Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Excellent stop over point on a long drive home from the Canadian Maritimes. Clean, rooms seem new and quiet. Breakfast was on the better side of standard hotel breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, a few varieties of fruit, sausage and eggs ... we weren’t there long enough to take advantage of the evening reception. All the staff we encountered were professional, helpful and friendly.

I am a fan of all the Homewood Suites and this is one of the best I have stayed. Great staff. Clean and well laid out. Breakfast is wonderful. I recommend to others.

These folks at this hotel were extremely accommodating in every facet possible. I wanted to say a big thank you to them. I called the sales office and they gave a great rate and she was very kind and professional. If you're looking to stay in Nashua, spend the night at Homewood. I will definitely be staying at Homewood whenever we visit Nashua!

The hotel was clean, to a degree. The bed was horrible the bathroom could have used some more cleaning. The most difficult thing is my husband's handicap and we were not told that we were going to end up with a shower as opposed to a bath. The shower had a giant lip on it, so even if we needed to get him in with a wheelchair we couldn't. Additionally there was carpeted walk away from the area where you check in all the way down to our room which was just shy of the back exit. So pushing my husband down in the wheelchair was very difficult. The staff was nice, parking was easy checking. in with convenien But just the same based, on the bed in the inability to sleep all night long I wouldn't stay there again, but that's just me.

I’ve stayed at another Homewood Suites location but this one was very well located, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was a good added value and the staff was friendly. No complaints and will be staying here again!

My sister and her family stayed at this location. They have three kids. The staff were very accommodating with the kids. My sister had everything she needed here and the whole family enjoyed it. If I have visitors in the future I will put them up here.

Love this hotel. My corporate office is nearby so any chance I get I stay here. Breakfast has wide variety. Rooms nice and big. Refrigerator comes with ice maker and pitcher. Staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond. My only minor complaint is the bathrooms are sometimes a little small even in a King Suite.5/5 Everytime I stay.

Spacious rooms with small kitchen, microwave oven, full-sized refrigerator, high shower head and comfortable bed. The breakfast included eggs and hash browns. There's a small exercise room and an indoor pool. There is also a social in the evening with free drinks. I plan to stay here again.

Newer hotel. Strong wifi signal strength. Nice complimentary breakfast and evening happy hour. The pool was a little cooler than I would like, but I have a broken leg so I can't use the pool anyway.

Overall nice stay. Room was beautiful, comfortable, clean. The pool was too cold to use for very long (my daughter's lips were turning blue). The breakfast was a little disappointing.

The facilities were excellent, however this location does not have any cribs. The breakfast was also poor quality. The day we stayed there eggs were slimy (probably had been sitting out for an hour) and there was mold in one of the blueberry containers. There is also no waffle maker, which I guess is normal for this chain. This was probably the worst Hilton property breakfast I've had. Also the pool was extremely cold. It's fairly small which we knew coming in, but the temperature was cooler than any other indoor pool I've been in. The staff was excellent, especially Cindi and the facilities were very modern. Honestly it was a decent stay and if you don't have a baby, care about the breakfast or care about the pool this is a great place. We will probably be staying at the Hampton inn next time.

Love the Homewood, probably stayed 30 total nights over the years. Friendly staff and they have some nice complimentary food each night, ranges from solid dinner options to happy hour snacks depending on the day. Most importantly, nice bed to sleep in.

This place is great. The rooms are spacious and have basically everything you need for an extended stay (full sized fridge in the room!). The social hours on the weekdays are my favorite part. They have red and white wine and some beer on tap all included and they put out different types of small snacks/ appetizers depending on the theme for the night. I stay here every time I have to travel to Nashua for work. One time when they were full I had to go somewhere else and it really helped me appreciate this place. The WiFi is also really good and breakfast is included! Also the people at the front desk are always super nice and helpful.

I was not a guest here for more than a night, but family members I was traveling with stayed longer. The front service desk was very professional and extremely responsive to our needs, especially since one of my family members staying has severe mobility issues. The breakfast options were fantastic and varied - the best part was that it was included with their stay. The rooms were spacious and included a whole kitchenette with dish washer, full size fridge, a cook top, and tons of dishes and cups. The experience was fantastic.

Beautiful modern hotel with a kitchen and super comfy bed and bedding. The only thing they need to do is get a prettier more modern ceiling fan, that thing was ugly. Doesn't got the modern decor.

Outstanding. So much attention to detail obvious caring by the staff. The beer wine and Caesar salad buffet was fresh and appealing to the eye. All the guests seemed happy and appreciative of the hospitality. Plenty of towels in the pool area. Extra pillows and comfy blankets upstairs. The suite has a microwave a garbage disposal and a dishwasher. It's a home away from home and the suite is so comfortable one does not feel the need to go out to eat because all of the needs are met at Homewood Suites. And it's comfortable you don't feel as if you are in a Hotel period I would give ten Stars if I could

This was a great Hotel! I'm so glad we picked it. It's in a convenient location. Not only was the hotel very clean but the staff were very very helpful. Had a king suite which had enough room to go roller skating in. I highly recommend it.

Location isn't to far off the beaten path and the rooms and service were excellent. The food and drinks are provided with the rooms twice daily. Breakfast in the morning and even an open happy hour at 5 p.m. with kegged beer, snacks, and some food. The suite I stayed in was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. It had a living room, a seperate bedroom, and a small kitchen with cooktop, microwave, and even a dishwasher. In final thoughts, "We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend, and gladly stay again." 2 thumbs up!

