This place has beautiful and comfortable suites, but this last visit wasn't the greatest. We had a faucet at the wet bar that poured out brown water from filtration tap being dirty and broken. Then we were told the wrong time by front desk for breakfast (ended at 9, we were told 10). They were very nice and put together a grab and go, once we saw others getting it, and I told front desk. Anyway, they did make it right in the end and maybe was a once off time with Covid and it being Father's Day weekend.

Decent, all the activities are closed for covid. Breakfast was all microwave items and box snacks, but were out of stock on items everyday.

Says 4star but shower was nowhere near nice, and fairly dirty. Rest of room was pretty nice, although outdated.

Half the staff was really friendly and helpful, but a few others not so much.

Outstanding hotel! The service was great from the get go. The entire staff made sure we were attended to properly. My Wife and I loved the restaurant. They deserve five stars on their own! Great indoor pool and hot tub. They also have a really nice exercise room. Thank you to everyone for being so nice and helpful. Y'all made us feel like Rock Stars!

Embassy is great. They're always in good locations, have beautiful rooms, offer an unmatched made to order breakfast, and have room service that could fulfill even the pickiest of eaters. I stayed in room 200 for an overnight stay in Savannah on my way to Orlando, and would definitely recommend the same to anyone passing through the area.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for a night. The queen beds were in a separate room which made the space much more roomy for 4 kids! The complimentary breakfast was great, had many options. Clean hotel and staff were helpful esp Tesia at front desk

Loved this hotel. Rooms were clean, no mold in the shower. Big bathroom. Dining places were almost too many to be able to choose from, all were very convenient. Hotel staff here quite helpful. Pretty much the only complaint I have with this stay was that the commode is way too low for someone over 65. Felt like it was for a child. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

I usually love staying at Embassy Suites and really wanted to give this a higher rating. The hotel is is beautiful & in great condition; the staff was courteous. The downside... they ran out of extra blankets for use on the pull-out couch (no extras in the room to begin with). The breakfast: the omelets were great, but the potatoes were under cooked and cold. The french toast was also cold. The variety of fresh fruit was limited to apples and bananas (plus canned peaches). The most disappointing part of the stay was the A/C. They've installed a new sensor system that raises the temperature when there is no movement in the room; great in theory - not so great in reality. The A/C kept shutting off every couple of hours as we slept. You need to turn the system off & back on to reset it & get it running again. The primary reason for staying in a hotel is to sleep - preferably for eight hours. Having to get up multiple times throughout the night to reset the A/C is not a restful night's rest.

The hotel was very large and nice. One major issue I have with this hotel is housekeeping. They clean so late in the day and we had to wait a full hour for them to clean our room. When we checked in, they said our room wasn’t cleaned yet. So we all had to wait a hour for our room. The breakfast was really delicious and good and omelette was good 👍👍. The rooms were really nice and clean and comfortable. Employees were nice and generous. The happy hour was really good as well and good. I would come back to this hotel.

Very nice clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious and hot. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The location is great with the outlets close by and tons of restaurants. The hotel was quiet, no slamming doors, and bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in a pretty part of Savannah, with lots of places for convenient family dining very nearby. Friendly staff and great, super clean rooms. Not sure if it's true of every room but mine had a walk-in doored shower with no tub. Boy do I wish that were true of every hotel room. If you're ever in Savannah on business, I highly recommend this place, I thoroughly enjoyed chilling with some Zaxby's and watching Three Bare Bears in a very nice suite. They also offer room service, and some interesting sounding options.

Here for business all week. I am very satisfied with the service I have received from the entire staff. I flew in Sunday night and arrived hungry, grouchy and tired. I was picked up at the airport in a beautiful Audi by the front desk clerk since the shuttle was out of service for some reason. Very welcoming young gentleman (forgot his name) who brought me to the hotel. I was just in Time for last call from the restaurant and placed an order for a hamburger with Robin who was working the bar. I could tell she saw how tired, hungry and stressed I was from my travels. She was very welcoming and hospitable and took care of me with superior service and great smile. I have come down to the bar twice now for happy hour and Robin has been here with a very welcoming and genuine smile. Michael has also been very attentive and friendly working the bar. I appreciate you guys a lot and hope that I see your friendly faces again next time I’m in town! A plus !! 5 stars!!! Thank you!!!

This is by far the only hotel I stay at when I visit SAVANNAH simply because of the hotel staff. They give you absolutely good service especially Michael the bartender. The breakfast here is buffet style they have real food may I repeat REAL FOOD😁. Meaning there Grits are so good and flavorful I have to eat 4 bowls of it. The made to order omelettes are so good the bacon is good they have REAL BACON. Oatmeal is also good to. There fruits are always fresh and sweet and pretty. Hot coffee and tea is always fresh and also coke products as well. Rooms are always cleaned and bathroom is always spotless and the beds are comfy right along with the sofa bed. But overall this hotel is always spotless from guest bathrooms, indoor pool area and hot tub area, also the gym. This hotel is pricey but it’s wroth the stay for my family and yours.

