• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Embassy is great! We love the evening reception and the breakfast is fantastic. The reason for four stars is because our room smelled like cigarette smoke and it supposed to be a non smoking hotel.

Overall, I enjoy staying here. If I can get a higher floor away from the restaurant, it is 5 stars. The problem is that all of the rooms on at least the first and second floors, surrounding the atrium where the reception and breakfast take place are extremely loud. There is a door you can close two separate the living area and bedroom in the suite that does help a bit, along with leaving the TV on. The hotel is conveniently located close to Alderwood Mall, numerous restaurants and shopping, and easy access to the freeway. The food at the hotel is very good. There is a swimming pool and Fitness area. The beds are very comfortable, in my opinion. Again, if I can get a room on the south side of the hotel, all is well.

The accommodation, staff and everything else were first class. We ate at the hotel every evening - all good. The breakfasts were fantastic. We were really impressed with our waitress - Anastasia - great girl!

The only hotel we stay at when we travel to that area. Been our favorite hotel for years. Spent the nights over our wedding and go back every year for our anniversary. The breakfast is amazing! The new breakfast area is beautiful. The remodel is looking nice!

We have a nice two room suite on the third floor overlooking I-5. Nice atmosphere and clean inside and out though minor construction going on. Well maintained could use a little cleaning on outside wall. Milk was warm and sausages cold at breakfast but omelet bar was superb.

I didn't stay here but I was here for a conference. Usually I wouldn't leave a review for a hotel I didn't sleep at but I have to give them a shout out. I have been to several day long training seminars hosted by the same company at many different hotels and this was by far the best. Despite being in the middle of remodels, the facility was clean and quiet. The staff was incredibly responsive to the needs of the presenter and the attendees. If I ever need a hotel in the area I will stay here, the customer service sold me.

Wow!! What a hotel! First off, the design was amazing!! It was so big and just beautiful. They have a huge common area on the bottom floor. The rooms were pretty big! And the bed in our room was huge and so comfortable. After we came back from our activities that day, our room had been tidied up and it looked so nice. They even folded our own personal blankets and things. It was awesome! The location is good. It's close to the Lynnwood Rec Center which is pretty fun. It's also not too far from downtown Seattle. The service was incredible and the hotel staff was so nice, happy, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Lots of open space in the interior courtyard areas. Our double queen rooms were very nice and also very spacious. Restaurant wasn't great but it was good and the prices were surprisingly good.

Due to the large open interior courtyards it seemed pretty noisy at times but the bedroom area was on the back side of the room so I don't think it is a problem when sleeping.

Great venue for corporate events. The staff is exceedingly helpful and accommodating. The restrooms were under renovation during our event, which was a bit awkward with so many attendees, but they opened a few rooms for use. The walls are a bit thin, so other events were able to be heard during ours, so it wasn't too distracting. The only real negative was that the tables we had while eating were so packed with chairs that we were quite literally elbow ro elbow while eating.

We stayed here along with many extended family members who were in town for a birthday party. Great staff and customer service. I really enjoyed the free snacks in the room that were much appreciated after a long flight. The also free breakfast was great and cooked to order-pretty rare nowadays. The wait staff was also extremely friendly. I would definitely stay again

I attended a work event in one of the meeting rooms at the Embassy Suites and the amenities provided or top-notch. And the food that was available for lunch was pretty good. The only minor negative was that they decided to do some drilling right outside our meeting room which was a distraction but lasted only 15 minutes. All in all I would definitely recommend this venue for work events.

Beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was nice. It is under construction which wasn't a big deal for us but pool was closed. I'm glad they are updating because the carpeting in the whole place is old and it's time. We would stay again. Our moms night getaway was perfect.

Excellent place for a stay. The rooms are neat and quiet. The breakfast in the morning has a lot of options and the omelette which was made to order was perfect. There is a large parking space outside the hotel. The Google Maps navigation kind of leaves you in the middle of the road as destination, but the hotel is easily reachable from the end of the navigation. Definitely recommend this place if you find yourself travelling through this area for a night stay.

My family stayed here for a week in a 2 room suite. The children loved the drinks and snacks provided daily. The rooms and the pool were kept very clean. We got to enjoy the breakfast daily. We were there while the hotel was being renovated. It was no bother to us. We would love to come back in the future!

We had to stay here while our counters in the apartment were being resurfaced. It took 4 days to complete the work. During this time the staff here was amazing. They made sure our room was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Drew, one of the managers, went out of his way to make sure we comfortable and had everything we needed. This was not a planned stayed, but with the help of Drew and his team, you'd never notice they weren't already expecting us. We will be back for a starvation when we just need a night away. Thank you.

