• Indoor air quality
• Community outreach
• Building infrastructure

Good price, they upgraded me to a room with a king and a nice view at no charge and I slept like a rock.. which isn't normal for me. Close to everything including several bike rental shops (I recommend bee's knee's) and starbucks. Hot-tub was out of service due to covid but there is a nice rooftop lounge area on 9th floor as well that was relaxing!

Great price for a full condo! Great location and near sky train. Gym is open now (most are closed with covid 19) will stay here again

For the price I was pretty impressed with the rooms. Small but nice, modern and clean.Don't really need more out of a hotel room.
The staff was superb - super friendly and helpful, especially the valet guy.
The staff worked together and pulled strings to ensure we could check in a few hours earlier which we really appreciated due to a long travel day.
The patio where the gym/hot tub are is pretty nice on a nice day.
The location of this hotel is probably the biggest reason I will come back. Fresh st market just down the road, yale town restaurants within walking distance, sunset beach, and Stanley park.
Only complaint in the 40dollars/night of parking which for all I know may be standard in that area/unrelated to the hotel, but it was bit steep. That's all! Will be back for sure. Just may try to find somewhere else to park..

Best night ever.. What a wonderful hotel.. Not too pricey, excellent value, nice breakfast, friendly employees, the hotel manager was 1st class all the way. We will definitely be back.

Far better than I expected! Room was well maintained, good temperature, and decent size too! My only complaint was the apparent lack of a food menu for room service, as well as the items in the hotel were hard to determine if they were complimentary or not.

The hotel was nice, but there was tape holding the wallpaper together and the wall was peeling in the bathroom. The television in the room was also not great, but the weight room was nice and there was a great view and the hotel was within walking distance from several pubs and Granville Island.

It's conveniently located -- right off the 10 bus, 10 minute walk from the train that takes you to the airport. The rooms look and feel clean, and I didn't have any problems with the service. I'm also a pretty low maintenance guest in general.

Nice, clean rooms in a convenient location. Good selection at the breakfast buffet ($13.99). Access to a fitness room and hot tub. Room wasn't ready on time due to a late check-out. Aside from that a great experience.

The hotel is clean and the people are good but the actual building needs a lot of work. It's just not worth the price they are charging

Other than not having a dining facility this was a very nice and secure hotel in which to stay. It is within walking distance to public transportation and dining. Hotel staff was very accommodating.

Absolutely on for the price paid. Even if it's near a large street I couldn't hear the noise very Los. Nice view to Granville island. Hot tub & pool on the 9th. Friendly & helpful staff

I was in one of the cheaper King Bed rooms while they were under construction. Not much a view but I wasn't expecting much there. The higher rooms are probably better in that respect. Free wine tasting at the hotel bar was a cool perk. The bathroom could probably use a bit of love; a lot of the fixtures showed signs of some corrosion.

This hotel location is great. It is clean and the staffs are friendly. The service is great according to the price. I stayed there for 5 days and I did not have anything to complain. The only thing was they had some renovation which caused a little noise during the day which was totally understandable.

Great location and price. The water was only a few blocks away which made for a nice walk to take my dogs. I have stayed there a few times now and will continue to do so, friendly staff and clean rooms.

It's a nice hotel, just out of the center of the city. Close to the bay. Staf is good and professional, serving wine every day at six. Rooms are decent, beds are good and comfortable, everything is clean. it's a nice stay. In spatially I'll like to mention Albert Wiebe a sweed man at the hotel lobby desk for the kind words and hospitality.

They store luggage for free.

Excellent room, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with beautiful views. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were plenty large, even for a big man to fit into. Beds were nice and firm, with choice of pillow stiffness. Convenient location, especially to walk a little down the road to the aquabus ferry. Only complaint was hotel was under a bit of construction, but not a hastle or noisy in the rooms, and workers were very professional. Overall 10/10 would very much stay here again.

Not posh, but not pretentious. Great location and a clean room. Stayed for three nights and have no complaints...but nothing to praise either. It's a place to rest your head. In this city you shouldn't be wasting time in your hotel anyway.

Hotel is located a short distance from several sights in Vancouver. Sunset Beach, Stanley Park and Granville Island are within walking distance. Hotel has secured underground parking, but there is no 24 hour surveillance. The furniture in our condo looked new, however, it does need a a refurbishment. Bathrooms and kitchen look a little dated. The condo we stayed in has a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. From 5-6pm there is a complimentary wine tasting in the lobby restaurant. Recommended if you're staying in Vancouver.

Ok hotel. A/C was not functioning, room was hot & damp; Fridge was not even cold. Armchairs in the room needed a very good steam cleaning! However, staff was very helpful & friendly at the concierge.

Staff was pleasant, building needs some updating. Our room, a 2 bedroom suite, looked nice until we were in it for a little bit. We had issues with the electrical as the breaker kept tripping. Only 1 of our 3 air conditioning units actually cooled. Our couch had a stained seat cushion. The bedroom furniture was very cheap and damaged. The mattresses are very firm if you like them that way. They still get 3 stars due to the staff downstairs, who gave us a few free shuttle rides, and the location for the price. I would assume from the appearance that they are gradually renovating to make the place better.

My experience hasn't finished at this hotel, it's just started. I've just checked in and already feel the need to have my say. This establishment, it's staff and their hotel is by far the best I've stayed at and I've been here only an hour. They have made stay, my day and my honeymoon an absolute dream. I couldn't ask anymore of Christina at the front desk and Albert who lovingly took care of us.

Thank you. Thank you more than you will ever know.

Albert at the front door is a beacon of light, we felt instantly welcome. He went above and beyond by taking our bags to our room while we ventured out and waited for check in and even called over to The Sandbar and made us reservations at the perfect table upstairs.

