Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in the 1 bedroom suite at Embassy Beach Walk. Even with the extra precautions brought on by COVID, the hotel staff ensured our stay was pleasurable and comfortable each and every day. Views from our room were fantastic. We will definitely will be returning!

Excellent breakfast and superb happy hour. No resort fee. I will try and attach a couple of pictures taken from our room. IT's supposedly a "city view". Instead it was scaffolding, trash bags, plywood, traffic cone, ladders, and so on. It was definitely not a 'city view'. Is this the type of 'view' you want in Waikiki after paying hundreds of dollars per night? You be the judge. Others have complained about the elevator situation. Yet, I suppose that hassle might be acceptable to get a higher floor,...with a better view. This would have been acceptable if I got the room from Hotwire,...or some other travel site. I paid full price from the hotel's site.. November 2019.

We had a great time here - in 03/2020 we spent a week in the Embassy Suites. It is a very nice hotel. Service, like Check in, Bellmen, Parking Service etc are perfect. Our room was big and nice designed, and had an awesome view to the ocean. Breakfast was for free, we didn't even know before. Location is good, here begins the main shopping street of waikiki. It is a 10 minute walk to the duke statue. Only bad thing about it is the noise in the nights, you hear the ventilation of neighbor hotels air conditions very loud, if you like to sleep with open doors like we do.

Amazing hotel, perfect location & amenities. Our room was huge with a separate living area from the bedroom with a great view of the ocean. The only negative is the layout of the hotel (easy to get lost) & elevators blend in with the rest of the hallway.

Nice place! Could be the best Hilton Property in Waikiki. Lots of perks, large suites, free happy hour, full made to order breakfast. Hotel is clean and staff is helpful. Location is great. As a local I have been to all the Waikiki Hilton properties and this is the best bang for the buck.

A well priced hotel, close to the beach, shopping and dining areas in Waikiki.

The room was perfect for our family; 3 beds for 5 people. Room service came every day.

The meals were as expected, with different breakfast buffet options every day. Happy hour is great by the side of the pool.

All the staff were happy, helpful and polite.

Free breakfast saved us soooo much money! Lasts from 630-1000. Not a continental affair for sure! We used it as a brunch, took out the price of two meals. Free drinks for two hours between 530-730 with live music on most days. And I mean they let the liquor flow. There is a buffet of snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for kids.
The staff.......... I just don't understand why everyone can't take their jobs so seriously and enjoy it! They were great, Johnny on the spot with whatever you need!

Great location, great friendly helpful staff. Love the spacious clean rooms. Free breakfast every day made this a great start to our days. With 2 teenage boys who eat a lot they loved all the food options for breakfast. Love the eve reception, and live band they have Mon, Wed, and Fri. We have been coming here for years and are always very happy to see the same band playing. Love this place!

Great property on the Waikiki beach walk. Excellent location near the entrance to Waikiki with access to shopping and restaurants on foot. The unique design of the property means that guests can leave either side of the hotel directly to the beach or to the street. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, only slightly less modern than the newest hotels but no less comfortable. The included breakfast is standard fare daily, with omelette station, meats, eggs, potatoes, Japanese fare and assorted fruits and pastries. The evening reception is lively and the drinks are generous. The band on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays is fun and musically talented. All in all, a great place to stay in Waikiki and enjoy the area.

The location and rooms were great. The cleaning staff were on top of everything. Received great service at check in. The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the small pool for the size of the hotel. Lots of kids in pool all day long. The breakfast was free daily and provided a good variety with healthy choices. The evening was reception was great too, even though we are done drinkers, the snacks and entertainers were excellent. Overall a great place to stay with beach available one block away.

The hotel and staff were lovely. Be warned CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING THE VALET. We left on our final day heading to the airport (in a slight rush), upon return of the car we noticed as well as the rental company a large scrape on the right front bumper. When I called the valet they promptly told me their was nothing they could do since we already left the property. The paint in the scrape was the same color as the walls of the parking garage arty the hotel, yet they said they had absolutely nothing to with it. Heed my warning THOROUGHLY CHECK YOUR CAR EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU'RE LEAVING THE HOTEL.