We just finished our stay at the embassy suites Lynnwood and wanted to share our experience with you. We found the text from staff asking how our staff was very helpful. When we arrived in our room it was extremely hot, we lowered the temperature and four hours later it was still extremely hot. We went to the pool and were very disappointed by how unclean it was. The water was green, there was a lot of hair and just filth everywhere. We came back to our very hot room to shower to discover the drain was broken (would not stay up to drain) we text and they sent someone up 20 mins later to fix it, the engineer was on their lunch so understandable. The engineer was in our room less then one minute and said there was nothing he could do. The front desk never checked back to make sure the issue was fixed. We had to sleep with the window open so the room would be at a comfortable temperature. The window faces the hwy which made it very difficult to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was also disappointing, sausage was pink and under cooked and food was not very warm. The staff was nice and seemed eager to help but when it came down to it they didn't follow through. We have stayed at many embassy suites and this was by far the worst experience we have had.

***update: We were given another night stay which we used this weekend. The experience was fantastic! Staff was incredibly nice and let us check in early even though our room wasn’t ready by upgrading our room to one that was available. Room was clean and AC worked well. Breakfast in the morning was great! My only slight comment was that the restaurant is being remodeled so the restaurant space was in the atrium. They only had one staff member working so service was extremely slow. But food was very yummy. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back again. Thank you Rachel Blake for making it right!

Quiet. Great Location. Nice rooms.

Perfect if you are traveling in the area. Only negative is the style of hotel. If you have never stayed at an Embassy Suites then you don't know how the open area can echo. Nothing horrible but of there is a lot of people in the courtyard you can hear it.

That is the only issue. Small but if noise is an issue for you just understand it can happen. It does not interfere with sleeping though because of the room designs.

The hotel is moderately old, but recently renovated. I've been staying there annually, for many years. Somehow the renovation has made the hotel feel cheaper. The bathroom fixtures are rusty, vents have mold, and furniture feels cheap. It has some of the slowest elevators I have ever experienced, so plan on taking the stairs and saving a lot of time. The attached restaurant is decent for dinner or having drinks with friends.

Nice place, helpful staff, very good breakfast - especially in a time of renovation. Advice: get a room on the side opposite the highway if you like fresh air, because the highway never sleeps. And there is no sign visible from the street - you won't see it when you get off the highway.

Embassy Suites was a unique hotel. Overall, we got great value out of our stay. The only negative thing I have about the room is that it had a smell of cigarettes. It was not overwhelming to us, but enough to make you make a face when walking into the room. Other than the slightly off-putting smell, the room was nice. The bed was comfortable, and it was very nice to have a lounge area, as well as a bedroom. Our room was quiet and I felt safe inside and outside the hotel. The pool was a little disappointing as well. Although the cave/waterfall feature is unique and cool, there seems to be some water damage in the ceiling above the pool, which has caused the paint to peel, which looks unsanitary and disgusting. The pool was too cold for me personally to stay in longer than 5 or 10 minutes, but we enjoyed some time in the hot tub. The next morning we had breakfast in the atrium, which was good, and efficient. We did not have to wait to get food, and we enjoyed everything we had! I would probably stay here again because of the value, but I would definitely try and change to a room without a cigarette odor.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast omelettes are decent and reception (drinks and snacks in the afternoon till 7:30p) is an interesting idea. The building itself feels like a hotel built inside a Costco or aircraft hangar painted a uniform depressing beige, but it has a lot of room for conferences and such. Pool has a tacky but it's-cute-that-they-tried waterfall that comes from the ceiling, kinda neat. The shuttle will take you around within a 5 mile radius of the property. Not a ton of options for food or entertainment within walking distance like places nearer to Seattle, but there are a few strip malls in the area with a little verity (Pho, burgers, pizza, etc). A comfortable and practical decision.

After switching from another Seattle area hotel to Embassy Suites, this place was a breath of fresh air. The hotel is 100% non-smoking, so it is great for families and others who enjoy non-toxic rooms. The room was super clean, including the bathroom. Some of the amenities in the room included TVs in the bedroom and living room, a fridge, microwave, and a coffee pot of course (coffee in the room was Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, which I preferred over the Seattle's Best that was served at breakfast).

The staff were quick to respond. I asked to replace the decaf coffee with regular, and someone was at my door within a few minutes. I also had a small problem that required a maintenance person, and he arrived within a few minutes to fix it. Note that you can text them at any time with your requests, if you don't want to go downstairs.

