- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. The staff and facilities were fantastic! We requested and early check in because of needing to get ready for wedding, staff had our room ready 2 hours earlier than regular check-in time.
Staff was very personable and made sure we were comfortable for our stay. Don’t know who is in charge of the management of this hotel, but they are on their “A-game”. Thanks Embassy Suites Hilton (Tuscaloosa AL) we really enjoyed our stay and all the personal touches you added! Definitely would recommend to anyone. Thanks!!!

Great drinks. Nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff. And there was a cute little leprechaun running down the halls looking for his pot-o-gold. He didn't find it because I hid it in the closet with the others. Does anyone actually read these things?

This is by far one of the best Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in. We switched to this hotel after having a not so eventful stay at another local hotel and the manager was very accommodating. The hotel itself is very clean and the suites are very spacious. We loved the indoor pool too. The free breakfast buffet was good. There is a good amount of parking and a lot of places to eat within walking distance too! I wish we had one like it here in Florida. This is definitely the place to stay when in the area.

Great location, very good looking place, and my service at each point was great. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the hotel room floor was sticky the entire time, the food selection was decent but not very good tasting, and they do not leave coffee out for the patrons at all times. Also, unlike Hampton Inn's they did not have flavored coffee creamers available, nor cookies in the afternoon.

OMG the service provided here is phenomenal. Stayed 2 nights with son for University of Alabama campus tour and couldn't believe the friendliness of the staff from the hotel manager, breakfast crew, evening drinks/snacks, and even the custodian. There are a lot of places that offer rooms but this place offers a feeling that says "welcome to your 2nd home".

My visit was a few months ago, so I don't really remember specifics. But my overall impression was that this place was amazing! This one stay made Embassy Suites my favorite of all the Hilton brands! Vaguely I can say the staff was courteous, the location was perfect, the room was homey, and the amenities were very pleasurable. It's hard to get 5 stars from me, but here it is!

The hotel itself is located very close (0.3miles) to the tuscaloosa amphitheatre which is why I was in town. Restaraunts and bars all within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and the amenities will bring you back. Parking is also very ample.

I have never had a bad experience and the staff is the most accommodating. The breakfast and happy hour are great perks as well. I have lived there for 2 months before and they even accepted packages and delivered them to my room. Great staff, great accommodations. The best hotel is Tuscalossa.

This is by far the best place to stay in Tuscaloosa!! We fly from Southern California so its a long day of travel. BUT...all the ladies at the front desk are always so accommodating & pleasant! They remember me by name and so do all the amazing chefs and hostess ladies at happy hour and breakfast. Thank you Stephanie D for all help, you and the entire crew are amazing! Please pass along my love and thanks to my favorite "happy hour ladies" too!!

Every night at 5:30 they have a free "cocktail hour" and every morning a free, made to order breakfast. My room has always been very spacious and clean. On game days, the hotel has a free shuttle that drops off and picks up pretty close to the stadium. Its definitely the only place I'll stay, enjoy and Roll Tide!

For such a nice amd pricey hotel, i commonly run into service and quality issues at this hotel. This stay in particular the room they put my family in had not been cleaned. If theu would have quickly fixed it that would be not so bad, but they made us wait 20 minutes to bring a new room key two hours after standard checkin. The manager offered me reasons why I was given a dirty room. There are no valid reasons whatsoever for a Hilton chain room to be dirty for an arriving guest.

Modern decor, clean, great amenities. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour drink with light snack. I originally have this place a 5-star rating. Discovered too late that we left a $300 men's shaver, called the hotel and it was never to be found. Check all drawers before you checkout. :(

People are nice and helpful. And breakfasts are good. The bad: The standard rooms are small and not suites. Actually the smallest I have seen in an Embassy Suites. No dresser. I hang my pants and the closet is so small they clumped on the closet floor. Cheap coffee maker. There is a little fridge...but it is a regular non-suite hotel room. Other ES have much nicer spacier rooms.

It's a very nice hotel. The room is a good size and is very comfortable. There is a kitchen-type counter, microwave, and fridge in the room. Spacious closet with drawers. Temperature was easy to control. Bright, clean, spacious bathroom. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The manager's reception in the evening is nice but I didn't get much chance to use it. I didn't love the wifi- kept requiring me to log in over and over. Overall great hotel.

Great hotel. Happy Hour drinks and food included. Clean and fantasy. People are so nice and helpful. During Alabama games they have a free shuttle that drops off and picks up close to stadium. The rooms are beautiful: spacious, with comfortable beds. They offer a decent breakfast bar and a reception hour with complimentary drinks and snacks. I can't speak highly enough of the hotel staff - everyone from the maintenance guy to the bell hop and front desk staff were absolutely amazing. (Shout out to Terry, Michael, Morgan, Sheena, the front desk manager, and others!) The only reason for the missing star is an absolutely incompetent manager (Andrew) of the restaurant. He was extremely rude to his employees when we simply asked him for change to tip another employee. He didn't place our room service order at all and made excuse after excuse blaming others. He was the only disappointment with our entire stay. Definitely would revisit this hotel again, but order takeout or delivery!

Loved the two room suite layout. Came complete with a kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave and enough cabinets to store any food stuffs for an extended stay. The room was appointed with a king bed and plenty of pillows for your comfort. The couch in the living room was also a pull out bed and the blankets and pillows for it were in the bedroom closet.

For being only a bit over a year old we were disappointed to find the shower door to be coming off it's hinges. We both were almost trapped in the shower the first time we used it. Thankfully, my husband had some Allen wrenches in the car and he used them to tighten up the hinges while I pushed the door back into place.

If you stay for more than a few days the cleaning crew will not sweep your floors or really clean your room. They made the bed and restocked towels, but I noticed after the second day that they didn't bother to sweep and merely wiped down the shower. If you don't mind using your dirty towel and washcloth from the previous day and dealing with the dirty floor a few days then it might be better to leave the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door.

Also in our room, 303, I kept getting a sewer gas smell while I was sitting at the table in the living room. At first I thought maybe I was just "smelling things" until my husband mentioned it the next day without me saying anything. Not sure if it was the drains, the bathroom from the adjacent room or that the cleaning crew was using less than clean cleaning rags to wipe down the counter tops. In any event it was a bit disconcerting.

Otherwise, the front desk staff was great. They were helpful about suggesting places to eat nearby and always answered our questions with a smile. They had toiletries at the ready for whatever it is you may have forgotten and were very generous with them.

Just a tip - never use the glasses they leave you on the counter top without washing them yourself somehow. They aren't always pristine.

This hotel looked very nice and smelled clean upon arrival. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any needs you may have. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Overall a great experience.

There is an elegant entrance into the hotel. Nice layout on the main floor that feels very welcoming. The room is kinda small but has a decent floor plan. We had a few issues with the room: broken tissue holder, broken door stopper, and the floor was not mopped before we checked in. The breakfast is good but very crowded and understaffed on weekends. In the stack of clean plates some of the the dishes were still dirty and we had to sort through before we found clean ones. Overall this was a good visit in a very nice hotel but for the price point they should take care of the type of issues I encountered.

Very nice hotel!
It gives you a lot of rooms for businesses with different possible technologies in it.
No entry possible from back due to safety cards you only get when staying in the hotel.
