The Fairfield Inn on Harbor Boulevard is a great option for staying off property on any trip to Disneyland. The best part of this "motel" is it's location, barely a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the parks. While the rooms are spacious but spartan, you'll hardly notice because most offer partial views of the evening fireworks over Space Mountain and the Matterhorn. The next best hotel to Disney's Grand Californian for a couples visit to Disneyland.

We loved the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Anaheim Resort! First of all the hotel in itself is beautiful and clean. It is in the east side on Austin so about a mile from downtown which was walkable if you enjoy a stroll. We never felt unsafe. During the day we used the free bikes and rode all over Austin which was so convenient. I love being active and having it as an integral part of my day was great. Kathy was super helpful and gave lots of advice of things to o and see and restaurants to try. We did not have any bad experiences. There are many places short by to eat and all the stores and restaurants are very eclectic. Our stay was great. We stayed in the queen standard upstairs. The shower is amazing as the sun greets you through the skylight each morning. What a great way to wake up. No complaints, hope to be back one day.

It's not fancy. But it's a 5 minute walk to the park. The rooms are large, modern, and clean. Rooms on the North side have a view of the fireworks which is cool. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. You can choose self park or valet, but there clearly aren't enough spaces for the number of guests. And an extra $19 per night is pretty crazy. Guests who pay that much should get an assigned space. Still it's the best price considering the insanely good location.

We booked double queen premium view rooms. The rooms were pretty nice, but the view was definitely not premium. All one could see from our window was the driveway, not the Disneyland sky view at all. And definitely not fireworks or any lightshow. What a ripoff. I would have been happy with a regular 2 queen room for a little less money. The bed was comfy enough, but too high for me to get in and out of comfortably. The pillows were a little too thick. The distance from Disneyland is about a block from the crosswalk into the entrance. The hot tub is small but very nice. The kid enjoyed the pool. Reasonably priced food available in the 3rd floor market, plus a couple of microwaves and a toaster and many tables. I would give 4 stars if they hadn't lied about the view.

For a simple hotel stay right across the street from Disneyland, it's pretty great! The beds are comfortable and being able to walk right across the street to the park has been great. The sink in our hotel room is a little clogged, but other than that everything is in good working order and the staff have taken care of us

We had a premium upgrade room. It looked to be remodeled and felt very nice and comfortable. There is no breakfast provided but they do have a little area where you can purchase breakfast items. The staff is great and was willing to help all the time.

My family & I went to the Fairfield Inn at the end of June. We did 4 days at Disneyland. The hotel is so close to the park it's unreal. Didn't even take us 15 minutes to walk. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. Water pressure in the shower was great. Thanks to their great valet services, parking wasn't an issue. Swimming pool was clean & maintained. There's a freaking pizza on the 3rd floor. We asked the staff for more towels on our way up to our room from the lobby. They had the towels to us before we even made it to our rooms. Clean property & rooms. Friendly staff. Close proximity to the park. Zero complaints.

It's affordable. Very close to Disneyland. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I'm not a fan of the feather pillows though. This is my second visit in two years. Will continue to come back.

We have been coming to Disneyland and staying at the Fairfield for 7 of the last 9 year's. It is right across the street from the parks and several restaurants are in the immediate area. The rooms have been recently remodeled and are even better than before. Most importantly, the staff here is great. They go out of their way here to ensure our vacation is as enjoyable as ever. They still understand what customer service is at this hotel.

Such a great experience. I stayed here a couple of weeks ago during my Disney Dirty 30 celebration. Every staff member I came across was super nice and helpful, and they had easy access to everything we needed. Maritza (sp?) was especially helpful with maps and park info, and they even left me a little birthday gift! I would 100% recommend staying here for Disneyland trips, especially.

The location is very close to Disneyland; very walkable. The staff was nicer than the staff at Disneyland and the room was very clean. Cleaning staff was very kind and polite and gave us extra towels and blankets as requested and with a smile. Best hotel experience in Anaheim yet; and just across the street from Disneyland resort.

We've stayed here a dozen times. It is a quick .5 mile walk to either park, there is a McDonald's, a Mimi's and a Panera right outside. The rooms are nice, newly decorated with wood floors and a pocket door that creates privacy for the sink area. The cost is reasonable. The 3rd floor has a lobby with toasters and a small coffee shop/pizza parlor/quickie Mart for cereal and breakfast sandwiches. It is a great hotel for families with kids of all ages.

