This is an Excellent Embassy Suites. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great Manager's Reception and Hot Custom Breakfast in the morning.

Newly renovated restaurant/bar is nice but this is a dated Embassy, rooms were typical but need upgrade. Double bed room has two full-size beds instead of two queen size. The bathrooms need upgrading and you cannot control the air conditioning in your room it’s a set temp Mine stayed on all night and a friend’s kept shutting off before it was cold enough.
Breakfast was not as nice as some Embassy’s as the kitchen area and “buffet” area was small...
“Gym” is tiny and pretty worthless. Staff was nice, location is ok but literally surrounded by every other hotel chain in country...

We have stayed at this hotel for 2 years in a row and plan on many more. The amenities are outstanding, very clean, and the staff is extremely helpful. Newly renovated courtyard, many restaurants within walking distance, close to the airport and attractions/theme parks, and they even offer free shuttle services. You definitely don't want to miss out in their breakfast, it's the best hotel breakfast we've ever had!

Clean and well maintained but this is an older property showing some signs of aging. Currently undergoing renovations. Pool was ice cold and hot tub over-chlorinated. In-house restaurant offered 3 star food at 5 star prices ($40 for a steak). Management and staff were all friendly and attentive.

The hotel lobby is well updated. Rooms are older layouts but decently upgraded. Had some issues with the hotel cancelling my reservation after I checked in and a room that smelled like cigarettes. However, when brought up to the front desk staff they addressed it quickly. 3 for now due to issues with a potential for improvement if these types of problems can be addressed before they happen in the future.

Great overall stay with young kids. Staff and service is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has good choices. In-room dining service great, too. Going through complete "bottom-up" reno now and we would gladly stay here again after completed.

Lower level is being renovated so I'd look around for another hotel until end of July. Staff does the best they can with what they have to work with. Rooms are ok, but you hear the noise. Good parking and easy on off the highway. Room rates are reasonable. I really like this hotel, just not the dust and commotion.

So the Embassy Suites is still a mystery to me. This is the second time that I've stayed here and it was cleaner in certain parts of the room but one sink still had hair and a hair pin from what I'm assuming was the prior guest.
The front lobby was under construction which I was advised. This should be done by late April. With that In mind the Manager's Special is something I always look forward to when visiting. However, it seems that all families bring their kids to attend and that adult space time has been lost.
Towel was always replaced and the front staff gave me a couple bottles of water when I checked in along with the free breakfast. It was great. They offer the made to order omelets and other breakfast items.
Average value but once the reno is complete and they tighten things up, this location should be a 3 or 4 star stay.

It was nice... however the construction in the lobby was an eye sore... and noisy... wish we could have been compensated for the trouble, or at least a discount or heads up..

Staying here for business. Absolutely will not again. Look, staff are nice enough, rooms are okay but showing their age bad. Beds only fair. But if you are coming here for work, absolutely worst wifi, no business connection, just crazy for this day and age especially for the price of the room. Pretty disappointed. Offering free snacks is not enough for business travelers to return.

Room was nice, lots of room. The suite style is nice for business purposes. The room was a little warm regardless of how cold the a.c. was set. Breakfast was pretty generic for a hotel.

The rooms are spacious, breakfast is decent. The rooms are definitely not very clean. Dusting on dress stands and counter tops extremely dusty. As soon as I checked in I noticed both drawers broken, no way should have been missed. Did maintenance on hot water, in middle of the day, which was not a problem. However, hot water was off for 9 hours. It was 15 degrees outside. What was most frustrating is that when I called to report, the receptionist immediately said no it was on-why would I lie about something like that. She called back 10 minutes later to acknowledge hot water was off. I travelled with 8 co-workers and half stayed here and other half at another hotel. We come back in a couple of weeks with a total of 10 people, we are all going to the other hotel.

From the moment I walked in I loved this place. I was quickly greeted by the friendly front desk.

Our room had some issues and we were quickly given a different room.

Free happy hour, breakfast and newspapers.

I will always stay here whenever I am in Tulsa.

I had no trouble finding it using Google Maps, and I have stayed here in the past. The rooms were nice as usual, and we'll sized for a family of 4. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a very enjoyable stay. The only thing I could think of that could be improved was the Wi-Fi speed, as it was relatively slower than we would have preferred. Happy hour more than made up for that slight inconvenience though.

