ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

I already liked the setup of the Embassy Suites. Now. I am also impressed by their COVID19 precautions with room cleaning and food offerings that still limit interaction.

Honestly hands down the best staff! Angela is really on top of her tasks and is so helpful (even since her new promotion;)). We had a few issues with our ac unit and it was attended to. We’ve been here since September 2019 as long term residents until we get a house the weekly rates are affordable. Even due to the recent Covid crisis I have never had a worry if our place was clean or not. They’re always cleaning lol! The newer staff are all super nice and respectful too compared to the old staff, when we first arrived. Respectfully- the family with the German Shepard! :)

We have stayed at many Embassy Suites, and we loved everything about this one...EXCEPT, $19 for parking...Really!!?? I understand paid parking in a downtown urban hotel (Seattle, Portland, LA, etc.), but $19 in this suburban setting with a large wraparound outdoor lot...again, REALLY!? There are at least 3-4 other large hotels very near and we didn't see any other with a one arm bandit parking barrier. Come on Hilton/Embassy! Unacceptable, we won't stay here again despite the great room and great staff. At the very least you should discount or comp your Hilton Honors members

Nice clean rooms. Social hour is awesome and cooked to order breakfast. The atrium is really nice and the hotel is well taken care of. This is an older Embassy but overall we enjoyed our stay!

The service at Embassy Suites was exceptional. They had a shuttle service that picked me up promptly from the airport and took me to the hotel. It was a nice and clean experience and the provided breakfast was ideal for my situation. Randomly my TV went out while I was watching it and they had someone there to fix it in no time. I will be staying again here soon.

Great spot with free breakfast in the morning and free drinks in the afternoon 5pm to 730pm. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Just call to setup in advance. There is a very nice running path just behind the hotel that can give you an easy 5 miles out (10 miles total). Or just turn back sooner for less miles. There is also a mall and AMC movies about half a mile away...

Rooms are alright but we had a smoke smell coming from the rooms down the hall so we walked the other direction. Pool was a bit smaller than we thought and the hot tub wouldn't turn on. Service is good but a bit abrasive. We might be too used to Midwestern hospitality.

The location is amazing it's right off the freeway it's right next to a ton of eating places and if you need to go to the airport it's only 10 min away. The room I had was the cheaper of their rooms but was still amazing and would stay in one again amazingly clean and welcoming. The service from all the employees there was fanominal

The staff is friendly and really make you feel comfortable. It was well worth the money, the free happy hour is perfect and inviting. We came with our teenage kids and it has been a great experience. Would definitely recommend it, and you're only about 20 min from the city.

Great Hotel, Great Staff and Great Rooms!

We stayed here for our cruise to Alaska and had a great suite here at Embassy Suites. Check in was easy, breakfast was great as usual, and the staff was awesome! The little restaurant inside the hotel (I cant remember the name) was awesome too! ROCK SHRIMP my favorite! Great memories at this hotel, with family!

Very beautiful hotel. Great location, close to airport. Great staff. Only downfall is that you need to pay for parking since they are part owners with the airport.

Like all Embassy Suites they have hot breakfast and every room is a suite- exactly what I expect. The breakfast people are really nice and the shuttle will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius and the airport. It’s perfect for business trips and I would bring my family here. The gym and pool/ hot tub are basic.

Location of the hotel was right at the heart of the city, around 5 minute drive to the Westfield mall. The atrium where evening reception and breakfast was served was impressively renovated. Rooms were a very good size. The mini-fridge doesn't have a freezer though. The carpets in the room looked like they needed an update.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I love Embassy Suites because of their happy hour with free drinks and snacks in the evening. The hotel was very nice, check in was quick and easy, and the rooms were nice as well. Also, I should add that breakfast was very good too. I ate the breakfast buffet all three days and the omelettes were so good. However, the last day/night is where there were some issues. The first was beyond Embassy Suites control as our neighbors were very loud late at night. However we called the front desk around 11:15 PM and they solved the issue quickly and professionally. However the second issue became a nuisance for us and everyone as the fire alarm went off 3 separate times at midnight, 7AM and then around 8:30 AM and we had a morning flight to catch so we got very little sleep. Apparently the FD said it must be due to an alarm problem. I would say that issue definitely needs to be fixed ASAP since everyone staying there was annoyed by it. Other than the two issues at the end of our stay, I enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay again.