Daily breakfast includes everything from eggs to bacon/sausage, potatoes, pancakes/french toast, fruit, oatmeal, bagels/muffins, and made-to-order omelettes. The evening reception is much lighter, with veggies and dip, chips and dip, etc., but also includes beverages.

The hotel is right off the I-5, and is within 10 minutes of many beautiful places to hike, if you enjoy being outdoors. Be sure to visit Meadowdale Beach Park, if you get the chance. Food-wise in Lynnwood, if you like Thai food, visit Chili Basil. If you enjoy Indian food, visit Royal India.

Note that a car ride to Seattle Center is 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. I enjoyed staying outside of the city, but always tried to work around peak traffic times.

Great staff, location is bread- right off the highway. It didn't take more than 30 mins to get into the city though we avoided rush hour for the most part. The text messages confirming my room was clean and check out were nice, but my digital key was slow and only worked sometimes.

This is written from a few years ago when I stayed here. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, but the recreational rooms were not that good. Too much chlorine used in the pool, and the fitness center could have been kept cleaner. Staff was respectful, and kind, as they gave us a complimentary upgrade. Mediocre hotel, might stay here again.

THe hotel was still under alittle construction when we first got there and when we left the only construction I saw was where they make food for breakfast. The rooms were very nice an clean. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs (we self to ordered ours), bacon, bagels, toast, French toast, potatoes, and more. Always had fresh coffee out even at night. We never went to the pool or the gym so can't comment on it. There was only 1 incident and that was I had the sign for room service (which what I thought was) and had all the dirty liens by the door to make it easier for them but they never showed up. They had to send a gentleman at 9:00 PM when we got back to the room to give us sheets to put on the bed an towels. One side says do not disturb and the other says maid is inside which I thought was the side you turned it on for room service. Other than that we enjoyed it an I still rate it a 5.

So many things to love about this place. The kids enjoy the indoor pool. I love the free drinks reception from 5:30-7:30 every night. We did have some trouble with our A/C the first night, but we told the staff and by the time we had returned from the days excursion it was fixed. Plus laundry machines for guests to use at a decent price is a real plus.

This place was good. Clean and spacious, plenty of people at the bar, clean and courteous staff, and the rooms were great.

The food selection was a little behind, and there's only one elevator, with a confusing stair option. I'd stay again, but only because it's across the street from my building.

Also liked the digital key option. Using my phone to open doors was very convenient.

Went there for a social event. Big airy courtroom which was pretty cool! The conference room we had was nice enough, but there were partially taped cords on the floor and other stuff left over from the last people using the room. They also got our event name wrong on the signs.(it was obvious it was still us, we had the correct room)

Nice rooms, friendly staff, conveniently located near the highway. Renovations are a bit inconvenient and the lobby is in a temporary area that's a bit cramped. Would return here provided renovations are completely finished and will call first to make sure of that before returning.

Great for families, and a relaxing place to just "get away for awhile." The suites consist of two rooms - a comfortable private bedroom, and a living area with a hide-a-bed couch that works well for children. There are sturdy tables and desks, and plenty of outlets for charging electronic devices.

The main part of the hotel is a large, open space lit by skylights and tastefully decorated with seating and greenery. Plenty of places to visit, read a book, or set up a laptop.

Complimentory breakfast is amazing, with a wide range of buffet-style food including eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, toast, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, variety of breakfast cereals, and of course, made-to-order omelettes.

There's also an evening reception which includes complimentary drinks (soda, wine, beer, mixed drinks), chips, salsa, party mix, and fresh veggies with dip. There is a little tip jar for the bartender, and we always bring extra cash for this, but it's optional - they treat everyone like honored guests regardless of tipping habits.

Embassy Suites in general are a little on the spendy side, but worth every penny when you include breakfast costs, and the value of a stress free, all-inclusive environment.

Full service hotel with meeting rooms, restaurant and bar. Very attentive staff. I stayed recently on a business trip and was conducting a one-day seminar in one of their meeting rooms. We have been waiting for 3 hours now and our room still isn't ready. The people are rude. I have 5 kids here waiting for this party and they wouldn't even let us go into the pool room to make time go by faster. So now we sit in the waiting room and drinking coffee and the kids are downing sugar packets and coffee. Not a good experience at all. Not impressed whatsoever. This shouldn't take 3 hours to clean out one room. And it wouldn't be so bad if they would have let us into the pool while we were waiting for the room...

