Generally a good place. However the vehicle arranged through them for airport drop never turned up. This is inspite of reminding and confirming a number of times. Since we had heavy baggage, going to airport in the Airport shuttle was inconvenient. No regret was forthcoming from the hotel management. May be they are unaware. Till date.

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable with friendly and accommodating staff. The only downside is location - the airport is super close, but it is still half an hour to get there with the traffic and number of people using the shuttle service to and from the airport. The Holiday Inn Express is better location wise.

Hotel was very informative and helpful during our stay. Our room was not suitable and the request to change was immediate.
The only problem, we selected this hotel due to the Airport Transportation. I had to personally call the hotel for transport in the evening. The front desk told me the transportation had stopped for the evening, I corrected the front desk on what the pick up times were (which was located and laminated on the front lobby desk). This was very frustrating as we sat for over 45 minutes waiting for the shuttle. This is a very important and key feature of selecting this hotel, I am glad they finally sent the shuttle but disappointed I had to call and insist on a pick up.

AC was ineffective in the room. I may have missed something on how to operate the TV, but when I selected a channel it played for a few minutes and then the screen went blank. Sad, because I wanted to watch the news.

Particularly appreciated the croissant and juice available for the really early start to the airport!

Friendly and helpful staff. A short stay (one night only), but apart from the two points above it was very good.

"Ok" stay, not bad, but room to improve. Room was nice clean, but rather small. Restaurant and bar in the hotel were nice with good food and drinks, fair prices. I did not care for the shuttle service to the airport. The reason I picked the hotel was based upon my quick access to the airport for a next day early flight. The shuttle system was some kind of joint hotel bus that was supposed to pick you up somewhere. I did not get a good explanation of the transit system from the hotel staff and I waited outside and never saw a bus. I got frustrated and just ordered my own taxi. This sort of recked my stay experience, I shouldn't have to work that hard to get to the airport.

We spent one night there as Air France were cancelling flights from Charles de Gaulle to Barcelona.
Air France picked the hotel.
We thought that the staff in the hotel were really excellent - from the main desk to the dining room (VERY good waitresses) , we had NO complaints at all. We enjoyed the dinner too, good menu.
Breakfast was pretty comprehensive. Marvellous all round.

A nice hotel that was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed here on our last night in Paris, they offer a free shuttle to the airport which was very convenient and easy to use. The shuttle does stop at several other hotels and can quickly get crowded which is no fun when trying to keep your suitcases in the seat with you but, it was still a nice and convenient service. The hotel breakfast was delicious with lots of food choices, we saved money and purchased our breakfast when we booked our hotel online. The hotel in located in a small neighborhood with several restaurants and a few shops located nearby. The hotel also serves dinner and has a bar.

Good hotel near the cdg airport. Service is good. Breakfast will bored you if you planning on staying for more than 3 days as the same food is served there. Overall nice seating area and rooms are very clean and neat.

Holiday inn is an amazing hotel for night halts and multiple night stay. Staff here are extra comforting and ready to help anytime of day or night...restraunt here have limited selection in menu for dining and lunch but they have good selections in wine. Overall a great experience during my overnight stay

I think Room 207 is situated close to the hotel’s air conditioning system. This produced a loud and constant drone with low note that - once it had intruded into my awareness - kept me awake at 3am. I could not escape from the sound, even when I used the soft silicone ear plugs I always carry on trips,

I dressed and went down to reception to complain but there was little the night man could do except come and listen and tell me the sound was coming from outside the hotel. It wasn’t .

In the corridor it was clear that the noise afflicted only my end of the hotel.

If you investigate you will form the impression that the sound is not loud but at 3:30am it certainly is. All hotels have systems that hum etc. but this was exceptional. It almost drove me crazy.

I eventually slept from complete exhaustion from 4.30 to 7am, I have a 5 hour drive today.

The rest of the hotel and it’s staff are delightful.

Food at the hotel was not great, steak, pizza and most of the desserts were nice, be a little more adventurous and you will be disappointed. I have worked in France many times before over many years and generally enjoy French cuisine so I'm not being critical due to lack of knowledge.
The Heineken was awful.
Nice clean bright Hotel, staff very very friendly and do all they can to assist if you have an issue.

The receptionist, Chiara, who checked in after a really long day of cancelled flights was wonderful! She was so helpful. That pleasant surprise was followed by an excellent dinner served by the nicest and competent two servers. The next morning the breakfast staff was spectacular. Even though I despise being stuck out by the airport while waiting for a flight, the quality of service and the lovely non-Holiday Inn decor made my forced stay very nice. Thanks so much. This hotel was chosen for this business trip as it is very convenient being one of those on the shuttle bus route. Therefore having good access to central Paris via RER-B. A little more expensive than some others but our corporate favourite brand. The room is spacious, clean and fairly quiet. The staff helpful as needed. The food tasty.

I found some bugs inside the room.
AC was not working properly and the reception guy aid the technician on vacation. Reception people and the stuff are really good in communication and welcoming. I don't think so I will book here in future to be honest. And it's one of the worst holiday inn .