I've stayed here a couple of times in the past three months...once for business a couple of months ago, and again last night while on personal travel (I know...I'm a sucker). While here on business, I actually had to move to the Marriott because the internet was out for a full week, and the only thing the front desk would tell me is that it's not their fault. They actually suggested that I call AT&T to try and get the issue resolved myself. During both stays, I found the hotel to be generally dirty and poorly maintained. As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. See for yourself what my bedspread looked like. I've had problems with outlets not working. During both stays the sink in the kitchenette didn't work. Bought a bottle of wine at the bar and they charged $50 for a $10 bottle (Noble Vines 337). The kitchenette has a tiny microwave and a tiny refrigerator. No dishes. It's not a bad hotel...but it's sure not a good hotel for long-term business travelers. There are many options here that are at least as good, and a lot cheaper.

Such a nice hotel, the food was good at breakfast and appetizers in the evening. The hotel was updated in the lobby but my room sink needed some work. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. We froze in the conference room and even after we asked for the temperature to be adjusted, continued to be cold, so take clothes to layer!

Buffet breakfast, happy hour with snack bar included in room price. Beautiful communal areas with seating, a large fountain and courteous, helpful staff. Children and pet friendly. Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesday's restaurants are close by. Easy to pick up or drop off people at front entrance and park. Kids loved the pool, glass elevators. Everyone at my family reunion enjoyed the experience.

Parents temporary home while visiting. We always get a room at the Embassy when my parents come to visit in Tulsa. The embassy is perfect because they offer accessible suites (1 bedroom with separate living space and walk-in shower), microwave, mini fridge, manager's happy hour in the evening and a decent breakfast buffet with made to order omelets. The decor at this Embassy isn't as high grade as others that we visit during our travels; however, my parents always say kind words regarding their stay. There was an exception during this stay; only due to no bacon available for breakfast. So, as soon as the Embassy returns bacon to their breakfast menu, I can rate them a 4 again. Still only a 4 due to cheap unappealing lobby furniture.

Not the fanciest hotel, and things were a little dated, but the rooms are HUGE and very clean. Rented a two room suite, could have slept 6, but there were just two of us. The service for our week-long business meeting regarding a 1200-page book my company is publishing was better than I expected, and I was expecting above average treatment. All of the consultants we flew in said that their accommodations were fantastic. One stated that an employee, Sam Smith was his name, I believe, went out of his way repeatedly to help with minor issues like laundry or refreshments when it didn't appear that they were past or his job at all. The accommodations are above average, the meeting room had everything we required and then some, and the service was impeccable.

We are Hilton Honors members and we have stayed at this hotel six or seven times in the past with great results. Our visit this time, May 18-20, 2017, was disappointing. We checked in and was never told that air-conditioning was not working. However, we heard it from other people in the hotel. We were also told that by other guest that they were told it was being worked on and would be fixed the next day. Because it was raining and storming and the weather being cooler outside, it was bearable, but not cool. I called for a ironing board, because there was not one in the room, and at that point a member of the housekeeping staff, very friendly lady, offered us a box fan. The front desk did not acknowledge to us that the air was out until I went down and asked them. I had to call maintenance because I could not get the TV in the bedroom to come on. We left to go to a graduation and when we got back the TV was on. After this experience, I don't plan to stay at this location the next time I visit Tulsa. I have always looked forward to staying here when I come to town, but not now. Again, if it had not been for the storms and the cool weather making it bearable to stay, I would have moved to another hotel. Not to mention the problem with the elevators( only one of three working)

Nice size rooms for the cost. Breakfast buffet isn't terrible. In person staff is helpful and nice. Roughly a 10 minute drive to Cox business center and 5 minutes to eating establishments. Definitely be sure to verify and double verify before you show up. We had change billing source and the room reservation name. When we called the first time the front desk didn't do any of it and then second time just added the correct name. Thankfully there was very little hassle.

We came through with a very large group about a week and a half ago. Kandace was extremely accommodating, flexing to ensure our needs were met. Everything went extremely smoothly, the rooms were very nice, and they even made us to go breakfast as we departed before normal hours. The stay was so good, we boomed it again for a return trip last weekend. Highly recommend this location if you are staying in the Tulsa.

The hotel was good and the breakfast was perfect. They had a bunch of tournaments happening all at the same time however, some extra pillows and blankets would have made the experience a whole lot better. Slept without a pillow and only a sheet. Giving them the benefit of the doubt due to the sheer number of people there.

