- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Ok room. The microwave didn't work. I had to use the outlet in the bathroom for it. I was offered a new room but wasn't explained the details ( if it was the same as mine, an upgrade or if there was a fee. I had a suite and could not afford any additional charges) Could not access the fitness center. There was quite a bit of noise every night I was there. Very thin walls. One of the lady receptionist didn't seem friendly. But the rest of the staff was great! Just wish the walls weren't so thin and the fridge was regular size for the suites.

I simply cannot say enough about Chef Roscoe. The hotel has been nice, room was clean and comfortable. I was excited about the included breakfast which is a significant upgrade from your typical continental breakfasts, but my stay was absolutely cemented in my memory as a magnificent one due to this man. As I dragged my tired body downstairs to the lobby, his warm and welcoming charisma immediately awakened me. Made to order eggs, Omelettes, oh my! I selected my ingredients, handed them over to him, and even though I watched, I don’t know what or how he did it but it must be magic. What he gave to me was hands down, by far, bar none, without a shadow of a doubt the absolute BEST omelette I have EVER eaten. I’m not usually an omelette person but I can tell you I’m a Chef Roscoe Omelette person! Don’t even get me started in his salsa... I came back and put it on my breakfast potatoes too. For a second I thought about putting it in my coff... never mind. AMAZING. Chef Roscoe is a gem, and it was our interaction that has made me a loyal guest from here on out. Every hotel needs wonderful, kind, professional human beings like him. THANK YOU.

The included buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing! The service was fantastic I asked for six extra pillows, they brought me 7! The after-hours snack shop for amenities to satisfy your after-hours Sweet Tooth was over-the-top wonderful. There's a very cool view of the airport and the runway from the hotel room. Overall it was a great Hotel my kids loved it we would definitely stay there again. Bible in the room wod be nice.

We stayed in a 2 room suite that comfortably slept 6 adults. The beds were very comfortable, including the fold out couch. Room was clean and had a nice size fridge and a small microwave. The free breakfast was amazing, busy, but amazing. They also had free happy hour in the evening that we were unable to attend.

Stayed one night here after flying in late. The room was big, the bed was comfy, and everything was clean. I had a room facing the airport so I did hear some planes land, (maybe take off?, Not sure, I was tired and fell asleep pretty quick). If you are sensitive to noise, be aware of that. Woke up and ate from the breakfast buffet, which was good, but the coffee was awful. Overall nice place, a bit pricey though

Overall a great hotel. They offer a great free buffet breakfast each morning until 10am. Also a happy hour from 5:30-730pm. The atrium area is great however the rooms and the pool area feel dated. Some major renovations and landscaping would really help the place out.

Overall a decent experience at the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were very large although dated, location was good for work, and breakfast was above average. I think they are due for a renovation, but otherwise no complaints. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. One of the best stays I have ever had in a hotel. Staff was so friendly and kind. Everything was spotless clean top to bottom. The free breakfast and snacks and drinks were over the top great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I have stayed at a lot of nice hotels and this one is hands down the best. First of all the front desk is freindly, courteous and professional. They make you feel very welcomed. The shuttle bus driver the people serving the the breakfast are all very good at their jobs and again make you feel very welcomed. There rooms were nice, clean and up to date. Lastly the rooms apparently have good sound proofing and we slept very well. I tend to be a light sleeper so I don't get this a lot in hotel stays.

Extenuating circumstances brought us to West Palm Beach twice in the last month. We had such a great time I will be making this a yearly vacation.

This Embassy Suites was exceptional. It's location is great, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are welcoming, the staff are friendly. The social period every evening is bar none. The food was good quality considering the standard fair. The bartenders tended the patrons very well, to the extent that their liberal nature on libations were very acceptable to the inebriation of the guests. Their tips are well deserved and may they be overflowing.

I must say the main reason that I came to this hotel is due to the opening of Soundarya spa. I was so incredibly impressed with the spa I have now made it part of my weekly/monthly routine. It is a completely different spa unlike any other spa I have found in that it offers truly holistic modalities for mind body spirit wellness as well as a Himalayan salt room to relax in. As always the staff at the hotel or friendly and supportive and helpful. It’s always a joy to be able to sit in the café after my treatment at the spa and visit with friends since I live almost 45 minutes north of this hotel and basically becomes a destination for my friends in Central and South Palm Beach County to meet up with me.

Was at a work event and I was in the banquet hall. The hall is nothing amazing and the food was okay and that is a stretch. Who knows maybe it is simply just what the event ordered. If you want a fancy hall, might want to look else where.

You can't beat the breakfast. The rooms were showing little wear, but this was compared to the brand new hotel we stayed at the day before. The suite was huge and the perfect size for our family of 5. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety. When the breakfast says it closes at "x" time, they aren't joking. All hands were on deck pulling food from the buffet, including drinks. Usually places just stop restocking at closing time and let people finish, not here!

My husband and I booked 2 nights here after our flight was cancelled in Miami. It was very nice decor, staff very friendly, decent breakfast, evening snacks. The only problem we ran into from the night we arrived at almost midnight: my husband took a shower and there was no cold water, just hot, or scolding. We let it go, but still persisted the next day so my husband inquired at front desk. They sent someone out to fix. Problem seemed to resolve temporarily. I showered less than a couple hours later, started off okay, then became scolding hot. My husband went and talked to front desk again, who asked HIM to check surrounding rooms for the temperature: same thing, HOT! I love cooler temperatures in general but this was a hazard. They then suggested we check a floor 5 flights up. Turns out, it wasn't scolding hot so we acceteped (out of exhaustion from traveling over a week, out of the county). Just frustrating to go from so accomdating to so inconsiderate. Will not be staying here again.