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is modern and inviting. The staff was helpful.
They had a problem figuring out that I had two rooms.
The wifi was good.
The shuttle was free, but had no place for luggage, and didn't deliver us to our terminal, but to a place where we could get the airport monorail.
The restaurant was our only not good restaurant in our 10 day trip to France. We had meals twice as good at small hotel near small train stations. One dish was inedible (the restaurant did deduct the cost).

Merci pour un très bon séjour. Nous sommes restes une nuit après notre voyage a Paris afin que nous puissions prendre un vol tot le matin. C'etait très agréable. Le personnel était serviable et sympathique. La douche était formidable. Le lit était très confortable. Le lit pliant n'était pas aussi confortable pour mon fils, mais c'est normal pour ce type de lit. Nous avons apprécié la courte promenade a travers le charmant parc pour aller au restaurant Aux Trois Gourmands. Le bus de l'aéroport était très pratique. Je voudrais définitivement encore rester ici.

Wish they'll have well equipped rooms for your clients from flight safety who tend to stay longer, maybe include microwaves, kettles and reasonable laundry services for such clients.

Very nice, clean bathrooms. Sofa bed was already turned down for our children, but it left them itchy the next morning (though no sign of bugs I could find, just scratchy sheets I guess). Main bed was very nice. Efficient and polite staff. Easy access to CDG shuttle.

Suggest only getting it if it is a 20-50€ discount to hotels within walking distance from your terminal to pay for the transportation cost. The airport shuttle is a joke and should be avoided (30+ minutes running every 20 minutes means it takes just as long as RER to central Paris). It's fine with a short sub-10€ 10min Uber ride to the airport (20-30€ by taxi). Solid clean modern rooms. There is a hotel restaurant but avoided it given the prices (18€ breakfast).

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and liked its then Old World Charm. On this occasion we found the hotel modernised. Our room was very good, the staff were OK but not especially friendly.

However, our stay was spoilt by the shuttle bus service to and from the airport. On our previous stay the hotel operated its own shuttle bus and the service was very good. Now it uses a shuttle bus that 'services' all the hotels in the area. This bus was unacceptable. There was no area allocated for luggage. The only place we could put our large suitcases was in the area reserved for wheelchairs. Instead of taking us to the departures drop off at the airport, it left us at a train station where we could catch a service to the airport. This made handling our luggage that much more difficult than we would have liked. We won't consider this hotel again on our next trip to Paris.

Rooms are small and modern but not cheap. FYI, when you book a room for three you get a queen bed with a fold out sofa with no other space in the room. Not really suitable for three adults considering the extra charge.
Staff is friendly both at the desk and restaurant. Food is expensive an portions small but tasty. Breakfast buffet is average, be ready for semi warm coffee.

Free shuttle is key and location is ideal for airport access.

Better, newer, cheaper, closer choices at CDG.Why take a 20 min shuttle if you can walk to a hotel? This is an older property and it shows, finishes, water pressure, tiny gym, no pool, etc. And this review refers to an Executive Room. Friendly staff.

I was here overnight and stayed in one of the executive rooms. While small, it was nicely furnished with a coffe/tea maker along with some complimentary snacks. Diner in the hotel was nice and a surprise as to how good it was. I had the mushroom appetizer and veggie stack burger, both of which exceeded expectations. The only real issue was leaving the parking area under the hotel. It seems you can reserve slot ahead of time using ZenPark, which I did not do. It wasn't clear where I had to pay, but ended up being able to do so at the main counter.

Good for transit, but we stayed here for Midest fair, took nearly 45 min to 1 hour to get back ... Black line to airport and then Rer B to Parc des Exposition... so not a good choice for fair. Overall the rooms are good and restaurant and staff are nice.

Good hotel for transit. It's just 10 minutes from the airport via a free shuttle bus. The rooms are functional and comfortable. The hotel also has a restaurant which is good and convenient. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but the location makes up for it. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable.

Lots of renovation, very large impact on the look and feel of this hotel. Open electrical access panels. Guest Rooms converted into makeshift dinning areas for the restaurant. The guestrooms themselves are good but the common areas are not presentable.

We received an additional charge on our credit card statement after we returned to the states and we have tried to e-mail them regarding this error and they will not respond.

They were nice a check-in and loaned us an outlet converter which we returned upon check-out.

The location was great and we loved the Roissy community.

We had a room for 4 people, but they only furnished us with towels for 3. They said they were out of bath-size towels and our 4th occupant had to use several hand towels to dry.

Also, the A/C leaked from the ceiling, and although we used hand towels to absorb the water on the floor, the dripping noise was frustrating.

Das Hotel wird für "gestrandete" LUFTHANSA-Passagiere zur Übernachtung angeboten. Auch ich war nach einem abgesagtem Flug für eine Nacht hier. Zimmer OK, Personal freundlich, jedoch teilweise ohne englische Sprachkenntnisse (vor allem im Restaurant). Das angebotene Abendbrot konnte sich sehen lassen. 3 Menüs standen zur Auswahl. Wasserkocher, Instand-Kaffee und Tee sind im Zimmer vorhanden!
