Location is really good, right next to a metro station and close to Montparnasse tower. But the service is probably the best feature of the hotel. Stayed there with my extended family. Both reception and breakfast staff were helpful, fast and friendly. Rooms were clean and modern (I think recently renovated). Well done and I'd recommend it.

An international hotel chain that is located close to a major train station in Paris. Some five minutes walking (with luggage) to Montparnasse train station. No-frills breakfast, comfy bed. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

Staying here for work trip to La Verrier (50 minutes via train). Very close to the train station (2 minute walk). Many other close attractions within walking distance and large restaurant presence. Room was clean and seemed to be newer. Staff pretty friendly and spoke English. Bed was comfortable and pillows weren't over filled.

It’s good hotel. But too compact. Service is good but accessibility is quite good to metro and nearby places. So give it a try.

Good location but a bit pricy. Very helpful staff. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night though, and never got an explanation as to why. Not that that incident is their fault, better safe than sorry, but obviously made our stay here not amazing.

Good location being right outside the stairs to metro line 13. The rooms were fine, however the sound proofing on the windows is very poor. On the 6th floor I could here someone whistling a tune walking along the pavement on the other side of the dual carriageway. Traffic noise all night was terrible

Is not a four stars. Staff not very professional. Details are priority during the daily management. Not adapt for long business stay. Ok for week-end or young traveller.

Good, clean rooms. Reception and staff very friendly and accommodating. Decent location for the value. About a 20-30min walk to the Seine. Also, literally right in front of the Gaite metro station that can bring you to Les Invalides or the Champs Elysees. Second time to stay, and for the value I'll stay again.

Amazing hotel, after getting to Paris from the UK we went to a different hotel which was basically a brothel... so we went online and just booked here cause we knew we could trust the name and my goodness this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in perfect for the city break I was looking for! 10/10 thank you holiday inn for saving my holiday

Stayed in a twin room, which was actually a disabled person's room with a heavy front door we had to heave open because the automatic open button didn't work.

I assume the room wasn't in use much, as there were no towels or kettle in place. Had to go to reception and ask for some. The lady gave me the towels and when I asked about the kettle she said that some rooms don't have them; even though there were already mugs and sugar in our room.

Nonetheless I go back up and get bought up twice as many towels by a different lady.

Overall the room was disappointing, but for the location it's manageable for a few nights.

Good location (20 m outside the Gaité Metro stop). Inside you may find a good 3 stars level hotel (definitely not 4 as indicated outside). FrigoBar empty and no pricelist available during my 6 days there. Moquette with some cigarette burnts visible and shower mixer tap with heavy water leakage are defects that should be eliminated. On the contrary the very well illuminated hall and elevators almost brand new are positive aspects.

Very helpful staff. In great location for visiting Paris. The Gaite Metro stop is right outside. Bus to CDG airport picks up at Gare Montparnasse 200 metres away. Plenty of restaurants nearby. If you only do one thing you must visit the Tour nearby. The view of Paris at sunset is magnificent.

Great rooms, location and staff. One of the elevators is under construction and it was quite noisy at the time of the stay.

It's well placed, in front of a subway station (line 6) and 200 meters from the Montparnasse train station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. The only thing that I don't appreciate is the shower. There isn't a curtain or anything to keep water from everywhere in the bathroom, which in my opinion decreases my satisfaction when taking shower.

4

Slow reception handling. Room is OK. But on the first night, Kettle was not working, fridge was dirty inside with strange smell, and drainage was a disaster. I had to contact them twice so that they can come to solve the problem on the second day. But such a room shouldn't be allocated to guest at all!

Located right in front of the Gaîté Metro stop which is only one stop away from Gare Montparnasse Metro stop which allows you to change over to 3 other trains and basically connect you to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Notre-Dame and the rest of Paris.

Excellent experience with this Holiday Inn. The staff was fantastic, the rooms are very clean, well maintained and up to date and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

I highly recommend this location if you come to Paris.

Very good location, right next to metro Ⓜ. Make sure you call up before to reserve parking, as there is only 10 spaces available on site, for a charge of €22 a day. Receptionist is very helpful and multilingual. Housekeeping was also great in the rooms. Beds are really comfy, and rooms were clean. The only downside is that the toilet 🚽 is separate to the sinks, which is slightly awkward. Other than that, this hotel is great for a couple of nights in the centre of Paris.

Amazing bed, terrible wifi. Was only there for one night so didn't really explore from the hotel but it seemed a good location for easy travel to major sights, employees were nice

Poor service, front desk is hardly helpful, especially for a high star hotel. First room's the toilet smelled like sewage, had to move rooms. The wifi only works in my room if I sit by the door and open it. I explained this to 2 staff members and they basically laughed and told me it worked fine. Along with that, multiple other instances of a poorly run hotel. I travel for work a lot, as well as come to paris often, and I've never had this kind of experience. Other than that the breakfast was good, most of the staff was helpful, and the room was clean.

Quite nice chain hotel with good sized and quiet rooms, helpful staff, and all the expected amenities. We were a party of three and stayed in a street facing room which worked quite well for us. The bathroom is well-appointed with a nice long bath and scalding hot water (which I like). The back garden patio is especially nice for a breakfast in the sun or a peaceful smoke. The TV worked well as did the AC, and the metro station right outside the front door (Gaite) was most convenient. All in all very good value for the money.

Stayed overnight at this branded hotel at a price compatible with other hotels in the area. Conveniently near Metro Gaite. In fact 15 metre from the Metro entrance. Breakfast quite good. Not the best Holiday Inn I've been to, but like eating at McDonalds, you know what you are going to get.
