- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and

if you are planing to visit six flags this is a very good place to spend a couple of nights. not to far from Los angles and a few minutes a way from six flags.
the staff was good and the hotel is very well maintained. we loved the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, the complementary made-to-order breakfast is very good and there are quite a few options. They had an omelet area, bacon, hash browns, a variety of fruits, beverages, and a variety of muffins, Bagels, and toast. The room was very nice and clean. Even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. Only downside I didn't like was that you also pay to park, when you have already paid for your stay. I guess it's because the location is full of tourists.

Great location for on/off the 5. The place looks nice with an ageless decor. Breakfast choices were more than average and always filled. Happy hour at the bar serves select free drinks and supplies several top shelf items. The outdoor large pool and hot tub were a bit cloudy but the temperature was over 100° this week. Room size is comfortable but the mattress could be updated. The pillows are nice. Bed comfort and plumbing issues cause groom changes putting me in three rooms over 4 nights. The cleaning could have been better since hairs in the bathroom and footprints on the coffee table were noticed. Housekeepping "accidentally" switched the air-conditioning over to heat set at 80° so we returned to a sweltering room. Overall, for the price, I would try them again.

I would have rated this hotel a bit higher if it weren't for the patronizing front desk woman and the room at the end of the world through an elevator and maze of a hall that was at least 90°. The only people that said hi, were the housekeeping staff. Not one of the front desk personnel ever said hi in the 3 days I stayed here. Breakfast was cooked to order including omelets with a variety of side dishes. A sweet happy hour was included. They charge 12. 00 a night for parking that was not mentioned anywhere except the front desk.

A fantastic option for people attending Magic Mluntsin. The service from the staff is terrific. The room is huge and very comfortable. The amenities at the hotel are wonderful including the evening reception and the morning cook to order breakfast. Only critique I have is the $12 parking fee to park in their parking lot... Does the hotel next door charge their guest?

Second time staying here and hands down the best value for your money. Food is amazing, its buffet style. Hotel staff very nice. Rooms are a little compact but overall very well kept. I just love this place. I would definitely recommend.

Possibly the best looking Embassy I've visited. Stayed here after a long day at Six Flags. Received full and friendly attention from staff. When I needed to buy something, they had trouble finding it, but eventually did and gave it to me on the house to compensate for the long wait. Small gesture but means a lot. The staff here are among the most professional I've met. Even their breakfast omelette station is well organized, with a dedicated person taking orders, one cooking, and the other adding side orders of bacon, sausage, and hash browns to the plate. Another shining example: a guest noticed a spill on the floor, told a staff member, and within 1 minute they had a wet floor sign. Within the 2nd minute they had it cleaned up. Wow. One oddity about my suite was that there was only one trash can, and it was in the bathroom. Typically there is at least a second trash can. Otherwise, wish we had the time to stay more nights. Highly recommended.

The 3 star review is for the bad service.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The pool is awesome, rooms are sleek and modern and the front desk service was nice. The housekeeping was not great, took 2 hours to send up a blanket for the sofa bed. The restaurant service was absolutely horrendous! Our waiter (older man, forgot his name) was probably the worst server I'd ever encountered in my life. He was purposely ignoring us to talk with some friends at another table, even sitting down at the table for 40 minutes while letting our food get cold on the tray next to him. There were only 2 tables full in the restaurant (one was us, the other table had 3 people). He aas actually angry at us for asking why our food was sitting on the tray while his friends got supreme service. I will never come back because of him.

My first visit to the States and the staff here are extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Lovely pool to cool off in . The hotel is in a great location very central to many places. Every one goes out of their way to help you.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Their happy hour with food and drinks is awesome. And embassy suites hot cooked morning breakfast is superior to most free hotel breakfasts. Matress was comfy and the room was clean. Would stay there again for sure. We also thought it was awesome to see how nicely they treated a group of families traveling with special needs kids.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. We stayed on the third floor in a two room suite and I was very pleasantly surprised with the room we were in. Free drinks in the evening at the bar along with complimentary snacks, a full hand-made complimentary breakfast in the morning and a wonderfully pleasant and helpful staff. Would definitely return to stay at this location when I'm in the area again.

The staff was all really friendly and helpful. But there were minor inconveniences like the pool towels were not stocked unless someone asked for them, the evening reception was not staffed well, stuff like that. It wasn't on par with other Embassy Suites hotels, but the friendliness of the staff exceeded that of many other locations.
The pool was a decent size, though, and a great depth.