Cozy room with a comfy bed as well.

The service was most excellent! Very happy with the stay. The room was very clean and well presented. The front door man Albert was just a gem! and really brought something extra to our stay. Every time we can or went he had nice words and remembered us! So very pleased with how everything turned out. I will be recommending this establishment to others! Thanks Albert for being just so awesome!

Staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean but small (roughly 300-400 Sq ft) but it did the job. The lobby bar was a bit disappointing, only had a very few selection of alcohol. Had a nice outside sitting area with heaters and even blankets. (We went end of February). Had a fully stocked mini bar and free WiFi (bonus). Couldn't hear any other people in our room which was nice as well.

7

The location is easy to get to, but it still almost missed it. The bar isn't really a bar, just a temporary place with a couple tables in the lobby. The room was small, but all I needed. Overall, it was a good experience though. The employees were friendly and talkative. And they knew what they were talking about...

Very convenient location to everything in downtown and easy access out of dt core. It's a couple blocks to the promenade connecting to the seawall. Some great perks as well like free glass of wine per guest, complimentary bike rental and noon hour checkout time!

The location is great. Lovely walking area with clubs, groceries, etc. nearby. We unfortunately had to change rooms twice. There was what appears to be bodily fluids on our door. Maintenance worker wiped it up with a tissue and proceeded to wipe the dirty phone off with said tissue. Light switches were consistently dirty. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom condo suites. The room was excellent, with an absolutely amazing view of the city. The staff were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful especially when arranging for transportation and giving suggestions for places to visit. The hotel is walking distance from main downtown neighborhoods which was very convenient. I definitely plan to stay here during my next visit to Vancouver.

friendly staff and good location. neat "wine-themed" concept. rooms could be updated for sure, but on the plus side they are very large (building was built back when real estate was cheap!)

Small Rooms. Good thing was the spa tubs with jets. Nice to have that. Other than that wall paper was peeling off and an odd smell. Guess thats what I get for $70/night. Not a bad price but older building that needs to be updated. Staff was extremely helpful and the maids are really sweet and kind. Update the place and ill stay again

Great staff for sure. We were in a 2bd suite/condo using a Travelzoo voucher. Perfect for a trip to Christmas Market with parents. Full on kitchen, laundry, great living room and had 2 bathrooms.

Facility is a little older but they have done some upgrades. Windows were taped shut for some reason.

Breakfast buffet was perfect (had free voucher) and staff again very attentive and courteous.

Location is fine for checking out city. Everything is within a 20 minute walk of hotel.

Under ground parking was nice as well...included with our voucher.

Overall a great trip and given the same deal, we will be back next year.

Put us in a wrong room at first but straightened it out. Rooms are average for comfort and very small. Only recommend if you get a significant discount. Slightly dusty and TV was not mounted correctly.

This place is like an average budget hotel, although they try to make it appear to be fancy. It's an older building, so they have done what they can with it. There was dust on the TV in our room and the grout in the bathtub was discolored. The tub also had broken tile and some areas with rust. They offer a basic continental breakfast for $12.99. We stayed here with a Travelzoo deal which was nice since it included breakfast and a bottle of wine. If breakfast wasn't included with our stay I would opt out and try one of the amazing restaurants Vancouver has to offer.

We stayed at the "Executive Hotel Vintage Park" and we were asked to pay a deposit in cash or by credit card. We chose to pay by cash and were told that if we did not use something from the room or if we had not consumed anything at the restaurants, we would get our deposit returned. Yet when we were checking out, the hotel front desk told us that they did not have the cash available to return to us then. They said that we could either pick it up next when we come back to the hotel or we should wait for the accountant to come (which was going to be in a few hours). They knew that we were leaving town. Imagine that they supposedly are a decent hotel but did not have cash to return a customers deposit when checking out. Even the General Manager came and insisted that they did not have the cash to return. That was the first time in my life I came across a hotel which did not have cash to return a customers deposit. I thought that was pathetic.

Great location two blocks from Davie and Howe. Room was very nice, small but had everything we needed! (And great shower pressure). Staff were very friendly. -1 star for no dinner restaurant in the hotel, but it's so close to so many restaurants that it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here a couple weeks ago while visiting from the U.S.. We booked rather last minute and were greeted with excellent service and were bumped up to the Deluxe Suite at no extra charge. The room was spotless and had an amazing view of downtown Vancouver. The hotel's location is perfect for downtown night life as well as access to Stanley Park and numerous beaches. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting the city!

We got a deal thru Social Shopper, a good deal! When we booked they didn't have a king size bed, that's fine so we got a Queen. However, the room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. Most bedrooms are bigger than that!! Seriously, make sure you are careful when booking. We were there to see the sights but it was really cramped quarters.

Stayed 2 nights in Sept, 2015. rented a suite with 2 bedrooms. Decent price. Clean rooms, everything worked well. Free shuttle to cruise ships, which is nice. Great location downtown, can walk to almost anywhere. Evening desk clerk was very helpful, as was the bell captain.
If they provide coffee maker, then they should not charge for extra K cups. We had 5 adults in the suite and they were going to charge us $1 for each extra cup. Found a nice coffee shop on the corner instead. Overall a nice place in a beautiful city.

Location location location:) Okay I will be honest we booked here on a Groupon deal in April...$98 a night was FABULOUS! I would NOT pay$220 or up though....it is nice, great service, the wine samples in the evening was Awesome! But we missed it by 1 minute and they had already shut it down for the eve. So be on time:) It is in such a great location and for cyclists....the free cruiser bike for borrow is such an awesome complimentary offer! LOVE it here...would stay again for the lesser rate for sure....I would pay as much as $140....no more sorry! Hot tip on rooftop was super nice, but wasn't set up in April like the pics...surprised me there.
