• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

The hotel is under renovation... We called the hotel to reserve a week there, and they did not mention nothing about the renovations. Thus the main entrance is covered with plastic because of the renovation. The elevators were mega slow, and one was closed because the space was occupied by construction workers. Staff was really nice, except for a really rude valet parking guy. Also, valet parking is pretty much necessary, and the hotel charges $25 per night. We were not told about this either.

This was our worst Embassy Suites experience ever. We almost exclusively stay in Hilton Hotels and most of that is in Embassy Suites. We have stayed at this one before and it was fine. However, this summer the entire lobby was under construction. There was no made-to-order breakfast, the path to the pool (and breakfast) was different EVERY day, there was constant noise (hammering, jackhammering, nail guns, spot welding, etc.) and dust. One day they completed neglected to clean our room as well. (We did NOT leave our privacy sign out, they just didn't clean our room.) It was not a visit worth repeating. I would definitely think very hard before staying at this location again.

Great location next to the Bart station. The staff is super friendly - actually had a staff member text me during the visit to insure the visit was going all right. Couple of items of note from visit.. Hotel was going through a remodel so there is some apparent construction on the lower level. Each floor does not have an ice machine like a traditional hotel.. I had to call the front desk for a bag full of ice. Finally, another Hilton property that did not recognize me as a Gold HHonor member.. I thought this was suppose to be standard script at all Hilton but I guess not. Overall still a very nice stay.

This was thus far one of the best hotel stays with The Embassy, I have ever had. I am VERY high maintenance and extremely picky on where I stay when I travel and this location definitely met my standards. Yes there is minor construction going on at this location, however it does not disappoint with the amenities, location, cleanliness, room size and the amazing staff. One of the managers Jesse was truly incredible and made sure my husband and I stay there was exquisite and unforgettable!! Please disregard the negative comments on here about the construction because it is not an issue at all!! I highly recommend to book your stay at this Embassy if you are the San Francisco/Walnut creek area!!

Thank you Embassy @ Walnut Creek for an beautiful/incredible 4day/3night stay!!!

The hotel was under an extensive remodel (of the main atrium) when we visited. The place has a great corporate feel and a decent breakfast. It is located in a very professional part of town. The clincher for us, was the daily happy-hour they provided, with free drinks, alcohol and snacks! That alone, will keep us coming back! The room was clean, and well stocked too. Thanks.

Stayed in the 2 room suite for only one night. Rooms are nice and the staff is too. Would recommend to travelers with children because it also has an indoor pool.

No self parking, but there's a public parking garage right next to the Embassy. It's cash only and it is not walk friendly. A BART line is a few yards away. The windows are sound proofed but the train can still be heard going by. Can always request rooms away from the track. The lobby is under construction and should be completed by August 2018. The manager's reception and breakfast are temporarily served in conference rooms.

Under construction, limted breakfast menu but still good. No one answers the front desk phones (don't call). Ice takes 30+ minutes to be delivered. Our room was used and not cleaned before we arrived. Overall staff was friendly and valet guys were quick☺️

This was my first time staying at an Embassy Suites. As a kid, I saw many commercials and pictures that made me excited to stay for the first time. First walking in, I expected to see the beautiful lobby that I’ve been told about. However, what I did see walking into the lobby was a huge wall covering the whole middle of the hotel. They had construction/remodeling going on. When making reservations we were given no notice of this going on. I wanted a nice relaxing stay at what’s supposed to be a top-dollar hotel. NOT a loud and noisy stay. Cheap tv. And I noticed our shower drain was clogged up and over filling after only a 5 minute shower. Probably won’t come back.

Paid top dollar, arrived at 3:30pm to be told that our room was not ready. In addition, the entire atrium area was blocked off due to renovation. There was no mention on their website about this. Really disappointed as we flew in early to attend a graduation and our room is not ready. No shower to change before graduation. No beautiful atrium to enjoy, and the noise of construction was terrible. Receptionist was unfriendly and did not apologize for the inconvenience...just said “check in is not ready until 4”. Seriously embassy suites! Get your act together..or charge less!

It's a nice hotel in a good location. Staff is super nice and helpful. The breakfast is great. They are doing construction though, and that can get loud at times during the day. I would stay here again though.

