ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Always stay here every year for my board gaming convention. Free breakfast with tons of options and a happy hour with great free drinks. I love the suites because with bedroom door closed you can’t even hear the rest of the hotel which is great when you find it hard to sleep in a different place than your body is used too.

Friendly staff working breakfast. The lady running the breakfast dining area was very kind and always smiling. She even gave me a bandaid when nobody else working at the hotel could provide one. The rooms were clean. Maintenance had to come to fix my dripping faucet. He was very friendly also.

This is the only Embassy I stay at that comes complete with a roundabout for entry and exit :) Check in was without issue and the clerk was very friendly. The rooms were nice and well cleaned. Hot water was never an issue and water pressure was great. The only two complaints I would have is that the air, when taken off auto and placed on low or high, would still kick on and off throughout the night. Not sure why that's the case. A sound machine helped mitigate that as a nuiscance issue. The second was the breakfast. The make to order chief seemed a little short with those in the long line for omelettes. I get that breakfast is a high stress time for him... Perhaps the hotel should employ two at a time during that time. Also, by the time I got my omelette, staff had already cleared my plate of fruit and drink so I had to get it again. Lastly regarding breakfast is that bacon and sausage are not on the food bar like the other embassy suites I've stayed at so the first time you want it, unless you know to cut in front of everyone wanting an omelette, you wait in line to get it. It just seems counter-intuitive. Otherwise, it was a great stay and still worthy of 5 stars.

Very nice hotel, offering complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening, and a complimentary breakfast (with made to order omelets). I docked a point for an uncomfortable bed (though if you like a very firm mattress, you'd like it), and lack of information about where amenities were (found the pool minutes before checkout). The lobby can get rather noisy, and you can hear it all in the front room of the suite. The bedroom was incredibly quiet, though. Everything was clean, staff very friendly, and we had a nice stay.

This Embassy Suites stands out as one of the finest hotels we have ever visited. And we have been to a LOT of hotels. The facility itself is gorgeous-inside and out. The glass elevators are impeccably clean, and offer a panacea view of the lobby and atrium. The rooms are of the five star caliber. One of the newer female employees, K. Butler, personally took the time to make our time here memorable. I am rarely blown away by anything anymore. This Embassy Suite is simply incredible.

Oh wow! I always have a great stay and good breakfast with the Embassy Suites. Service was great with friendly staff. They just need to get with the times and offer free airport shuttle to and from the airport. We ( as a dance group) got to utilize the entire hotel and it's Convention Center. Awesome times all around.

Look, if you are in the St Charles area for a short stay, this location is great. We ran all over St. Charles, St. Peters, O'Fallon etc and it was easy, fast access to anywhere.

So listen, we had a corner suite facing I-70 and it was really nice, quiet and private. Supposedly the suite had been recently remodeled, and yet the AC didn't work quiet right: one night was spend sweating, one night was great, and the rest were a that too warm, yet no matter what temp I picked, it didn't get any colder.

I did notice how the staff was great and requests/issues where handled promptly. The breakfast is worth something thanks to the hot breakfast option.

Jonathan and Juanita are expert short order cooks and kept the line moving while dishing out delicious pancakes and omelettes. Be sure to pay attention and bring a tip if you plan on partaking

My daughter and a friend stayed one night at the embassy suites St. Charles. The room was spacious, well laid out, and comfortable. The hotel amenities were great, staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was the lack of parking on the main level; the only available parking was generally in the rear by the convention center area. Overall, very positive visit.

If you are not on vacation, these people will make you feel as if you are. I will be going back and taking my entire family. Management actually cares here, they are not people that just claim they do. It really shows. There wasn't any shuttle drivers during the morning and management drove the shuttle to get us where we needed to be. The next morning there wasn't any shuttle drivers, that manager got a cab at a great rate. This is my new favorite hotel. The 2 shuttle driver we did have was the best ever. How about I love this place!!!!!

One of the best things about this trip was the free breakfast and seeing the very hard working lady who makes the pancakes ( and sometimes omelettes ). I believe her name is Wanita. It was so refreshing to see someone so nice and so competent under the constant stress of hungry people yelling out what kind of omelette and pancakes they want. The first morning the guy who is with her left her alone and she didn’t skip a beat. Kept up with orders from both sides and all with a cheerful sweet and helpful smile on her face. You have a treasure in her. People like her are hard to find.

