ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

I called the hotel directly to make my reservations, when I arrived the lady at the desk said it''s only for one night.she started to argue with me, I said mam I called three to four weeks ago I said it's for two nights she had to get help from the manager to make it for 2 nights. The manager was rude. I asked her if I may please have a bag of chips that she gave to the women in front of me, along with a candy bar, she replied to bad for you, you need to be a gold or diamond member. The staff at the desk is very Rude, but all the other employees were very friendly, and helpful
The made to order eggs was fabulous. And the chef was very friendly. The suite was impressive as well. When they screwed up our reservation, the key card worked the first day. But the second day our card's did not work, and when you say something at the front desk it's we will check into it. I would NOT stay here again which is very unfortunate, I love Embassy suites. And the employee are always friendly, and helpful, bUT the front desk. Management and GM at this location. Its not like the other Embassy suites, or Hilton brand.

Great location with beautiful views. The suites are nice but the layout is different. Some of the hallways are too secluded which can be concerning for security purposes. It would be great if the hotel installed pocket doors from the living area to the bedroom. The hotel is very clean and the property is beautiful. The staff is also nice. The breakfast crew display great hospitality and take care of guest who are on extended stays.

After a terrible experience at another resort type hotel in the area, we cancelled our reservation and booked last minute at Embassy Suites. It was about half the price of the other resort and was twice as nice! The hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. The room was a great size with a separate living area. The breakfast was hands down one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve ever had. They also have complimentary snacks in the late afternoon. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay at the Embassy Suites. The room was great - spacious, modern, clean, with a great view of the pool and nice little balcony. The omelette bar and breakfast were great. Perhaps the only negative was that the pool was crowded and a few troublesome teenagers were being obnoxious. Would definitely stay again.

Really loved my suite, great color scheme over looking the pool. The omelot in morning was delicious. The front desk staff were very friendly and personable. I really wish I would have booked my entire trip stay with them.

Decent lodging for the price. Not a resort, not an extended stay hotel. Great breakfast included, omelettes to order. Suites are a bit cramped but all have a small fridge and microwave and wet bar. No cutlery or dishes. Good closet space. Fine for a couple, adequate but tight for 4.

I stay here whenever I'm in Tucson. The staff is friendly, their remodel last year beautiful and the pool clean and well serviced.
One tip- make the hot tub a little "hotter."
Bonus here is that you get a free, cooked-to-order breakfast and every room is a two room suite.
The views of Mt. Lemmen in the background are nice as well.

Our home office was being renovated and our department moved into one of the conference rooms here for about three months. All I have to say is that day in, day out, the staff at the Embassy Suites was fabulous. Super-friendly, polite, and engaging, they all did their best to make us feel comfortable...even though we weren't official "guests". Big thanks to the custodial staff and the folks at the front desk/operations: Mariah, Alexis, and Mike. You are awesome. Great examples of customer service!

We love staying at this hotel. It is clean, beautiful and upscale. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have get together every night for cocktails and snacks. The pool is gorgeous and large with a hot tub. Their free breakfast is grand and decadent with made to order omelets. You can eat out on the patio that over looks the pool and enjoy the morning sun. The rooms are large and have kitchen highlights.

Very nice Hotel. Sort of a mini-suite, with separate bedroom, living-room, and work nook. Two TV'S, one in bedroom and one in Living-room. Nice walk-in shower, with high placed shower head, which is very nice for a tall person like myself @ 6'5", and still plenty clearance. In-room food service until 11:00pm. Free breakfast each morning.

This is the nicest Embassy Suites I've stayed in.

Overall this place is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people, who respond quickly to requests and go out of their way for guests. It has one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had, with decently prepared eggs, any style, to order. It also has a 5 PM happy hour with free drinks (not top shelf, but good brands), and free chips and house-made salsa. Quite good. The dining room is open until 10 PM for dinner, which is not bad.

Rooms are a bit strange. Some have partial views of the Santa Catalina mountains. Others are really dim and dark. Check your windows if you want sunlight and views.