We couldn't be happier with the service and cleanliness of the hotel Breakfast exceeded our expectations. And access to the Bart station allowed us to get into San Francisco and the airport. One fly in the ointment, however, was a terrible smell in the bathroom. We called down to ask if, perhaps, there was a leak in the waste pipe. Someone was sent up the day prior to our departure to check it out. He had no solution other than offer to change our room. As we were leaving the very next day, it wasn't practical for us to pack everything only to unpack and pack again We kept the bathroom light on which seemed to activate the fan and it helped slightly. But, the odor never really went away . I suggest getting a plumber up to room 820 As Hilton Honors member, we always try to stay at Hilton Hotels. I won't let this discourage me and hope to come back to Walnut Creek to visit my daughter

Extremely convenient to the entire Bar Area given location on 680 and across the street from BART. Made to order breakfast was good too. The facility is in need of some renovation, but this is underway. The service was quite good when we were here last.

Nice hotel. Indoor pool a plus though I didn't have time to use. Starting to show its age. Nice location not too far from down town which is bustleing with shops. Right next time Bart and courtyard which houses various hipster food trucks.

It has been a long time since I have used this chain. This was a business trip which I was paying for out of my own pocket, so was really excited to see such a great deal on the room which was a fantastic two room suite. and very close to my meeting location. Nice evening reception with food from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. The breakfast was extraordinary with made to order food by a chef. The atrium is a beautiful place to explore. The staff was the best from the parking valet who greeted me to all the front desk staff and food folks! Paying to park (no other choice on site) was the only negative for this very middle class traveler. Will use this property again.

We stayed with our children and this is a favorite location. They have an indoor pool that is heated, a nice treat for the kids! Breakfast is always nice too, complimentary of course, but get there early to avoid the line. Very attentive and friendly staff. Small convenience shop had some nice snacks, drinks.

This hotel is a very good option in the Concord area. Right off the Pleasant Hill BART stop makes it easy to get to from SFO. It's very nice inside, well laid out and with great amenities with a nice pool and gym space. The breakfast is VERY good with a small hot buffet and many things cooked to order. Nice managers reception every night with free drinks. Room is well laid out and spacious and comfortable; even my room right by the BART is no issue. Only things that could be better would be a local shuttle for getting to other food areas or spots to be in Concord (there are only a few walkable options that I have found). I'll definitely be back.

I ordered a two room hotel room and it only had one room for the bed and then a door to the sitting room. Where is my second room? They say it's the sitting room, but I expected another bed room. A two bedroom apartment has a common area, and 2 bedrooms. Their two room hotel room has one bedroom. Minus 1 million stars. I gave back a few for having normal hotel beds etc. But then I subtracted more for only having pac n plays and not cribs, and for being in California where no one uses trash bags and they only give you 1.5 towels.

On the positive side, the rooms are nice and clearly remodeled. The real problem is the crappy quality of the food coming out of the restaurant... It's completely unacceptable! Management was notified but took no corrective action beyond reimbursing the meal. Also, WiFi doesn't work well in the suites (especially towards the back) and the TV reception is poor, even on clear days.

The location is great, right next to the Pleasant Hill BART station. I got a room on the top floor, right next to the elevators. There was a constant machine-like noise. Coming from what seemed like the roof. The wifi signal is terrible. I attempted to connect using the complimentary access, and the Hilton honors password multiple times. I finally called the front desk and they gave me a code to use and that worked to actually get me on to the wifi, but the connection was super slow.

For 153 I got a bed as nice as mine (I've invested a lot into my bed as I have back issues) and a beautiful lobby area as well as a free cocktail hour and breakfast. The cocktail hour was legit. Breakfast was the usual omelette bar with carb corner and buffet. The staff was very nice and the valley is only $6 more than the public parking with in and out for guests($25). I do think for conferences if you are going to put lemon and lime in the water you should also have a plain water. That's my only critique. I just walked to the lobby and refilled my water every break though. I would definitely stay here again.

Not too bad, but this place did remind me why I make it a habit to stay at Marriott properties. It's not been updated for quite a while, an atrium style hotel and my sink didn't drain.

They also had the old "casino hotel style" pressure plate goods/water tray on the counter. I find that to be pretty cheesy.

The Valet for parking were outstanding, the front desk friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was as expected good. I would choose to stay there again. They failed in getting our reservation to host the wedding rehearsal dinner that department was not friendly and not helpful. We used the Hilton in Concord the services at Plate and Vine were 5 stars.

