Fantastic few days. Very well looked after! Very helpful staff. Food is amazing. Mini bar €€€€ - 11€ for a bottle of water! 30€ in the main bar for 2 small beers! Definitely worth the experience!

This is a review for the evening of 2/15. We stayed for 6 days total and the staff treated us with great service. Dinara and her colleague were exceptional and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you so much and we would love to come back to Paris and Hilton Opera.

Me and my wife stayed here for her surprise birthday trip to Paris.

From the onset, there was great communication from the staff via email, as I had to confirm some details.

When we arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised how lovely it is. The hotel is very ornate, the grand saloon is absolutely lovely, a great bar and live music.

The hotel is centrally located, very clean and well priced too. We had breakfast included which was very nice.

A special mention and thanks to Olivia, customer relations, who made our stay special and looked after us. Thank you.

The place to stay in the city of lights!

Amazing hotel, staff and location? Done.

This hotel is within 20 minutes of many museums, restaurants and dining. This restored 19th century hotel is simply incredible. The main floor bar is 4 stories tall and is spectacular. People come into visit and have a cocktail. Definitely check this out!

I could experience good services in this hotel. My family and I felt comfortable atmosphere even though French strike is out there. In particular, a door man worked at 12-29-2019 was very kind. He always did his best to serve customers include us and speak English very well. I have a chance to see him, I would like to show my appreciation to him

First trip to Paris, excellent choice made to stay at Hilton. Superb service from everyone, concierge, check in, restaurant, bar, my morning breakfast land no room service. Room smaller than excited but with great view sufficient USB ports around the room.
Excellent view, for sure I'm coming back,
Thank you for contributing to a great experience on my trip.

Rooms are small and not much storage. Despite their small size they have plenty of lighting and USB ports on both sides of the bed. The bathroom is very modern and has both a hand held and rain shower head. Extremely convenient to metro (5 lines) and regional train station (St. Lazare). Concierge staff is very helpful in making tour arrangements.

Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. Rooms are a little smaller then I expected but great location right by the subway station and can walk to several places nearby. The heated bathrooms were a plus! Our stay was at the end of June where it was a tad chilly but it was perfect weather

Another great international Hilton. In order to ensure a smooth European vacation experience we chose Hilton hotels and they nailed it. We are having a blast. This hotel is very unique, located in a very old building in the Opera district of Paris. The interior is wonderful and the pictures I shared are of the amazing breakfast. I recommend this hotel highly!

Beautiful hotel. Central location. Newly renovated rooms. Beautiful views from the rooms. Small hiccup at check in but resolved reasonably quickly. I travel a lot and stayed here with the family on vacation. Would stay here for work or pleasure again.

This is a fantastic Hilton! The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is courteous. Location is perfect if you want to be near (walking distance) the Gallerie Lafayette and Printemps. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and you're 15-20 minutes from Eiffel tower and other tourist spots.

Excellent hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location. Attentive staff. Stayed in an executive corner room which was well appointed and access to the Exective Lounge was an enjoyable perk. We will be back.

Great location right next to an underground station. Walking distance to several great churches, restaurants and art galleries. Breakfast is good and varied and lounge if you have access is useful for an evening snack. Overall good service, especially in the dining areas. Would def stay here again in the future.

Awesome location near the train only issue was the AC went out the first couple days we were there. Also didn't tell me the AC was out when I checked in. Wish the hotel would have given me points or some kind of compensation but they didn't so that's why I give a 2/3 star. Would have been 5 star. Stayed a week and for 2 days no ac during very hot Paris days. But other than the AC issue it's a great hotel. I am gold level member if that matters to anyone else :).

A lovely, grand, high class hotel in a fantastic city centre location.

Thank you Manon, for a warm and personal welcome, which made us very happy.

The rooms are spacious, with heated marble flooring in the bathrooms, which is a very nice touch. Especially in a freezing, cold March.

We had a slight problem with the checking out process. But it was resolved in the end, and we still very much enjoyed our stay here.

Rooms are a bit of hit and miss especially for the price you're paying. Nice bathroom on the small side.
Service could be better, example they run out of umbrellas during a downpour or you only have one receptionist at a time.
The big big issue is the breakfast. Poor quality ingredients, sausage and bacon for example are really terrible. If you want an omelette ir fresh eggs it's extra, coffee is from a machine and croissants are industrial and frozen.all of this for a mere 23euros!!
Excellent location and beautiful lobby. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning

I can't say enough about this property. It is situated in the heart of the Opera district. There are stores upon stores upon stores. It is centrally located near all of the hot spots and happenings.

The customer service at this property is superb. Angela was great. The executive Lounge is nice and quaint and the rooms are nice and even have heated marble floors in the bathroom. The customer service from everyone we encountered was amazing. This property definitely earned my business and my family and I will be back again for sure.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with superb staff and excellent location. Relatively easy access to all the sights of Paris. Constant flow of taxis to take you anywhere. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming especially the bellmen. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend anyone else to stay here as well.