The bathroom has a large closet in it. There are no towel bars at the sink, only in the separate toilet area. Kind of stupid, especially as they want you to help them conserve resources by reusing towels. Bath towel hanger came off the wall twice and we had to request that it be fixed twice. Hopefully, it was done properly the second time. There is a smaller closet in the sitting area, where there is also a bar with a sink (cold water only). A safe is on the wall in one or the other closet. Each room has a small terrace off the sitting room.

There is a heated pool and a hot tub available during daylight hours; no life guard. Pool towels are provided at poolside.

Gorgeous suites and a beautifully quiet environment and area of North Tucson. I was only taken aback by missing white noise or a fan or something in the bathroom. I'm so used to that room not being dead silent when I flip the switch. I'm sure there was probably a button somewhere...

This is a great place to stay on business and, I'm assuming, vacation. The rooms are modern and very well kept. Breakfast is delicious and the reception service at night is fantastic. The hotel staff is top quality and the grounds are well kept. The hotel is conveniently located the fast food, restaraunts, and shopping. It's on an intersection that leads right into the city. 5/5 stars, I'll be staying here often.

The room had an amazing view of the pool area as well as the mountains nearby. The breakfast service is extremely well done, many options for a somewhat picky person like me. Nice hotel in a more up-scale part of Tucson. It's a bit of a drive to anything but the retail areas across the intersection but you can find nice and fine dining options near by. Everything was marvelous! My digital key worked well the entire trip, the staff was well informed and breakfast was clean and quick. The reception was fun, it was my first dinner stay with any embassy and it was amazing! My room was large as I had a couple family members visit me while I was in town, it was the perfect size for a quick reunion. My view was amazing, I chose a pool view but I also recieved a nice mountain view on the 3rd floor. Thank you Tucson Embassy suites for the memories!

While traveling you meet many staff members from different hotels. Some that try to be nice, some pretending to be nice, then there's these wonderful people in Tucson that are genuinely nice. Great trip for a get away in a cozy studio like suite, open bar, cooked to order breakfast and more. Restaurants are walking distance away, even then I believe we missed out on free shuttling for up to 5 miles to or from any destination. Research for yourself and have a GREAT time!

My wife and I celebrated a combined birthday (her Big Five-O) and anniversary (yes, we married on her birthday) in the Tucson area and stayed at the Embassy Suites – Paloma Village. As a long time guest of Embassy Suites hotels over the years for both business and pleasure, the choice of stay was a no-brainer. This particular stay, however, would prove to be an exceptional one thanks to the courteous and attentive considerations displayed on the part of management and staff who went above and beyond in making our special day of celebration a memorable one. Dining at a nearby restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised when our waiter presented us with a gift card from “Your friends at Embassy Suites”. My wife and I were perplexed wondering how the staff at Embassy Suites knew where we were dining that night; so the next day I approached the front desk and asked. I was reminded that the previous day I had asked the front desk (Susannah) for restaurant recommendations and we had narrowed a list down to three or four. As it turned out, Susannah hooked up with the desk manager, Linda, who, in turn, called each of the restaurants on that list that Susannah made a mental note of to see if a reservation had been made under my name. And if the gift certificate at dinner wasn’t enough, we were welcomed with a bouquet of tulips (thank you, Kellie, for the wonder choice of flowers), chocolate covered strawberries, and a bottle of wine when we arrived back at the hotel room later that evening. Now THAT is premier service and a big check mark in the “service rules” score book that will keep Embassy Suites in particular and Hilton hotels in general on our top preferred list. Thank you, Linda, Susannah, and Kellie and any of the staff I’m missing for not only making, but being a part of our special celebratory stay in Tucson!

Definitely a 10! The front desk was so friendly and accommodating to every need. The buffet
breakfast had everything you could want and more. We never needed lunch and then by
late afternoon they hosted a 'Happy Hour' with drinks and appetizers. Rooms were lovely with suites and a balcony. I suggest the 2nd floor floor facing the pool and Catalina Mts. if you like a good view. Would stay there again anytime in Tucson.

Great staff and beautiful rooms. We asked for a small favor of a cupcake and a jar of Nutella for our daughter's birthday and they gave her a beautiful chocolate tart and a giant jar of Nutella with a birthday card! We fully expected to pay, but it was complimentary!!!