Also, Crystal the driver was helpful and picked us up and dropped us off at restaurants every night. She was a huge help too and gave us her number to call when we needed a ride back to the hotel. I only wish that she hadn’t “asked” us to give her a good review upon leaving. I would’ve done it without her asking.
It kind of makes you second guess the purpose for her helpfulness

We stayed here for a week while in the process of moving to the area from out of state. Breakfast everyday was awesome! Juanita, who makes the custom items at breakfast, was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her. The pool was clean and great and it was nice to see the staff coming by to check on things every now and then. The room was clean and beautiful and the beds were so super comfortable, we had the best sleep while here and were very well rested all week long. Room service was delicious too! I loved the salmon as well as the crab dip, yummmmmm!!!!! We definitely recommend this hotel :)

Although there were a few miscommunications when booking the accommodations, staying at Embassy for the past few days was a wonderful experience! It is a beautiful facility, with comfortable suites, a gorgeous lobby, and a scrumptious breakfast buffet, but the best thing of all is that Embassy is directly attached to St. Charles Convention Center, home of the annual Missouri Youth Convention of the United Pentecostal Church, where we experienced mighty outpourings of the Holy Ghost!

We had just stayed at an Embassy Suites hotel in Atlanta Georgia and it was a nightmare I left my review and pictures to warn people of how disgusting our room was. THIS Embassy Suites hotel in Missouri is so much better .. the other Embassy Suites hotel in Atlanta had multiple bugs, mold in the shower, stains on the carpet and walls, the worst of it was the mattress had a brownish/yellow stain running down the entire side of it along with black mold! THIS hotel - was Clean, NO Bugs,NO mold No stains it had newer carpet and furniture. Breakfast and service was much better.

Received great service at this Embassy Suite. WiFi was easy to access, had decent connection. The drain in the shower didn't drain very fast, probably just a hair build-up or something. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good for a hotel, including made-to-order meals included with the stay. The coffee shop was the best I've ever seen in a hotel with excellent service. The landscaping is attractive and inviting. Loved how the hotel and conference center are attached. Super convenient for conference attendees. With walking distance of a number of great restaurant choices.

Nice big room. I used the electric check in and virtual key options. The check in was great though I couldn't get the virtual key on my phone to work with my phone. Went to the desk and got a regular key card, no big deal. Nice hot breakfast bar with omelets to order. Over all a very nice stay.

We were in the area for a family wedding and were greeted warmly by hotel staff who were very accommodating during checkin to all our requests. The hotel has a lot of amenities and our rooms were very large with plenty of room for family. The rooms were clean with super comfy beds! I’ve stayed at many Embassy hotels and I really enjoy the breakfast but this hotel was way understaffed which made the line for breakfast too long and while they had a small buffet there was only eggs and sausage...you had to wait in line (at least 30-45 minutes) for bacon or pancakes, etc. so this was disappointing. However, I would return to this hotel again mainly because of the front office staff!

Very nice hotel. Front desk staff was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. One of my 2 tvs wouldn't come on when I arrived. I told the front desk and it was very quickly fixed. Room was clean. People were friendly. The breakfast buffet filled me right up. The pool was warm and well stocked with towels. This hotel is usually top notch! This stay we were let down a little by the customer service and the breakfast buffet! Juanita in the omelette and pancake grille is friendly and knows how to cook! I did send in a review to the hotel itself and the management emailed me back with it's apologies and stated the deficiencies would be corrected! We will definitely give this hotel another chance! Great location!

We had a fourth floor suite, 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. Room had ample space, wet bar with small refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of comfortable seating in the suite space with a table big enough to seat four people comfortably. Beds were firm and there were plenty of pillows. Bathroom vanity was large with plenty of space, but there was no exhaust fan, so after hot showers, the mirror became very foggy. We had issues with the toilet not always flushing and even had to have maintenance come and plunge it at one point.

The atrium meant there was ambient sound coming up from the dining area late into the night and early in the morning, but I would take that over long, dull hallways. We really had no issue getting an elevator down or up, even with a large convention crowd at the hotel.

There was an excellent breakfast offering with full buffet (biscuits and gravy, eggs, french toast, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, sausage and more) as well as a made to order station for pancakes and omelettes.

Access to conference rooms and the convention center was easy and convenient and there were numerous food options with a small eatery on site that offered Starbucks drinks, breakfast sandwiches and snacks. There was also the Cypress Grill for lunch and dinner options.