This stay was for a family fun weekend. After staying two nights, the famiy decided that Embassy will always be our 1st selection for future stay. Price was reasonable and our rooms (3) above our expectation. We love the Embassy Suites because they made us feel like royalty. Happy Hour, the food and breakfast was (made to our our) was EXCELLENT. Will always suggest this hotel to everyone.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast and Happy hour was very good. Lobby and Dining area is very nicely put together.
Only problem, the Jacuzzi was not operating correctly. It was bubbling up very badly, because of too much chlorine. It was very sudsy!!!!!

I was somewhat disappointed in the facility, the advertising makes it look much more upscale than it actually is. The building is aged, and there are many obvious signs of its aging. Bathrooms in the rooms lack fans, which I personally disliked. The elevators are fast however, so that was a plus.

The worse part about this place has nothing to do with the hotel. Embassy Suites is always nice and the staff very friendly. The breakfast staff and bartenders are amazing. My issue is with all of the irresponsible parents that let their children run wild. There were kids throwing pretzels off the top floor at people...and when they ran out of food they started throwing coins. Kids joy-riding on the elevators illuminating every floor. Kids screaming and running laps around each floor. No control whatsoever.

The only negative thing I really have about the hotel is the WiFi here is overloaded and super slow.

I had a good stay. The complimentary breakfast was great. I had forgotten to bring the knob that plugs into the wall to charge my phone, but I did have a cord. Unfortunately, there was not a USB port to be found in the room. I was able to borrow a charger from the front desk.

Nice venue inside. Parking lot was a little confusing and ended up driving around the building to a dead end. Once I did park, finding the main entrance was underwhelming. Lack of signage and/or lighting. I knew where the front of the building was and just wanted that way until I find the front door.

The night before an early morning flight we always like to start our vacation a day early and stay in the airport area in a hotel.... this is one of our favorites. With the evening reception including snacks and drinks, a pool, parking, a comfortable room and nights sleep, a morning breakfast, and a convenient airport shuttle...... it can't be beat!

This was a nice hotel. The room was clean, the pool and hot tub was great, and the breakfast was great. The reason I knocked off one star was first, the parking was an additional fee, and there were complications trying to get out of the lot as the machine would not read my room card. Second, the heating / AC unit was louder than a normal hotel.

We were in town for a funeral and were arriving early AM since we had to be in La Connor by 1pm. We had called the day before and inquired about an early check in. Michelle said she would take care of us, and she did! We were able to be in our room early, change our clothes and be on the road for La Connor by 10:30 am. Our room was clean, the bed was soooo comfortable, and I really enjoyed the sitting room adjacent to the bedroom. It was like we were in our living room at home watching T.V. Room service was prompt and the pizza from Basil's kitchen downstairs was delicious! We enjoyed the social hour with the complimary snacks and drinks. Their sangria tasted refreshingly good. We didn't have time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but I saw the set up on our way out, and the omelette bar looked awesome! Everything about our stay was enjoyable and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Thank you Michelle for taking care of us when we needed it!

Upon arrival I was informed the hotel made a change to my reservation that I booked on line. I was put into a 2 bed room when I booked a single King and I went from non-smoking to smoking. When I went into my room I was overwhelmed by the smell of stale cigarette smoke and just a horrible odor. Then when I walked by the bathroom my sinuses and chest immediately began acting up as I am DEATHLY allergic to mold. I went down and was re-assigned a new room. That room was better but still had an odor and was still a 2 bed room. The cocktail happy hour was nice, great bartender. The restaurant was good, Jessica the waitress was AMAZING. She made the trip that much better. There was some other customer service issues that to me are reflected in the overall condition of the hotel. I know there are folks there that work hard and put forth the effort everyday but you can tell that it is from the top down there. I will make sure I never book a room there ever again. Even after their so called "upgrade".

