A very warm welcome from Nicole and the gentleman who helped us a little later in the evening was also very personable. A very clean hotel and near many eateries and places to go see and visit. Look forward to staying again!

We really enjoyed staying here and I would recommend it to almost anyone, but it's not without its faults, so let's pick some nits shall we? The staff did their jobs well, but they aren't the most joyous people in the world (outside of a couple standouts). Why aren't they happier? The general areas are quite cold so wear a sweater during breakfast. The pool could be warmer and the bathrooms in the pool area are outside temp. Watch out in winter! The location isn't the greatest in relation to Bellevue Square and Factoria. A 10 min or less drive becomes 25 in rush hour. We also found the roads confusing around the hotel compared to anywhere else we've stayed in the Seattle area. There is quick merging or forks in the road that are so tight you can't distinguish on Google Maps. Our stay was mostly great though. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. I was told the mattress was good (unfortunately my 6 year old sleeps sideways so only one parent could fit in the bed so I was on the sofa bed). There's a little sink in the kitchenette that I used to clean my water bottles and travel mugs. I try to never use 1 time use cups. There is also lots of desk and counter space - perfect for charging devices or eating a meal in your room. The build quality is also top notch. A lot of times you can see where renovations were done because things don't quite line up but it was all perfect here. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had in this class of hotel. The buffet items were great, the scrambled eggs and french toast were outstanding for a buffet of this style. Of course, the made to order omelettes were the highlight. The omelette chef was so kind and happy. I wish I tipped her even more. She put on quite a show for my daughter. The happy hour in the evening wasn't just wine or beer. They had mixed drinks, too! The lady bartender was a complete joy (the guy bartender reminds of Scrooge or someone who is always grumpy)! Be careful, though, it's so easy to ruin your dinner with the yummy snacks like pita and hummus, veggies, chips and salsa, nut mixes and pop and juice.

Breakfast is 3/5. Reviewing the breakfast because that is the most important part of a hotel.
Here are the categories:
Coffee- 3/5
Coffee is good, they have decaf and tea but no soy creamer or other blends than “coffee”

Main course- 3/5
They have eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes
The bacon is NOT crispy but is flavorful
The potatoes are NOT crispy and it’s a bit of a bummer
They also have an order your own omelette station As well as oatmeal if you’re boring. Plenty of toppings for that

Dessert- 5/5
Waffles with hot syrup, donuts, and muffins that all taste very fresh. One of those make your own waffle stations

Drinks 5/5
Juice machine and soda machine

We've been coming here for over 15 years. Always a great time and relaxing, with or without kids. Big, comfortable atrium in the center makes for a happy place to sit while the kids play. Delicious, full morning breakfasts, and manager's special makes for a great way to end the day! The only issue we had with this time was they were short-staffed, so the dining area wasn't cleaned as efficiently as normal (although the one woman working there for clean up was working hard!), and they didn't have a good shuttle service in the evening. Otherwise a great time had by all!

Great hotel. Beds were great, walls were thick so you couldn't hear others and breakfast was great with lots of options. Hash browns were a little too salty but everything else was great. You could even get an omelet cooked just for you. Very open concept and nice staff. View on balcony both inside and outside were beautiful! Would definitely recommend.

So the rooms, service, and staff are all amazing!! But if you plan to have kids sleep on the couch bed I would rethink that! That bed was so hard my sister had back problems and headaches from bad sleep :( I felt so bad for her!
The best part was the amazing complimentary breakfast and appetizers! The breakfast has toast, bagels, muffins, and donuts. Along with eggs, Sausage, eggs, bacon, pancakes, make your own waffles. Drink were the typical juices and of course the omelette station was awesome! The cocktail hour is free drinks from 530-730 and comes with nachos and veggies!

I haven't had a bad experience staying at the Embassy in Bellevue. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I appreciate the many amenities that come with the stay. The breakfast spread is awesome. I'm a fan of the Manager reception, especially after a long day of work. The staff is very friendly and prompt when needing anything from room service to fresh towels.