Perfect place to stay when in Valencia. Accessible to shopping centers and dining places as well as 6 flags. The rooms are spacious. Good for a family of 5. There’s a kitchen and dining area, tv room, and a common laundry room located at the 2nd floor. Free breakfast was offered and food was good except for some grumpy staff. It was a great experience and I’d definitely stay there again.

We loved this property and our stay. We got an excellent price on a 2 bedroom king suite that fit myself, my wife and our 2 kids nicely. It's just minutes from Six Flags and Starbucks :) and has a heated pool and jacuzzi.

Included was a cooked to order breakfast that was great. Parking cost $12 for the night and is not covered or secured, but we will definitely be back!

Terrific location if you are going to Six Flag. $12 Parking Fee is a little extreme (tip-park on the street in front of hotel to avoid the fee). Room was comfortable but the sofa needs pillows if you want to lay down on it to watch TV in the living room. Evening reception was nice but the breakfast was chaos. 2 cooks responsible for all omelets/French toast/other cooked items and 1 gentlemen busing tables. Many guests commenting on items that were out (I. E. Milk/oj/potatoes). I went down when it was suppose to be light traffic as per the sign in the elevator but definitely not. Overall, good visit but hotel still has elements to work on.

Nice ammenaties with bedroom area separate from the living area. Nice complimentary breakfast and free drinks for hotel guests from 5:30 - 7:30 PM. Restaurant and bar are open late nightly. One complaint is the location. There are no stores, convince stores, gas stations with in walking distance, the closest store is >1.5 miles away (which may be concidered walking distance by some).

I'm staying here while visiting Six Flags and it's absolutely perfect. It's minutes from the park and there's a cooked-to-order breakfast and evening happy hour and snack event each evening. After running around the park chasing 2 young children, it's great to unwind with a beer as soon as I return home. I'm a season pass ghost for six flags and I've just found my home away from home.

Comfortable, but brightest smoke alarms ever that blink bright green all night long. Breakfast meats are all held hostage in the slowest moving omelette line I've ever seen -- hope your not in a hurry. I've had breakfast at lots of hotels and this is by far the slowest of all time.

For my family of six, this was perfect. We booked far enough in advance and got a great rate.

The rooms are separated with a bedroom and then living room. The bedroom is spacious with two beds, dresser and a TV. The closet is small but we didn't even use it. The dresser space was huge if you wanted to take the time to unpack during your stay.

The living room area was big enough the we didn't feel cramped. There was a sink, microwave, mini fridge, and a nice sized table. The table was great for eating at and doing whatever else you needed. The living room had several small tables that were easy enough to move around if needed.

The hospitality staff were always very prompt to bring us what we needed no matter how late it was. They have a free made to order breakfast that was just like at home. During the evening, they have complementary snacks and drinks. We used the pool a few times and it was pretty average for a hotel pool. Not dirty at all, kept very clean and clear of debris.

Overall, I would highly recommend this location. The staff are polite, the facilities are well kept, and the location worked great for our stay.

The pillows are awful. We had to call down and have fresh sheets brought up to our room for the fold out bed. To get that done, we had to call the front office twice. We then realized we didn't have enough pillows for kids sleeping on the fold out bed. That also took two calls to the front office. Breakfast was great though...

Stayed here a couple times, love the breakfast and it's great for going to Magic Mountain and beaches just north of LA. HOWEVER, both times I stayed we had some significant issues.
The first time we arrived and the toilet was clogged and full of feces. Made me doubt they even checked the bathroom.
The most recent check in, room was not ready on time but we were compensated for that. Also, I don't know what was going on but every morning at around 9 a.m. it sounded like construction was going on next door. I'm on vacation, god forbid I wanted to sleep in, cause it sounded like someone was coming through the wall with a power saw and drill.

usually only stayed in Embassy Suites Hotel it's a great experience this one however was very disappointing when we first walked up to the front door it will piles of trash spilling out of the main trash can next to the front door we arrive around 4 o'clock and there was still food on the floor in the dining area from breakfast. the managers reception was ridiculous they had one server behind the bar andthe line was about 20 people long. the bartender if they were short handed and she said no this was just the way they did it there was also an incredibly drunk and obnoxious person staying in the hotel. The management at no time had any type of security..hotel patrons had to escort the man to the elevator. For some strange reason I was getting off the elevator as they were putting him on and the patrons thought I was with him (which I was not) I had an uncomfortable confrontation. While management stood by and watched....all in all I will not b returning to this particular hotel

First off, I would have given it 1 Star if it wasn't for all the people working there that I came in contact with. All of them were great. The hotel is way overpriced. I asked twice to fix my fridge, but it never worked. A lot of things I brought with me spoiled. The hotel charges $12 a night for parking in a regular lot. No protection or cover or anything. Could have parked on the street for free. Worst Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at.