I loved (almost) everything about staying here! Friendly, helpful staff, great location and clean rooms! Our room was on the north side so we got a perfect view of all the fireworks without the all the crowds! Also, and this is a huge deal for me, the room has laminate flooring. Carpet in hotel rooms kinda grosses me out, who knows what's been on them? The only drawback is the parking. There are not enough spaces for self parking so at times you're left with no other choice but to valet. Either way it's the same price. Parking issues seem to be typical no matter what hotel you stay at in the area and I'm not complaining, just informing. Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend Fairfield Inn!!

Everything you love about Marriott! And even better since it was right across from Disney! They made our trip stress free and wonderful! I will always be staying at one of the hotels where I can just cross the street. We took a nap every day we were there which helped me, as a mama of a two year old, my daughter, and grandpa get through each day. Beautiful place. Clean. We even watched the test fireworks happening over at Disney one night we were there! So cool!

7

Was a nice hotel. The room was nice with plenty of room. I liked the flooring in the room way better than having carpet because this they can mop and feels cleaner than the carpet. Nice and close to Disneyland and plenty of food close by and it's close to the freeway. The parking sucks having to pay $20 for your car and there are so few self parking spots. They said the valet is free unless they have to get your car then it's a couple bucks every time they get it. But they are limited for parking so they can park them a couple deep which makes sense but still annoying. Overall a nice place to stay and would go back again.

6

Great location for Disneyland parks. The rooms, although cute and clean, are not sound proofed well and there are a lot of children and people up early and late. They had a lot of construction going on during my stay and that added to the noise a lot. They have a little pizza hut/market on the 3rd floor which was good for a snack but not for a meal.

8

Great Location across from Disneyland, everything you need is within walking distance and the hotel staff took care of all our needs and requests in a professional and timely manner. Pizza Hut on our floor was good and the game room gave the little ones something extra to do while at the hotel. Would give them 5 stars , but nothing is ever perfect .

8

Very nice hotel and location. It's about a 5 minute walk across the street to Disneyland. This will be our second time straying here, but I do have one suggestion. For some reason, this Marriott doesn't offer a complimentary breakfast; every other Marriott I've stayed at does. Why the discrepancy? I know hotels near Disney can pretty much do as they like and not lose a lot of business, but Disneyland is expensive enough without having to worry about buying breakfast too. Offering a complimentary breakfast would give this hotel an edge over others in the vicinity -- not to mention make the customer feel happy and appreciated.

The Fairfield Inn is a great place to stay for a family looking for quality pricing and convenience. It's just a short 7 to 10 min walk to the parks. Whether you are staying as a group solo or a family it has most everything you want in a Disneyland style hotel. They are really trying hard at this hotel. It has convenience, a decent pool, good parking, great views, a gift shop, valet parking, security on site, a pizza hut and game room. We stayed on the 7th floor during the first weekend of February. We got a two bed queen with a view of the parks. Cons: parking is $20 per day, elevator noise all night, no free breakfast and maid service did not come until 3pm. We enjoyed our stay and I would say it's better than most near Disneyland.

7

Decent amenities for the price and location. We booked very late and still received a decent rate (though in February, not exactly peak season.) The room was clean, but the shower was very low pressure and not functioning correctly. There is a panera extremely close and the walk to Disney is barely minutes. There are a few shops and restaurants on the way but your best

5

The room is comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom is large with plenty of linens, although the shower leaves a lot to be desired. Activating the shower doesn't stop the flow of water out of the faucet, so the water pressure is terrible as you stand ankle deep in the water that can't drain fast enough out of the tub. That being said, the proximity to Disneyland is fantastic, and I did enjoy that there is a Panera right on property for a quick breakfast and coffee before the park. I would recommend this to someone looking to go to Disney and stay off property.

This is our first time staying at Fairfield Inn. The location is basically right across the street from Disneyland, and close to a lot of places to eat. The room is a little small, but perfect if you're not planning to spend the whole day in it. It's pretty quiet during the night and the walls seem to be pretty well insulated between rooms. There's no microwave which made breakfast an interesting affair. Other than that, we really enjoyed everything about Fairfield Inn! We would definitely recommend and stay again!