Embassy Suites is one of the best. Benefits: suites with lounge room, microwave, fridge, sink and coffee. FULL breakfast often includes, complimentary drinks in the afternoon, live band several afternoons a week which are fabulous, pool, bar and delightful staff. Comfortable beds, high quality linen and pillows. Excellent location. Many times Hawaii, won’t stay anywhere else. Value for money.

This place is amazing!! Very clean, super friendly staff, great tasting cooked to order omelets and other breakfast items, plus 6 different free drinks to choose from during happy hour! I have never had such a great experience at a hotel before. And for my army personnel, they're TLA approved!!

My family had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites and we absolutely loved it! The staff was incredible and they treated us like their ohana (family). The complimentary breakfast spread and daily happy hour and snacks was an awesome benefit. Plus, we were minutes from the beach and had easy access to shops and restaurants on the Beach Walk and Lewers Street below. We hope to return again soon!

Great location love the all suite rooms. However, hospitality is lacking. We met one bellman, his name is Dean. ALL your employees should take training from him. He remembered us everyday of our 17 day stay. He chatted and got to know my son, and was all around inviting, friendly and caring. The only one. From trying to upgrade our room, to valets, nobody we spoke to showed any hospitality. On another note, the $40 per night to park a vehicle is very upsetting also. $40 per night!!! At 17 nights.nearly $700 just to park, could have bought us another week somewhere of accomodations, or plenty more excursions. Location, great, anything else not so much this would not be our choice again next year when we return to hawaii. Dean, your the best, teach them how to treat guests!!!!

We were able to get a two room suite for a reasonable price considering it's located near the beach and all the shops. We had a great view from the 6th floor. We even had a little balcony that we could walk out on and see a great deal. The suite was large and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was absolutely amazing! They had made to order omelets, cereal, bacon, sausage, donuts, potatoes, all kinds of juice, and other drinks. I guarantee you would pay at least $15 a person anywhere else around the area for breakfast. They even had a nightly welcome reception with free drinks, free food, and live entertainment. I understand why they have valet service. It would be a nightmare if everyone had to park their own cars. The valet service is very quick, but it's rather expensive at $38 a day. If you are going to be on Oahu for a couple of days, I would highly suggest renting a car so that you can see the rest of the Island.

We are coming to the end of our 3rd stay at the Embassy suites. This remains our 1st choice of accommodation in Waikiki, the location, breakfasts, and nightly managers reception and the fantastic staff you just can't beat. This time we are staying with our disabled son and I can't believe how stress free our holiday has been, staying here has certainly helped with this. So we'll go home to start saving for our next visit. Thank you Embassy Suites.

Just returned from one week at the Embassy Suites. Fabulous hotel - great location, amazing staff and amenities. The one bedroom suites are spacious and each has a balcony. Located less than one block from the beach, surrounded by various restaurants , retails stores and of course ABC stores. The hotel is about 1 block from the main strip , 30 Mom walk to the zoo and shopping centre in Honolulu.

Casey, Rose , Michael , John and Leanna were welcoming and made our stay even better! Their hospitality was excellent and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Mahalo.

Breakfast selection and made to order omelets was a great way to wake up and not have to find a restaurant. Daily managers reception included alcohol and non alcoholic drinks , chips , veggies and nuts.

Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here for 10 nights with 4 kids in the Hula tower. The staff are amazing. The hotel is clean and modern with a great pool area for kids. There’s great places to eat right outside on Beach Walk and the hotel is a very short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about how great the staff were at this location!! Everyone was so kind and friendly that it made me feel right at home. Our room was upgraded, we were greeted with some amazing juice upon check in and of course received a diamond welcome. Our family (2 adults, 2 kids - 5yr and 7yr) stayed at this hotel mid September as our first stop after our international flight. Quick to get to from the airport and check-in was quick too (no lines). We stayed in a 1 bedroom room (2 double beds in a separate room to the pull out sofa and TV). There was tea making facilities and a microwave in the room! Our view overlooked the street (which was fine). The room was in good repair and very clean.