I didn't get to enjoy this place enough... And only because I was here for a function for continuing education. Otherwise I loved my room, service was really good, the restaurant food was really good and the service was really good. The room service was so inexpensive and so convenient. I had a really comfortable stay. My bed was comfortable there was hardly any noise that traveled throughout the walls or the floors and ceilings. I really enjoyed my stay here and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more.

Pros
Continental breakfast with omelette bar
Complimentary drinks and snacks in evening
Pool, hot tub, exercise equipment
Bedroom separate from living area

Cons
Not very much natural light in living area because the rooms open to the interior of the hotel
Damage to light fixtures and stairwells that should be updated/repaired
This hotel holds private events on the main floor so the noise can be heard in your room. They set up late into the evening for the next event late at night and are very noisy when setting up.
Housekeeping is lacking. The carpets were dirty and there was feces on the underside of the toilet bowl in my room. The tub had so much hair in the drain it wouldn't drain very fast.

If the noise was less and the hotel room more clean I would stay again but as it is I wouldn't stay again.

Our baseball team was in from out of town for 2 nights and we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Bellevue. My family has stayed there several times before and we've always loved it as it's perfect for families (the separate suites, breakfast, and pool). I had a group of people to look after (8 rooms total) and I have to say that dealing with Ben and Kaila was so easy and they were extremely responsive and accommodating for all of our requests. They even helped us organize transportation to Safeco Field. This is the only place we'll stay at the next time we're in town. Thanks Ben and Kaila and to the hotel staff for making the experience so incredible.

We stayed here with a large group. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is great.. waffles, omelets, fruit, etc... Something for everyone. Complimentary happy hour with drinks and snacks is also a big hit! There is a pool, hot tub, and fitness center. My only complaint is the same for other embassy suites... Elevators are slow and get very full around busy check-in and check-out times. We often too the stairs but you have to plan on the slow times when leaving with suitcases. Also, there was a bra under our ottoman that wasn't ours..

Great place to stay for a business trip. I needed to be in the Seattle area for a week. For longer stays I really like the two room concept. You don't feel confined to a bedroom. With a cook to order breakfast and an evening reception, you have activities at the hotel. Free parking also saves money. I make finding an Embassy Suites a priority when traveling for business.

Went here to get a drink at the bar. The food menu, which I didn't order from didn't look anything special with the usual assortment of American cuisine. There beer list seemed fairly small as it didn't appear to be a full restaurant. The service was friendly, but we're very busy and they appeared understaffed I don't know if this is usual of this place having only been once. They had a couple TV's at the bar playing sports but nothing exceptionally large to view a game. I wouldn't try viewing anything sports related here with more than a group of 3. I liked the place, but it wasn't anything special. I don't feel the need to return.

Overall a good experience. The free drinks and snacks were great during the social hours. I only wish that they had some different snack options from one day to the other. Our first night there was a little annoying. It seems that kids running around yelling and playing in the lobby or hallways is okay from 9 p.m. till about 12. I was trying to enjoy a movie with my family but they were so loud it was hard to pay attention to the T.V.. Other than that we really had a great stay. The small kitchen area in our room was stocked with yummy treats. On Sunday we got a free shuttle ride to go see Black Panther at the local theater. Oh and our rooms came with robes per request. Beautiful lobby and great food at the restaurant.

Really nice rooms, quiet and very accessable to everything. Seattle is just 20 minutes away and 10 to downtown Bellevue. Great service, great staff, pretty good free breakfast every morning and free happy hour every night. Yes, free drinks for guests. We were here a year ago and experienced the same great service. I'd definitely come back to this hotel.

The Embassy Suites is amazing and has been renovated recently. There is free breakfast with an omelette bar with the usual choice of food at free breakfast hotels. Stay was great! Awesome breakfast and emmaculate rooms. The only possible negative was that they didn't have the right sports network channel in the rooms for my dad to watch a game that he wanted to watch, and that is so tiny, and that's the only thing I can think of.

Property was very nicely remodeled and we enjoyed the large room and the amenities.

However, I didn't quite understand why it was okay to have a very loud band playing in the ballroom below the guest rooms early on a Sunday morning. The music was so loud I could literally feel it vibrating my room, I had change and keys on the table beside my bed that were vibrating on the table. This hotel has ample event space, and that's great. But the events seem to interfere with the hotel guest experience in this capacity.