The hotel is located just off the interstate and is near several other hotel chains. It is a sizable hotel with probably 8 or 9 floors. The room I stayed in was a two room suite with two queen beds in one room and a king in the other. Each room with its own bathroom. There is also a pullout sofa in the living area. The breakfast buffet is awesome and there is a good amount of seating for breakfast. There is also a Starbucks on the hotel if you prefer to go there. There is a pool, gym and a small acade( if I remember correctly). It is a great place for families or groups.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I have stayed here twice, and am looking forward to my next visit! The rooms were super nice, and we had to wait a little longer for ours to be cleaned. So, they gave us a complimentary snack tray just because we had to wait an extra hour. I love this place! This is a great place to do a staycation with your kids or for out of town family. The lobby has a happy hour so adults can have free drinks and kids can eat seven layer bean dip and snacks. The common area is charming, looks like the French quarters from the inside with hotel rooms going all the way up the atrium, sky-lighting at the top, and rod iron decor around the walkways. Fun place!!

Nice hotel, staff was super friendly, great breakfast, lots of Freebies thrown in that you don't get elsewhere. Beware, the rooms on the 9th floor USED TO BE smoking rooms. They aren't now, but if you have ever been in similar environments you know that those rooms will always be smoking rooms.

The staff did give us a different room, but we had to go from a king bed to two doubles in order to get something for the night. It was much better, but it came at a sacrifice.

This is the second time that I've stayed here, and it's been great both times. The staff is very accommodating.

The complimentary breakfast is pretty good with a large variety of choices. Cattleman's, the restaurant on site, serves an incredible ribeye steak. The bar offers free well drinks during designated hours.

The room is spacious enough for a small family to fit very comfortably. Both times I've stayed here, the mini fridge in the room was faulty, and the Wi-Fi was terrible!

All things considered, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great room! We ordered room service late even though I was worried about cost and how long it would take. We ordered a pizza and drinks. I've stayed here many times and always had a great experience until recently. I left my laptop charger in my room one night, realized it immediately after I had left and called the hotel.

What transpired since then was poor customer service and no one truly willing to help me.

Their staff routed me to multiple different people, all letting me know they would call me back and it never happened. This was multiple phone calls and several different days and they just wouldn't help or call me back.

I gave up. I'm out a lap top charger and found some new hotels in the area.

The room itself was great! Very comfortable, clean, nice accommodations.
Check-in was significantly delayed. We were not allowed to receive our room keys until 7pm (the website indicates check-in time is 3pm) due to a delay in cleaning. Once we received our key, the front desk had written the wrong room number causing additional frustration.
I had ordered a delivery of items from the hotel to be ready when we arrived, it wasn't delivered until 9pm.
The hotel is nice enough, but this obviously wasn't their finest day! I didn't ask for compensation, and they didn't offer anything but an apology.

Stayed here for the weekend for Wizard World Comic Con Tulsa. The staff was great. The room was great. Enjoyed the managers reception and breakfast buffet. Our needs were well tended to. Will definately stay here when I attend the convention next year.

Our honeymoon was spent at this hotel. We enjoyed the atmosphere. They accommodated us with most of the things we requested, which was extra towels and pillows. What I will say that bothered us, consisted of 2 major things... I requested that no one service our room for the two days we stayed. And so on both mornings of our trip we had maids trying to use their key cards all the while the "do not disturb sign" and request was put in for no service. I caught the maid the second morning and opened the door to confront her about the fact that the sign was on the door and she tried lying and told me the sign was in the floor while I watched her remove it through the peep hole! The second issue I have with this hotel is the price of the double shot of whiskey my husband ordered at the bar downstairs. He ordered a double and I ordered a glass of wine. Our grand total came to $24.63! We were told after my husband took his double shot what we owed them. Needless to say we drank and ate elsewhere. Our stay was enjoyable and the room was very nice. I would definitely recommend staying there as long as those who stay are aware of bar prices and if privacy is desired, speak to management. Lord knows we may have had maids entering our room while we were out despite the request and door sign.

I'm a Hilton Diamond member and I have stayed in lots of Embassy Suites hotels across the US. This is by far the best I have ever been in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Kudos to the staff for quality service and super clean hotel. Rooms are top notch, clean, quiet, and the beds sleep great. Thank you Embassy Suites for a great stay.