The breakfast (which was included) was nothing to write home about. It was fine to start the day with but after 3 days I reckon i'd be eating elsewhere. In the evenings there was a 'happy hour' around the pool where you could get some complimentary drinks and snacks (nachos etc.).

The heated pool was nice, busy with an attached spa (hot tub - which was hot) and well attended with beach towels available self serve.

Great location with all the shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and a stroll across the road and past another hotel to reach the shoreline.

If we came back to Waikiki, we would stay here again.

Stayed 18/25 Aug, suite 1924. It was expensive but I have to say the room was better than expected. Great Ocean view, and views of the city. Great space to relax and two bedrooms made it like living in an apartment. The breakfasts were awesome even though it was busy. We loved the evening cocktails and our barman made a great Margarita. Our room maid was wonderful and if she saw us heading down to breakfast she would do our room and it was completed by the time we came back up. We'll definitely be back.

I booked an ocean view room, yet I got a beautiful room but with a partial ocean view. I talked to the reception, and I was taken care of by the manager himself, a very professional guy, who gave me another room with an amazing ocean view, even the hotel itself is not an oceanfront hotel. The room was one of the largest suites they have as well.

I really appreciate such a great, and fair handling of my concerns. I really don't care now how good the breakfast will be, and I'm not complaining at all about the $38 daily valet parking (the only option available). I have seen enough to tell me that the hotel worth every penny I spent to enjoy my time in Waikiki beach, which is by the way less than 5 min walk.

This is the best Embassy Suites i've ever been to by far. They have excellent service and is extremely quick, if you call guest services and request something it will be there in minutes. However the breakfast is different from other locations, they offer the same things, but due to lots of Japanese people who come and visit Oahu, they do have some Japanese foods for breakfast, even chopsticks. If your at breakfast, look out for the guy who I have a picture of below, he is cool as hell. The hotel is in a great location and is in walking distance of Waikiki Beach, and also has a great view of Waikiki (shown in photos). In the lobby, they have a local guide who can help you book stuff if you need help. Also one thing that sucks about this place is that you cant manually park your car, the only option is valet, but the people who work there a very nice. Overall, this hotel is great and would totally come back here and stay here again.

This Embassy Suites was convenient to Waikiki, but was the smallest Embassy suites room I have ever been in. On the positive side, they had excellent Hawaiian drinks at their free happy hour. Their breakfast buffet was also excellent. Their pool was nice and they had a hot tub. The hotel was not directly on the beach, but was close. Parking cost $38/day.

"Great breakfast and manager's reception"
I have only good things to say based on my experiences here at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk. Check in was a breeze. The breakfast service is the best on my experiences as I travel around the world. So staying here is definitely a yes for me in the future. The Staff (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Valet Parking) are all outstanding.
Centrally located in the heart of Waikiki shopping area.

Excellent location, central Waikiki. Very relaxed and family friendly. Managers Reception and Included Breakfast are great services. Poolside Bar with happy hour specials. Very clean property in & out with the spirit of Aloha throughout. The views are great and access is terrific everywhere. Room includes a kitchenette with microwave but no dishes & only paper coffee cups. There is a hot water pot and pod style 2 cup coffee maker (not kcup). Included Wifi service is a little unreliable at peak times but mostly good. Walking distance to beach, shopping, dining, park, museum.. Excellent

Great hotel to stay. This is my second time to Hawaii and I booked my vacation here both times. Check in was easy and the rooms are very clean. Guest are welcome to breakfast every morning and they also have a managers reception from 5:30 to 7:30 with two free drinks per guest. Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach is in a prime location across the street from the beach and near several places to shop (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Coach, Macy's) they also have a lot of restaurants in the area as well.

