Arrived after a log journey and our Room was not available and we were not contacted at all. They sent us to another hotel, paid for our taxis which is nice. We were told leave at 12 to go back to the original hotel, didn't pay for this taxis unfortunately. The customer service was very good, but I didn't like being moved about and it ruined the first day of our holiday.

Terrific location and amazing breakfast with a view. If we ever go back to Paris we will stay here. Very easy to walk to sights or to catch the Metro system.

We came with my husband on a weekend holiday. The hotel is very central. We walked to most attraction by foot. When it was a bit far there was a metro just out side. We took a larger room which was very comfortable. The bed was great. The staff was very helpful. We will certainly come back.

The location of this hotel is perfect. 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame, which was the main place I wanted to go. This was our third trip to Paris and I was extremely happy with this hotel location. There were many shops and restaurants open early and late in the day/night within 5 minutes walk. The rooms were nice and clean. I have to say, the rooms were small and a bit cramped. We had a stroller for our 1.5 yr old and it took up most of the floor space by the door. The showers were very nice, with a handheld, waterfall, and straight jets. The staff was excellent and very helpful, all speaking several langues fluently to the guests.

Pros - great location near Notre Dame with most sites walkable or via metro. The rooftop lounge has incredible views. Con - had to wait almost three hours after official check-in because the hotel decided to clean the carpet in our room. And then the carpet was wet when we finally got in. It made for a very very long day. And because it was a shift change we had to keep asking if our room was ready. For our trouble we received a glass of wine while we waited and a breakfast buffet the next morning. I think they could have done better to maintain customer service

Perfect location, close to the RER to get around town. Rooms are on the smaller side similar to most major cities. Who cares, youre in Paris, get out and see something.

This is an excellent base for a stay on Paris. It's about 300m from Notre Dame and 20m from the M4 line which takes you anywhere else in the city. It's a 4 star holiday inn so one knows what to expect, however, the view from my room was incredibly. I was just lucky and not all rooms will have this, but being in Paris, laying in bed looking at the Eiffel Tower out of the French doors across the balcony was a real bonus. I'd highly recommend.

Kind of mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, with short walking distance to great restaurants, shopping centers and city sights. The team at the reception were consistently bad in service - it’s like they are doing you a huge favor anytime you ask for the smallest thing, and kinda passive-aggressive about it. Rooms need urgent refreshing and better maintenance. Breakfast is very good. The rooftop is amazing.

Great location if you want to stay on the Left Bank. Nice modern hotel with a stylish bar and a small garden area which has a pond with Goldfish in. Also has a roof terrace with great views, it's open for residents all year round, and in the warmer months has a bar. We went in January and they let you take your drinks up there, but it was cold!

I would absolutely stay here again! We stayed here the week before Christmas. The price of the room was pretty average for that area, so we weren't exactly sure what to expect but when we got there we were surprised. The lobby is very modern and there are elevators that go up to the rooms. Our room was a bit small but big enough for two people, it had a balcony. It was very clean upon arrival.
The location is outstanding!! Just a couple minute walk from the Seine. There are cafes and shops all around, you feel like you are tucked away in Paris but you are pretty close to everything.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Notre Dame Paris has truly been a 5 star experience. When traveling the world I am always confident that the Holiday Inn will deliver and I haven't yet been disappointed. But with this visit I was truly blown away. The lobby of the hotel is breathtaking. Mirrors line the ceiling giving the room an expansive and glitzy look. There's beautiful couches, Tv screens, and books for everyone to read. The bar decor is a piece of art and the cocktail I ordered tasted heavenly. The rooftop bar was closed due to the winter months but I was still able to enjoy a picturesque view of Paris, the Eiffel tower, Ferris wheel and the general beautiful landscape. The rooms were a story for itself. I've been to many locations yet this one is my favorite. Everything is so modern yet regal at the same time. I thought I walked into a 5 star glitzy hotel. The lighting was sophisticated, the furniture and linen so 2017 the bathroom was brand new and the rainhead showerhead was delightful. And most importantly the customer service was exemplary. They were extremely polite and helpful. Considerate with checkout time, and even supplied umbrellas for the guest when it started raining. They by far exceeded all my expectations. I am truly looking forward to visit that hotel again.

Very clean and updated rooms, but they are quite small. Breakfast is continental so personally I recommend having breakfast at a nearby boulangerie instead of you enjoy pastries more. Reception is manned 24/7. Also there is a rooftop bar that is nice in the summer, but it is very crowded.

Centrally located to all amenities, and sights. Around the corner from notre damne and 10 Min walk to the Louvre, staff are brilliant and view from the rooftop terrace if fantastic, you can even see the Eiffel tower would recommend 100 percent.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us a Paris map and information on arrival. We arrived in the morning too so they stored our bags for the day till our room was ready. The room was a good rate and right in the heart of Paris with a short walk to Notre Dame and the metro direct to CDG airport. We had one of the cheaper rooms but there were more expensive with Eiffel tower views. The room however was a good size and a large bed. The room was finished to a good standard with a minute and a nice shower in the bathroom. The TV never worked very well as it kept cutting out because of a network error. There is a bar and a dining area as well as a social area and Mac computers with free printing. The breakfast seemed a bit expensive which is why I didn't rate 5* at around €18. All in all, a good place especially for a weekend break.

Very good position, Nice view from the roof, room and bathroom small but clean.
Staff not really help full. They should keep clean in front of the hotel entrance too. The bar on the roof that was open in the past, now is closed. No possible to have a drink wile looking the view on Paris if you don't bring it by yourself from the bar at the ground floor.
When you arrive here, you don't really fill welcomed.

This hotel is in a great location equidistant from St Germain & Notre Dame. Altino on the front desk is friendly and efficient and made our stay a great one.

We love the area and were so glad that our balcony room was quiet too. The rooftop bar is a great bonus too so be sure to head upstairs for drinks at sundown for a view of the Eiffel tower & Sacre Coeur.

Conveniently located near Norte Dame, old Paris, and the Latin quarter. Rooms are small by American standards but well designed and large by European hotel standards. Helpful front desk staff, and functional WiFi. Setup well for people arriving before their room is ready, with areas to refresh just off the lobby.

Extraordinary location. Near lots of restaurants and close to many must see attractions. It's cozy but the staff is very friendly. I tried to order room service one night and they were out of my 1st three choices. But with all the nearby eateries it wasn't a huge deal. The shower was awesome with three different ways to get water.

This place is amazing. The roof top terrace is worth the money alone. The most romantic view for the most romantic city. Room was perfect and I couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to stay as well. Located on a perfect spot between great food, local vendors, nice shopping, and sight seeing. Can't stress how much I love this place. I will be here again.

Stayed here in September on business.

Tucked away down a neat side street yet really close to the major landmarks in this part of Paris. The hotel itself is smart, clean and has excellent staff. The rooms are well appointed and look fresh and modern.

The bar on top has commanding views of Paris and is well worth it. Some of the tables have heaters while others do not. The drinks are well priced and well worth it!

Stayed here for 3 nights in a balcony room. Currently a Platinum IHG member.
Room: (4) Cute, clean, normal size for a hotel room in Paris. Surprisingly quiet for a balcony room.
Staff: (5) Even though they were very busy, they were nice and would go out of there way to help out, even with my poor ameri-french.
Food: N/A. Did not eat here. Too many yummy restaurants in the area.
Location: (5) Great location. Near a main Metro station and walking distance to many attractions. I am biased on this part because it is my favorite area in Paris. Rooftop bar has amazing views and is a must see.