The rooms are nice for the price and the beds are pretty comfortable. There is a buffet style breakfast that's included with the room price. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I was there in the middle of the hotel's renovation and I kind of miss the previous tropical plants with the waterfall and river running through the main floor, which gave the hotel a tropical resort feel.

Not bad for a place that has remodeling underway. Beds were 7 out of 10, nice and plush. Pillows were good. My room package came with snacks - Cookies, candy bars, chips, juice and water. This place has washers and dryers unlike most Embassy suites. Onsite eatery is good. Had the burger which was good, fish and chips were greasy pucks, not good.

The drawback during the wedding was that half of the balls were closed off because of renovation which is good and bad. Overall a nice place for the event.

I am leaving this review on behalf of my mother from a few months back. "This has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievably friendly and did everything they probably could have to make this one of my favorite stays. I will always stay at this hotel any time I come visit family in Seattle. My children called the manager and she hand delivered flowers for mothers day when she clearly did not have to. Things like that just show how over the top they are. Promote the manager, give all of the staff a raise!"

Hotel is currently under construction but other wise the staff has done very well at making me feel welcome. The managers reception is a great addition after working all day.

Most amazing stay. The room was very clean and was behind my expectations. The staff was super friendly from check in to check out. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Currently in the process of being remodeled. The room and facilities felt clean. Embassy Suites has the best breakfast in the industry, however, on this occasion it was barely edible. Everything from the food line was cold and several items were near empty. My wife got an omelet which was good but the rest of the breakfast failed. I believe they were using a temporary kitchen during the remodel so it may be a temporary problem.

I was there for business for 2 weeks and everyone was super friendly. Anything that I needed or issues that arose were taken care of fast. The staff were all very helpful especially the bartenders and wait staff. The front desk associates were fantastic

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, but the recreational rooms were not that good. Too much chlorine used in the pool, and the fitness center could have been kept cleaner. Staff was respectful, and kind, as they gave us a complimentary upgrade. Mediocre hotel, might stay here again.

Not too much within walking distance, but short drive to mall and restaurants. Still under renovation, but the 2 room suite i stayed in was fairly nice, with 2 TV's (32" only), bar fridge, and microwave. Pool OK, with hot tub, but sauna was out of service. Friendly, efficient front desk staff.

We go here at least once a year. Great REAL 2 room suites AND breakfast, not continental. but eggs made to order , fruit something for everyone. Weekends free drinks for the managers special .

The rooms look great after the remodel that was in progress last time I was here. Eating dinner downstairs with the temporary front desk in the middle of the restaurant was a new experience for me. As i enjoyed my reuben sandwich, I got to overhear some interesting stories from various lost and locked out hotel guests, after returning from their evenings of overindulgence. This was more entertaining than sitting up in my room all night and reading news reports about Mr. Trump's latest offensive and habitual attacks on various innocent minorities. :)

I'm still in the middle of my stay, but it's just been fine so far. I'm here with my wife and 2 kids. They're doing construction, and thankfully it's not too hard to navigate. The breakfast was pretty good as well. I was pretty disappointed in the helpfulness of the staff - twice I tried to roll in our luggage on a cart with two kids (under 3) in tow, and both times the front desk people just watched me struggle with the doors. None of the staff have been very welcoming so far.

Beautiful room. The only complaint is that they're remodeling the atrium and they've lined the balconies with plastic during construction. The plastic creates a kind of greenhouse environment even with the air on. Other than this, everything was great and the front desk was accommodating and helpful.

The room was wonderful, but I forgot my shoes there. When I called them to try to get them back, they told me that they had thrown them away. I am not impressed.

Clean, but loud. Neighbors were irritating. Kept slamming their doors. Walls are paper thin and I could hear them arguing. I'll spend my money elsewhere next time.

I was greeted by someone's old food tray sitting in front of our door, so at first i though the room might be occupied. The A/C was set at a decent 65, but i turned it up to 69 and it was loud for awhile. Popcorn ceilings are outdated. The rooms are decently stylish, but some of the furnishings need replaced. No weird smells, even though the bathroom ceiling was soaked after a shower. The bed was comfortable, but I cant say much for sleep as I had a bad cold.

The rest of the hotel seemed decent, though the carpets in the hall needed cleaning. Definitely a step down from the Embassy Suites in Charlotte, NC. Your dollars might go further by visiting a coastal inn on the San Juan Islands, but if you're stopping through on business, this may be ok. I can't speak for the food quality as I ate elsewhere on this trip. The interior courtyard is probably the best thing about this hotel.