Enjoyed this resort so much last time we are making a another visit. April 28th can't come soon enough. The entertainment staff we awesome last time we were here. The night shows for the most part were great. The best being the Michael Jackson show. My favourite part is the beer garden as other resorts it's often hard to find cristal on tap or bottles unless you wanna buy your own.

I was greeted in a warm and professional manner. The sitting area in the suite was a little smaller than in other Embassy Suites I've stayed in, but the bedroom area was perfectly comfortable. There were three adults in our party and one of us had to sleep on the pullout, which was not at all comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the hotel grounds were in great condition.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, as usual for an Embassy Suites. The line for omelettes was long, but they are very good at making a lot of them quickly. So, the line moves fast. However, the wifi was not working at all for our entire (1-night) stay. I don't have any way of knowing how often that happens. The people at the front desk just said that their IT people were working on it. Also, neither of our room keys worked when we returned from breakfast. I had to wait on line at the front desk for them to reset them. Neither of those issues were a huge deal. I might stay there again for the price I paid. As for the $10 parking fee, I agree with other reviewers that it's a little strange for that area. It's not even in the main part of Valencia where there might be higher demand for parking spots. In fact, I think it's really a bit of an intelligence test for the guests. There's ample on-street parking, well lit and immediately adjacent to the hotel parking lot. The street parking is closer to the front entrance than some of the spots in the parking lot. I checked with the front desk staff; it's not like they provide any extra security for you car in exchange for your $10 (not that I think security would be needed in this area). When I checked in, no one asked me if I needed a parking pass. The person who checked me in just handed me one. I simply handed it back to her and told her that I wouldn't be needing it. I've stayed at dozens, if not hundreds of other hotels that charge parking fees, and this was the first one that didn't inquire whether I needed it, making me opt out in order to avoid the fee.

Room setup was great, but after that it was downhill. Fridge wouldn't stay shut, TV didn't work properly with allowing me to search guide or order movies, breakfast was supposed to open at 6am but wasn't ready until 7am, and finally they had a company Christmas party that played loud music until 10pm keeping us up late when we had to be up early. Very unsatisfied with hotel!!

Typical embassy suites. The rooms in this hotel are a little dated and could use some touchup. For example, the tile in the bathroom is uneven and missing grout. It would also be nice if they would provide coffee for their guests throughout the day (only available with breakfast or if you brew it yourself using the cheap/gross in room coffee maker).

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and free happy hour beverages. ( can't say no to that!)

Free cocktails in the evening. Free, good breakfast in the morning. Comfy beds. Nice rooms. Our room had a VERY noisy AC unit and the fan in the bathroom didn't really work so it got pretty steamy/stinky in there depending on what you were doing. The staff was incredibly nice. One man in particular, Jose, paid very close attention to my family and helped us with anything we needed at breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay overall.

This is my new go-to for Valencia. I stayed in one of the suites and enjoyed my stay very much. It is sometimes the little things that you appreciate in a hotel. Like the fact that they have real glass drinking glasses in the room. And a free breakfast (unlike their competitor next door). Looking forward to my next visit in October!

There is a free shuttle to six flags which is very convenient. Made to order hot breakfast and free happy hour is great! And as always, the rooms are two room suites, great separation for kids!

Our room was spacious and clean. Big bathroom with a large shower. Everything you can expect from a suite. Bed was very comfortable. Actually the only thing we had a problem with was paid parking and that's only because we were not told in advance.

Service was very nice and they even let us do an early check in before the wedding we were in town for. The rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast bar was pretty solid. Only had low fat cream cheese for the bagels (I know, an extremely small detail) and you had to pay for parking on site (hate that!!).. But if those are the biggest complaints, you know it was a pretty great stay. Quiet, nice, up to date, everything functioning and comfortable.

Excellent location for business meetings. We (Synergy Networking Group) meet here weekly, and the staff is very responsive and courteous... they even remember our individual names. Highly recommended.

Check in was quick and simple as usual with most Hilton properties. My room was neat and clean when I arrived, the snacks at the managers social were nice and delicious. Breakfast my first day however lacked most of the warm food. Plenty of fruits and rather dry pastries, but the eggs and meat had ran out before I got there and weren't refilled by the time I left. I was on the second floor above the pool and found the smoke from people but the pool managed to drift in my room most of the night.
