Environment

Property's Green Action

Environmental challenges have an impact on the wellbeing of people and ecosystems around the world. We strive to operate as efficiently as possible across our entire value chain. For a low carbon future, we reduce and monitor energy and water use. As part of our commitment to reducing our waste to landfill, we created a comprehensive waste strategy and we collaborate with WWF to reduce food waste in our operations and supply chain. Responsible sourcing makes a difference: we source goods and services locally as possible.

Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

I don't like the atmosphere in the lobby. Swimming pool is nice. Great place to get cakes for festive occasions. Wonderfully refurbished rooms and very comfortable beds.

Property beginning to show signs of ageing, rooms were extremely cramped as are toilets. Family Pool is big but oversubscribed and crowded for summer camps. Breakfast was good and staff were amazing!

The STAFF was Awesome. The BREAKFAST was good. The FAMILY POOL was awesome. We had 15 bags and we didn't have to touch 1. They helped all 5 of us get to the Airport with all 15 bags at no extra charge. Ahmed and Rosemary took care of the room. Thanks to all the staff for there hospitality.

Not a bad place, it's got what you pay for nothing more. And if you need anything more you pay for it, list of things you end up paying for is Wi-Fi, cutlery, cups, while ordering in-room dining you're charged for your tray as well(yes, that's right) it's pretty absurd, never came across that before being a constant traveller. Anyway I enjoyed my stay there I'm not complaining about the staff, they were really friendly and the services provided was good but I felt the need to share my experience.

Every time we visit Al Ain we stay at the Hilton, this must be our seventh year. The staff make this place, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and really look after you. From the moment you arrive, the concierge is excellent, and check in is a breeze. It's a great place whether you are here on business, or pleasure, and we do both. I can go out to work during the day knowing my wife feels safe and is well looked after. Diago from the Club House restaurant is always on hand to deliver drinks and great food to your sun lounger. The pool staff work tirelessly to watch out for the little ones, and keep the pool clean. The food in the restaurants is excellent, and there is a great choice of local dishes and a great variety of others from around the world. The rooms are clean and well serviced, and on the rare occasion that something isn't right, the staff do everything they can to rectify it. We have visited some of the other main hotels in Al Ain for food etc, but none of them are a patch on the Hilton and it's 5 star service.

the hotel located in quite area, some parts of the hotel is under renovation, the rooms is spacious, with good facilities minibar, shower, bathtub, tea kettle and nice views to the hotel gardens and swimming pool, inside hotel there is a nice restaurant also a coffee shop for me it was over priced but still this is understood and expected in many hotels. The staff are very helpful and friendly and room service is very good, also covered car parking available.

We wanted somewhere that would accommodate our 17month old baby. They have a childrens pool under cover as well as swings and slide for the young ones. The staff in all departments are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We would especially like to mention Depak from housekeeping and Nataly breakfast server as they went above and beyond to make us welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Hilton Al-Ain situates at mere 1.30 hrs away from Abu Dhabi and almost 1 hour or so from Dubai. They got as many as 7 restaurants to taste the food varieties. WiFi is available for free to all guests. The staff is good by all means. They got a bar and alcohol sales counter. The leisure pool is available for kids. The park is visible from the hotel. The evening view of Hajar mountain while the sun sets gives a panoramic view. There used to be a seafood Thursday. And finally it's better to sit with a round of drinks in the garden in the evening time would be marvellous....

Showing it's age a little now but the Japanese and Italian restaurants are good and the leisure pool is nice for kids. Drinks in the garden at night are a better option than Pacos which is a bit of a dump.

Wonderful Hilton about 2 hours west of Abu Dhabi and about same distance from Dubai. Al Ain has nice zoo with a white Lion, and interesting historical museum. The Hilton itself has a sensation lap pool. Three fairly good restaurants. The buffet breakfast has lots of variety and it worth buying

Nothing fancy shamancy.. A very practical hotel in the heart of Al Ain.. The building is a bit old but the pool and the rooms are well maintained, the swimming pool has a very nice slide that the kids enjoyed a lot and also lots and lots of room for toddlers. There is a seperate poll for people who want to actually swim as well. The spa and the gym r also nice. There is a snooker club in the premise which can be visited as well. The hotel is close to two shopping malls, Al bawadi and Al Ain mall, both of them are equally good for shopping. The reception staff is very helpful and the room service is fast too. The hotel has a lot of restaurant choices, with flavors serving delicious breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for visitors to Al Ain.

The only reason i give it 4 stars is because, you will need a car to get around since there is nothing in near proximity, also the hotel does not have valet service.

The place doesn't look welcoming. It's "DARK"! There's no Valet parking. There wasn't anyone by the doors.. I mean we practically got in straight to the restaurant (which BTW was expensive and tasteless). It was my first time and probably my last.

Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and its own golf course, Hilton Al Ain provides an extensive outdoor pool in the oasis city of Al Ain. It provides 6 dining options. The bright and airy rooms offer balconies overlooking the Hafeet Mountain. Each has an elegant marble bathroom and cable LCD TV.The international cuisine served at the hotels restaurants includes Arabic, Italian, Tex-Mex and Mediterranean dishes. Pacos bar offers live music performances. Those who wish to stay active can swim in the 25-metre outdoor lap pool or work out with the cardio equipment in the fitness centre. Hilton Al Ain offers a squash court and 4 tennis courts.

I arrived at this hotel in a fix - my rental car being cancelled on me at DXB and not having enough local currency to pay the unfortunate cab driver who picked me up. The front desk and lobby staff were very helpful to my situation and the issue was resolved quickly.

Throughout my stay, I was greeted with ready smiles and friendly greetings from the staff. The location was far from everything (the nearest supermarket requires a 20min walk) but was pretty convenient if you drive.

Excellent hotel! Whether you're staying there, enjoying the pool or gym, or eating at one of the great restaurants, the Hilton is a great choice!

While more expensive than other options, the pool and gym membership is highly recommended if you live in town. They have the best family pool areas in town and a separate lap pool for the serious swimmers. The gym is massive and has everything you need.

The restaurants are very good. My favorites are Toki, Flavours, and Casa Romana. They are a bit more expensive than other restaurants when you include the hotel tax. Worth checking out nevertheless!

We had stayed at Hilton last month for almost 25 nights and we were amazed with the service and nice atmosphere at Hilton , me and my colleague stayed in villa
where we're able to cook sometimes our favorite meals,
At night we we had a nice time at makani having nice shisha.
I really wanted to thank all the team members at Hilton for the special welcome and treatment during our stay and I would mention here Mohammed Al momani .reception and Toubishat who brought us here

Spent the last 8 nights here, superb conditions, comfortable room, very nice variety of food, exceptionally courteous and responsive staff beginning with the check-in hostess Sarita, perpetual smile and knowledge of the hotel and its processes, the concierge crew beginning with Harsha and Sajith, tireless workers with a warm handshake and friendly greeting every day, to the dining hall, Moses and Kishan the management team, they provide you with the sense of belonging to the hotel, more than a guest, and the service staff in the dining hall, polite and responsive to any request. Must admit, exceeded expectations. Lastly, the sales representative who assisted me with booking the room, Mohammed, another example of the quality personnel this hotel employs on the their staff, every item on the list of needs that you can imagine they strive to provide. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, will definitely return and continue to promote to my colleagues and friends.