9

Fantastic location right next to the Disney parks. The 10pm curfew ensures a quiet night sleep. Huge LG televisions in each room and an on site Pizza Hut. A mini fridge that is perfect for snacks during our week stay and great customer service. We highly recommend the Fairfield Inn!

10

Clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent location. We were in town to visit Disneyland and the location right across the street can't be beat. It's 2-3 minutes walk to the main gate. Only complaint was the provided pillows weren't super comfortable, but if you bring you're own your fine. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting disneyland.

9

This has a great location, less than a 10 minute to walk from the lobby to the security checkpoint. There is a Pizza Hut on site, but it is easy and convenient to get Panera for breakfast. The service was great - I told them that we were celebrating my daughter's birthday on this trip and they delivered birthday balloons! We did have a minor issue with our bathroom but it was fixed immediately. I liked the option to skip housekeeping on certain days to earn reward points. It was busy during the winter holiday season, but we would stay here again at this time of the year. For the summer, I would probably consider another spot along Harbor Blvd with a bigger pool and splash park.

A good value. The room was comfortable and quit clean. My wife is pretty particular and was unsure, but was pleased. Great if you are really tired, and sleep hard. Our first two nights we slept badly, due to elevator noise, mostly. On the nights we’d been at the parks, that didn’t bother us as much. Smooth valet and check in. Great housekeeping. I recommend it.

Finding the place was difficult. First, we turned into the McDonald's entrance. Then we passed it and had to make a u-turn. We had to drive really slow and then found the entrance, which was one in the same as Panera. All the staff that we encountered were friendly, except one! He looked busy on his phone in the lot. They all greeted us with a welcoming smile and salutation. Checking in and out was very easy. Valet & self-parking are the same price. Valet service was fast when needed! Room was clean. I wish the sink/closet area was a little more spacious. Our room didn't have a microwave, which kind of sucked, but was manageable.

Great location from the park. Probably a 7 minute walk to the main gate. Not the quietest or most comfortable beds but for the location you can't really beat it. Valet parking is a definite plus!

5

It's clean and it's a place to crash after a long day at Disneyland. The beds squeak, the bathroom doorknob was broken, and the interior decor looks like it was selected so that they could hose down the room if needed. It serves it's purpose but don't go here expecting "nice".

6

Nice hotel. I think the value for the $ is here. A couple of observations, not complaints. Stay on the west side. This hotel is so close to the freeway, the east side is noisy. We couldn't get the AC to keep a constant temp either to cold or way to cold... I think you could stay at another place on Harbor Dr and have a very pleasant experience for a little less $... Your call.

My family and I stayed there for our trip to Disneyland. It was beautiful, clean, up to date, and the service was amazing! I loved having a cafe, pool, and a coin operated washer and dryer. The washer and dryer was a life saver so we didn't have to pack as much.

Just spent 10 days here on our first trip to Disneyland and the surrounding area. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel from the cleanliness to the extremely friendly and courteous staff, they all went above and beyond our expectations. We would not hesitate to return and recommend to family and friends. Also the proximity to the main gates of Disneyland and California Adventure Parks was a bonus!!

We love this location - it's convenient to the Disney Resort and has a ton of eateries around it. The front desk was fantastic and offered us a room with a view and so we spent our first night watching fireworks from our balcony. Love the pizza hut (express?) And the on site food offerings like yogurt, cheese, pastries etc on the 3rd floor and the kids enjoyed the arcade located there as well. If I could change 1 thing it would be the elevators - it closes quickly and travels slowly between floors.

Love the newly remodeled rooms. They had two glass shelves in the vanity on the wall that helped with items for Dailey needs. The shower was new, with the curved shower curtain it's easier for two people to shower together. Two queen needs were comfy. The staff at the check in counter were helpful and courteous. The valet guys were quick on their feet and had smiles for us. Very nice stay thank you.

This is a very clean resort. You walk in and feel like you are the first person to ever use the room. Parking is crazy, so we like that they did the valet parking for the same price as self parking. Even though it is not free breakfast they have many options around and in the property. Friendly staff!

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Only big con was the room had a huge window that looks into the entire room including your beds. The curtains didn't block the light from coming in or from people going up to the window to peer in. There are real two curtains on the side that DON'T slide to the center for privacy. The center only has sheer curtains that are see through. I'm a light sleeper so getting used to the light shining in (there was a lamp right out side the window) too some getting used to. Other than that, was an excellent hotel.