This embassy sweets was overall nice. First the good, the breakfast was excellent as was the service. The lobby is nice and spacious and there is plenty of parking and carts for bags. The rooms are nice as well and spacious and seemed to be clean. However the carpeting in general needs replacing and although probably clean looked a little ragged. The shower seemed a little out of date as well. Overall good though!

This is one of my favorite places to stay. I stay here a few times a year. Quite yet close to to I-95, restaurants, and an outlet mall.

The exercise room is fairly good size and has 3 treadmills and two stair-master type pieces.

The pool is good size.

The breakfast area is in a separate area, away from the lobby and bar area.

My room was spacious, but my sheets had blood on them!! My wet bar wasn't fully stocked. I had problems with check in, the housekeeper slammed guest doors and argued with her coworker all morning long. There is no hot water in the lobby for guests to enjoy hot tea when meeting there for seminars. When I asked about it, the lady got upset, grabbed my cup and walked away behind the counter and filled it up. While the housekeepers were in my room, they argued back and forth the entire time. It was ridiculous! They have a great hot breakfast and a decent evening reception. Pool is great too. They are located centrally to all good restaurants and shopping.

Very nice hotel. Visited here with my family on the way to Disney. The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent! I was, however disappointed in the vent for the restaurant right outside the window. It was quite noisy until midnight and fired up again at 5am. We had room 208. I would recommend not booking a room between x06-x12. All odd numbers are on the opposite side of the hall.

Great stay on our last stop of our road trip!!! The room was very clean and spacious!!! We had a living room two TVs and two queen beds. The staff was very friendly and best of all, complimentary breakfast!!! We had breakfast in the morning and it was really good, they had a chef making omelettes and delicious continental breakfast!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Our stay here was very pleasant. Upon entering the lobby was warm (winter), smelled fresh and looked clean but some furniture was dusty.
Our suit overall was visibly clean but the vent was dusty and the room smelled fresh.
The bedroom had a pair of socks on the ground by the bed from the previous... which led me to wonder how clean the room actually was. The bathroom was nice and clean and i loved that it had 2 doors to be accessed from the bedroom and the livingroom.
I did utilize the pool which was wonderfully relaxing and the hot tub which was relaxing as well but a little too hot. I stopped in to the business centre before checking out and to my surprise it was filled with brochures.... I wish i knew that upon arriving to the hotel.
The breakfast was fantastic!!! Definitely my #1 reason for choosing Embassy.
Staff was friendly and helpful and the janitor that worked New Years eve was such a helpful man.
I will return and i would definitely recommend to others.

It's a new style Embassy. Nice rooms. Good bar and breakfast. Their "pantry" is a little lacking. Would have liked dish soap to clean my babies bottles. Nice restaurants near by and the hotel is away from the highway.

Great hotel, amenities are much nicer than comparable properties. Breakfast includes chef prepared omelet station in addition to hot and cold breakfast items. Free drinks in the lounge till 7:30 on the night we were there. Beds and rooms are comfy and spacious. Can't go wrong with this hotel!

Run down hotel that looks like it was great a few years ago. The room wasn't clean, dirt and dust on surfaces, cups, coffee maker. The buffet was lacking several core advertised items like pancakes. The French toast tasted like it was cooked in a fish fryer. Staff was somewhat helpful but unwilling to do anything that involved leaving the desk including dealing with any room issues. Overall, I'd skip this one. It's all lipstick and not much else.

Great place! We drove from Cleveland to Savannah with our kids ages 3,2, and 1. After the long drive it was great to have the suite. We drove almost 14 hours to the hotel and arrived just a little after the happy hour began. The happy hour was very nice; light refreshments and drinks complimentary. We ran out beforehand to pick up dinner for the kids and someone came around while we ate our dinner in the lobby telling us that we are not supposed to eat in the lobby if we have outside food. Seemed a little weird considering we just drove 14 hours with 3 small children. Not sure if that is just a rule specific to that hotel but we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Florida and I even made sure to call the front desk asking if we were allowed to bring outside food in the lobby area and they laughed and said of course you can. Savannah might have to change their rule because it was very unwelcoming to my extremely tired family. Other than that the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I like staying at Embassy Suites because of the extra room and the nice breakfast.

We choose this hotel instead of downtown to save quite a bit of money. It is a bit hard to find, but it is a great hotel. Very clean and nice. The rooms were clean and spacious for the two of us. Breakfast was wonderful with made to order omelets. It was a distance to downtown, and was a $20 uber fare. Even with the uber costs this hotel came out much cheaper than the downtown Embassy Suites and met our every need. We would definitely stay here again when in the Savannah area.

Nice hotel with well equipped spacious rooms. Nice free appetizers and wine or drinks during evening reception. Well kept and clean. Nice beds and pillows. Free wi fi. Only significant complaints are rooms are a bit under lighted and rooms do not have enough accessible outlets for charging devices.