We had the good Fortune to upgrade our room to the presidential suite, and it was absolutely worth it. The room is lovely, the beds are comfy, and there's plenty of space. The breakfast was very tasty, and there's a nice happy hour in the evening with snacks and beverages that adds a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly nice Embassy Suites, easy drive to the airport and comfortable. Everything is just fine but also everything could be better and I've had better at other Embassy Suites. Breakfast was fine but the pastries we're boring and the bacon is just the substandard microwave variety. Evening reception was fine but the beer and wine we're boring selections and the food was fresh but nothing special. It's a suburban setting but they charge $15 for parking. Our suite had double beds, not queens. The pool and exercise rooms were small. The atrium had a small fountain but mostly just some chairs and tables, no greenery or anything special. They do have a Pokemon Go gym, haha.

We chose this location because it was convenient to my work location and had a shuttle. We didn't actually ride the shuttle because we were on hold for 10 minutes and nobody answered, so we took a cab instead. The rooms are older but clean. The atrium with the dining area is nice, bright, and inviting. I like the option to have a 1 bedroom room so I can work without interrupting my children who are traveling with me. We enjoyed the pool and the evening reception as well. I would stay here again when I come back to Seattle.

Great location, this hotel is a short drive from the airport but not so close you get the noise of aircraft. Typical Embassy Suites, the hospitality is excellent. The breakfast and happy hour make this the perfect place for groups. The particular hotel had lots of seating in a modern decor. The on site restaurant serves up Italian fare, but the are plenty of other choices close by. You can get a little street nose at times, but over all, this is my first choice when staying near SeaTac

We arrived late night on the last day of our honeymoon to find out our travel agent had mistakenly booked us a smoking room, With very little options left Octavia was able to find us a queen size jr suite. The room was very clean and perfect for the few hours we had there, however upon finding out it was our last night of our honeymoon Octavia went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND and set us up a fantastic little movie night with pop corn and a movie. We were beyond thankful and highly appreciative of her. Thank you again Octavia you truly made our stay!

Great service from the front desk and guest services. We arrived right near the end of the Managers Reception. They just so happened to extend it another half an hour which was very nice after a 3 hour drive. Lauren took great care of us, made sure we had everything we needed and was able to answer any question at anytime of the day. We travel down for hockey and softball tournaments and will definitely be going back.

Nice hotel, favorite part of my stay was the breakfast, probably the best spread I've ever had at a hotel breakfast. The facilities (pool, fitness room) were also nice and clean. The location was great, 15 minute drive to the airport, though getting into Seattle was troublesome because of the traffic on the 405. The sofa beds were less than optimal, felt like I was sleeping directly on springs, and there was little to no support, and they are not made to sleep 2 adults. However, the main beds were very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

The breakfast was a phenomenal variety of food. The reception was fun and had a good variety of snacks. The people who eork at the front desk are courteous and helpful. All the common areas felt clean and comfortable. I stayed in a 2 queen suite for four nights on a business trip. My only complaint about the room is that it is dim in the shower and the outlet by the desk is only accessible by crawling under the desk. Overall no major problems to think about.

Very nice location!!! But we stay at Embassy all the time from City to City, and this location charged us $50 a night for security deposit. We are Silver Hilton Honors and no other Embassy had done that EVER!!! Even though it will be refunded, that was entirely too much. It was not on their booking or our reservation that we would be charged that amount PER NIGHT using a CREDIT CARD!! I love the embassy brand but this felt wrong. The hotel was beautiful and rooms are very clean.