Free made to order breakfast, free happy hour, great rooms. Great location! We have gone back three times. Sad to say it is pricing itself out of sight. I loved everything about this hotel. The room was very nice and I loved how the bedroom and living room were separate. I was on the 5th floor of the hula tower right above the pool. The location is very convenient and the hotel is wonderful.

Perfect location. Has all the amenities and accommodations one would need for an enjoyable stat. Always polite staff. Laundry room takes cards so no need to scrounge for quarters. Happy hour, or shall I say hours, is every night. Impressive gym for a hotel but equipment still has old iPhone connection. Food, shopping, and fun is walking distance.

Really nice place. Rooms were good sized, clean, with modern furnishing. The pool is a good size, great for kids and adults. Hot tub bonus. The poolside bar was pricy, but expected I guess. Very good breakfast. Pool is always jammed, though. Who flies to Hawaii to use a hotel pool? Valet is expensive, but parking is scarce. Fire alarm was set off multiple times during two week stay, slightly annoying. Loud city noise at night, constant fried food smell from food trucks outside. No true ocean views from one tower.

I had a friend staying in the embassy suites, and we decided to go to Giovanni Pastrami to watch Sunday football. The food awesome!! Loved the triple play breakfast, it's everything you love for breakfast with a local flair. The staff was friendly and courteous. I will come again, it's a great place.

The hotel itself is nice, but only the individual rooms are air conditioned. The lobby, hallways, and breakfast area are not. Hawaii may be "paradise", but at least in September, it can get up to 90°. Also, the elevator requires a room key to operate, making it quite a chore when you have a lot of luggage, especially if you're not familiar with the new chip-based cards. Finally, the ice maker on our floor was not working.

Still, no other hotel chain has a free breakfast that rivals that of Embassy Suites, and the suites themselves are roomy and well-appointed.

I'll definitely stay at Embassy Suites again, but maybe not this particular one.

Excellent Hotel. Location is very efficient because it is close to the main road that has manu restaurants, stores, and other facilities. And also very kind and reponsive staff.

Only a few cons are the parking rates even to the guests who stay at the hotel and also only has 3 elevators that sometimes get crowded.

The staff has been great. Super responsive and accommodating to requests and they have a lot of recommendations when we are looking for advice. The room is pretty nice and clean. Our room is right next to the elevator and you can hear it through the wall. It's not too big of an issue, but a little annoying. Overall, we have enjoyed this hotel.

Pros:
-The rooms are cozy and nice
-Each room has its own thermostat which is nice
-Free breakfast in a big pavilion is high quality and delicious
-Valet service is very professional and fast

Cons:
-The shower and sink water barely reaches lukewarm -The water pressure is very low
-The shampoo and conditioner don't lather so it is difficult to spread and wash off

A little pricy but I guess that's Hawaii. Happy hour drink time was fun.

Wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable and they are many things to make it better. Breakfast had an omelet station which is delicious and also other fresh food. One block away is the beach. And there are free drinks and snacks each day. Overall great stay and will recommend to anyone coming to the Honolulu-Wakiki area!

Awesome hotel.customer service has been wonderful. We were upgraded for free with an ocean view room. It is what you expect from an embassy suites. Great rooms, sitting area, and breakfast. The location was perfect, able to walk to almost anywhere.

Great place to stay with the family, the full free breakfast, free drinks in the evening and entertainment every 2nd night makes it very affordable. Suites are comfortable too.

Excellent service, great amenities. Small but useable fitness center and the pool tends to get crowded. The beach is across the street, bring a beach mat or pay the local hotel for lounges and/or umbrellas. The rooms are fantastic- spacious, roomy and well equipped. The two towers seem different. We stayed in the one where the elevators opened to the street closest to the beach. Great central location. Lots of nearby restaurants and only two short blocks from the main drag. Only need a car if going to the north shore. Otherwise, buses and trolleys abound.