I stayed at this hotel and had an event at the Radisson next door. I wasn't staying at the Radisson, but their manager made sure I had a ride each night after the event even though their shuttle wasn't running.

The Homewood suites had a shuttle my first morning, but they don't have a shuttle on the weekends... and walking down that hill isn't fun in the winter even though it's a short distance.
Rooms are great, I think they need one more person working the front desk.

I guess this ranting review was more for the Radisson and their willingness to go out of their way when I rented a meeting room, and not a guest-room.

Great place to stay, the outside appearance doesn't reflect on what is inside. The only problem was you could hear the kitchen door opening and closing every ten seconds starting at about 7 am. Other than that, highly recommend

Very comfortable, very nice suite with a full kitchen. Handicapped rooms. Pool and gym. The staff is great. They went to a lot of trouble for us. Because my wife is allergic to down, they replaced all that before we came. That room, however, had a tub, not the walk in shower my wife needed. Karen showed us a room that worked. Then when we were out for supper, she remade the room and moved all our luggage (a lot). Wow, great service. She was there the next morning and immediately asked if everything was okay. I am impressed

The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. The kitchen comes with a dish washer (not mom) and full size refrigerator which is nice if you plan to stay in and cook. They do offer free breakfast in the morning and appetizers with beer and wine in the evening that can help keep money in your pocket. Despite that I still wish there was a restaurant or bar in the place. It would make for a nice compromise between driving somewhere or sitting alone in your room to watch a game.

Great property, great staff, great location. I really love Homewood Suites because the rooms are cozy, and this hotel delivers that feeling. Weekends are busy, so don't wait for breakfast because they might run out of some of the food items.

Lots of neat amenities, gym, salt water pool, bike rental for riding on a nearby rec path. The units have little kitchenette and office desk good for a business person. Decor is contemporary and bed is comfortable and well dressed. Bath is somewhat awkwardly set up.

This is our third time staying at this hotel, and the service and cleanliness and comfort level is impressive. The interior of the hotel, both open areas , as well as individual rooms/suites, looks very modern and the hotel has a pool, a basketball court, a gym, lauded and so much more.

Nice room, decent service and decent breakfast. The social hour in the evening is a major plus. Sometimes the front desk staff is a little rude, but it just depends on who is there.

excellent hotel at a very reasonable price, especially if you order a room ahead. My guess it's been recently built because everything looks brand new and is immaculately clean. You get free wifi and free breakfast, but be sure to get up before 9am if you want to catch it. It's also located in a recessed place so is completely removed for hustle and bustle of the nearby Pheasant lane mall where you can do shopping. Also is closed to several supermarkets and other varied stores. Staff was very friendly. Overall I'd definitely go to Homewood Suits if I go back to Nashua.

I don't give 5 stars often... there's always room for improvement, right? Well, this place knocked my socks off. It's brand new so that helped, and upon walking in you're welcomed by the faintest air diffused scent (LOVED IT) and an exceptionally courteous & knowledgable staff. The decor is modern and tasteful.

I had a 1 bedroom king suite and it was lovely. Full kitchen (full size fridge & dishwasher, 2 burner flat top, garbage disposal, full size microwave, and pots pans plates flatware glasses etc - all the kitchen essentials you'd need, and a separate trash bin for recycling) joined by a table for two and a living area (sofa that I believe pulled out to a bed, comfy chair, throw pillows, oversized ottoman, and large flat screen TV). This was a nice large living area with lots of lamps & side tables. Bedroom (king bed w/comfortable blankets & sheets, excellent pillows, bureau, lamps with multiple usb ports, a flat screen TV, and a large/tall dressing mirror), connected by a dressing area (large extremely well lit wall mirror, large closet) and a nice bathroom with separate door (shower head was nice). Oh, and there's free internet.

There's a running trail at the parking lot entrance that offers about 2.5 miles, which was great. The breakfast options were very good (eggs, meat, waffle maker, cereals, breads, fresh fruit, oatmeal, juices, coffees). I did not have the oppy to try the gym, salt water pool, (1/2) basketball court, rent a bike, or (sadly) the evening socials. Bummer!

Bottom line: This place rocks. I wanted to move in, lol. I'd say ask for a particular person, but EVERYONE was great. My interactions were mainly with Sandi, Jim, and Olivia. Sandi even researched the scent of air diffuser they use for me when I called two days after check out :)

Corrective criticism: They need a better quality hairdryer in the room. This is just a personal peeve from a chick with really long hair that should remember to always travel with her own, lol. Oh, and their elevators are slow. Minor stuff, really compared to the overall package.

Clean, fresh, decor is appealing, tucked away from major traffic. Staff are bright and acknowledge you with hello and are there to help in every way.
This is a brand new hotel. My studio room has full kitchen with 2 flat burner cooktop. All sturdy utensils for cooking. A coffee maker and toaster. A full sleeper sofa and king bed. A delightful vanity with hair dryer and Neutrogena products. A full walk in shower and a decent size closet. Hot and cold breaksfast items at 6am and tasty menu items like BBQ chicken sandwiches or onion soup for the social hour in the early evening. There is a business section with computers and printer. Plenty of space for meetings and events. Easy parking and coin laundry and dry cleaning services. Definitely good prices. Make sure you try it here...
