The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. My room was awful, carpet was dirty and disgusting, room smelled horrible. Our shower got clogged the 1st day there. Do not stay near room 410 its directly over the bar that doesn't sleep. It was noise from 8pm/4:30am every single day of our week stay. The location is perfect, about a 10 min walk to metro and its restaurants and stores all around. No refrigerator, no microwave, no safe. Price of roon was ok for what you get.

Clean rooms, basic breakfast, small breakfast room, good service, good comfort. Why do I have to pay extra for breakfast eggs? This should be included in regular breakfast!

Excellent location on the canal. Very lively. Well connected to city centre with metro. Metro station 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Direct train to city centre. Very helpful staff. Lots of good eating places around the hotel.

Great staff and large room for 3 occupants. 5 or 10 mins walk from Metro. A short Metro ride to Montmartre and it is on the Seine. It lights up at night and has a great breakfast.

A very nice place to stay not far from the city centre and in a quiet place. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view on the canal. In the weekend there are a lot of young people enjoying the canal with small rentable boats. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of cheese. The staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel is nicely located in next to canal. The building looks modern and the surrounding is very quite. The service is also top notch. Especially the receptionist Maria, she is extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good value for Paris. The public areas felt fresh and updated and the rooms weren't bad either. Comfy beds and clean, updated washrooms. Loved the USB ports built into the headboard! You needed your room key to turn the lights/outlets on, not sure if that's normal for Europe or not? I found it a bit odd but got used to it. Daily breakfast had a good selection of European and North American foods. We had a canal-front room and the view was great! No noise issues either. Within walking distance of a few major grocery stores and plenty of cafes and restaurants. It's about 2-3 blocks from the Riquet station of the Metro, and 5-6 blocks in the other direction to the Lumiere Metro station. Not the best neighbourhood for "seeing the sights" but it's certainly easy enough to hop on the Metro and be in central Paris within 15 minutes. I'd stay here again.

Nice hotel at a great location. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff was very cordial. The restaurants nearby are nice and economical. The canal nearby is a nice addition to the look and feel of the hotel.

Well located between metro stops. You always know what you get when you book these kinds of chains. Rooms were clean and decent sized and you could get complimentary amenities like shaving kits from the reception. The breakfast spread was also quite decent with hot and cold breakfast items. The only thing I’d say is we had a room facing the river which was nice but the sound proofing of windows isn’t top notch so at night there was always people shouting and laughing (we came on weekend) and could hear it throughout the night. Otherwise a good stay and perfect for what we needed.

9

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for the metro! The views from the room are beautiful too, looking out onto the canal. There are plenty of shops in close vicinity too. Only problems would be the lighting in our room wasn't particularly bright. But overall a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again!

I stayed one night in this lovely hotel and wished I could stay longer. The room I received had a lovely view of the canal, and the location couldn't be any better! It's a quick walk to the park, and conveniently located near tons of restaurants, cafes and bars. The quality of the room was top notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. You can't ask for better! Great place, would stay again

A good option for business meetings! Neet rooms.
No room service available. If we need anything, we need to come to the reception directly to get.

Nice location, convenient to the metro and an awesome craft brewery called Paname. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable enough. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. This is on par for a Holiday Inn Express.

Perfect place stayed with my wife and daughter total 9 nights 4+5. Great place. Great location. Good breakfast. Very good and friendly staff. Dear manager Please do something for the boys at the reception tell them not to be too professional or look rude it's a hotel and people come to stay and enjoy. They need more learning. But our stay was great 5 star. All you guys are fentastic. Keep it up.

8

Overall a pleasant hotel for a decent price. However the bathroom door in our rooms do not have locks on it and the shower glass doors do not stay closed allowing the water to splash onto the bathroom floor. Also would have liked outlets and light switches to be on each night stand instead of one or the other on each. The free breakfast on the other hand was very good with a fair selection of foods.

I really enjoyed my 4 day stay here. Its clean and has air conditioning which is rare in Paris. Its close to the metro and has a couple nice places to eat close by. It is so nice to walk a long the water and see families having fun playing games and having picnics.

This was a great place to stay for our first trip to Paris. Although we did not get the early check-in that we requested, the facility was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and breakfast was served every morning (the most important meal of the day!). This particular Holiday Inn was situated right on a canal. The location was amazing for spending time outside on park benches by the water and getting to know the locals. It wasn't far from a McDonald's (if we really wanted to eat some fast food) but we didn't realize this until our last night. The restaurant downstairs (La Criee) wasn't the greatest but I'll save that for another review.

This Holiday Inn is an excellent hotel to stay for visiting Paris. It's 3 minutes walk to the Metro station where you can catch No 7 Metro train to the major attractions in Paris. After a day of tour to various tourist attractions, I feel it's kind of therapeutic to return to a relatively quite and relaxed surrounding at this hotel.
The front desk and hotel service staff are very friendly and helpful.
The parking in the hotel is convenient.
The restaurant: la criee, next to the hotel, serves the MOST excellent seafood!!!

This has been an OK hotel to stay at for work. As an American, the rooms felt a bit small, there was not a fridge, and the air conditioning didn't get the room as cool as back home. Besides that, the stay was great. Breakfast included egges, bacon, sausage, and many other things.

Had a great room, overlooking the canal. The room was very nice and layouted out nicely. A bit pricey, especially for a family of 4.

Stayed here for one night, the first night of our trip to Paris with Family. It is what you would expect from an "express" location. Limited but courteous staff. We requested two rooms together but there was a travel agency group which had half the hotel booked so rooms ended up a bit far. Keeping with Paris tradition rooms are small but clean. The hotel is right on the canal so has great view and is very close to the restaurants.

Stayed here for a work seminar, VIP conference rooms were spacious and naturally lit. Accoustics weren't the best but microphones were provided as well as coffee and food.

Rooms were quiet with either a garden or canal view. Lack of electrical outlets near the bed was a sore point however. Beds were comfortable with a selection of pillows available.

Breakfast buffet was basic, but serviceable. No bacon was on offer on the mornings i was there but seemed to be available on other days.

One of the very good 3star property situated right at the canal and i guess one wing is inside canal.

Very vibrant colors and modern facilities. M7 is just 200 meters walking distance from the place and it has a good jogging area in front. I would love to be here when in Paris considering room size and location.

Excellent price - quality ratio. Facilities are modern and clean, no frills but has avoided the traps of cheap decorations. The staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is more than decent for an hotel of that standard.

We stayed here the first week of Sept 2014. Staff was excellent, they helped with our every need. They spoke fluent english. Very clean a/c rooms. get bag of ice at the bar. free breakfast excellent. $52 euro taxi from CDG. Subway metro 2 blocks. Restaunts, grocery stores, and ATM within walking distance. Do not take subway if packed, cheaper to take a taxi, trust me on this one.