The rooms were huge and looked clean and nice. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The prices at the lobby store are a bit high, and the hot tub was under maintenance, which was a bummer. The bathroom was clean and large. Don't drink the tap though, it came out cloudy and tasted very chlorinated. A few minor problems in light of a great experience.

The location was nice because it was within walking distance of many restaurants. It is also not that far from Berkeley. The rooms were amazing. They were very clean and had more than enough space. Evening cocktaols and breakfast also included and wonderful! Thanks!

Decent hotel with large rooms and comfy beds. Rooms look a little dated and smell a bit stuffy, but they are in the process of a remodel so that will probably be remedied soon. It was great having a cooked-to-order complementary hot breakfast in the morning.

Great hotel. Love the center atrium i would ready it a 5. If you drive to this hotel, you HAVE to pay for parking! $25 for valet, with in and out privileges or $18 for all day without in and out privileges. What a scam. If i knew ahead of time we would have went somewhere else. Already paying alot of money for hotel then they get you for more$$.

This is a nice place that is apparently in the process of being remodeled. Even the rooms that haven't been remodeled are fine. The breakfast is probably the best free breakfast I've had. The treadmills could use a tuneup. I'll definitely be back.

From cold showers to loud workers, I don't think this place was worth the almost $200. I woke up early to take my medicine then I followed it with what I thought would be a warm shower. I was wrong it wouldn't go hotter than around 60 degrees Fahrenheit (My estimate). Then I was trying to go back to bed but I couldn't because all these workers were stomping, hammering and yelling making it hard to go back to bed. The gym and pool were amazing though, so was the staff. The in room coffee was perfect too. The quick elevator was also an added bonus. It might have been the room I was staying in or just a once in the lifetime thing with my problems I had but if I was looking for a hotel, this was too pricey to have these small issues. Would I come back; maybe if the price was less and the workers weren't so loud. My honest rating is a 4.5 no hate all in all, just like I said minor issues lead up to big issues in total. In addition the people helping with the snacks in the afternoon/ night time we're so nice and talkative.

Nice, clean place. Great breakfast and complimentary snacks and drinks (5:30pm to 7:30pm) are definitely great plus here! You get beer but also hard liquor just for a tip to the bartender! Don't get me wrong I'm not an alcoholic but this worked very well to close the day :-). The only thing I did not like was surprise with parking/ they charged us 25$ a day. Other than that... good hotel! :-)

Still have a few more nights. The hotel is alright. Spacious suites, friendly staff and a nice breakfast and evening reception available. The extra facilities are a bit disappointing though. The central courtyard is apt to be booked, the pool is small and open to the courtyard and half the rooms, and the gym is miniscule with only one bench for weights and no lifting machines or any space between the treadmills. You have to go at odd hours or hope no one is using it. Courtyard has poor air flow and can get really warm in the summer. Overall not bad but not the best either.

I visited Embassy Suites for a class in one of the ballrooms. The accommodations were nice and the ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing. I did have some issue with the ballroom as the room next to us generated a lot of noise and could be a distraction throughout the day. I also found the lunch to be fairly bland and I am not a fan of valet-only parking.

This hotel was beautiful. The room was perfect for my family and I. I definitely recommend this hotel as a perfect place to rest/vacation in the bay area. Not too close nor too far from the city. Continental breakfast with a hot bar not just your donuts and coffee. Not to mention a complimentary HAPPY HOUR. Yes FREE DRINKS! Their customer service was superb Ms. Briana was awesome, she was very helpful even though we had a million and one questions. That is the best part knowing that someone will go above and beyond to help especially when you are a visitor in a new area. I give this place 5 STARS

The embassy suites is a decent place with great service. It's a place for business travelers but the decor is beginning to show its age. Compared to newer hotels and brands that have undergone recent renovations, this embassy suites just feels dated. Service and breakfast make up for it so I would stay here again if traveling for business. If looking for something more romantic, look elsewhere.

A nice hotel with comfortable rooms, plenty of space for my family of 7. Daily breakfast has a good offing with both hot and cold options. They also throw a reception with light snacks every day. My only issue is parking. You have to valet and the fee is $25. Luckily you can park at the tansit center about a block and a half away. Only costs $3 for 24hrs.

Spacious rooms, living room/kitchenette with coffeemaker, microwave, frig. Full breakfast with choice of buffet or made to order breakfast. Only complaint : housekeeping was inconsistent at best. Often returned to room @ 2 30 or 5 pm to find room not cleaned. We stayed 5 nites.