Very surprised by how nice this hotel is being that it is very affordable. Stopped here on my way home from the north going back to Florida and was pleasantly surprised. Haven't met a single employee who wasn't smiling and ready to help, front desk staff was nice and friendly and helped me with my request I made (through a 3rd party) that wasn't granted. I won't hesitate to stop here again! Very close to historic Savannah and PLENTY of food and drink options in the neighborhood of the hotel. Room was clean and big, no complaints here!

This somewhat unconventional Embassy Suites met or exceeded all expectations. While it did not include the usual aesthetic of a large atrium with indoor ponds/waterfalls, the difference was more than made up in the extra spacious suites. Two queen beds in the bedroom, a queen-sized couch bed, full table, lounge chair and oversized bathroom (with entrances from kitchenette and bedroom) all lent themselves to a very pleasant stay. The pool was refreshing, hot tub relaxing, and breakfast was the usual, above average ES fare. In all, I heartily recommend this property.

It was great from the time my family entered. First, as soon as we walked in, the lady that checked us in recognized that we were hungry and recommended 5 different places to eat. The hotel looked amazing upon entering and every staff member I came in contact with was extremely polite. The rooms were more than spacious, and the beds (and couches) were very comfortable. I surprised that there free drinks available just for being a guest! The bathroom had enough room to house a small family, and had all the items one might need if one forgot an item. The free breakfast in the morning was delivered, and would have gladly paid a nice price for it. Check-out was a breeze. In the area, there are several places to keep you busy. Movie theaters,I bowling, restaurants, bars and shopping. Iwish I'd stayed more than a day. I would gladly stay here again and would definitely recommend this place if one was in the area.

I booked and stayed at this hotel on our family trip to FL. I have stayed and always prefer Embassy Suite because of the suite setting, and the made to order breakfast. This is by far the most disappointing stay. There were 2-3 lights that aren't working in the room. Many items weren't stock for the housekeeping. For $250 with tax a night... this was disappointing. I'm glad it was only for a night.

Nothing has changed. We stayed here during a snow storm in route last year and came back for the same reason this time. I have stayed here several times. It is easy to get to from I95 and in a quiet convenient location. Staff is friendly and professional. Stayed over for a quick getaway with my wife. Convenient location. Cleanliness is everything you expect from an Embassy. In-door pool and Jacuzzi were nice since the weather was questionable. Overall a great location.

Miss Constance and most of the people at the front desk are amazing. Rooms are pretty clean for a hotel. The setup of Embassy Suites is nicer for long term traveling (been here about 6 weeks for work) with a living area than bedroom.

Had one issue with a front desk person being rude when trying to get some packets of coffee (1 for each day I stayed) but it was resolved well by the housekeeping manager.

I would definitely stay here again if I stayed in Savannah. Not too far from downtown and right across from the outlets and multiple shopping strips (restaurants and retail.)

We stayed here for an overnight in Savannah. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably stay at Embassy Suites going forward if we have a choice. It was great to have a suite with a fridge and sink in the living area. The bathroom was huge. We enjoyed the manager's reception in the afternoon. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Getting a made-to-order omelette certainly beats DIY waffles and a big chafing tray of dry scrambled eggs.

We stayed here for one night last week on our way to Florida. The pool was very nice & warm, although the hot tub was slightly green & smelled funny when turning the jets on, (that was the only negative about the hotel.) The staff was very friendly & helpful. The free breakfast was beyond our expectations with many different things to choose from & the nicest staff possible. The rooms were on the smaller side but they had everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, clean & white. Everything about this hotel was great. I definitely recommend this hotel & I would love to revisit it sometime in the near future. You get all the bang for your buck possible!

WONDERFUL stay at your hotel! My husband and I stayed in one of your beautiful suites for five nights mid-May, and we enjoyed every minute of it! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff was great too- from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the cleaning crew-they all were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Many even told us how much they loved their job. :) The made-to-order omelettes and breakfast bar were delish, and the free drinks and snacks each evening were excellent too! It was hard to leave! Thank you!!

I have stayed at many Hilton brand hotels in the Savannah area as I have two kids who have attended SCAD. Both the downtown Embassy Suites and this one in Pooler are by far my favorites. I've probably been to this location at least a half dozen times. Rooms are quiet, spacious and always clean, beds are comfortable, and I have always found staff very courteous. They offer a great breakfast with custom omelets and hot/cold buffer with efficient and kind kitchen/bussing staff who are busy! I haven't taken advantage of their evening reception yet. I often pick the Pooler site to avoid the downtown traffic and more economical prices, but Pooler has grown in leaps/bounds in the last 3 years so definitely more traffic, but offers a great deal of restaurant and shopping choices. Cons: The hotel is tucked away behind a shopping area(which does offer a quiet location), however if you're not familiar with area and have no gps, it's kind of difficult to find the access road. Limited laundry facility (2 washers/2 dryers) for 7 story hotel can sometimes make it challenge (especially if your helping with student's laundry).

My room felt like a small apartment. Very nice design, nice and welcoming staff. The breakfast is a nice touch as well. Excellent stay.
