The staff were great. Very helpful. Forgot my adapter and they had a spare. Very close to metro and overall great location. Very happy and would highly recommend. The bathroom is a little odd... see photos. There was a shade on the outside of the shower?

The room looked different and smaller than the pictures online. It took me a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and to the Museum of Louvre. I felt very safe my whole stay and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and a lot to choose from. I would stay here again.

This is a great hotel, all is brand new, tea/coffee, shampoo - all you need. They put babies crib right by my bed and he LOVED it. Slept in it like an angel. All was wonderful. The location is amazing too.

The hotel has very spacious rooms by European standards. It is in a very convenient area, close to several amenities, tube station and shops. The breakfast was great and the WIFI is do die for ... Very fast. I will go back to the hotel at anytime!

We stayed in a terrible airbnb and left early. I'm so thankful there was availability here. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was at 2 but waited for a room for 2 additional hours. The faucets in the sink and shower are very impractical, modern and nice looking but irritating to use. There is some mold on the ceiling in the shower.. The location is in a nice area for taking a taxi or uber to key locations.

Their on site parking is a bit expensive (24 Euro/day) but its attached to the hotel and very secure and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner prices are halved for those staying there, something they don't advertise. There's also a bar and restaurant inside, and it's only a couple minute walk from the metro. Free wifi is included and the hotel is affordable in a central location. The rooms are quite nice as well, although I'm not a huge fan of the type of shower they use and the faucets that are in the bathrooms. They use the fogged glass doors for the bathrooms too which isn't the most private but nothing to be too concerned about. All in all this seems like a great place for a stay in Paris!

our room was a bit small but thats okay. bathroom was not that modern i think, I expected more because its the "Holiday Inn". Our hotel was near to the center. ☺ Receptionists are friendly.. Breakfast was very good, so many food to choose from. Their croissant was 👌👍. We didnt get the chance to roam around the hotel but i could tell that their lobby was very nice and elegant.

Room were small. I cut my hand open with the sharp edge on the bathroom sliding door. Customer service is typical of Parisians, I wish they care about the tourists that are bring hundreds of thousands daily into the city, but sadly to say the don't and we are treated awful. It's really a shame for such a beautiful city.

Great location. Friendly staff. Don't expect much from this hotel other than a roof over your head in a convenient location. Very clean and basic!

The employees are trying to manage and be patient with client that's why I give two stars!

For the remaining I definitely think that the cleaning need to be improved, and the bathroom need to have some maintenances having the ceiling following is not ok!
The place is close to everywhere but you can get better maintened hotels for the same prices just around the corner...

Holiday Inn was a hotel value for money.
The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and always warm, the breakfast was amazing, it had everything!
The location of the hotel is super, as it has 2 nearby metro stations and a bus stop just 1 min out of the hotel!
I totally recommend you to stay here!

Room 5*
Service very bad.
Staff very rude.
Asked for a bottle of water and I was told to get one from the vending machine, but there was no water in the vending machine. Said they can't do anything about it as it gets filled the following day...
The "free" Wi-Fi is terrible.

You cannot say this is a bad hotel. You cannot say it is a good one either. Very good location near Montparnasse and St Germain des Prés. Staff are not very friendly. Cleanliness is OK but not so much. No gym. Breakfast is average and too expensive for what is on offer. To summarize: stay there only for the great location and don't expect much.

6

The best thing about this hotel is... its location between St Germain Des Pres and Montparnasse, off rue de Rennes. Otherwise it is an old property with poor renovation. Rooms are on the (very) small side, service is low average, and prices are much to high for what it worths. Take note that free WiFi is excruciatingly slow as are the elevators!

9

This hotel is very very nice. They were doing some renovations while we were staying there so there was only one elevator. That was a bit annoying because we would have to wait for like 10 mins (I know, crazy!). Check-in was a bit annoying because they didn't have enough rooms available. The room tax is super high due to the location. The room was beautiful and the bed is amazing. With the amenities and the comfort level that the room offers, it still deserves a 5 star!

Not so great place. Charges levied and space provided were not matching at all. At least water bottles were not provided. Rooms were really congested and the bar as well is not so interesting

The location is convenient and people seem nice. The room is ok-nice especially the shower heads. Construction could have done a better job of the walls and installing equipment. It is pretty old but the wifi was great. Watch out for city taxes that they tried to charge you for 2 people( even when I had explicitly told them it is just one person) they will try to slip that to you.

Super location! Rooms are a bit strangely decorated, but not a big deal. The bathroom is very poorly designed and extremely awkward. I actually opted for using public facilities whenever possible, to avoid the toilet in the hotel room! They really did a poor job of designing the toilet placement and the sink faucet.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HoteIRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Nice room size , modern and clean. Good enough breakfast. Few yards from metro. All major attractions are easily approachable. Don't understand some of the negative reviews, I think it's a very good hotel for a short stay.

We stayed in July, 2013. The location was just steps away from the St. Placide metro stop so it's easy to get around town from here. There were several cafe's and restaurants very close, too. I felt very safe in this area at night.
Our room was clean and quiet on the 5th floor. Maid service was good. The room had interesting decor and the closet was adequate for two people. We did not try the wi-fi, nor did we take any meals in the hotel. The bar did look inviting.
The internet in the lobby was a rip-off. The bathroom facilities were somewhat pretentious; looks cool but there was no way to shower or use the sink without getting water where it did not belong. This American was surprised by the continental feature of having a picture window into the bathroom from the bedroom.
I would stay again and would recommend this hotel to a friend.
