confused because all that was left was the half moon pita chips that were stale. Other than that I would definitly stay here again. Gorgeous, well kept hotel.

Loved this place! Rooms are clean, staff is extremely friendly! Love the free breakfast in the morning and free drinks in the evening! Best part was that we were so close to everything that we didn't move our car out of the garage the entire week! And the garage is only about 10 steps away from the hotel, so no long trek through the city if you do need your car!

Like most Embassy Suites, it is very nice. Breakfast was great. Only negative is its location. Behind the Hampton Inn, it's a little walk from downtown and if it's late, a little scary. But overall, still a very nice place to stay.

The breakfast is amazing; the suites are pretty cozy and clean. Happy hour with free drinks and awesome snacks!!!! Great variety of cheeses and vegetables with dip and chips and crispy breads. Beautiful hotel within a 10 minute walk to the city market and river street. Has a nice pool area with a fire pit which was really nice to sit at. They have 'happy hour' from 5:30-7:00pm, they offer free drinks and light snacks. The snacks are crackers, chips, veggies, cheese, good little finger foods. The wait for the bar isn't very pleasant, they had a huge amount of people but not very many people tending to the bar. We waited approximately 15 minutes just for a drink.
The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is nice and big. My only complaint is in room 520 had a terrible pullout couch! Very uncomfortable and it made so much noise when someone moved on the bed when it was pulled out.

We had a group of five and came in just in time for the complimentary welcome reception. The check in staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The suite was clean and nicely set up. Great place! As soon as we pulled in we were met by Blue. We had an oversized truck that would not fit in the garage. Blue was very accommodating. He hooked us up with a parking spot and ensured us that it would be available for us the whole weekened. He was very helpful recommending restaurants and places to go. We took advantage of Happy hour in the hotel both nights. It is within walking distance to city market and river street. The rooms are large and comfortable. I left my pillows and Irena in housekeeping was so kind and mailed them back to my house!
We were pleased with the hotel even though it wasn't directly on bay street or river street.

We actually did not stay here but attended a conference and camped on Tybee. The hotel is quite a walk from the riverfront if you have any walking issues. The conference dinner food was not good. Felt bad for people from other parts of the country who had never eaten shrimp/grits. We had to use a knife to cut the grits?? They should be creamy, maybe even cheesy but not hard. The afternoon wine and appetizers were good.

Have visited many different Embassy Suites facilities over the years. Was here this past weekend for a GA Red Hat Jubilee (state convention), whose location changes each year. The food servers were hard-working, pleasant and very accommodating. With the exception of the great Buffet breakfast, the food was very bad, (at times inedible). Dinner for our Madquerade Ball Friday night was quite salty (4 skinny asparagus spears on top of roast pork, on a bed of rice) dessert was the toughest bead pudding- ever!); ran out of sandwiches during our Annual Tea, which we had to serve ourselves on Saturday afternoon; this was followed by our Pirate Party where tough chicken and a thick, hot-mess of a chocolate dessert was served that evening. Very disappointing!

The stay was great overall! Close enough to all of the sites that we wanted to see...city market and the river walk. However, they need to hire more staff to take care of the complimentary happy hour and it would have been nice of someone came to clean our room during our stay.

Loved this hotel! It was extremely nice. We had a 1 bedroom suite that included a living room, little fridge, microwave, and huge bathroom. They include free breakfast everyday and also happy hour 5:30-7:30 where they serve alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, and finger foods. The staff was extremely nice. The only thing I didn't like was the 20$ parking fee they charge daily. Also, if staying here I recommend that you park your car instead of letting valet do it because some of the valet drivers were driving the cars a little rough. I didn't let them park my car, but when walking to our cars in the parking garage I would see them driving them fast, honking the horns all the way through, and revin the cars up. Plus it cost a little more to have valet park your car. Other than that this was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Really enjoyed it.

We come to 39 Rue De Jean which is located inside The Embassy Suites. We have come for every birthday and anniversary since they opened. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean and very spacious. There really is no reason to complain. My sister in laws and myself went to Savannah for a mom's week and the stay was everything we needed to relax. The breakfast was great and so was the nightly reception. The hotel was in walking distance to the Trolley starting point. I'm already trying to get another trip planned for my husband and myself!

The view of this hotel is beautiful, in its own way - a bridge and the industrial district, with a bus station below. I don't know. I guess it just me, but I loved it. The rooms were very tidy and I immediately felt comfortable. The key plate was very useful, as opposed to the usual slot. The service was friendly and approachable, and the food great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was gorgeous. Complimentary welcome reception drinks were a very welcome gesture of southern hospitality, especially on the first of a few stops on a long trip home. The room was very nice and the staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and polite. All things that I have come to expect from the Hilton group of hotels. Overall this was a wonderful trip to Savannah and most likely the first of many for the wife and I, we will be staying here again as well.

Fantastic location, not right in the middle of everything, about a 5 minute walk from the center of action, 10 from the riverfront. Rooms excellent. Free drinks 5:30 pm until 7pm - get there at 5:30 otherwise you will be waiting at the bar a while. Good selection of snacks and dips with your free alcohol. Nice pool area and firepit, probably gets crowded peak time though as not huge area. Rooms very nicely furnished and great space for 2 and would be workable with a family of 4. Overall very happy and will come back again.

The breakfast is great, the free appetizers and drinks in the evening is nice but gets crowded and they only had one bartender. They also kept running out of the hot appetizer. Rooms were clean, the cleaning ladies were super nice. The sofa bed mattress wasn't that comfortable. Pool area was small and not enough chairs. Overall it's a nice hotel but not really worth the weekend rate they charged.

Wish I could give four stars but the bathroom shower head was all green and nasty along with a subpar shower tub. The pics online are a little misleading and make it seems like the rooms are bigger than they actually are. Otherwise everything was great. I proposed to my lover in the room 😁

Hotel was great. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites but this was the best. Rooms were large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was awesome. Couldn't think of anything they didn't have. A great experience! The hotel is beautiful and the staff smiles and greets you in the hallways. Great stay in Savannah. Not to far from the city and encourages walking the couple blocks to the main drag which helps after all of the awesome food you'll be eating nearby! Update June 2015: I visited Savannah again and stayed again in this hotel. Still a great hotel with amazing rooms. The breakfast is great (the scrambled eggs and bacon are really tasty compared to other hotels) so is the evening reception with free beer. The fee for self parking was raised to 15 USD/night.