Sunday morning breakfast, nearly everything was out (this was around 945am). All the fruit bowls were empty, butter and cream cheese, waffle batter, juice, coffee... I tried to find an employee but there was no one around in the food area. Come to think of it, the entire time I was downstairs I think the only staff members I saw were the ladies cooking omlettes, and a lone busser on the other end of the atrium.

Nicer property that has been recently refurbished. Rooms are clean and tidy, but the decor is still a bit dated. They do take care of their diamonds though, and their breakfast area was newly updated as well. A good rate for a good property.

My wife and I love this location. It provides a lot of value for the money in the form of great amenities, friendly and helpful service, and the best breakfast buffet I have seen without having to pay a good deal more for the stay. Located just outside Seattle in the lovely city of Bellevue this Hilton location allowed us convenient access to major highways, local shopping, and easy trips to Seattle, Tacoma or any other part of the area you care to visit while enjoying clean and well appointed rooms. The service at the hotel Grill was exemplary and the food delicious. There are lot of local treasures within easy reach as well such as the Mox Boarding House, The Crossroads mall, with it's incredibly diverse food court.
There are lakes in either direction just moments away and of course with a short drive you can be on the Puget Sound for enjoyment of the shore or even better take a ferry trip across to the Olympic Peninsula for a day of sight seeing and outdoor adventure!
If you don't feel like venturing forth there are few pleasures more delightful than a good breakfast followed by a day in bed listening to the rain. Even better, the grill does great room service and there are several local venues that deliver.

Nice breakfast and free evening cocktails. Place a bit behind in upkeep, but not unbearably so. (hook on door missing, windows water stained from the rainy season) Fridge and microwave in the room was convenient. Staff not particularly warm or bright. Food and housekeeping staff busy busy keeping up after everyone... They seemed overworked or poorly managed?, making them not particularly happy.

Older hotel. Could use some upgrades. Did not quite meet expectations for cleanliness or serenity. Noise from hallways into rooms and doors closing are apparent. Food trays with leftovers left in halls all-day. House keeping needed to bring clean sheet for the pull-out sofa, as it had not changed.
Evening reception was average. Breakfast was decent, good omelets.
Not my first pick when in the area, but will do for the right price.

Stayed here at the Bellevue Embassy Suites this week, and the cleaning staff mistakenly thought I was departing on Tues, so they removed some exercise clothing from my room. I called housekeeping but got no answer, so i stopped by the front desk to explain the situation. I travel ALOT, and so I know it can be difficult to track down lost items (I'd say 8-10 times you are screwed), but this time Nikki at the front desk was amazingly helpful. She took me phone number, personally contacted her staff and within 2hrs let me know the items had been located and were being shipped to my home. Got them yesterday!! Easily one of the top 3 experiences ever, Nikki was AWESOME!!

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Only 3 stars because the walls are paper thin and I could hear the person in the next room coughing loud enough to think they were in my own room. When the neighboring room closed their room door it slams with enough force to shake my bed in the next room. Also the large 1.5 inch gap under the room door was strange and allowed folks on the hall to intrude on your privacy. The breakfast area was confusing - it seems they just put stuff wherever (ie napkins and silverware not next to each other). So only 3 stars for being comfy.

I came to Embassy Suites with my students for a choir trip. I picked this hotel for our tour because of the free full breakfast and free parking. The breakfast was amazing with made to order omlettes, waffles, oatmeal, and so much more. The rooms were very large and very comfortable, even for my students who slept 5 to a room. Every room had a living room with a pullout sleeper couch, making 3 beds per room. The staff was friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. My interactions with the staff in booking and planning our trip were also wonderful. Overall, this was probably my best experience with booking and staying in a hotel.

Stayed here on business. First room, the guest next to me was very loud, slamming doors for hours and kids crying and sounded like they were in the room with me while I was trying to sleep. Was moved to another room. This time, the person next to me had to have been smoking three packs as the smell filled my room(this is a non-smoking hotel). They clearly have good ratings but this unacceptable for this chain. The staff was very friendly and that is the only reason why I give this a very shaky 2 stars. Would be hard pressed to stay here again.