Close to the airport with shuttle service! Morning breakfast and evening receptions are great. Unfortunately my room had AC issues. The room never got below 75 😳 so did not sleep good. My husband and I stayed several times.
Great shuttle service to and from airport and a few other Places. The breakfast is amazing And free. It's like you are at Denny's but better.
Great happy hour with free drinks and snacks.
Rooms are nice too. Just didn't like the mistakes that were made to my credit card on each visit. I feel they should be a little cheaper. Overall a good stay.

This is an amazing hotel, with huge rooms, a great social area and beautiful landscaping. The room was a bit pricey but that was due to a protest going on in the area and everything being booked. All in all very happy with the stay, the staff, the room, and the free breakfast!

Hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and did their job well but didn't really go out of their way to go above and beyond. Room was recently remodeled but seemed unfinished. Light switches didn't control anything, one light required two switches to be in at the same time and the shower wall was installed too close to the edge causing it to leak onto the floor at the door. Loved the two room layout with the bedroom in the back.

Reasonable prices. Super quick and easy check in. Hotel offers complimentary non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages along with light snacks EVERY evening for 2 hours. Bar conveniently located near restaurant so if you want to have dinner, tgey will bring your free drinks to your table.
Facility was generally clean, but the fitness center did not have any wipes to wipe down the machines. Ick. Nice outdoor pool area but we did not swim.

Very nice hotel. It meets the Hilton quality I would expect. Caesar and Felicia we're both wonderful upon check-in and addressing any issues I had. I experienced issues with the wifi but after talking with Felicia, they're undergoing an upgrade so I expect it will be better in the future.

The hotel is good, with plenty of amenities. The staff was always available to help whenever there was a problem, like an inability to connect to the WiFi (my devices were the problem, not the hotel). The hotel offered a commentary breakfast and happy hour. The happy our offered basic drinks (rail liquor, house red & white wines, Budweiser, and a house red wine sangria) as well as light snacks. The rooms were sufficiently big and allowed me to work, as well as host a small meeting.

The location is away from most of the attractions, But within a short drive or uber ride, so it is perfect for business meetings.

Amazing front desk staff and great food! Where they lack however is in their housekeeping and management. Their house keeping often missed my room entirely and none of them speak English. If you want to talk to the house keeping you need one of their translators present. Their evening supervisor will tell you one thing and as you turn the corner he'll gossip to the other receptions while you're still in earshot of him.

I can not say anything but amazing things about this hotel and ALL of the staff that worked through hurricane Irma to provide us the best possible accommodations. Not only was everyone very friendly and professional they provided breakfast, lunch and dinner for free with a smile on their faces! Even when the lobby started leaking they did everything they could to make sure everyone was safe and well cared for. From the front desk staff to the managers and food staff not once did I hear a complaint or get an attitude... I'm so impressed with the amazing customer service and managers who were on top of everything during a sold out storm! It could have been a complete disaster but it was far from that and I'm so grateful!

Overall the property is nice, however it is dated. The location is ideal; it took us less than 5 minutes from the airport to arrive at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. The beach is located a few miles from hotel. The room were well maintained, clean and nice. We enjoyed the room suite layout with separate sleeping area, kitchenette and sitting area. We also enjoyed the daily manager's happy hour. The breakfast was great; the food options ranged from made to order omelette to fruit to Belgian waffles...a great selection at no cost! The meeting rooms for our family reunion was small. The pool area was open but it appeared that it was still under renovation. The couches in the lobby were comfortable but some had a faint smell. Overall the property was nice, but the facility was dated however it well maintained and the staff was awesome.

An employee - John - came out to our car as I got out to check-in and unload. I thought he came out to help, but he actually came out to say that I had to move my car. I parked and walked our luggage and four children in over a few trips in and out. Meanwhile, I saw other cars unloading at the curb where I just attempted to do the same thing. When I asked at the desk about this, they said that John was new and didn't know any better. They seemed embarassed and took some money off of our bill (I didn't ask them to do this) but they never asked us if we needed help in or later on the way out. $400 gets you a decent suite in an okay hotel. The friendliest person in the place is the cook at the omelette station!

This is by far the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The entire day time staff was amazing. One woman christine or christy ( my memory is horrible) went above and beyond. The location is very convenient, as it's very close to the airport. Shuttles are provided to take you to and from the airport. Rooms are standard embassy suites rooms depending on whether or not you have a suite or a nonsuite, but you will find comfort either way. The employees are kind and welcoming and you will definitely enjoy your stay here.

It was great. free drinks from 5:30 to 7:30. Complimentary breakfast was good with and omelet bar. Only complaint was the hot tub closed at 10

The rooms are clean and well set up. Breakfast is great. The afternoon reception is not as nice as the location in palm beach gardens . Overall great.

We've just had a MARVELOUS luncheon with "VITAS" in your ballroom. The chicken was delicious & moist, & so was the salmon. The whipped potatoes were yummy & the veggies were done to perfection. The desert was also great. We'll definitely return to your dining room,to eat again.
Sincerely, Mark & Gloria Samuel.

Check in was fast and easy. I did it through the phone app. Had to wait for a luggage carrier to arrive. They happily changed my room type to a 2 bed suite. Room was spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast is the best breakfast I have ever had. Shuttle service to the convention center was free.

The only bad thing is no night life. When we got back from our convention at 12:00 am there was no soul in sight. Bar closed super early and the restaurant is empty during lunch.