Spent 11 nights here in January 2018. I'm a diamond honors member, and was treated accordingly, including a room upgrade at no cost, so issues of size didn't apply. The breakfasts were excellent and the extensive snack offering in the executive lounge offered a nice alternative to dinner when I was pressed for time (but don't miss the frog legs at Garnier across the street). The location is ideal, with numerous bus lines offering access to the entire city. The staff members were without exception pleasant and helpful, and if I specifically mention the concierge Nicholas, it is because I had the most interaction with him and found his advice uniformly excellent. Bottom line: the level of service and accommodation was worth the high price I paid for it.

One piece of advice for other travellers from Europe (I live in Munich): don't repeat my mistake of flying to Paris, take the train.

There is no reason to stay at this hotel. Based on the price, and pictures from the website, I was expecting a Paris version of the Waldorf...or at least something very grand. The reality is that this hotel hasn't been updated in a very long time. The rooms were very small, as expected, but also dirty. The carpets were a mess, the walls were scuffed, and there was mold/grime in the corners of the bathroom. There are many newer/nicer hotels in this neighborhood for half the price. Just do a hotel search centered around Saint-Lazare.

[edit 2017] Bumping my review from 1 star to 4. While I am still upset from my 2014 experience, the hotel has been renovated. Still a bit too expensive, compared to nearby options, but was easy to book and allows me to get Hilton points. Meet expectations, barely, for the price.

This hotel is the best in Paris! I stayed here with my father in an executive room, and everything was perfect. We were in the best location, with amazing restaurants within walking distance and landmarks a very close drive away. The bed was super comfortable, and they gave us a lavender sleep spray which was a wonderful touch. I cannot speak highly enough about the service- all members of the staff that I was in contact with were not only super helpful but also so nice. Their new bubble suite is also really cute. Love!

Pros: The refurbished building looks great and the Grand Salon is beautiful. Rooms are a decent size for Paris especially and are nicely fitted. Cons: The check-in desk arrangement is very awkward. Guests at the desk are standing in a thoroughfare and everyone is in everyone's way. The executive lounge and breakfast offerings are well below what I've experienced at other Hiltons. Minimal selection and crowded space.

Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. Parking is a bit tricky as you have to find a place out front for the valet, and the rooms are a bit small. But small rooms are pretty standard in Paris. The rooms are very well decorated.

Nice hotel. Very central. Fancy incredibly expensive bar on the ground floor. My room was 'compact' aka very small. The bathroom was nearly the same size as the bedroom so lots of unused space while the bedroom felt pokey. Still, a nice two nights for a business trip. I wouldn't stay here for longer than that. There are so many hotels in that area that location is not enough reason to stay.

Very nice accommodations but not good value as the rooms are extremely tiny. Just big enough to fit the bed but no space to dress, towel off, relax, or pack your suitcase. Breakfast was good but not excellent, for example the espresso was from a machine not barista. The price of mini bar items was like 15 Euro for a small snack. A beer at the bar was 9.50 Euro. There are many American corporate clients which may explain the lack of value. For this price you can do much better in a nicer location not immediately adjacent to a semi major train station.

Fantastic location and great service. The front desk and concierge even acted as translators for me with Uber drivers when I left something in their car. The rooms are a little small, but nice, as to be expected in the center of the city. It's a gorgeous property right at the heart of Paris.

All of the staff were very friendly. Karim at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with my phone that I was having issues with. Laurie, one of the concierges, helped with reservation at a sought-after restaurant. We had great drinks at the hotel bar. Staff at breakfast buffet were very courteous and friendly. The twin deluxe room facing the main road was lovely, beautifully appointed and the bathroom floor was heated. Overall, it was wonderful. Would come back again.

Good. Currently in the middle of my one week stay. Seems recently renovated -- rooms are clean, unaged, TV looks fairly contemporary. Bathroom is bright, well lit, radiant heated floors. Rooms are what you'd expect from Parisian hotels, small. Service, to the extent I put myself thru it, is lacking -- took 30 minutes to check in because the front desk person was just so inefficient, and she didn't even mutter a single word of apology; I sent a complaint email to the central feedback email line, and the hotel manager didn't even acknowledge it. I'd stay again only because my company's office is a few minutes walking distance; otherwise I wouldn't bother with this place (or this district for that matter).

Fantastic hotel. Very well placed in the Paris Opera district with walking easily possible to many locations including the Palais Garnier and Grand Palais within 10-20 minutes. If you don't want to walk there is an always full taxi rank right out front and many restaurants and boutiques right outside.

Free buffet breakfast is included for all guests was high quality and very enjoyable with cooked, continental, cold meat and fruit & yoghurt options.

Takeaway cups at the coffee machine is a very nice touch, if not just to keep your hands warm!