First off there is no parking and they charge 25 dollars for valet. They gave us two keys for the room only one worked. They have a suite and the tv in the room was not working. When we took a shower the drain plug would not stay up so we had to hold it up to drain the tub. The wall paper was stained and the too. Was not the cleanest. I was disappointed for it being an 4 star hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room has a nice layout for a family. The cleaning staff and the morning front desk were nice. They sent maintenance up promptly and fixed the drain in the tub the tv is still not fixed hoping it will be when we return to the room.

They are very friendly and walked me through the check-in to help me find a room they would make me happy. The staff have been helpful in understanding and making it helpful for me to have a good experience. The room is nice and plenty of space to spread out. Clean room with comfortable bed. The lobby is very nice with ponds that have fish. It is nice and feels lively. They have a nice snack at the evening portion but it is a snack, fruit, chips and veggies. Not meant for a meal but refreshing.

Normally, I just stay at a hotel uneventfully and never leave a comment. This time, I had a few little things that needed attention in conjunction with an all day meeting at this hotel. So I had more interaction with the hotel staff than but the front desk staff and managers were absolutely fantastic. My favorite is Rose. She handled everything with a friendly smile.

With AAA we paid a little over $100 for a suite.. Nice room, clean and spacious. They offer a nightly "kickback" which was essentially a snack bar type meal with nachos, hot dogs, baked potatoes, Mac n cheese and on and on..not a high quality meal but free and tasty.. The breakfast was awesome also with eggs, waffles, potatoes, sausage,..

I've stayed at a few embassy suites and am dissapointed with this particular one. The carpet in my room was wet with a mystery liquid that turned my socks brown. I figured it was from a recent cleaning, but the color and fact it remained wet for days leaves me skeptical. I also overheard another guest with the same issue. For some reason the cable in my room cuts in and out, which is annoying, as well as the remotes from the 1990s that only work intermittently. The furniture is severely dated and discolored. Thankfully I didn't end up in the smelly former smoking room like my coworker. The employees have been helpful and services great, but this building is in severe need of renovation.

Rooms need updated, but are clean. Occasionally the hot water would not work, hair dryer broken or t.v. would not turn on. It always seems to be attention to detail. Staff is always extremely helpful. You can't beat the complimentary evening happy hour or full breakfast in the morning.

Came for a corporate conference recently and had a really nice time. Parking was a bit confusing but luckily it was validated. Our Breakfast and lunch was super great. Hope to come again.

My stay at this hotel has been great to say the least. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the hotel staff is very friendly, the shower is warm, there are three sinks and mirrors for getting ready in the morning, and the complimentary breakfast is out of this world (buffet style with option for cooked to order omelettes at no charge)! If there is something negative about this hotel it would be that they make you valet park, which is $22 a day for overnight guests. Other than that, this is an absolutely terrific hotel!

Very polite and helpful service, the rooms were comfortable. The valet was slow, but I was with a large group so it was not necessarily their fault

Food was expensive but bland. Pasta is crammed with butter and salt and soggy meat. Turkey sandwich is oscar meyer lunchmeat and a shred of iceberg lettuce. Pizza crust was soft and not well done. Gnocchi was chewyand well cooked, but the pasta sauce was Ragu and disgusting. French fries are basic theme park fried from frozen and tasteless. Beers were $9 a bottle. Just walk down the street and get real food.

Staff was awesome. Very nice lobby with many plants. A pond with koi fish and always had complimentary fruit water in front desk area. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. With cook to order omelets and other items as well. They had a buffet with many hot item food along with fruits cereal toast and many more. Room was nice and cozy. Only thing I didn't like we're the colors in the room. Blue couch green chair brownish red curtains. Just looked mismatched. Bed was super comfortable. I would def stay here again.

I was there for a band trip. It had accommodated us well. They provided breakfast and had an open bar for a brief period each evening. The space was very open and calming.

This is definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The cost benefit ratio is off the charts. You pay a little more than you would for a chain motel but you get an awesome spacious room and the extra things you get make it so worth it! I'm talking not just complimentary breakfast, but a chef that cooks to order. You get happy hour with snacks and drinks. Swimming pool, gym room. All in all, this was the best deal I've ever seen on hotels.

Nice open spaced interior. Great for large groups because all rooms can see other room doors. Kids love this. Would definitely stay again at this location.