We ate at Basil's kitchen. The server was most attentive. The food was amazing. I had the chicken marsala. The chicken was perfect with just the right amount of moisture. The mushrooms in the marsala sauce were divine. I am not a mushroom person either. If you eat here you will want to come back.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The staff is hit or miss. The evening staff is usually a little better. That may be due to less people checking in and out. The shuttle is convenient to the airport and other destinations within a few miles. They were also helpful connecting us with a service to get us to the port for our cruise. There was a fire alarm on our first night which sent us out of our rooms and down the stairs. They claim it was a drill but we watched them take the firefighters to the kitchen. It's a decent hotel located in Tucwilla there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We'll probably stay here again after our cruise.

The hotel is beautiful however the staff wasn't friendly. I needed assistance and they were sarcastic and rude. I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in. All three people behind the counter were interacting with each other and ignoring me until I had to rudely ask where the bathroom was because my after ten minutes my daughter had to use the restroom. But other than that the place is beautiful.

Place is close to the airport and easy to get to at night and by day. Parking lot is slightly different since you have to pay for it. Personally I would like to know that cost up front or at least included in the rate. There wasn't a whole lot of noise at night or morning this I got a good night's rest.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Seattle and was reminded how incredible these hotels are. The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is superb. However, I mostly enjoy the omelet bar. So if omelets aren't your thing, you may not be as impressed. The evening reception was also a great experience with free drinks and snacks. The Drury Inn is the only place I've been with a better complementary evening smorgasbord. I would have loved to give this hotel 5-stars, but I unfortunately had an uncomfortable bed and poor water pressure in my room. Hopefully it was just my room. Overall my experience was great and I hope to stay there again!

We got an executive corner suite which was really big and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV service was terrible though, they have direct TV and the channels would glitch out every few minutes. Made trying to watch a movie very annoying. There is also train tracks that runs directly behind the hotel and it is incredibly loud and woke us around 4am when one went by and blew the horn. The service was really good, the best part was the happy hour in the lobby and the breakfast. We weren't too impressed with the tiny indoor pool and hot tub. They were over run with kids and there were some super ghetto people staying there when we stayed. They were loud and rude. We ignores them and stayed in our room. Overall, we were happy with our stay because the room had a seperate bedroom and a pull out couch for the kids which made bed time really nice!

This Embassy Suites is located near SEA TAC and also very close to the Boeing Training Center. It has a bright modern lobby and inner court as compared to most hotels of this chain. There rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I like the breakfast here, and this particular hotel does it better than some others. One word of caution, try to avoid rooms on the back side of the hotel as there is a train that runs about a quarter of a mile away. The upside is that it's a short walk to catch a commuter train into the city. The Interurban trail runs right behind the hotel, great for biking, jogging or just taking a leisurely stroll. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel's main common areas had been redone but were unfinished. Rooms were dated and drab. Fixtures in shower were loose. Staff was somewheat friendly but hotel was busy and they were over taxed.

Outstanding Customer Service!!!

The staff here is just Absolutely Great!! They are very understanding and yes there has been a few hiccups ( power outage) stuff like that....
So at one of these little hiccups, I called the desk and Ms. Kaitlin answered. I expand what issues I had and she informed me that the issue was under work. Now I wasn't upset by any means and they are just doing there jobs as best they can. So I get a knock on my door and the Ms. Kaitlin sent this up to say Thanks.....
Now that she did that was Above and Beyond what she is required to do.
So I felt that I should Publicly Thank her and the Entire Embassy Suites Staff for a great stay!!!!
I would very much recommend this establishment to all travelers to Seattle Tacoma area!!!!

Very friendly staff, breakfast was great, evening reception food was ok... the pool was over run w very poorly behaved kids. I have 2 kids, I get it the pool is fun but this was ridiculous. Then the room - the tv in the bedroom was unplugged and when we plugged it back in we discovered it was broke, everything was unplugged (like the microwave and fridge etc) so I had to move the fridge to plug back in - luckiky those things worked.
We stayed at another Embassy suites in Lynwood Wa early this week and I would definitely chose it over this one!