We decided to stay here for our Family "Stay-cation". This was the only available hotel with indoor pool for kids. It is a nice hotel, however, we were not aware of the social (private) events that get held in the massive courtyard. Trying to get a 1.5yr old kid to nap doesn't work when there is music blasting and people being loud. The door seals at the bottom of the room doors are not present allowing MORE noise to enter room. Staff has been friendly, however, explaining locations of rooms and things around the hotel as well as social events would be beneficiary.

Great place to stay. Very Clean rooms and the breakfast and coffee (not that starbucks crap) are included in the room rate. If you travel a lot, this is a big plus if you're like me an always on the go. They also have a resturant on site for lunch or dinner. We were upgraded to a suite at no cost - thanks guys! It had a well polished courtyard area, with a business center, ample comfortable seating, and a professional feel to it. The water was infused with a hint of lemon, and the staff were quite courteous. I only came to meet someone who had flown in on corporate business, but I walked away with a very positive impression.

Stranded in Seattle and looking for some place to stay and my fiance and I found this place. We made by 7:20 and the front desk was so helpful and even told us to hurry for free cocktails and there was a wonderful breakfast the next morning, not just a muffin but an omelette bar and waffle bar and hot food. The bed was so comfy and it was all around great.

Our stay at embassy suites was great. I love how you get two rooms instead of one, especially when traveling with older children. Those who wake up early or stay up later can hang out in the front without disturbing everyone else. The rooms themselves were nicely laid out and comfortable.

We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very spacious. The additional half bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the free breakfast and had it both mornings of our stay. The bed was conformable and very large. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are great but there are little things that make you scratch your head in wonder. The cleaning staff doesn't seem to know what coffee looks like. My room didn't get coffee refilled but I got a lot of hot chocolate... The breakfast is disorganized and unnecessarily stressful.

On a good note, they have the best bartender I've ever met. He'll take good care of your needs.

Loved the hotel, the rooms where great. However, there was construction going on, a sweet 16 party 4 floors below our room, and drunk guys in the bar all of which made it feel like we were in a very loud mall. Wasn't relaxing. I know it feels different during the week but not sure it's worth it if your trying to find a hotel that is quiet.

Very nice remodel since I was last there! The breakfast setup is really impressive -especially the omelet bar! ! !
Every member of the staff were incredibly polite and very helpful!
I really enjoyed the visit last night -my room was great and I slept with no interruptions inside or outside.

Great place to stay in Bellevue. Busy place, but room is quiet and comfortable. Free coffee and breakfast are wonderful and eating area large enough to give everyone some space. The Cascades restaurant could stand on its own! What a find! We ate there twice, full entrees, and invited guests to join us. Wait staff, however, could learn some pointers on professionalism and how to serve; even though ambiance is casual they could be more gracious, especially since prices are not "casual". (This is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars.) Otherwise, great job!

We stayed one night in a "premium suite" on the 5th floor. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and came with a small selection of free snacks (chips and candy). Our TV didn't work properly. The channels did not match the numbers listed on the guide and some of them were missing altogether. Otherwise we had no issues with the room.

Breakfast was pretty good. It was available from 6am-9am. A good number of options were available including the made to order omelets.

We will definitely return to embassy suites in the future.

Visited family and got room service. They were apparently between changing menus, which meant they had to keep telling us "oh we don't actually have that." chicken sandwich was decent. Bread a little burned and side salad a little too iceberg heavy. The one cocktail of the four they could still apparently do (a Moscow mule) was tasty.

This hotel has been remodeled since I was last here 4 years ago. It now had a very modern look and feel in both the lobby and the rooms. It is very clean, and the service is excellent. My family and I especially enjoyed the nightly snack time with free chips, salsa, and drinks as well as the excellent complimentary breakfast buffet.

Embassy suites is one of my favorite hotels to use while traveling. The rooms are extremely clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. This time my room is right across from the pool, and although there are a lot of families there i cannot hear them in my room they also have great breakfast!

They are about 90% complete with remodeling the interior of the hotel. The new rooms have nice amenities that appeal to the business traveler.

Breakfast in the lobby is always good.

Book early! This place fills up fast and often!