Our family stayed in adjoining rooms at the end of May for our annual trip to Disneyland. This was our first time trying a hotel off the Disney property. We were thrilled to find such nice accommodations at a fraction of the cost of a Disney Hotel. The hotel is located across the street from the main entrance and is actually a shorter walk to the park than from the Disney Hotel. The only down side at all was the small pool especially when the pool and slides of the neighboring hotel were so close and enticing to the younger ones. Our next trip we may have to try it (still a Marriott) just because of the water activities. The service was wonderful. The check in and out was easy with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are a little smaller than other hotels but fit our family fine. They were spotlessly clean on the up side. The plus was the food area on the third floor complete with fresh brewed coffee in the morning and a microwave for reheating our bagel bites. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This ended up being a great choice for our stay. The rooms were clean and the walk to Disneyland was extremely short. There are a row of hotels across the street from Disney but I can't imagine any of the others offering anything this place doesn't have.

Interesting hotel. They have updated the rooms which are much better than before but still has these tiny little rooms which leave something to be desired. Overall I am just content staying here due to the proximity to Disneyland. It doesn't have any fancy that makes it a unique spot other than location. The staff are fine and they have a little gift shop which is nice. Elevators are often too busy and you wait for a bit each time you need one.

It is a typical hotel. Nothing fancy. It is clean and the staff is very nice. You will have to pay $17 for parking. There is a Pizza Hut express and market on the third floor to get something fast to eat. The best part of the hotel is the location to Disneyland. It is just a 10 minute walk max.

The Fairfield Inn is a pleasant, cost effective way to stay right next door to Disneyland. My room was clean, fresh, and well furnished. The bed seems average as compared to other hotel beds, but doesn't compare at all to my bed at home (so despite being comfortable enough, I do miss my own bed). I didn't visit the pool but did smell the clorine when walking past it on my way to Disneyland (which is a very short walk). Overall I'm pleased with the resort and feel that it provided good value and great location for the price.

I initially made reservations through Disneyland Resort. They send you physical tickets as well as reservation information, and I had booked a King Room. When I got here, they said they had no more King Rooms available and that their system had me in a double queen. They said they would switch me to another room the next night, I said fine. I was sharing the room with my boyfriend, and we immediately noticed the beds were not actual Queen sized beds. I have a Queen at home, and this was definitely more of a Full. We also ended up having to make new reservations for an extra day because they had misspelled my name which had somehow caused me to have one less night.

I booked a room for 6 nights for my wife and 4 month old daughter. We received a pack n' play crib for her to sleep in and the bathroom area has a newly renovated sliding door which acts as her bedroom. We slept so well! The new renovations are really nice and we feel it's nicer to stay here than even some of the Disney hotels we've been to. The staff is very friendly and were able to give us a room facing the park. Highly recommended.

Great room, close to the park. The remodeled and refinished rooms are very nice and make the hotel feel more modern. Great place to stay for a weekend trip to Disneyland.

Rooms was clean, recently renovated...looks nice. The bed was clean and reasonably comfortable. Ours had a king and a pullout sofa. The sleeper sofa was rather small, two kids were really squeezed in. The only complaint was the neighbor noise...you can hear your neighbors with the very thin walls. Other than that, great room very close to Disneyland! In my opinion, it is worth it just for the location alone.

Found a good price for 5 days while we went to Disneyland. Great place, good location and nice rooms. The pool/hot tub were well maintained and in good shape. The beds and pillows were super comfortable after a long day at Disneyland. The breakfast was probably the best I've had in a long time. I'd definitely visit again.

I am very loyal to Marriott and prefer to stay with them over other hotels. This trip was a vacation and the staff was, as always very friendly and accommodating. I rated this stay lower as there is renovations occurring and I feel they should have notified me when I checked in for additional noise and/or fumes. We did have terrible paint fumes the 2nd night and called the front desk to ultimately move rooms. The staff person was pleasant and they did compensate me for the issues, but I feel that am even better experience would be to be up front about the unfortunate timing and letting me choose if I wanted to remain in the room assigned to me or choose a different room.

It would have been nice if they let us know construction was going on during our stay. The pizza hut is super convenient.

It was nice, but older rooms. Location is the best! Just walk to the park in 3 minutes. are doing a remodel right now so I think the rooms will be a lot nicer soon. Enjoy!