Here for a business trip, and really glad that I followed the recommendation to stay here. The bed is extremely comfortable. Almost too comfortable, since I keep finding myself wanting to take naps in it instead of go to work. I love the cocktail hour in the atrium, and it's clear the other guests do too. The tables are full of people playing games together and socializing, while enjoying the complimentary cocktails and snacks. My suite is huge, and the layout is perfect for me. The shower head is pretty high up, which is probably great for tall people (which I am not). I do wish the tub was deep enough for a soak, but the hotel does have a spa and pool, although I have not yet visited it. The breakfast selection is decent, though I would like there to be to-go boxes available so I can eat in my room while I get ready for work. The staff has all been very pleasant and welcoming. The common areas are kept clean, and the wifi was easy to set up and use. Seriously though, my highlight is the super comfortable bed.

Stayed for a night on my way to Montana. And I miss it already! The room was epicly beautiful, and had a great view from both inside the room and on the balcony. Staff was great, always willing to help and very polite! Great atmosphere for meetings to quiet stays to adventurous types going up to the top floor to experience those tummy-tingling heights. Great and clean hotel. The fire alarm went off about 4AM the night I was there which was very scary when you're in a deep sleep. Breakfast was nice like any Embassy Suites. I have to give it 4 stars because of the alarm. Probably was no ones fault in particular but it's what sticks out the most about my stay there.

Nice hotel attached to the convention center. I have stayed here many times. Nice spacious rooms, great breakfast with made to order omelets. Evening social. Pool area is nice. Tends to be the host hotel for youth sports groups (everytime I have stayed) that pretty much have no adult supervision, which makes the added buffer of the living room suite especially beneficial.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites for almost 5 weeks straight for a work assignment. The two chefs who run the morning breakfast were fantastic and knew my daily order when I came down. Attending the MTEC Conference 2017, rooms were great 2 rooms with one being a nice living room with a great need. Everything was clean and very presentable with plenty of room. Convention Center is attached, a large open space with many sub rooms for breakout sessions and the staff setting up, taking down and service was great. It's on a great area for after session his with shipping and an assortment of eating places a short shuttle did away.

Went here for our year anniversary, everything was awesome. A few hours of complimentary drinks which was fun. Only bad thing was my fiancé requested a romantic getaway thing and it came with chocolate and champagne that was supposed to be a surprise and was to show up at a specific time to our room... But it definitely didn't, it was two hours late and came while he was downstairs making sure it was going to happen. The woman who delivered it didn't even seem to care she was late or that it was supposed to be a surprise, kind of like oh here's this crap bye type of thing.
They have a shuttle that goes to main street in St. Charles for free and it runs late. Very cool.
It was clean and it was a gorgeous room too. Definitely one of my favorite memories.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, even with multiple guests (four of us). The bedroom could be closed off from the rest of the suite, and the couch pulled out to form another bed in the living room. Both rooms of the suite had televisions - perfect to separate those wanting to stay up from those that did not The bathroom is also large, with a nice shower. The room was very clean. The hotel has free breakfast and complementary cocktails and snacks for a few hours each day. My only complaint was the pillows - very lumpy and not at all firm!

My stay at the Embassy Suites was a pretty good time the staff was more than accommodating for anything you needed. And what could be better than made-to-order omelettes for breakfast in the morning. Also besides for temporary construction front of the hotel at the interstate exit the location is pretty good I was there for work which it was less than a mile from work less than 2 miles from The Family Arena and then for anyone who likes camping there's a little store down the road called Uncle Sam's so overall I was pretty pleased with the area too. I thought the atmosphere Inside the Hotel was very comfortable if you're cold natured though you may need a long sleeve shirt because while I was there it was around 70 71 degrees in the hotel itself most of the time.

Nice place to stay with easy access to downtown Saint Charles. The breakfast and managers happy hour is awesome. However, the WiFi is terrible and they are often overcrowded with convention guests.

Large hotel with plenty of space to accommodate a large crowd, attached to the convention center makes easy access to patrons looking for a mass meetup

Rooms are spacious. I had a little bit of trouble with my WiFi strength in a corner suite. The free breakfast, and free happy hour drinks are great.

My wedding party and all my out-of-town family stayed at this hotel for our September wedding. The rooms were really nice, the breakfasts and happy hours were awesome, and the hotel staff was very helpful! My family all said it was one of the easiest and nicest stays at a hotel they've ever experienced.

The hotel also did a wonderful job with my sisters engagement shower. The food and bar were great, and they went above and beyond to make the event special. Highly recommend for anyone having a wedding or event in the St. Louis or St. Charles area.