The best accommodation on Harbor hands down. This was closer to the park entrances than the Disney hotels! We were able to see the fireworks from the room and got the little one to bed right after. Thanks for the memories!

Felt like a motel. There are more family friendly hotels nearby for a few more dollars, and they're worth it!

Rooms were nice, the staff was pleasant, the parking was horrible. Took a while to figure out how to get into the hotel since the parking lot looked like a pay to park parking lot. After a couple drives around the block we realized that the pay to park was the parking for the hotel. Be prepared to pay $20 a day for one cat and $50 for two cars.

Maid service is great. The location is close enough to Disneyland, that you can just walk to get in, and it only takes 10 min. Only downside is parking costs money. The room can fit up to 5 people, if there are 2 to a queen bed and one on the pull out couch. Not too bad. There isn't a microwave in the room, but there is a tiny tiny fridge. It does the job.

Gusts from Australia we love this hotel and as we are massive Disney fans we stay here every time we come to the States. The pool is amazing. The rooms are always clean and looked after and the staff go out of there way to help you. Mc Donald's next door and a 2 min walk to Disney makes it the best hotel on harbour bld

I have stayed at this hotel five or six times. The stay is always a nice one. A close walk to the Disney parks, clean rooms, and an amazingly friendly staff. I will continue to stay at this hotel for all our Anaheim trips. An added bonus includes a decent view of the fireworks without the crowd!

Even though they are remodeling, we loved out stay. Staff was incredible! We interacted with management to housekeeping and all were wonderful. Clean, updated rooms. Very easy walk to gates and there is a Panera Bread and McDonald's right next to the hotel. Love it!

Fairfield Inn is an awesome place to stay if you are visiting Disneyland. For being so close (five-minute walk!), the rates are pretty reasonable, and the rooms are nice. There's nothing fancy to them like, say, the Disneyland Resort, but presumably you won't be spending much time in the room anyway. It's clean, comfortable, and spacious. Also, the staff is exceedingly friendly! It's $18 for self parking, and it was nice to drop the car off there instead of using one of the parking structures and waiting for the shuttle each way. I'll definitely try to stay here again for future visits!

This hotel is really cool, check in was quick and easy, the room is nice, bed is comfortable. Youre literally across the street from Disneyland and the view of the fireworks from the hotel was great. There is a pizza hut on the 3rd floor and a mini arcade. No complaints here.

VERY accommodating staff! I've arrived early multiple times. And each time, I was able to check in. Definitely the best hotel for visiting Disneyland, obviously. Standard Fairfield rooms, themed rooms are neat. But then again, you won't be spending much time in the room. Look forward to returning.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are enough on hand that you rarely have to wait for long. The rooms are clean and in good condition and include a personal safe for locking up valuables. The short walk to Disneyland is very convenient and the prices are reasonable for the area. If you are bringing a car, be aware that there is a daily fee for parking and that the small lot means finding a spot can be difficult. They do offer a free valet service to try to alleviate this difficulty, though I've not tried it yet. Overall, I think this is a great hotel to stay at if you are visiting Disneyland, and I'll definitely be back.

I am an annual passport holder to Disneyland so I try to go as much as I can. When I do, this is my go to hotel. Great customer service, rooms are always clean and spacious. But for me the best feature of this hotel is the distance! It's only a 10 min walk to the park! So convenient!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to spend some time at Disneyland!!!

Stayed here for 5 nights with my boyfriend and 3 year old son last week. The room was nice, clean, spacious and toy story themed, my son loved that! LOVED how high up the shower head was, being that I am tall that was great!! The staff was very friendly, always said hi and made small talk. The location cant be beat! So close to Disneyland entrance which was SO nice with having a stroller. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the beds. They were hard as a rock!! Every morning I woke up with lower back pain :/ I really want to come back here for next years vacation but worry about the beds. If you could change the beds that would be amazing!!!!

Such a convenient hotel! My family and I stayed at this hotel for the first time and we had little to no complaints. Disneyland & California Adventure are walking distance away!!! I love love loved that since parking at the parks is ridiculous. Although it was a $15 per day parking fee its better than the $17 at the parks. The staff was very friendly and so kind! Rooms were so clean and spacious! It was just the right amount of fancy and it didn't give off a posh feeling. You could see the fireworks from right outside our rooms! I would definitely come back again!
